Rise of RFID As we look at the road ahead, it is important to know where we are right now. As of this writing [November 2009], under the skin RFID [Radio-frequency identification] chip technology is not theory and it’s not still in development. Under the skin RFID chip technology is fully developed and in production/marketing stages.
Applied Digital Solutions [ADS] owners of VeriChip, are the world’s leader in this technology. Randy Geissler [formally CEO], said that strong alliances were key to success, and that the company's close partnerships with Raytheon-Hughes, the U.S. Department of Energy, and pharmaceutical giants like "Schering-Plough" meant that the company was well-positioned for success….. said he can see the chips being used in children, the elderly, prisoners, and by employers at facilities such as airports and nuclear plants and that society in general could use them instead of ATM or credit cards.
What may catch many off guard is that almost overnight the popularity of having an under the skin RFID chip for convenience and safety is starting to sky rocket to the point that "do it yourself" chip implanting kits are now available.
While Applied Digital Solutions is successfully marketing its VeriChip and positioning its VeriChip to take over financial and security sectors, working in conjunction with political leaders ADS is in the process of becoming one of the most widely used technologies in the global healthcare field.
Henry Schein, Inc., is the largest distributor of healthcare products to office-based practitioners in the combined North American and European markets and is on board with Verichip. Henry Schein operates through a centralized and automated distribution network, which provides customers in more than 125 countries with a comprehensive selection of over 90,000 national products and Henry Schein private-brand products.

The potential applications for VeriChip are truly stunning. An implanted VeriChip has the ability to detect illness before the implanted person even starts feeling sick. Also notable is the number of items that would make the government a customer. Applications included medical monitoring: enabling a doctor to remotely access a "wearer's" vital signs and analyze them, as well as detect potential problems before he was even aware of symptoms.

As unnerving as this may be, we should resist the temptation to overlook it as something unlikely to happen on a massive scale. The truth of the matter is that not only is it going to happen, it is in the process of happening. As we look at the road ahead, we are facing legislation that will put citizens on an accelerated path to be implanted with a chip that will be linked not only to healthcare records, but also individual bank accounts as well. At what point this path escalates from overt pressure stemming from economic necessity and healthcare concerns to outright mandatory and enforced compliance is hard to say/impossible to predict. What we do know is that it is midway through the soon coming Tribulation, when the Antichrist forces everyone to take this chip as a sign of devotion to him, that this technology will see its full prophetic role.
Before we continue, it is important to point out the fact that it isn’t until the Antichrist demands you take this technology [that has been marked by him in some way revolving around a 666 numbering] that this technology becomes identified as the Mark of the Beast. At that point, taking this “mark” will indeed seal the fate of the participant and eternal salvation will be lost. If you currently have or in the near future receive a chip under your skin, you have not received the Mark of the Beast. The technology in and of itself is not the Mark and will not damn you to hell. It is highly recommended that citizens/Christians avoid resist or otherwise deny receiving a chip under your skin for any reason; however, it is not until the Antichrist demands it as a sign of worship [midway through Tribulation] that it becomes the Mark of the Beast.
Today it may seem ludicrous that some future world leader would demand to be worshiped as God and force those under his control to receive a chip under the skin, just as looking back to 2007 it may have seemed ludicrous that legislation would arrive that dictated such measures. Nevertheless that day has come. Leaders demanding to be worshiped as God are nothing new. Let’s now look at the legislation.
Healthcare Bill

The bill is H.R. 3200 andIT ABSOULTY DOES CONTAIN THE MANDATORY CHIPPING OF US CITIZANS. Please continue to read and see for yourself:
As of this writing [November 2009] the healthcare bill [H.R. 3200] has passed the house and awaits the Senate [in a different form]. Much debate and speculation surrounds this but at the end of the day, some form of this bill will pass. The implications and fallout from this bill going into law are staggering and evil. Contributing in a large way to the collapse of the dollar and our country as we know it is only one aspect. Some of the most scary and very real aspects of this bill, such as end of life panels “Death Panels” will become a standard.

As horrible as the social and healthcare ramifications are, the real impact of this bill is hidden in the details of this more than 2,000 page bill. It is here that two different aspects of this bill will segue into Biblical prophecy.
Required RFID implanted chip Sec. 2521, Pg. 1000 - The government will establish a National Medical Device Registry. What does a National Medical Device Registry mean?
National Medical Device Registry from H.R. 3200 [Healthcare Bill], pages 1001-1008:
(g)(1) The Secretary shall establish a national medical device registry (in this subsection referred to as the ‘registry’) to facilitate analysis of postmarket safety and outcomes data on each device that— ‘‘(A) is or has been used in or on a patient; ‘‘(B)and is— ‘‘(i) a class III device; or ‘‘(ii) a class II device that is implantable, life-supporting, or life-sustaining.”
Then on page 1004 it describes what the term "data" means in paragraph 1,
section B: ‘‘(B) In this paragraph, the term ‘data’ refers to information respecting a device described in paragraph (1), including claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary"
What exactly is a class II device that is implantable? Approved by the FDA, a class II implantable device is an "implantable radio frequency transponder system for patient identification and health information." The purpose of a class II device is to collect data in medical patients such as "claims data, patient survey data, standardized analytic files that allow for the pooling and analysis of data from disparate data environments, electronic health records, and any other data deemed appropriate by the Secretary."
This new law - when fully implemented - provides the framework for making the United States the first nation in the world to require each and every one of its citizens to have implanted in them a radio-frequency identification (RFID) microchip for the purpose of controlling who is, or isn’t, allowed medical care in their country.

Why would the government use the word "surveillance" when referring to citizens? The definition of "surveillance" is the monitoring of the behavior, activities, or other changing information, usually of people and often in a secret manner. The root of the word [French] means to "watch over."
In theory, the intent to streamline healthcare and to eliminate fraud via "health chips" seems right. But, to have the world's lone superpower (America, for now) mandate (page 1006) a device to be IMPLANTED is not just scary. It is prophetic!
Former Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Tommy Thompson, who served in the Bush administration's first term, joined the board of directors of Applied Digital. Applied Digital as your remember is the owner of VeriChip.
On July 31 2005, London's The Business reported that Thompson "is putting the final touches to a plan that could result in US citizens having [an RFID] chip inserted under their skin." Scott Silverman, CEO of Applied Digital, told WebMD Medical News on July 27 that "some 2,000 people worldwide are using" his company's implants. "But," the WebMD report noted, "soon he expects that millions of people will get VeriChip implants every year."

Is It True That The Verichip Market Is A $100 Billion Dollar Marketplace? Yes, there is a projected $100 billion marketplace for VeriChip. Critics have claimed this figure is impossible unless universal implantation mandated by government was being considered. Conservative estimates for use in the U.S. were said to be $70 billion, characterized as 26 potential vertical markets.
A Verichip company spokesman, who asked not to be named, revealed that the $70 billion projection was provided by McKinsey & Co. management consultants.

Chip Linked To Your Bank Account The prophetic implications of this bill doesn’t stop with a mechanism by which you will be “chipped”. Section 163 of H.R. 3200, allows the government a direct, electronic access to your bank account, which will work in conjunction with an implanted chip.
Page 58 of H.R. 3200 Lines 5 through 15 reads:
(D) enable the real-time (or near real 6 time) determination of an individual’s financial responsibility at the point of service and, to the extent possible, prior to service, including whether the individual is eligible for a specific service with a specific physician at a specific facility, which may include utilization of a machine-readable health plan beneficiary identity detection card; (E) enable, where feasible, near real-time adjudication of claims
What does this mean? It means that the government will give everybody a health ID card that contains a machine readable device (magnetic strip or RFID chip) similar to a credit card. Embedded in this chip or strip containing your Health Identification Number When you visit a medical provider, the medical claims will be adjudicated [processed] while still in the office/facility. The medical providers will be paid in real time. The portion that you owe will be deducted from your bank account, in real time, according to HR 3200.
Notice here, in this part which is at the beginning of the bill, it is carefully worded “which mayinclude utilization of a machine-readable health plan beneficiary identity detection card”. Here we are told that it may be a card. As you have already seen, deeper in the Bill [Sec. 2521 Pg. 1000] what this “may” utilize is clearly spelled out as a “class II device that is implantable”. We can only speculate at this point why the bill is set up this way. Could be a means of disguising the true intentions of chipping all citizens or could be a means of starting with a card for the sake of expedience while the process of chipping citizenry plays out.
NBC has already predicted that we will all have an RFID chip under our skin by 2017
As we look at the road ahead, the passage of this legislation [in whatever its final form takes] it will result in a process by which we will all be faced with the mandated and enforced beneath the skin RFID chip tied to our bank accounts. Its initial stage may start slowly by means of a healthcare card equipped with RFID technology or national emergencies may bring this rapidly to a head. We must remember that it’s real prophetic end is when this technology [and its means of enforcement] is used as a sign of worship of the leader of the world. The Antichrist! If we are seeing the beginning stages of this, then it must strike us how close to the Rapture we actually are.
