<주님을 기다리는 사람들>
[사 40:25-31, 개역] ([25] 거룩하신 자가 가라사대 그런즉 너희가 나를 누구에게 비기며 나로 그와 동등이 되게 하겠느냐 하시느니라 [26] 너희는 눈을 높이 들어 누가 이 모든 것을 창조하였나 보라 주께서는 수효대로 만상을 이끌어 내시고 각각 그 이름을 부르시나니 그의 권세가 크고 그의 능력이 강하므로 하나도 빠짐이 없느니라 [27] 야곱아 네가 어찌하여 말하며 이스라엘아 네가 어찌하여 이르기를 내 사정은 여호와께 숨겨졌으며 원통한 것은 내 하나님에게서 수리하심을 받지 못한다 하느냐 [28] 너는 알지 못하였느냐 듣지 못하였느냐 영원하신 하나님 여호와, 땅 끝까지 창조하신 자는 피곤치 아니하시며 곤비치 아니하시며 명철이 한이 없으시며 [29] 피곤한 자에게는 능력을 주시며 무능한 자에게는 힘을 더하시나니 [30] 소년이라도 피곤하며 곤비하며 장정이라도 넘어지며 자빠지되 [31] 오직 여호와를 앙망하는 자는 새 힘을 얻으리니 독수리의 날개치며 올라감 같을 것이요 달음박질하여도 곤비치 아니하겠고 걸어가도 피곤치 아니하리로다)

The everlasting God, the LORD, The Creator of the ends of the earth, Neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable. [29] He gives power to the weak, And to those who have no might He increases strength. [30] Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, [31] But those who wait on the LORD Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.)
오늘 이사야서 본문은 우리가 많이 알고 있는 익숙한 말씀입니다.
그러나 많은 사람들이 이 말씀의 배경에 대하여는 잘 모르고 있습니다.
이 말씀은 이사야 선지자가 바벨론에 포로로 잡혀간 유대백성들을 위하여 선포한 말씀입니다. 이사야 선지자는 유다가 포로로 잡혀가기 무려 12여년전에 활동하였던 선지자였고 바벨론도 미약한 나라였지만 이사야는 유다 백성이 바벨론에 잡혀가서 포로생활을 할 것을 계시받아 말씀을 전한것입니다.
하나님은 유다백성들을 측은히 여기시고 위로의 말씀을 주신것입니다.
그당시 유다 백성들은 여러 가지 위기를 맞았습니다.
예루살렘은 솔로몬 성전이 있었고 하나님의 언약궤가 있기에 절대 안전하다고 믿었습니다. 그러나 성전을 불타고 많은 사람들이 죽임을 당하고 포로로 붙잡혀 왔습니다.
이스라엘의 하나님이 바벨론왕 마르둑 보다 힘이 약하여 패배한 것 것인가 하는 의심이 있었고 하나님이 그들을 아주 버리셨는가 하는 낙심과 두려움도 있었습니다.
이런 상태에서 하나님은 미리 위로의 말씀을 주셨던 것입니다.
물론 다니엘, 에스겔 선지자들을 보내셔서 예루살렘으로 돌아갈 소망을 약속하셨습니다. 그러나 대다수의 포로들은 원망과 의심과 낙심에 젖어 있었고 불안함을 가지고 살았습니다. 그들은 하나님의 긍휼하심과 은혜만을 기다리며 살 수밖에 없었습니다.
이사야 선지자는 그들을 향하여 원망을 그치고 낙심말고 하나님을 앙망하라고 말씀하고 있는 것입니다. 예레미야 선지자를 통하여 70년만에 포로생활이 마칠것이라고 하셨지만 현상황은 전혀 그럴 징조가 나타나지 않았습니다.
어느 면에서 우리들도 이 세상에 살면서 하나님의 은혜만을 바라보며 살고 있는 사람들입니다. 마치 기약이 없는 것같은 진동하는 세상을 살고 있습니다.
우리는 어느면서 하나님의 긍휼하심을 기다리는 사람들입니다. 기도응답을 축복을 자시오심을 치유를 기다리고 있습니다.
이런 시대 어떻게 해야 하는지 오늘 말씀을 통하여 승리의 비결을 배워야 하겠습니다. 지치지 않고 끝까지 달려가는 새힘을 얻어야 하겠습니다. 오늘도 하나님의 충만하신 은혜가 우리 모두에게 부어져 독수리 날개쳐 올라감같은 새힘을 얻으시기를 주님의 이름으로 축원합니다.
1. 창조자 하나님의 위대하심을 알아야 합니다.
(1) 전능의 하나님
[창 17:1, 개역] (아브람의 구십구 세 때에 여호와께서 아브람에게 나타나서 그에게 이르시되 나는 전능한 하나님이라 너는 내 앞에서 행하여 완전하라)

(2) 절대자유와 권위

(3) 우주를 통치하심

(4) 광대하심

(8) 예배 찬양을 드리라

(10) 무소부재 하신 하나님
[시 139:7-10, 개역] ([7] 내가 주의 신을 떠나 어디로 가며 주의 앞에서 어디로 피하리이까 [8] 내가 하늘에 올라갈지라도 거기 계시며 음부에 내 자리를 펼지라도 거기 계시니이다 [9] 내가 새벽 날개를 치며 바다 끝에 가서 거할지라도 [10] 곧 거기서도 주의 손이 나를 인도하시며 주의 오른손이 나를 붙드시리이다)

2. 원망을 말아야 합니다.
(1) 불신앙입니다.
[출 16:1-3, 개역] ([1] 이스라엘 자손의 온 회중이 엘림에서 떠나 엘림과 시내산 사이 신 광야에 이르니 애굽에서 나온 후 제이월 십오일이라 [2] 이스라엘 온 회중이 그 광야에서 모세와 아론을 원망하여 [3] 그들에게 이르되 우리가 애굽 땅에서 고기 가마 곁에 앉았던 때와 떡을 배불리 먹던 때에 여호와의 손에 죽었더면 좋았을 것을 너희가 이 광야로 우리를 인도하여 내어 이 온 회중으로 주려 죽게 하는도다)

(2) 하나님이 들으십니다.
[민 14:26-30, 개역] ([26] 여호와께서 모세와 아론에게 일러 가라사대 [27] 나를 원망하는 이 악한 회중을 내가 어느 때까지 참으랴 이스라엘 자손이 나를 향하여 원망하는바 그 원망하는 말을 내가 들었노라 [28] 그들에게 이르기를 여호와의 말씀에 나의 삶을 가리켜 맹세하노라 너희 말이 내 귀에 들린 대로 내가 너희에게 행하리니 [29] 너희 시체가 이 광야에 엎드러질 것이라 너희 이십 세 이상으로 게수함을 받은 자 곧 나를 원망한 자의 전부가 [30] 여분네의 아들 갈렙과 눈의 아들 여호수아 외에는 내가 맹세하여 너희로 거하게 하리라 한 땅에 결단코 들어가지 못하리라)

(3) 원망보다 감사해야 합니다.

(6) 억울함을 갚아주십니다.

(7) 합력하여 선을 이루어주십니다.

3. 낙심을 말아야 합니다.
(1) 낙심말고 기도해야 합니다.
[눅 18:1-5, 개역] ([1] 항상 기도하고 낙망치 말아야 될 것을 저희에게 비유로 하여 [2] 가라사대 어떤 도시에 하나님을 두려워 아니하고 사람을 무시하는 한 재판관이 있는데 [3] 그 도시에 한 과부가 있어 자주 그에게 가서 내 원수에 대한 나의 원한을 풀어 주소서 하되 [4] 그가 얼마 동안 듣지 아니하다가 후에 속으로 생각하되 내가 하나님을 두려워 아니하고 사람을 무시하나 [5] 이 과부가 나를 번거롭게 하니 내가 그 원한을 풀어 주리라 그렇지 않으면 늘 와서 나를 괴롭게 하리라 하였느니라)
[눅 18:1-5, NKJV] ([1] Then He spoke a parable to them, that men always ought to pray and not lose heart, [2] saying: "There was in a certain city a judge who did not fear God nor regard man. [3] "Now there was a widow in that city; and she came to him, saying, 'Get justice for me from my adversary.' (2) 낙심말고 선을 행해야 합니다.

(3) 스스로 굳세게 해야 합니다.

(5) 절대로 우리를 버리지 아니하십니다.

(6) 낙심은 마귀의 계략입니다.

(7) 말씀을 붙잡아야 합니다.

4. 힘주시는 하나님을 바라 보아야 합니다.

6. 흔들리지 말라는 것입니다.
(1) 견고하며 흔들리지 말라
[고전 15:54-58, 개역] ([54] 이 썩을 것이 썩지 아니함을 입고 이 죽을 것이 죽지 아니함을 입을 때에는 사망이 이김의 삼킨 바 되리라고 기록된 말씀이 응하리라 [55] 사망아 너의 이기는 것이 어디 있느냐 사망아 너의 쏘는 것이 어디 있느냐 [56] 사망의 쏘는 것은 죄요 죄의 권능은 율법이라 [57] 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 우리에게 이김을 주시는 하나님께 감사하노니 [58] 그러므로 내 사랑하는 형제들아 견고하며 흔들리지 말며 항상 주의 일에 더욱 힘쓰는 자들이 되라 이는 너희 수고가 주 안에서 헛되지 않은 줄을 앎이니라)

(5) 끝까지 말씀을 전파해야 합니다.

(6) 악은 모든 모양이라도 버려야 합니다.
[고후 7:1, 개역] (그런즉 사랑하는 자들아 이 약속을 가진 우리가 하나님을 두려워하는 가운데서 거룩함을 온전히 이루어 육과 영의 온갖 더러운 것에서 자신을 깨끗케 하자)

(7) 하나님의 거룩하심입니다.
[계 4:8, 개역] (네 생물이 각각 여섯 날개가 있고 그 안과 주위에 눈이 가득하더라 그들이 밤낮 쉬지 않고 이르기를 거룩하다 거룩하다 거룩하다 주 하나님 곧 전능하신 이여 전에도 계셨고 이제도 계시고 장차 오실 자라 하고)

(8) 죄에는 형벌이 있음을 알아야 합니다.
[롬 2:9-10, 개역] ([9] 악을 행하는 각 사람의 영에게 환난과 곤고가 있으리니 첫째는 유대인에게요 또한 헬라인에게며 [10] 선을 행하는 각 사람에게는 영광과 존귀와 평강이 있으리니 첫째는 유대인에게요 또한 헬라인에게라)

(9) 선한 일에 힘써야 합니다.
[딤전 6:17-19, 개역] ([17] 네가 이 세대에 부한 자들을 명하여 마음을 높이지 말고 정함이 없는 재물에 소망을 두지 말고 오직 우리에게 모든 것을 후히 주사 누리게 하시는 하나님께 두며 [18] 선한 일을 행하고 선한 사업에 부하고 나눠주기를 좋아하며 동정하는 자가 되게 하라 [19] 이것이 장래에 자기를 위하여 좋은 터를 쌓아 참된 생명을 취하는 것이니라)
[딤전 6:17-19, NKJV] ([17] Command those who are rich in this present age not to be haughty, nor to trust in uncertain riches but in the living God, who gives us richly all things to enjoy. [18] Let them do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to give, willing to share, [19] storing up for themselves a good foundation for the time to come, that they may lay hold on eternal life.)

오직 주님을 앙망하십시오.
낙심을 버리십시오.
원망을 그치십시오.
주님은 창조자 이십니다.
있는 자리에서 굳건히 서서 계속 충성을 다하십시오.
주님께서 속히 심령에 나타나시기를 축원합니다.
재림하여 나타나시기를 우리는 오늘도 기다립니다.
지치거나 원망에 빠지지 말아야 합니다.
오직 주님을 앙망해야 합니다.
독수리 날개침 같은 새힘을 부어주십니다.
오늘도, 낙심과 원망을 그치고 오히려 감사하며 항상 주님만을 앙망하고 가까이 함으로 날마다 새힘얻어 승리하며 주님얼굴 뵈옵는 그날까지 사랑과 충성을 다하는 복된 우리 모두가 될수 있기를 우리주 예수그리스도의 이름으로 간절히 축원합니다. 아멘!
