<하나님의 주권>

(롬 9:14-29, 개역) [14] 그런즉 우리가 무슨 말 하리요 하나님께 불의가 있느뇨 그럴 수 없느니라 [15] 모세에게 이르시되 내가 긍휼히 여길 자를 긍휼히 여기고 불쌍히 여길 자를 불쌍히 여기리라 하셨으니 [16] 그런즉 원하는 자로 말미암음도 아니요 달음박질하는 자로 말미암음도 아니요 오직 긍휼히 여기시는 하나님으로 말미암음이니라 [17] 성경이 바로에게 이르시되 내가 이 일을 위하여 너를 세웠으니 곧 너로 말미암아 내 능력을 보이고 내 이름이 온 땅에 전파되게 하려 함이로라 하셨으니 [18] 그런즉 하나님께서 하고자 하시는 자를 긍휼히 여기시고 하고자 하시는 자를 강퍅케 하시느니라 [19] 혹 네가 내게 말하기를 그러면 하나님이 어찌하여 허물하시느뇨 누가 그 뜻을 대적하느뇨 하리니 [20] 이 사람아 네가 뉘기에 감히 하나님을 힐문하느뇨 지음을 받은 물건이 지은 자에게 어찌 나를 이같이 만들었느냐 말하겠느뇨 [21] 토기장이가 진흙 한 덩이로 하나는 귀히 쓸 그릇을, 하나는 천히 쓸 그릇을 만드는 권이 없느냐 [22] 만일 하나님이 그 진노를 보이시고 그 능력을 알게 하고자 하사 멸하기로 준비된 진노의 그릇을 오래 참으심으로 관용하시고 [23] 또한 영광 받기로 예비하신 바 긍휼의 그릇에 대하여 그 영광의 부요함을 알게 하고자 하셨을지라도 무슨 말 하리요 [24] 이 그릇은 우리니 곧 유대인 중에서뿐 아니라 이방인 중에서도 부르신 자니라 [25] 호세아 글에도 이르기를 내가 내 백성 아닌 자를 내 백성이라, 사랑치 아니한 자를 사랑한 자라 부르리라 [26] 너희는 내 백성이 아니라 한 그곳에서 저희가 살아계신 하나님의 아들이라 부름을 얻으리라 함과 같으니라 [27] 또 이사야가 이스라엘에 관하여 외치되 이스라엘 뭇 자손의 수가 비록 바다의 모래 같을지라도 남은 자만 구원을 얻으리니 [28] 주께서 땅 위에서 그 말씀을 이루사 필하시고 끝내시리라 하셨느니라 [29] 또한 이사야가 미리 말한 바 만일 만군의 주께서 우리에게 씨를 남겨 두시지 아니하셨더면 우리가 소돔과 같이 되고 고모라와 같았으리로다 함과 같으니라

(롬 9:14-29, NKJV) [14] What shall we say then? Is there unrighteousness with God? Certainly not! [15] For He says to Moses, "I will have mercy on whomever I will have mercy, and I will have compassion on whomever I will have compassion." [16] So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy. [17] For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, "For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth." [18] Therefore He has mercy on whom He wills, and whom He wills He hardens. [19] You will say to me then, "Why does He still find fault? For who has resisted His will?" [20] But indeed, O man, who are you to reply against God? Will the thing formed say to him who formed it, "Why have you made me like this?" [21] Does not the potter have power over the clay, from the same lump to make one vessel for honor and another for dishonor? [22] What if God, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, [23] and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory, [24] even us whom He called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles? [25] As He says also in Hosea： "I will call them My people, who were not My people, And her beloved, who was not beloved." [26] "And it shall come to pass in the place where it was said to them, 'You are not My people,' There they shall be called sons of the living God." [27] Isaiah also cries out concerning Israel： "Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, The remnant will be saved. [28] For He will finish the work and cut it short in righteousness, Because the LORD will make a short work upon the earth." [29] And as Isaiah said before： "Unless the LORD of Sabaoth had left us a seed, We would have become like Sodom, And we would have been made like Gomorrah."

 

오늘 본문은 하나님의 절대적 주권에 관한 말씀입니다.

태어나기도 전에 에서보다는 야곱을 택하신 하나님이 불의하신가 하는 질문에 절대로 그럴 수가 없다는 것입니다. 하나님은 절대적으로 의로우신 분이십니다. 하나님은 완전하시고 거룩하십니다.

하나님은 창조자이시기에 절대적 주권을 가지고 있습니다. 인간적으로 보면 누구는 구원하고 누구는 멸망하게 내버려주시는 일은 의롭지 못하게 보이고 억울해 보이지만 그것은 인간적인 관점일 뿐입니다. 하나님은 자신의 영광을 위하여 일하십니다. 긍휼을 베푸신것도 자신의 영광을 위하여 바로를 세워 강퍅하게 하신것도 자신의 이름을 들어내시기 위함입니다.

무엇보다도 모든 인간들은 타락하여 사망안에, 저주아래, 사단의 권세아래, 죄안에, 그리고 눈이 멀었고, 본질상 진노의 자식들입니다. 이사실을 잊지 말아야 합니다.

토기장이의 비유를 들어서 말씀합니다. 토기장이는 모든 그릇 자신의 마음대로 만드십니다. 마음에 들지 않으면 부수고 다시 만드십니다. 절대 주권입니다.

하나님은 구약에서 남은자만 구원하심을 보이셨습니다. 하나님의 긍휼하심으로 엘리야 시대에는 바알에게 무릎을 꿇지 않은 7천명을 남기셨습니다.

신약에서는 회개하고 예수님을 믿는 자들은 거듭난 자들이요 남은 자들입니다. 남은 자들은 주님을 사랑하고 끝까지 충성을 다합니다. 반석이신 예수님 위에 자신을 세운자들은 환난과 핍박에 무너지지 않습니다.

구원은 절대적으로 하나님의 은혜입니다. 하나님의 간섭과 열심히 없다면 이 세상은 소돔과 고모라가 되어 멸망에 처하였을 것입니다. 인간들은 근본적으로 하나님을 찾지도 않고 알수도 없고 진리를 싫어하기 때문입니다. 그러나 하나님의 긍휼과 은혜로 예수님을 통하여 우리는 예수님을 믿고 구원을 받았고 남은 자가 되었습니다. 천국시민입니다. 하나님의 자녀입니다.

하나님의 절대 주권입니다. 하나님은 모든 일에 자유로우십니다. 의로우십니다. 공평하십니다. 그래야 구원자가 되시고 심판자가 되십니다.

 

1. 하나님께 불의가 있느냐?

(1) 의로우신 하나님.

(신 32:4, 개역) 그는 반석이시니 그 공덕이 완전하고 그 모든 길이 공평하며 진실무망하신 하나님이시니 공의로우시고 정직하시도다

(Dt 32:4, NKJV) He is the Rock, His work is perfect; For all His ways are justice, A God of truth and without injustice; Righteous and upright is He.

 

(시 145:17, 개역) 여호와께서는 그 모든 행위에 의로우시며 그 모든 행사에 은혜로우시도다

(Ps 145:17, NKJV) The LORD is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works.

 

(사 5:16, 개역) 오직 만군의 여호와는 공평하므로 높임을 받으시며 거룩하신 하나님은 의로우시므로 거룩하다 함을 받으시리니

(Is 5:16, NKJV) But the LORD of hosts shall be exalted in judgment, And God who is holy shall be hallowed in righteousness.

 

(롬 3:23-26, 개역) [23] 모든 사람이 죄를 범하였으매 하나님의 영광에 이르지 못하더니 [24] 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 구속으로 말미암아 하나님의 은혜로 값없이 의롭다 하심을 얻은 자 되었느니라 [25] 이 예수를 하나님이 그의 피로 인하여 믿음으로 말미암는 화목제물로 세우셨으니 이는 하나님께서 길이 참으시는 중에 전에 지은 죄를 간과하심으로 자기의 의로우심을 나타내려 하심이니 [26] 곧 이 때에 자기의 의로우심을 나타내사 자기도 의로우시며 또한 예수 믿는 자를 의롭다 하려 하심이니라

(롬 3:23-26, NKJV) [23] for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, [24] being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, [25] whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, [26] to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus.

 

(요일 2:1, 개역) 나의 자녀들아 내가 이것을 너희에게 씀은 너희로 죄를 범치 않게 하려 함이라 만일 누가 죄를 범하면 아버지 앞에서 우리에게 대언자가 있으니 곧 의로우신 예수 그리스도시라

(1Jn 2:1, NKJV) My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.

 

(2) 모든 행위에 의로우심

(시 145:17, 개역) 여호와께서는 그 모든 행위에 의로우시며 그 모든 행사에 은혜로우시도다

(Ps 145:17, NKJV) The LORD is righteous in all His ways, Gracious in all His works.

 

(3) 불의가 없으심

(시 92:15, 개역) 여호와의 정직하심을 나타내리로다 여호와는 나의 바위시라 그에게는 불의가 없도다

(Ps 92:15, NKJV) To declare that the LORD is upright; He is my rock, and there is no unrighteousness in Him.

 

(4) 악을 행치 아니하심

(욥 34:10-11, 개역) [10] 그러므로 너희 총명한 자들아 내 말을 들으라 하나님은 단정코 악을 행치 아니하시며 전능자는 단정코 불의를 행치 아니하시고 [11] 사람의 일을 따라 보응하사 각각 그 행위대로 얻게 하시나니

(욥 34:10-11, NKJV) [10] "Therefore listen to me, you men of understanding： Far be it from God to do wickedness, And from the Almighty to commit iniquity. [11] For He repays man according to his work, And makes man to find a reward according to his way.

 

(5) 어찌 세상을 심판하시리요

(롬 3:5-6, 개역) [5] 그러나 우리 불의가 하나님의 의를 드러나게 하면 무슨 말 하리요 내가 사람의 말하는 대로 말하노니 진노를 내리시는 하나님이 불의하시냐 [6] 결코 그렇지 아니하니라 만일 그러하면 하나님께서 어찌 세상을 심판하시리요

(롬 3:5-6, NKJV) [5] But if our unrighteousness demonstrates the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unjust who inflicts wrath? (I speak as a man.) [6] Certainly not! For then how will God judge the world?

 

(6) 거룩하신 하나님

(계 4:8, 개역) 네 생물이 각각 여섯 날개가 있고 그 안과 주위에 눈이 가득하더라 그들이 밤낮 쉬지 않고 이르기를 거룩하다 거룩하다 거룩하다 주 하나님 곧 전능하신 이여 전에도 계셨고 이제도 계시고 장차 오실 자라 하고

(Rv 4:8, NKJV) The four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes around and within. And they do not rest day or night, saying： "Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, Who was and is and is to come!"

 

(사 6:1-7, 개역) [1] 웃시야 왕의 죽던 해에 내가 본즉 주께서 높이 들린 보좌에 앉으셨는데 그 옷자락은 성전에 가득하였고 [2] 스랍들은 모셔 섰는데 각기 여섯 날개가 있어 그 둘로는 그 얼굴을 가리었고 그 둘로는 그 발을 가리었고 그 둘로는 날며 [3] 서로 창화하여 가로되 거룩하다 거룩하다 거룩하다 만군의 여호와여 그 영광이 온 땅에 충만하도다 [4] 이같이 창화하는 자의 소리로 인하여 문지방의 터가 요동하며 집에 연기가 충만한지라 [5] 그 때에 내가 말하되 화로다 나여 망하게 되었도다 나는 입술이 부정한 사람이요 입술이 부정한 백성 중에 거하면서 만군의 여호와이신 왕을 뵈었음이로다 [6] 때에 그 스랍의 하나가 화저로 단에서 취한 바 핀 숯을 손에 가지고 내게로 날아와서 [7] 그것을 내 입에 대며 가로되 보라 이것이 네 입에 닿았으니 네 악이 제하여졌고 네 죄가 사하여졌느니라 하더라

(사 6:1-7, NKJV) [1] In the year that King Uzziah died, I saw the Lord sitting on a throne, high and lifted up, and the train of His robe filled the temple. [2] Above it stood seraphim; each one had six wings： with two he covered his face, with two he covered his feet, and with two he flew. [3] And one cried to another and said： "Holy, holy, holy is the LORD of hosts; The whole earth is full of His glory!" [4] And the posts of the door were shaken by the voice of him who cried out, and the house was filled with smoke. [5] So I said： "Woe is me, for I am undone! Because I am a man of unclean lips, And I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips; For my eyes have seen the King, The LORD of hosts." [6] Then one of the seraphim flew to me, having in his hand a live coal which he had taken with the tongs from the altar. [7] And he touched my mouth with it, and said： "Behold, this has touched your lips; Your iniquity is taken away, And your sin purged."

 

(7) 완전하신 하나님

(시 18:25, 개역) 자비한 자에게는 주의 자비하심을 나타내시며 완전한 자에게는 주의 완전하심을 보이시며

(Ps 18:25, NKJV) With the merciful You will show Yourself merciful; With a blameless man You will show Yourself blameless;

 

(시 18:30, 개역) 하나님의 도는 완전하고 여호와의 말씀은 정미하니 저는 자기에게 피하는 모든 자의 방패시로다

(Ps 18:30, NKJV) As for God, His way is perfect; The word of the LORD is proven; He is a shield to all who trust in Him.

 

(8) 공의로우신 하나님

(신 32:4, 개역) 그는 반석이시니 그 공덕이 완전하고 그 모든 길이 공평하며 진실무망하신 하나님이시니 공의로우시고 정직하시도다

(Dt 32:4, NKJV) He is the Rock, His work is perfect; For all His ways are justice, A God of truth and without injustice; Righteous and upright is He.

 

(9) 그림자도 없으심.

(약 1:17-18, 개역) [17] 각양 좋은 은사와 온전한 선물이 다 위로부터 빛들의 아버지께로서 내려오나니 그는 변함도 없으시고 회전하는 그림자도 없으시니라 [18] 그가 그 조물 중에 우리로 한 첫 열매가 되게 하시려고 자기의 뜻을 좇아 진리의 말씀으로 우리를 낳으셨느니라

(약 1:17-18, NKJV) [17] Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and comes down from the Father of lights, with whom there is no variation or shadow of turning. [18] Of His own will He brought us forth by the word of truth, that we might be a kind of firstfruits of His creatures.

 

(10) 죄가 없다.

(히 4:14-16, 개역) [14] 그러므로 우리에게 큰 대제사장이 있으니 승천하신 자 곧 하나님 아들 예수시라 우리가 믿는 도리를 굳게 잡을지어다 [15] 우리에게 있는 대제사장은 우리 연약함을 체휼하지 아니하는 자가 아니요 모든 일에 우리와 한결 같이 시험을 받은 자로되 죄는 없으시니라 [16] 그러므로 우리가 긍휼하심을 받고 때를 따라 돕는 은혜를 얻기 위하여 은혜의 보좌 앞에 담대히 나아갈 것이니라

(히 4:14-16, NKJV) [14] Seeing then that we have a great High Priest who has passed through the heavens, Jesus the Son of God, let us hold fast our confession. [15] For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin. [16] Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.

 

(11) 아름다우심.

(계 1:13-16, 개역) [13] 촛대 사이에 인자 같은 이가 발에 끌리는 옷을 입고 가슴에 금띠를 띠고 [14] 그 머리와 털의 희기가 흰 양털 같고 눈 같으며 그의 눈은 불꽃 같고 [15] 그의 발은 풀무에 단련한 빛난 주석 같고 그의 음성은 많은 물소리와 같으며 [16] 그 오른손에 일곱 별이 있고 그 입에서 좌우에 날선 검이 나오고 그 얼굴은 해가 힘있게 비취는 것 같더라

(계 1:13-16, NKJV) [13] and in the midst of the seven lampstands One like the Son of Man, clothed with a garment down to the feet and girded about the chest with a golden band. [14] His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire; [15] His feet were like fine brass, as if refined in a furnace, and His voice as the sound of many waters; [16] He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength.

 

(12) 신실하심.

(딤후 2:11-13, 개역) [11] 미쁘다 이 말이여, 우리가 주와 함께 죽었으면 또한 함께 살 것이요 [12] 참으면 또한 함께 왕 노릇 할 것이요 우리가 주를 부인하면 주도 우리를 부인하실 것이라 [13] 우리는 미쁨이 없을지라도 주는 일향 미쁘시니 자기를 부인하실 수 없으시리라

(딤후 2:11-13, NKJV) [11] This is a faithful saying： For if we died with Him, We shall also live with Him. [12] If we endure, We shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us. [13] If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself.

 

(13) 통치지 하나님.

(시 103:19-21, 개역) [19] 여호와께서 그 보좌를 하늘에 세우시고 그 정권으로 만유를 통치하시도다 [20] 능력이 있어 여호와의 말씀을 이루며 그 말씀의 소리를 듣는 너희 천사여 여호와를 송축하라 [21] 여호와를 봉사하여 그 뜻을 행하는 너희 모든 천군이여 여호와를 송축하라

(시 103:19-21, NKJV) [19] The LORD has established His throne in heaven, And His kingdom rules over all. [20] Bless the LORD, you His angels, Who excel in strength, who do His word, Heeding the voice of His word. [21] Bless the LORD, all you His hosts, You ministers of His, who do His pleasure.

 

(14) 주의길이 의롭고 참되심

(계 15:1-4, 개역) [1] 또 하늘에 크고 이상한 다른 이적을 보매 일곱 천사가 일곱 재앙을 가졌으니 곧 마지막 재앙이라 하나님의 진노가 이것으로 마치리로다 [2] 또 내가 보니 불이 섞인 유리 바다 같은 것이 있고 짐승과 그의 우상과 그의 이름의 수를 이기고 벗어난 자들이 유리 바닷가에 서서 하나님의 거문고를 가지고 [3] 하나님의 종 모세의 노래, 어린 양의 노래를 불러 가로되 주 하나님 곧 전능하신 이시여 하시는 일이 크고 기이하시도다 만국의 왕이시여 주의 길이 의롭고 참되시도다 [4] 주여 누가 주의 이름을 두려워하지 아니하며 영화롭게 하지 아니하오리이까 오직 주만 거룩하시니이다 주의 의로우신 일이 나타났으매 만국이 와서 주께 경배하리이다 하더라

(계 15:1-4, NKJV) [1] Then I saw another sign in heaven, great and marvelous： seven angels having the seven last plagues, for in them the wrath of God is complete. [2] And I saw something like a sea of glass mingled with fire, and those who have the victory over the beast, over his image and over his mark and over the number of his name, standing on the sea of glass, having harps of God. [3] They sing the song of Moses, the servant of God, and the song of the Lamb, saying： "Great and marvelous are Your works, Lord God Almighty! Just and true are Your ways, O King of the saints! [4] Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. For all nations shall come and worship before You, For Your judgments have been manifested."

 

(15) 참되고 의로운 심판

(계 16:7, 개역) 또 내가 들으니 제단이 말하기를 그러하다 주 하나님 곧 전능하신 이시여 심판하시는 것이 참되시고 의로우시도다 하더라

(Rv 16:7, NKJV) And I heard another from the altar saying, "Even so, Lord God Almighty, true and righteous are Your judgments."

 

(16) 의로우신 심판

(계 19:1-5, 개역) [1] 이 일 후에 내가 들으니 하늘에 허다한 무리의 큰 음성 같은 것이 있어 가로되 할렐루야 구원과 영광과 능력이 우리 하나님께 있도다 [2] 그의 심판은 참되고 의로운지라 음행으로 땅을 더럽게 한 큰 음녀를 심판하사 자기 종들의 피를 그의 손에 갚으셨도다 하고 [3] 두번째 가로되 할렐루야 하더니 그 연기가 세세토록 올라가더라 [4] 또 이십사 장로와 네 생물이 엎드려 보좌에 앉으신 하나님께 경배하여 가로되 아멘 할렐루야 하니 [5] 보좌에서 음성이 나서 가로되 하나님의 종들 곧 그를 경외하는 너희들아 무론대소하고 다 우리 하나님께 찬송하라

(계 19:1-5, NKJV) [1] After these things I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, "Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God! [2] "For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her." [3] Again they said, "Alleluia! Her smoke rises up forever and ever!" [4] And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sat on the throne, saying, "Amen! Alleluia!" [5] Then a voice came from the throne, saying, "Praise our God, all you His servants and those who fear Him, both small and great!"

 

2. 긍휼히 여길자를 긍휼히 여기심.

(1) 하나님의 선택

(롬 9:11, 개역) 그 자식들이 아직 나지도 아니하고 무슨 선이나 악을 행하지 아니한 때에 택하심을 따라 되는 하나님의 뜻이 행위로 말미암지 않고 오직 부르시는 이에게로 말미암아 서게 하려 하사

(Rm 9:11, NKJV) (for the children not yet being born, nor having done any good or evil, that the purpose of God according to election might stand, not of works but of Him who calls),

 

(롬 11:5-7, 개역) [5] 그런즉 이와 같이 이제도 은혜로 택하심을 따라 남은 자가 있느니라 [6] 만일 은혜로 된 것이면 행위로 말미암지 않음이니 그렇지 않으면 은혜가 은혜 되지 못하느니라 [7] 그런즉 어떠하뇨 이스라엘이 구하는 그것을 얻지 못하고 오직 택하심을 입은 자가 얻었고 그 남은 자들은 완악하여졌느니라

(롬 11:5-7, NKJV) [5] Even so then, at this present time there is a remnant according to the election of grace. [6] And if by grace, then it is no longer of works; otherwise grace is no longer grace. But if it is of works, it is no longer grace; otherwise work is no longer work. [7] What then? Israel has not obtained what it seeks; but the elect have obtained it, and the rest were blinded.

 

(벧후 1:10, 개역) 그러므로 형제들아 더욱 힘써 너희 부르심과 택하심을 굳게 하라 너희가 이것을 행한즉 언제든지 실족지 아니하리라

(2Pt 1:10, NKJV) Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble;

 

(2) 모세와 이스라엘

(출 32:10-14, 개역) [10] 그런즉 나대로 하게 하라 내가 그들에게 진노하여 그들을 진멸하고 너로 큰 나라가 되게 하리라 [11] 모세가 그 하나님 여호와께 구하여 가로되 여호와여 어찌하여 애굽 땅에서 인도하여 내신 주의 백성에게 진노하시나이까 [12] 어찌하여 애굽 사람으로 이르기를 여호와가 화를 내려 그 백성을 산에서 죽이고 지면에서 진멸하려고 인도하여 내었다 하게 하려 하시나이까 주의 맹렬한 노를 그치시고 뜻을 돌이키사 주의 백성에게 이 화를 내리지 마옵소서 [13] 주의 종 아브라함과 이삭과 이스라엘을 기억하소서 주께서 주를 가리켜 그들에게 맹세하여 이르시기를 내가 너희 자손을 하늘의 별처럼 많게 하고 나의 허락한 이 온 땅을 너희의 자손에게 주어 영원한 기업이 되게 하리라 하셨나이다 [14] 여호와께서 뜻을 돌이키사 말씀하신 화를 그 백성에게 내리지 아니하시니라

(출 32:10-14, NKJV) [10] "Now therefore, let Me alone, that My wrath may burn hot against them and I may consume them. And I will make of you a great nation." [11] Then Moses pleaded with the LORD his God, and said： "LORD, why does Your wrath burn hot against Your people whom You have brought out of the land of Egypt with great power and with a mighty hand? [12] "Why should the Egyptians speak, and say, 'He brought them out to harm them, to kill them in the mountains, and to consume them from the face of the earth'? Turn from Your fierce wrath, and relent from this harm to Your people. [13] "Remember Abraham, Isaac, and Israel, Your servants, to whom You swore by Your own self, and said to them, 'I will multiply your descendants as the stars of heaven; and all this land that I have spoken of I give to your descendants, and they shall inherit it forever.'" [14] So the LORD relented from the harm which He said He would do to His people.

 

(3) 오직 긍휼히 여기시는 하나님으로 말미암아

(롬 9:16-19, 개역) [16] 그런즉 원하는 자로 말미암음도 아니요 달음박질하는 자로 말미암음도 아니요 오직 긍휼히 여기시는 하나님으로 말미암음이니라 [17] 성경이 바로에게 이르시되 내가 이 일을 위하여 너를 세웠으니 곧 너로 말미암아 내 능력을 보이고 내 이름이 온 땅에 전파되게 하려 함이로라 하셨으니 [18] 그런즉 하나님께서 하고자 하시는 자를 긍휼히 여기시고 하고자 하시는 자를 강퍅케 하시느니라 [19] 혹 네가 내게 말하기를 그러면 하나님이 어찌하여 허물하시느뇨 누가 그 뜻을 대적하느뇨 하리니

(롬 9:16-19, NKJV) [16] So then it is not of him who wills, nor of him who runs, but of God who shows mercy. [17] For the Scripture says to Pharaoh, "For this very purpose I have raised you up, that I may show My power in you, and that My name may be declared in all the earth." [18] Therefore He has mercy on whom He wills, and whom He wills He hardens. [19] You will say to me then, "Why does He still find fault? For who has resisted His will?"

 

(4) 긍휼히 여길자에게 긍훌을 베푸심

(출 33:19, 개역) 여호와께서 가라사대 내가 나의 모든 선한 형상을 네 앞으로 지나게 하고 여호와의 이름을 네 앞에 반포하리라 나는 은혜 줄 자에게 은혜를 주고 긍휼히 여길 자에게 긍휼을 베푸느니라

(Ex 33:19, NKJV) Then He said, "I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before you. I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion."

 

(5) 인자를 천대까지

(출 34:7, 개역) 인자를 천대까지 베풀며 악과 과실과 죄를 용서하나 형벌 받을 자는 결단코 면죄하지 않고 아비의 악을 자녀손 삼사 대까지 보응하리라

(Ex 34:7, NKJV) "keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children and the children's children to the third and the fourth generation."

 

(6) 죄를 사하심

(미 7:18, 개역) 주와 같은 신이 어디 있으리이까 주께서는 죄악을 사유하시며 그 기업의 남은 자의 허물을 넘기시며 인애를 기뻐하심으로 노를 항상 품지 아니하시나이다

(Mc 7:18, NKJV) Who is a God like You, Pardoning iniquity And passing over the transgression of the remnant of His heritage? He does not retain His anger forever, Because He delights in mercy.

 

(7) 불쌍히 여기심

(사 27:11, 개역) 가지가 마르면 꺾이나니 여인이 와서 그것을 불사를 것이라 이 백성이 지각이 없으므로 그들을 지으신 자가 불쌍히 여기지 아니하시며 그들을 조성하신 자가 은혜를 베풀지 아니하시리라

(Is 27:11, NKJV) When its boughs are withered, they will be broken off; The women come and set them on fire. For it is a people of no understanding; Therefore He who made them will not have mercy on them, And He who formed them will show them no favor.

 

(8) 불쌍히 여기심

(시 103:8-14, 개역) [8] 여호와는 자비로우시며 은혜로우시며 노하기를 더디하시며 인자하심이 풍부하시도다 [9] 항상 경책지 아니하시며 노를 영원히 품지 아니하시리로다 [10] 우리의 죄를 따라 처치하지 아니하시며 우리의 죄악을 따라 갚지 아니하셨으니 [11] 이는 하늘이 땅에서 높음 같이 그를 경외하는 자에게 그 인자하심이 크심이로다 [12] 동이 서에서 먼 것 같이 우리 죄과를 우리에게서 멀리 옮기셨으며 [13] 아비가 자식을 불쌍히 여김 같이 여호와께서 자기를 경외하는 자를 불쌍히 여기시나니 [14] 이는 저가 우리의 체질을 아시며 우리가 진토임을 기억하심이로다

(시 103:8-14, NKJV) [8] The LORD is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. [9] He will not always strive with us, Nor will He keep His anger forever. [10] He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor punished us according to our iniquities. [11] For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him; [12] As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us. [13] As a father pities his children, So the LORD pities those who fear Him. [14] For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust.

 

(9) 에서가 아니고 야곱이 축복을 받음

(창 27:9-14, 개역) [9] 염소떼에 가서 거기서 염소의 좋은 새끼를 내게로 가져오면 내가 그것으로 네 부친을 위하여 그 즐기시는 별미를 만들리니 [10] 네가 그것을 가져 네 부친께 드려서 그로 죽으시기 전에 네게 축복하기 위하여 잡수시게 하라 [11] 야곱이 그 모친 리브가에게 이르되 내 형 에서는 털사람이요 나는 매끈매끈한 사람인즉 [12] 아버지께서 나를 만지실진대 내가 아버지께 속이는 자로 뵈일지라 복은 고사하고 저주를 받을까 하나이다 [13] 어미가 그에게 이르되 내 아들아 너의 저주는 내게로 돌리리니 내 말만 좇고 가서 가져오라 [14] 그가 가서 취하여 어미에게로 가져왔더니 그 어미가 그 아비의 즐기는 별미를 만들었더라

(창 27:9-14, NKJV) [9] "Go now to the flock and bring me from there two choice kids of the goats, and I will make savory food from them for your father, such as he loves. [10] "Then you shall take it to your father, that he may eat it, and that he may bless you before his death." [11] And Jacob said to Rebekah his mother, "Look, Esau my brother is a hairy man, and I am a smooth-skinned man. [12] "Perhaps my father will feel me, and I shall seem to be a deceiver to him; and I shall bring a curse on myself and not a blessing." [13] But his mother said to him, "Let your curse be on me, my son; only obey my voice, and go, get them for me." [14] And he went and got them and brought them to his mother, and his mother made savory food, such as his father loved.

 

(10) 천한 것들을 택하심

(고전 1:26-31, 개역) [26] 형제들아 너희를 부르심을 보라 육체를 따라 지혜 있는 자가 많지 아니하며 능한 자가 많지 아니하며 문벌 좋은 자가 많지 아니하도다 [27] 그러나 하나님께서 세상의 미련한 것들을 택하사 지혜 있는 자들을 부끄럽게 하려 하시고 세상의 약한 것들을 택하사 강한 것들을 부끄럽게 하려 하시며 [28] 하나님께서 세상의 천한 것들과 멸시 받는 것들과 없는 것들을 택하사 있는 것들을 폐하려 하시나니 [29] 이는 아무 육체라도 하나님 앞에서 자랑하지 못하게 하려 하심이라 [30] 너희는 하나님께로부터 나서 그리스도 예수 안에 있고 예수는 하나님께로서 나와서 우리에게 지혜와 의로움과 거룩함과 구속함이 되셨으니 [31] 기록된 바 자랑하는 자는 주 안에서 자랑하라 함과 같게 하려 함이니라

(고전 1:26-31, NKJV) [26] For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. [27] But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; [28] and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, [29] that no flesh should glory in His presence. [30] But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God--and righteousness and sanctification and redemption-- [31] that, as it is written, "He who glories, let him glory in the LORD."

 

(11) 긍휼에 풍성하신 하나님

(엡 2:1-9, 개역) [1] 너희의 허물과 죄로 죽었던 너희를 살리셨도다 [2] 그 때에 너희가 그 가운데서 행하여 이 세상 풍속을 좇고 공중의 권세 잡은 자를 따랐으니 곧 지금 불순종의 아들들 가운데서 역사하는 영이라 [3] 전에는 우리도 다 그 가운데서 우리 육체의 욕심을 따라 지내며 육체와 마음의 원하는 것을 하여 다른 이들과 같이 본질상 진노의 자녀이었더니 [4] 긍휼에 풍성하신 하나님이 우리를 사랑하신 그 큰 사랑을 인하여 [5] 허물로 죽은 우리를 그리스도 예수 안에서 살리셨고 (너희가 은혜로 구원을 얻은 것이라) [6] 또 함께 일으키사 그리스도 예수 안에서 함께 하늘에 앉히시니 [7] 이는 그리스도 예수 안에서 우리에게 자비하심으로써 그 은혜의 지극히 풍성함을 오는 여러 세대에 나타내려 하심이니라 [8] 너희가 그 은혜를 인하여 믿음으로 말미암아 구원을 얻었나니 이것이 너희에게서 난 것이 아니요 하나님의 선물이라 [9] 행위에서 난 것이 아니니 이는 누구든지 자랑치 못하게 함이니라

(엡 2:1-9, NKJV) [1] And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, [2] in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, [3] among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others. [4] But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, [5] even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), [6] and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, [7] that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. [8] For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, [9] not of works, lest anyone should boast.

 

(12) 긍휼을 얻은자들

(벧전 2:9-10, 개역) [9] 오직 너희는 택하신 족속이요 왕같은 제사장들이요 거룩한 나라요 그의 소유된 백성이니 이는 너희를 어두운 데서 불러내어 그의 기이한 빛에 들어가게 하신 자의 아름다운 덕을 선전하게 하려 하심이라 [10] 너희가 전에는 백성이 아니더니 이제는 하나님의 백성이요 전에는 긍휼을 얻지 못하였더니 이제는 긍휼을 얻은 자니라

(벧전 2:9-10, NKJV) [9] But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; [10] who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.

 

3. 바로의 경우.

(1) 진노의.그릇

(롬 9:22-23, 개역) [22] 만일 하나님이 그 진노를 보이시고 그 능력을 알게 하고자 하사 멸하기로 준비된 진노의 그릇을 오래 참으심으로 관용하시고 [23] 또한 영광 받기로 예비하신 바 긍휼의 그릇에 대하여 그 영광의 부요함을 알게 하고자 하셨을지라도 무슨 말 하리요

(롬 9:22-23, NKJV) [22] What if God, wanting to show His wrath and to make His power known, endured with much longsuffering the vessels of wrath prepared for destruction, [23] and that He might make known the riches of His glory on the vessels of mercy, which He had prepared beforehand for glory,

 

(2) 강퍅하게 하심

(출 7:3, 개역) 내가 바로의 마음을 강퍅케 하고 나의 표징과 나의 이적을 애굽 땅에 많이 행하리라마는

(Ex 7:3, NKJV) "And I will harden Pharaoh's heart, and multiply My signs and My wonders in the land of Egypt.

 

(출 7:13, 개역) 그러나 바로의 마음이 강퍅하여 그들을 듣지 아니하니 여호와의 말씀과 같더라

(Ex 7:13, NKJV) And Pharaoh's heart grew hard, and he did not heed them, as the LORD had said.

 

(출 11:10, 개역) 모세와 아론이 이 모든 기사를 바로 앞에서 행하였으나 여호와께서 바로의 마음을 강퍅케 하셨으므로 그가 이스라엘 자손을 그 나라에서 보내지 아니하였더라

(Ex 11:10, NKJV) So Moses and Aaron did all these wonders before Pharaoh; and the LORD hardened Pharaoh's heart, and he did not let the children of Israel go out of his land.

 

(출 14:17, 개역) 내가 애굽 사람들의 마음을 강퍅케 할 것인즉 그들이 그 뒤를 따라 들어갈 것이라 내가 바로와 그 모든 군대와 그 병거와 마병을 인하여 영광을 얻으리니

(Ex 14:17, NKJV) "And I indeed will harden the hearts of the Egyptians, and they shall follow them. So I will gain honor over Pharaoh and over all his army, his chariots, and his horsemen.

 

(3) 영광을 들어냄.

(출 14:18, 개역) 내가 바로와 그 병거와 마병으로 인하여 영광을 얻을 때에야 애굽 사람들이 나를 여호와인 줄 알리라 하시더니

(Ex 14:18, NKJV) "Then the Egyptians shall know that I am the LORD, when I have gained honor for Myself over Pharaoh, his chariots, and his horsemen."

 

(4) 하나님의 주권

(삼상 2:7-8, 개역) [7] 여호와는 가난하게도 하시고 부하게도 하시며 낮추기도 하시고 높이기도 하시는도다 [8] 가난한 자를 진토에서 일으키시며 빈핍한 자를 거름더미에서 드사 귀족들과 함께 앉게 하시며 영광의 위를 차지하게 하시는도다 땅의 기둥들은 여호와의 것이라 여호와께서 세계를 그 위에 세우셨도다

(삼상 2:7-8, NKJV) [7] The LORD makes poor and makes rich; He brings low and lifts up. [8] He raises the poor from the dust And lifts the beggar from the ash heap, To set them among princes And make them inherit the throne of glory. "For the pillars of the earth are the LORD'S, And He has set the world upon them.

 

(5) 고레스를 부르심

(사 45:1-3, 개역) [1] 나 여호와는 나의 기름 받은 고레스의 오른손을 잡고 열국으로 그 앞에 항복하게 하며 열왕의 허리를 풀며 성 문을 그 앞에 열어서 닫지 못하게 하리라 내가 고레스에게 이르기를 [2] 내가 네 앞서 가서 험한 곳을 평탄케 하며 놋문을 쳐서 부수며 쇠빗장을 꺾고 [3] 네게 흑암 중의 보화와 은밀한 곳에 숨은 재물을 주어서 너로 너를 지명하여 부른 자가 나 여호와 이스라엘의 하나님인 줄 알게 하리라

(사 45:1-3, NKJV) [1] "Thus says the LORD to His anointed, To Cyrus, whose right hand I have held--To subdue nations before him And loose the armor of kings, To open before him the double doors, So that the gates will not be shut： [2] 'I will go before you And make the crooked places straight; I will break in pieces the gates of bronze And cut the bars of iron. [3] I will give you the treasures of darkness And hidden riches of secret places, That you may know that I, the LORD, Who call you by your name, Am the God of Israel.

 

(6) 하나님이 인간 나를 다스리심

(단 5:18-21, 개역) [18] 왕이여 지극히 높으신 하나님이 왕의 부친 느부갓네살에게 나라와 큰 권세와 영광과 위엄을 주셨고 [19] 그에게 큰 권세를 주셨으므로 백성들과 나라들과 각 방언하는 자들이 그의 앞에서 떨며 두려워하였으며 그는 임의로 죽이며 임의로 살리며 임의로 높이며 임의로 낮추었더니 [20] 그가 마음이 높아지며 뜻이 강퍅하여 교만을 행하므로 그 왕위가 폐한 바 되며 그 영광을 빼앗기고 [21] 인생 중에서 쫓겨나서 그 마음이 들짐승의 마음과 같았고 또 들나귀와 함께 거하며 또 소처럼 풀을 먹으며 그 몸이 하늘 이슬에 젖었으며 지극히 높으신 하나님이 인간 나라를 다스리시며 자기의 뜻대로 누구든지 그 위에 세우시는 줄을 알기까지 이르게 되었었나이다

(단 5:18-21, NKJV) [18] "O king, the Most High God gave Nebuchadnezzar your father a kingdom and majesty, glory and honor. [19] "And because of the majesty that He gave him, all peoples, nations, and languages trembled and feared before him. Whomever he wished, he executed; whomever he wished, he kept alive; whomever he wished, he set up; and whomever he wished, he put down. [20] "But when his heart was lifted up, and his spirit was hardened in pride, he was deposed from his kingly throne, and they took his glory from him. [21] "Then he was driven from the sons of men, his heart was made like the beasts, and his dwelling was with the wild donkeys. They fed him with grass like oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven, till he knew that the Most High God rules in the kingdom of men, and appoints over it whomever He chooses.

 

(7) 바로의 마음을 강퍅하게 하심

(출 14:7-8, 개역) [7] 특별 병거 육백 승과 애굽의 모든 병거를 발하니 장관들이 다 거느렸더라 [8] 여호와께서 애굽 왕 바로의 마음을 강퍅케 하셨으므로 그가 이스라엘 자손의 뒤를 따르니 이스라엘 자손이 담대히 나갔음이라

(출 14:7-8, NKJV) [7] Also, he took six hundred choice chariots, and all the chariots of Egypt with captains over every one of them. [8] And the LORD hardened the heart of Pharaoh king of Egypt, and he pursued the children of Israel; and the children of Israel went out with boldness.

 

(8) 세계의 지존자

(시 83:18, 개역) 여호와라 이름하신 주만 온 세계의 지존자로 알게 하소서

(Ps 83:18, NKJV) That they may know that You, whose name alone is the LORD, Are the Most High over all the earth.

 

(9) 주만 여호와이심

(사 37:20, 개역) 우리 하나님 여호와여 이제 우리를 그의 손에서 구원하사 천하 만국으로 주만 여호와이신 줄을 알게 하옵소서

(Is 37:20, NKJV) "Now therefore, O LORD our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that You are the LORD, You alone."

 

(10) 하나님을 마음에 두기를 싫어하심

(롬 1:24-28, 개역) [24] 그러므로 하나님께서 저희를 마음의 정욕대로 더러움에 내어 버려두사 저희 몸을 서로 욕되게 하셨으니 [25] 이는 저희가 하나님의 진리를 거짓 것으로 바꾸어 피조물을 조물주보다 더 경배하고 섬김이라 주는 곧 영원히 찬송할 이시로다 아멘 [26] 이를 인하여 하나님께서 저희를 부끄러운 욕심에 내어 버려 두셨으니 곧 저희 여인들도 순리대로 쓸 것을 바꾸어 역리로 쓰며 [27] 이와 같이 남자들도 순리대로 여인 쓰기를 버리고 서로 향하여 음욕이 불 일듯 하매 남자가 남자로 더불어 부끄러운 일을 행하여 저희의 그릇됨에 상당한 보응을 그 자신에 받았느니라 [28] 또한 저희가 마음에 하나님 두기를 싫어하매 하나님께서 저희를 그 상실한 마음대로 내어 버려 두사 합당치 못한 일을 하게 하셨으니

(롬 1:24-28, NKJV) [24] Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, [25] who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. [26] For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. [27] Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. [28] And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting;

 

(11) 듣지도 못하고 보지도 못함

(마 13:14-15, 개역) [14] 이사야의 예언이 저희에게 이루었으니 일렀으되 너희가 듣기는 들어도 깨닫지 못할 것이요 보기는 보아도 알지 못하리라 [15] 이 백성들의 마음이 완악하여져서 그 귀는 듣기에 둔하고 눈은 감았으니 이는 눈으로 보고 귀로 듣고 마음으로 깨달아 돌이켜 내게 고침을 받을까 두려워 함이라 하였느니라

(마 13:14-15, NKJV) [14] "And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says： 'Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, And seeing you will see and not perceive; [15] For the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, And their eyes they have closed, Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, So that I should heal them.'

 

(12) 유혹을 받게 하심

(살후 2:10-12, 개역) [10] 불의의 모든 속임으로 멸망하는 자들에게 임하리니 이는 저희가 진리의 사랑을 받지 아니하여 구원함을 얻지 못함이니라 [11] 이러므로 하나님이 유혹을 저의 가운데 역사하게 하사 거짓 것을 믿게 하심은 [12] 진리를 믿지 않고 불의를 좋아하는 모든 자로 심판을 받게 하려 하심이니라

(살후 2:10-12, NKJV) [10] and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. [11] And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, [12] that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

 

(13) 처음부터 종말을 고함

(사 46:10-11, 개역) [10] 내가 종말을 처음부터 고하며 아직 이루지 아니한 일을 옛적부터 보이고 이르기를 나의 모략이 설 것이니 내가 나의 모든 기뻐하는 것을 이루리라 하였노라 [11] 내가 동방에서 독수리를 부르며 먼 나라에서 나의 모략을 이룰 사람을 부를 것이라 내가 말하였은즉 정녕 이룰 것이요 경영하였은즉 정녕 행하리라

(사 46:10-11, NKJV) [10] Declaring the end from the beginning, And from ancient times things that are not yet done, Saying, 'My counsel shall stand, And I will do all My pleasure,' [11] Calling a bird of prey from the east, The man who executes My counsel, from a far country. Indeed I have spoken it; I will also bring it to pass. I have purposed it; I will also do it.

 

(14) 고레스

(라 1:1-5, NKJV) [1] Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, so that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and also put it in writing, saying, [2] Thus says Cyrus king of Persia： All the kingdoms of the earth the LORD God of heaven has given me. And He has commanded me to build Him a house at Jerusalem which is in Judah. [3] Who is among you of all His people? May his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem which is in Judah, and build the house of the LORD God of Israel (He is God), which is in Jerusalem. [4] And whoever is left in any place where he dwells, let the men of his place help him with silver and gold, with goods and livestock, besides the freewill offerings for the house of God which is in Jerusalem. [5] Then the heads of the fathers' houses of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests and the Levites, with all whose spirits God had moved, arose to go up and build the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem.

 

4. 창조자 하나님.

(1) 피조물

(사 40:26, 개역) 너희는 눈을 높이 들어 누가 이 모든 것을 창조하였나 보라 주께서는 수효대로 만상을 이끌어 내시고 각각 그 이름을 부르시나니 그의 권세가 크고 그의 능력이 강하므로 하나도 빠짐이 없느니라

(Is 40:26, NKJV) Lift up your eyes on high, And see who has created these things, Who brings out their host by number; He calls them all by name, By the greatness of His might And the strength of His power; Not one is missing.

 

(창 1:1-5, 개역) [1] 태초에 하나님이 천지를 창조하시니라 [2] 땅이 혼돈하고 공허하며 흑암이 깊음 위에 있고 하나님의 신은 수면에 운행하시니라 [3] 하나님이 가라사대 빛이 있으라 하시매 빛이 있었고 [4] 그 빛이 하나님의 보시기에 좋았더라 하나님이 빛과 어두움을 나누사 [5] 빛을 낮이라 칭하시고 어두움을 밤이라 칭하시니라 저녁이 되며 아침이 되니 이는 첫째 날이니라

(창 1:1-5, NKJV) [1] In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth. [2] The earth was without form, and void; and darkness was on the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God was hovering over the face of the waters. [3] Then God said, "Let there be light"; and there was light. [4] And God saw the light, that it was good; and God divided the light from the darkness. [5] God called the light Day, and the darkness He called Night. So the evening and the morning were the first day.

 

(2) 주는 토기장이

(사 64:8, 개역) 그러나 여호와여 주는 우리 아버지시니이다 우리는 진흙이요 주는 토기장이시니 우리는 다 주의 손으로 지으신 것이라

(Is 64:8, NKJV) But now, O LORD, You are our Father; We are the clay, and You our potter; And all we are the work of Your hand.

 

(3) 토기장이의 주권

(렘 18:3-6, 개역) [3] 내가 토기장이의 집으로 내려가서 본즉 그가 녹로로 일을 하는데 [4] 진흙으로 만든 그릇이 토기장이의 손에서 파상하매 그가 그것으로 자기 의견에 선한 대로 다른 그릇을 만들더라 [5] 때에 여호와의 말씀이 내게 임하니라 가라사대 [6] 나 여호와가 이르노라 이스라엘 족속아 이 토기장이의 하는 것 같이 내가 능히 너희에게 행하지 못하겠느냐 이스라엘 족속아 진흙이 토기장이의 손에 있음 같이 너희가 내 손에 있느니라

(렘 18:3-6, NKJV) [3] Then I went down to the potter's house, and there he was, making something at the wheel. [4] And the vessel that he made of clay was marred in the hand of the potter; so he made it again into another vessel, as it seemed good to the potter to make. [5] Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying： [6] "O house of Israel, can I not do with you as this potter?" says the LORD. "Look, as the clay is in the potter's hand, so are you in My hand, O house of Israel!

 

(4) 하나님이 만드시는 그릇

(딤후 2:20-21, 개역) [20] 큰 집에는 금과 은의 그릇이 있을 뿐 아니요 나무와 질그릇도 있어 귀히 쓰는 것도 있고 천히 쓰는 것도 있나니 [21] 그러므로 누구든지 이런 것에서 자기를 깨끗하게 하면 귀히 쓰는 그릇이 되어 거룩하고 주인의 쓰심에 합당하며 모든 선한 일에 예비함이 되리라

(딤후 2:20-21, NKJV) [20] But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and silver, but also of wood and clay, some for honor and some for dishonor. [21] Therefore if anyone cleanses himself from the latter, he will be a vessel for honor, sanctified and useful for the Master, prepared for every good work.

 

(5) 창조자 하나님의 솜씨

(시 8:1-5, 개역) [1] [다윗의 시, 영장으로 깃딧에 맞춘 노래] 여호와 우리 주여 주의 이름이 온 땅에 어찌 그리 아름다운지요 주의 영광을 하늘 위에 두셨나이다 [2] 주의 대적을 인하여 어린 아이와 젖먹이의 입으로 말미암아 권능을 세우심이여 이는 원수와 보수자로 잠잠케 하려 하심이니이다 [3] 주의 손가락으로 만드신 주의 하늘과 주의 베풀어 두신 달과 별들을 내가 보오니 [4] 사람이 무엇이관대 주께서 저를 생각하시며 인자가 무엇이관대 주께서 저를 권고하시나이까 [5] 저를 천사보다 조금 못하게 하시고 영화와 존귀로 관을 씌우셨나이다

(시 8:1-5, NKJV) [1] To the Chief Musician. On the instrument of Gath. A Psalm of David. O LORD, our Lord, How excellent is Your name in all the earth, Who have set Your glory above the heavens! [2] Out of the mouth of babes and nursing infants You have ordained strength, Because of Your enemies, That You may silence the enemy and the avenger. [3] When I consider Your heavens, the work of Your fingers, The moon and the stars, which You have ordained, [4] What is man that You are mindful of him, And the son of man that You visit him? [5] For You have made him a little lower than the angels, And You have crowned him with glory and honor.

 

(6) 하늘의 예배

(계 4:8-11, 개역) [8] 네 생물이 각각 여섯 날개가 있고 그 안과 주위에 눈이 가득하더라 그들이 밤낮 쉬지 않고 이르기를 거룩하다 거룩하다 거룩하다 주 하나님 곧 전능하신 이여 전에도 계셨고 이제도 계시고 장차 오실 자라 하고 [9] 그 생물들이 영광과 존귀와 감사를 보좌에 앉으사 세세토록 사시는 이에게 돌릴 때에 [10] 이십사 장로들이 보좌에 앉으신 이 앞에 엎드려 세세토록 사시는 이에게 경배하고 자기의 면류관을 보좌 앞에 던지며 가로되 [11] 우리 주 하나님이여 영광과 존귀와 능력을 받으시는 것이 합당하오니 주께서 만물을 지으신지라 만물이 주의 뜻대로 있었고 또 지으심을 받았나이다 하더라

(계 4:8-11, NKJV) [8] The four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes around and within. And they do not rest day or night, saying： "Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, Who was and is and is to come!" [9] Whenever the living creatures give glory and honor and thanks to Him who sits on the throne, who lives forever and ever, [10] the twenty-four elders fall down before Him who sits on the throne and worship Him who lives forever and ever, and cast their crowns before the throne, saying： [11] "You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created."

 

(7) 태초에 천지를 창조하심

(잠 8:22-31, 개역) [22] 여호와께서 그 조화의 시작 곧 태초에 일하시기 전에 나를 가지셨으며 [23] 만세 전부터, 상고부터, 땅이 생기기 전부터 내가 세움을 입었나니 [24] 아직 바다가 생기지 아니하였고 큰 샘들이 있기 전에 내가 이미났으며 [25] 산이 세우심을 입기 전에, 언덕이 생기기 전에 내가 이미 났으니 [26] 하나님이 아직 땅도, 들도, 세상 진토의 근원도 짓지 아니하셨을 때에라 [27] 그가 하늘을 지으시며 궁창으로 해면에 두르실 때에 내가 거기 있었고 [28] 그가 위로 구름 하늘을 견고하게 하시며 바다의 샘들을 힘 있게 하시며 [29] 바다의 한계를 정하여 물로 명령을 거스리지 못하게 하시며 또 땅의 기초를 정하실 때에 [30] 내가 그 곁에 있어서 창조자가 되어 날마다 그 기뻐하신 바가 되었으며 항상 그 앞에서 즐거워하였으며 [31] 사람이 거처할 땅에서 즐거워하며 인자들을 기뻐하였었느니라

(잠 8:22-31, NKJV) [22] "The LORD possessed me at the beginning of His way, Before His works of old. [23] I have been established from everlasting, From the beginning, before there was ever an earth. [24] When there were no depths I was brought forth, When there were no fountains abounding with water. [25] Before the mountains were settled, Before the hills, I was brought forth; [26] While as yet He had not made the earth or the fields, Or the primeval dust of the world. [27] When He prepared the heavens, I was there, When He drew a circle on the face of the deep, [28] When He established the clouds above, When He strengthened the fountains of the deep, [29] When He assigned to the sea its limit, So that the waters would not transgress His command, When He marked out the foundations of the earth, [30] Then I was beside Him as a master craftsman; And I was daily His delight, Rejoicing always before Him, [31] Rejoicing in His inhabited world, And my delight was with the sons of men.

 

(8) 하나님의 형상으로 인간을 창조하심

(창 1:26-28, 개역) [26] 하나님이 가라사대 우리의 형상을 따라 우리의 모양대로 우리가 사람을 만들고 그로 바다의 고기와 공중의 새와 육축과 온 땅과 땅에 기는 모든 것을 다스리게 하자 하시고 [27] 하나님이 자기 형상 곧 하나님의 형상대로 사람을 창조하시되 남자와 여자를 창조하시고 [28] 하나님이 그들에게 복을 주시며 그들에게 이르시되 생육하고 번성하여 땅에 충만하라, 땅을 정복하라, 바다의 고기와 공중의 새와 땅에 움직이는 모든 생물을 다스리라 하시니라

(창 1:26-28, NKJV) [26] Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth." [27] So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. [28] Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth."

 

(9) 새하늘 새땅

(계 21:1-7, 개역) [1] 또 내가 새 하늘과 새 땅을 보니 처음 하늘과 처음 땅이 없어졌고 바다도 다시 있지 않더라 [2] 또 내가 보매 거룩한 성 새 예루살렘이 하나님께로부터 하늘에서 내려오니 그 예비한 것이 신부가 남편을 위하여 단장한 것 같더라 [3] 내가 들으니 보좌에서 큰 음성이 나서 가로되 보라 하나님의 장막이 사람들과 함께 있으매 하나님이 저희와 함께 거하시리니 저희는 하나님의 백성이 되고 하나님은 친히 저희와 함께 계셔서 [4] 모든 눈물을 그 눈에서 씻기시매 다시 사망이 없고 애통하는 것이나 곡하는 것이나 아픈 것이 다시 있지 아니하리니 처음 것들이 다 지나갔음이러라 [5] 보좌에 앉으신 이가 가라사대 보라 내가 만물을 새롭게 하노라 하시고 또 가라사대 이 말은 신실하고 참되니 기록하라 하시고 [6] 또 내게 말씀하시되 이루었도다 나는 알파와 오메가요 처음과 나중이라 내가 생명수 샘물로 목마른 자에게 값없이 주리니 [7] 이기는 자는 이것들을 유업으로 얻으리라 나는 저의 하나님이 되고 그는 내 아들이 되리라

(계 21:1-7, NKJV) [1] Now I saw a new heaven and a new earth, for the first heaven and the first earth had passed away. Also there was no more sea. [2] Then I, John, saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down out of heaven from God, prepared as a bride adorned for her husband. [3] And I heard a loud voice from heaven saying, "Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and He will dwell with them, and they shall be His people. God Himself will be with them and be their God. [4] "And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes; there shall be no more death, nor sorrow, nor crying. There shall be no more pain, for the former things have passed away." [5] Then He who sat on the throne said, "Behold, I make all things new." And He said to me, "Write, for these words are true and faithful." [6] And He said to me, "It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts. [7] "He who overcomes shall inherit all things, and I will be his God and he shall be My son.

 

(10) 새로운 피조물

(고후 5:17, 개역) 그런즉 누구든지 그리스도 안에 있으면 새로운 피조물이라 이전 것은 지나갔으니 보라 새 것이 되었도다

(2Co 5:17, NKJV) Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.

 

(11) 절대 주권 대상 29. 삼상 2.

(대상 29:11-13, 개역) [11] 여호와여 광대하심과 권능과 영광과 이김과 위엄이 다 주께 속하였사오니 천지에 있는 것이 다 주의 것이로소이다 여호와여 주권도 주께 속하였사오니 주는 높으사 만유의 머리심이니이다 [12] 부와 귀가 주께로 말미암고 또 주는 만유의 주재가 되사 손에 권세와 능력이 있사오니 모든 자를 크게 하심과 강하게 하심이 주의 손에 있나이다 [13] 우리 하나님이여 이제 우리가 주께 감사하오며 주의 영화로운 이름을 찬양하나이다

(대상 29:11-13, NKJV) [11] Yours, O LORD, is the greatness, The power and the glory, The victory and the majesty; For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O LORD, And You are exalted as head over all. [12] Both riches and honor come from You, And You reign over all. In Your hand is power and might; In Your hand it is to make great And to give strength to all. [13] "Now therefore, our God, We thank You And praise Your glorious name.

 

(12) 천지가 일제히 서느니라

(사 48:13, 개역) 과연 내 손이 땅의 기초를 정하였고 내 오른손이 하늘에 폈나니 내가 부르면 천지가 일제히 서느니라

(Is 48:13, NKJV) Indeed My hand has laid the foundation of the earth, And My right hand has stretched out the heavens; When I call to them, They stand up together.

 

(13) 전능하신

(계 1:8, 개역) 주 하나님이 가라사대 나는 알파와 오메가라 이제도 있고 전에도 있었고 장차 올 자요 전능한 자라 하시더라

(Rv 1:8, NKJV) "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End," says the Lord, "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty."

 

(창 17:1, 개역) 아브람의 구십구 세 때에 여호와께서 아브람에게 나타나서 그에게 이르시되 나는 전능한 하나님이라 너는 내 앞에서 행하여 완전하라

(Gn 17:1, NKJV) When Abram was ninety-nine years old, the LORD appeared to Abram and said to him, "I am Almighty God; walk before Me and be blameless.

 

(시 50:1, 개역) [아삽의 시] 전능하신 자 하나님 여호와께서 말씀하사 해 돋는 데서부터 지는 데까지 세상을 부르셨도다

(Ps 50:1, NKJV) A Psalm of Asaph. The Mighty One, God the LORD, Has spoken and called the earth From the rising of the sun to its going down.

 

(14) 바닷물을 지면에 쏱으시는 하나님

(암 5:8, 개역) 묘성과 삼성을 만드시며 사망의 그늘로 아침이 되게 하시며 백주로 어두운 밤이 되게 하시며 바닷물을 불러 지면에 쏟으시는 자를 찾으라 그 이름이 여호와시니라

(Am 5:8, NKJV) He made the Pleiades and Orion; He turns the shadow of death into morning And makes the day dark as night; He calls for the waters of the sea And pours them out on the face of the earth; The LORD is His name.

 

5. 사랑치 아니한 자를 사랑한 자라고 부르심.

(1) 전적인 은혜

(갈 2:16, 개역) 사람이 의롭게 되는 것은 율법의 행위에서 난 것이 아니요 오직 예수 그리스도를 믿음으로 말미암는 줄 아는 고로 우리도 그리스도 예수를 믿나니 이는 우리가 율법의 행위에서 아니고 그리스도를 믿음으로써 의롭다 함을 얻으려 함이라 율법의 행위로서는 의롭다 함을 얻을 육체가 없느니라

(Gl 2:16, NKJV) "knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.

 

(딛 2:11-14, 개역) [11] 모든 사람에게 구원을 주시는 하나님의 은혜가 나타나 [12] 우리를 양육하시되 경건치 않은 것과 이 세상 정욕을 다 버리고 근신함과 의로움과 경건함으로 이 세상에 살고 [13] 복스러운 소망과 우리의 크신 하나님 구주 예수 그리스도의 영광이 나타나심을 기다리게 하셨으니 [14] 그가 우리를 대신하여 자신을 주심은 모든 불법에서 우리를 구속하시고 우리를 깨끗하게 하사 선한 일에 열심하는 친 백성이 되게 하려 하심이니라

(딛 2:11-14, NKJV) [11] For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, [12] teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, [13] looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, [14] who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.

 

(2) 내 백성이라 하리라

(호 2:23, 개역) 내가 나를 위하여 이 땅에 심고 긍휼히 여김을 받지 못하였던 자를 긍휼히 여기며 내 백성 아니었던 자에게 향하여 이르기를 너는 내 백성이라 하리니 저희는 이르기를 주는 내 하나님이시라 하리라

(Hs 2:23, NKJV) Then I will sow her for Myself in the earth, And I will have mercy on her who had not obtained mercy; Then I will say to those who were not My people, 'You are My people!' And they shall say, 'You are my God!'"

 

(3) 이제는 하나님의 백성이라

(벧전 2:9-10, 개역) [9] 오직 너희는 택하신 족속이요 왕같은 제사장들이요 거룩한 나라요 그의 소유된 백성이니 이는 너희를 어두운 데서 불러내어 그의 기이한 빛에 들어가게 하신 자의 아름다운 덕을 선전하게 하려 하심이라 [10] 너희가 전에는 백성이 아니더니 이제는 하나님의 백성이요 전에는 긍휼을 얻지 못하였더니 이제는 긍휼을 얻은 자니라

(벧전 2:9-10, NKJV) [9] But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people, that you may proclaim the praises of Him who called you out of darkness into His marvelous light; [10] who once were not a people but are now the people of God, who had not obtained mercy but now have obtained mercy.

 

(4) 내 백성이 아니라 한 곳에서 하나님의 자녀가 됨

(호 1:9-10, 개역) [9] 여호와께서 이르시되 그 이름을 로암미라 하라 너희는 내 백성이 아니요 나는 너희 하나님이 되지 아니할 것임이니라 [10] 그러나 이스라엘 자손의 수가 바닷가의 모래 같이 되어서 측량할 수도 없고 셀 수도 없을 것이며 전에 저희에게 이르기를 너희는 내 백성이 아니라 한 그곳에서 저희에게 이르기를 너희는 사신 하나님의 자녀라 할 것이라

(호 1:9-10, NKJV) [9] Then God said： "Call his name Lo-Ammi, For you are not My people, And I will not be your God. [10] "Yet the number of the children of Israel Shall be as the sand of the sea, Which cannot be measured or numbered. And it shall come to pass In the place where it was said to them, 'You are not My people,' There it shall be said to them, 'You are sons of the living God.'

 

(5) 사방에서 모으심

(사 43:6, 개역) 내가 북방에게 이르기를 놓으라 남방에게 이르기를 구류하지 말라 내 아들들을 원방에서 이끌며 내 딸들을 땅 끝에서 오게 하라

(Is 43:6, NKJV) I will say to the north, 'Give them up!' And to the south, 'Do not keep them back!' Bring My sons from afar, And My daughters from the ends of the earth--

 

(6) 하나님의 자녀를 모으시기 위하여 죽으심

(요 11:52, 개역) 또 그 민족만 위할 뿐 아니라 흩어진 하나님의 자녀를 모아 하나가 되게 하기 위하여 죽으실 것을 미리 말함이러라

(Jn 11:52, NKJV) and not for that nation only, but also that He would gather together in one the children of God who were scattered abroad.

 

(7) 소망도 없고 하나님도 없던 자들

(엡 2:11-13, 개역) [11] 그러므로 생각하라 너희는 그 때에 육체로 이방인이요 손으로 육체에 행한 할례당이라 칭하는 자들에게 무할례당이라 칭함을 받는 자들이라 [12] 그 때에 너희는 그리스도 밖에 있었고 이스라엘 나라 밖의 사람이라 약속의 언약들에 대하여 외인이요 세상에서 소망이 없고 하나님도 없는 자이더니 [13] 이제는 전에 멀리 있던 너희가 그리스도 예수 안에서 그리스도의 피로 가까워졌느니라

(엡 2:11-13, NKJV) [11] Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh--who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands-- [12] that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. [13] But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.

(시 14:1-3, 개역) [1] [다윗의 시, 영장으로 한 노래] 어리석은 자는 그 마음에 이르기를 하나님이 없다 하도다 저희는 부패하고 소행이 가증하여 선을 행하는 자가 없도다 [2] 여호와께서 하늘에서 인생을 굽어 살피사 지각이 있어 하나님을 찾는 자가 있는가 보려 하신즉 [3] 다 치우쳤으며 함께 더러운 자가 되고 선을 행하는 자가 없으니 하나도 없도다

(시 14:1-3, NKJV) [1] To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, They have done abominable works, There is none who does good. [2] The LORD looks down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there are any who understand, who seek God. [3] They have all turned aside, They have together become corrupt; There is none who does good, No, not one.

 

(9) 눈이 멀음

(요 9:39-41, 개역) [39] 예수께서 가라사대 내가 심판하러 이 세상에 왔으니 보지 못하는 자들은 보게 하고 보는 자들은 소경 되게 하려 함이라 하시니 [40] 바리새인 중에 예수와 함께 있던 자들이 이 말씀을 듣고 가로되 우리도 소경인가 [41] 예수께서 가라사대 너희가 소경 되었더면 죄가 없으려니와 본다고 하니 너희 죄가 그저 있느니라

(요 9:39-41, NKJV) [39] And Jesus said, "For judgment I have come into this world, that those who do not see may see, and that those who see may be made blind." [40] Then some of the Pharisees who were with Him heard these words, and said to Him, "Are we blind also?" [41] Jesus said to them, "If you were blind, you would have no sin; but now you say, 'We see.' Therefore your sin remains.

 

(10) 귀가 멀음

(마 13:13-17, 개역) [13] 그러므로 내가 저희에게 비유로 말하기는 저희가 보아도 보지 못하며 들어도 듣지 못하며 깨닫지 못함이니라 [14] 이사야의 예언이 저희에게 이루었으니 일렀으되 너희가 듣기는 들어도 깨닫지 못할 것이요 보기는 보아도 알지 못하리라 [15] 이 백성들의 마음이 완악하여져서 그 귀는 듣기에 둔하고 눈은 감았으니 이는 눈으로 보고 귀로 듣고 마음으로 깨달아 돌이켜 내게 고침을 받을까 두려워 함이라 하였느니라 [16] 그러나 너희 눈은 봄으로 너희 귀는 들음으로 복이 있도다 [17] 내가 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 많은 선지자와 의인이 너희 보는 것들을 보고자 하여도 보지 못하였고 너희 듣는 것들을 듣고자 하여도 듣지 못하였느니라

(마 13:13-17, NKJV) [13] "Therefore I speak to them in parables, because seeing they do not see, and hearing they do not hear, nor do they understand. [14] "And in them the prophecy of Isaiah is fulfilled, which says： 'Hearing you will hear and shall not understand, And seeing you will see and not perceive; [15] For the hearts of this people have grown dull. Their ears are hard of hearing, And their eyes they have closed, Lest they should see with their eyes and hear with their ears, Lest they should understand with their hearts and turn, So that I should heal them.' [16] "But blessed are your eyes for they see, and your ears for they hear; [17] "for assuredly, I say to you that many prophets and righteous men desired to see what you see, and did not see it, and to hear what you hear, and did not hear it.

 

(11) 창조전에

(엡 1:3-6, 개역) [3] 찬송하리로다 하나님 곧 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 아버지께서 그리스도 안에서 하늘에 속한 모든 신령한 복으로 우리에게 복 주시되 [4] 곧 창세 전에 그리스도 안에서 우리를 택하사 우리로 사랑 안에서 그 앞에 거룩하고 흠이 없게 하시려고 [5] 그 기쁘신 뜻대로 우리를 예정하사 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 자기의 아들들이 되게 하셨으니 [6] 이는 그의 사랑하시는 자 안에서 우리에게 거저 주시는 바 그의 은혜의 영광을 찬미하게 하려는 것이라

(엡 1:3-6, NKJV) [3] Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who has blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ, [4] just as He chose us in Him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before Him in love, [5] having predestined us to adoption as sons by Jesus Christ to Himself, according to the good pleasure of His will, [6] to the praise of the glory of His grace, by which He has made us accepted in the Beloved.

 

(12) 원수되었을 때에.

(롬 5:8-10, 개역) [8] 우리가 아직 죄인 되었을 때에 그리스도께서 우리를 위하여 죽으심으로 하나님께서 우리에게 대한 자기의 사랑을 확증하셨느니라 [9] 그러면 이제 우리가 그 피를 인하여 의롭다 하심을 얻었은즉 더욱 그로 말미암아 진노하심에서 구원을 얻을 것이니 [10] 곧 우리가 원수 되었을 때에 그 아들의 죽으심으로 말미암아 하나님으로 더불어 화목되었은즉 화목된 자로서는 더욱 그의 살으심을 인하여 구원을 얻을 것이니라

(롬 5:8-10, NKJV) [8] But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. [9] Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. [10] For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.

 

(13) 흑암 권세 골 2

(골 1:13-16, 개역) [13] 그가 우리를 흑암의 권세에서 건져내사 그의 사랑의 아들의 나라로 옮기셨으니 [14] 그 아들 안에서 우리가 구속 곧 죄 사함을 얻었도다 [15] 그는 보이지 아니하시는 하나님의 형상이요 모든 창조물보다 먼저 나신 자니 [16] 만물이 그에게 창조되되 하늘과 땅에서 보이는 것들과 보이지 않는 것들과 혹은 보좌들이나 주관들이나 정사들이나 권세들이나 만물이 다 그로 말미암고 그를 위하여 창조되었고

(골 1:13-16, NKJV) [13] He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, [14] in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. [15] He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. [16] For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.

 

(14) 요일 3:8.10

(요일 3:8-10, 개역) [8] 죄를 짓는 자는 마귀에게 속하나니 마귀는 처음부터 범죄함이니라 하나님의 아들이 나타나신 것은 마귀의 일을 멸하려 하심이니라 [9] 하나님께로서 난 자마다 죄를 짓지 아니하나니 이는 하나님의 씨가 그의 속에 거함이요 저도 범죄치 못하는 것은 하나님께로서 났음이라 [10] 이러므로 하나님의 자녀들과 마귀의 자녀들이 나타나나니 무릇 의를 행치 아니하는 자나 또는 그 형제를 사랑치 아니하는 자는 하나님께 속하지 아니하니라

(요일 3:8-10, NKJV) [8] He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil. [9] Whoever has been born of God does not sin, for His seed remains in him; and he cannot sin, because he has been born of God. [10] In this the children of God and the children of the devil are manifest： Whoever does not practice righteousness is not of God, nor is he who does not love his brother.

 

(15) 사단의 권세.

(행 26:18, 개역) 그 눈을 뜨게 하여 어두움에서 빛으로, 사단의 권세에서 하나님께로 돌아가게 하고 죄사함과 나를 믿어 거룩케 된 무리 가운데서 기업을 얻게 하리라 하더이다

(Ac 26:18, NKJV) 'to open their eyes, in order to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan to God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins and an inheritance among those who are sanctified by faith in Me.'

 

(16) 패역한 세대

(행 2:38-40, 개역) [38] 베드로가 가로되 너희가 회개하여 각각 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 세례를 받고 죄 사함을 얻으라 그리하면 성령을 선물로 받으리니 [39] 이 약속은 너희와 너희 자녀와 모든 먼 데 사람 곧 주 우리 하나님이 얼마든지 부르시는 자들에게 하신 것이라 하고 [40] 또 여러 말로 확증하며 권하여 가로되 너희가 이 패역한 세대에서 구원을 받으라 하니

(행 2:38-40, NKJV) [38] Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. [39] "For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call." [40] And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, "Be saved from this perverse generation."

 

(17) 어그러지고 거스리는 세대

(빌 2:15-16, 개역) [15] 이는 너희가 흠이 없고 순전하여 어그러지고 거스리는 세대 가운데서 하나님의 흠 없는 자녀로 세상에서 그들 가운데 빛들로 나타내며 [16] 생명의 말씀을 밝혀 나의 달음질도 헛되지 아니하고 수고도 헛되지 아니함으로 그리스도의 날에 나로 자랑할 것이 있게 하려 함이라

(빌 2:15-16, NKJV) [15] that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world, [16] holding fast the word of life, so that I may rejoice in the day of Christ that I have not run in vain or labored in vain.

 

6. 남은자만 구원을 얻으리라.

(1) 구약시대 하나님의 은혜로 남은 자들

(학 2:1-9, 개역) [1] 칠월 곧 그 달 이십일일에 여호와의 말씀이 선지자 학개에게 임하니라 가라사대 [2] 너는 스알디엘의 아들 유다 총독 스룹바벨과 여호사닥의 아들 대제사장 여호수아와 남은 백성에게 고하여 이르라 [3] 너희 중에 남아 있는 자 곧 이 전의 이전 영광을 본 자가 누구냐 이제 이것이 너희에게 어떻게 보이느냐 이것이 너희 눈에 보잘것이 없지 아니하냐 [4] 그러나 여호와가 이르노라 스룹바벨아 스스로 굳세게 할지어다 여호사닥의 아들 대제사장 여호수아야 스스로 굳세게 할지어다 나 여호와의 말이니라 이 땅 모든 백성아 스스로 굳세게 하여 일할지어다 내가 너희와 함께 하노라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라 [5] 너희가 애굽에서 나올 때에 내가 너희와 언약한 말과 나의 신이 오히려 너희 중에 머물러 있나니 너희는 두려워하지 말지어다 [6] 나 만군의 여호와가 말하노라 조금 있으면 내가 하늘과 땅과 바다와 육지를 진동시킬 것이요 [7] 또한 만국을 진동시킬 것이며 만국의 보배가 이르리니 내가 영광으로 이 전에 충만케 하리라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라 [8] 은도 내 것이요 금도 내 것이니라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라 [9] 이 전의 나중 영광이 이전 영광보다 크리라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라 내가 이곳에 평강을 주리라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라

(학 2:1-9, NKJV) [1] In the seventh month, on the twenty-first of the month, the word of the LORD came by Haggai the prophet, saying： [2] "Speak now to Zerubbabel the son of Shealtiel, governor of Judah, and to Joshua the son of Jehozadak, the high priest, and to the remnant of the people, saying： [3] 'Who is left among you who saw this temple in its former glory? And how do you see it now? In comparison with it, is this not in your eyes as nothing? [4] 'Yet now be strong, Zerubbabel,' says the LORD; 'and be strong, Joshua, son of Jehozadak, the high priest; and be strong, all you people of the land,' says the LORD, 'and work; for I am with you,' says the LORD of hosts. [5] 'According to the word that I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt, so My Spirit remains among you; do not fear!' [6] "For thus says the LORD of hosts： 'Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land; [7] 'and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,' says the LORD of hosts. [8] 'The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,' says the LORD of hosts. [9] 'The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,' says the LORD of hosts. 'And in this place I will give peace,' says the LORD of hosts."

 

(2) 하나님의 사랑하시는 자들.

(신 4:36-38, 개역) [36] 여호와께서 너를 교훈하시려고 하늘에서부터 그 음성을 너로 듣게 하시며 땅에서는 그 큰 불을 네게 보이시고 너로 불 가운데서 나오는 그 말씀을 듣게 하셨느니라 [37] 여호와께서 네 열조를 사랑하신고로 그 후손 너를 택하시고 큰 권능으로 친히 인도하여 애굽에서 나오게 하시며 [38] 너보다 강대한 열국을 네 앞에서 쫓아내고 너를 그들의 땅으로 인도하여 들여서 그것을 네게 기업으로 주려 하심이 오늘날과 같으니라

(신 4:36-38, NKJV) [36] "Out of heaven He let you hear His voice, that He might instruct you; on earth He showed you His great fire, and you heard His words out of the midst of the fire. [37] "And because He loved your fathers, therefore He chose their descendants after them; and He brought you out of Egypt with His Presence, with His mighty power, [38] "driving out from before you nations greater and mightier than you, to bring you in, to give you their land as an inheritance, as it is this day.

 

(신 5:10, 개역) 나를 사랑하고 내 계명을 지키는 자에게는 천대까지 은혜를 베푸느니라

(Dt 5:10, NKJV) but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.

 

(신 10:15, 개역) 여호와께서 오직 네 열조를 기뻐하시고 그들을 사랑하사 그 후손 너희를 만민 중에서 택하셨음이 오늘날과 같으니라

(Dt 10:15, NKJV) "The LORD delighted only in your fathers, to love them; and He chose their descendants after them, you above all peoples, as it is this day.

 

(3) 순교자들.

(계 20:4, 개역) 또 내가 보좌들을 보니 거기 앉은 자들이 있어 심판하는 권세를 받았더라 또 내가 보니 예수의 증거와 하나님의 말씀을 인하여 목 베임을 받은 자의 영혼들과 또 짐승과 그의 우상에게 경배하지도 아니하고 이마와 손에 그의 표를 받지도 아니한 자들이 살아서 그리스도로 더불어 천 년 동안 왕 노릇 하니

(Rv 20:4, NKJV) And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.

 

(4) 흰옷을 입은 자들.

(계 7:9-17, 개역) [9] 이 일 후에 내가 보니 각 나라와 족속과 백성과 방언에서 아무라도 능히 셀 수 없는 큰 무리가 흰 옷을 입고 손에 종려 가지를 들고 보좌 앞과 어린 양 앞에 서서 [10] 큰 소리로 외쳐 가로되 구원하심이 보좌에 앉으신 우리 하나님과 어린 양에게 있도다 하니 [11] 모든 천사가 보좌와 장로들과 네 생물의 주위에 섰다가 보좌 앞에 엎드려 얼굴을 대고 하나님께 경배하여 [12] 가로되 아멘 찬송과 영광과 지혜와 감사와 존귀와 능력과 힘이 우리 하나님께 세세토록 있을지로다 아멘 하더라 [13] 장로 중에 하나가 응답하여 내게 이르되 이 흰 옷 입은 자들이 누구며 또 어디서 왔느뇨 [14] 내가 가로되 내 주여 당신이 알리이다 하니 그가 나더러 이르되 이는 큰 환난에서 나오는 자들인데 어린 양의 피에 그 옷을 씻어 희게 하였느니라 [15] 그러므로 그들이 하나님의 보좌 앞에 있고 또 그의 성전에서 밤낮 하나님을 섬기매 보좌에 앉으신 이가 그들 위에 장막을 치시리니 [16] 저희가 다시 주리지도 아니하며 목마르지도 아니하고 해나 아무 뜨거운 기운에 상하지 아니할지니 [17] 이는 보좌 가운데 계신 어린 양이 저희의 목자가 되사 생명수 샘으로 인도하시고 하나님께서 저희 눈에서 모든 눈물을 씻어 주실 것임이러라

(계 7:9-17, NKJV) [9] After these things I looked, and behold, a great multitude which no one could number, of all nations, tribes, peoples, and tongues, standing before the throne and before the Lamb, clothed with white robes, with palm branches in their hands, [10] and crying out with a loud voice, saying, "Salvation belongs to our God who sits on the throne, and to the Lamb!" [11] All the angels stood around the throne and the elders and the four living creatures, and fell on their faces before the throne and worshiped God, [12] saying： "Amen! Blessing and glory and wisdom, Thanksgiving and honor and power and might, Be to our God forever and ever. Amen." [13] Then one of the elders answered, saying to me, "Who are these arrayed in white robes, and where did they come from?" [14] And I said to him, "Sir, you know." So he said to me, "These are the ones who come out of the great tribulation, and washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. [15] "Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them. [16] "They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat; [17] "for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes."

 

(5) 바벨론 포로에서 돌아온자들

(라 1:1-6, 개역) [1] 바사 왕 고레스 원년에 여호와께서 예레미야의 입으로 하신 말씀을 응하게 하시려고 바사 왕 고레스의 마음을 감동시키시매 저가 온 나라에 공포도 하고 조서도 내려 가로되 [2] 바사 왕 고레스는 말하노니 하늘의 신 여호와께서 세상 만국으로 내게 주셨고 나를 명하사 유다 예루살렘에 전을 건축하라 하셨나니 [3] 이스라엘의 하나님은 참 신이시라 너희 중에 무릇 그 백성 된 자는 다 유다 예루살렘으로 올라가서 거기 있는 여호와의 전을 건축하라 너희 하나님이 함께 하시기를 원하노라 [4] 무릇 그 남아 있는 백성이 어느곳에 우거하였든지 그곳 사람들이 마땅히 은과 금과 기타 물건과 짐승으로 도와주고 그 외에도 예루살렘 하나님의 전을 위하여 예물을 즐거이 드릴지니라 하였더라 [5] 이에 유다와 베냐민 족장들과 제사장들과 레위 사람들과 무릇 그 마음이 하나님께 감동을 받고 올라가서 예루살렘 여호와의 전을 건축코자 하는 자가 다 일어나니 [6] 그 사면 사람들이 은그릇과 황금과 기타 물건과 짐승과 보물로 돕고 그 외에도 예물을 즐거이 드렸더라

(라 1:1-6, NKJV) [1] Now in the first year of Cyrus king of Persia, that the word of the LORD by the mouth of Jeremiah might be fulfilled, the LORD stirred up the spirit of Cyrus king of Persia, so that he made a proclamation throughout all his kingdom, and also put it in writing, saying, [2] Thus says Cyrus king of Persia： All the kingdoms of the earth the LORD God of heaven has given me. And He has commanded me to build Him a house at Jerusalem which is in Judah. [3] Who is among you of all His people? May his God be with him, and let him go up to Jerusalem which is in Judah, and build the house of the LORD God of Israel (He is God), which is in Jerusalem. [4] And whoever is left in any place where he dwells, let the men of his place help him with silver and gold, with goods and livestock, besides the freewill offerings for the house of God which is in Jerusalem. [5] Then the heads of the fathers' houses of Judah and Benjamin, and the priests and the Levites, with all whose spirits God had moved, arose to go up and build the house of the LORD which is in Jerusalem. [6] And all those who were around them encouraged them with articles of silver and gold, with goods and livestock, and with precious things, besides all that was willingly offered.

 

(6) 여호와를 진실히 의지하는 자들

(사 10:20-23, 개역) [20] 그 날에 이스라엘의 남은 자와 야곱 족속의 피난한 자들이 다시 자기를 친 자를 의뢰치 아니하고 이스라엘의 거룩하신 자 여호와를 진실히 의뢰하리니 [21] 남은 자 곧 야곱의 남은 자가 능하신 하나님께로 돌아올 것이라 [22] 이스라엘이여 네 백성이 바다의 모래 같을지라도 남은 자만 돌아오리니 넘치는 공의로 훼멸이 작정되었음이라 [23] 이미 작정되었은즉 주 만군의 여호와께서 온 세계 중에 끝까지 행하시리라

(사 10:20-23, NKJV) [20] And it shall come to pass in that day That the remnant of Israel, And such as have escaped of the house of Jacob, Will never again depend on him who defeated them, But will depend on the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in truth. [21] The remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob, To the Mighty God. [22] For though your people, O Israel, be as the sand of the sea, A remnant of them will return; The destruction decreed shall overflow with righteousness. [23] For the Lord GOD of hosts Will make a determined end In the midst of all the land.

 

(7) 남겨두신 자들

(라 9:8, 개역) 이제 우리 하나님 여호와께서 우리에게 잠간 은혜를 베푸사 얼마를 남겨두어 피하게 하신 우리를 그 거룩한 처소에 박힌 못과 같게 하시고 우리 눈을 밝히사 우리로 종노릇 하는 중에서 조금 소성하게 하셨나이다

(Ezr 9:8, NKJV) "And now for a little while grace has been shown from the LORD our God, to leave us a remnant to escape, and to give us a peg in His holy place, that our God may enlighten our eyes and give us a measure of revival in our bondage.

 

(8) 끝까지 견디는 자들

(히 3:5-6, 개역) [5] 또한 모세는 장래의 말할 것을 증거하기 위하여 하나님의 온 집에서 사환으로 충성하였고 [6] 그리스도는 그의 집 맡은 아들로 충성하였으니 우리가 소망의 담대함과 자랑을 끝까지 견고히 잡으면 그의 집이라

(히 3:5-6, NKJV) [5] And Moses indeed was faithful in all His house as a servant, for a testimony of those things which would be spoken afterward, [6] but Christ as a Son over His own house, whose house we are if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm to the end.

 

(9) 인내로

(눅 21:18-19, 개역) [18] 너희 머리털 하나도 상치 아니하리라 [19] 너희의 인내로 너희 영혼을 얻으리라

(눅 21:18-19, NKJV) [18] "But not a hair of your head shall be lost. [19] "By your patience possess your souls.

 

(히 12:1-2, 개역) [1] 이러므로 우리에게 구름 같이 둘러싼 허다한 증인들이 있으니 모든 무거운 것과 얽매이기 쉬운 죄를 벗어 버리고 인내로써 우리 앞에 당한 경주를 경주하며 [2] 믿음의 주요 또 온전케 하시는 이인 예수를 바라보자 저는 그 앞에 있는 즐거움을 위하여 십자가를 참으사 부끄러움을 개의치 아니하시더니 하나님 보좌 우편에 앉으셨느니라

(히 12:1-2, NKJV) [1] Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, [2] looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.

 

(10) 충성

(계 2:10, 개역) 네가 장차 받을 고난을 두려워 말라 볼지어다 마귀가 장차 너희 가운데서 몇 사람을 옥에 던져 시험을 받게 하리니 너희가 십 일 동안 환난을 받으리라 네가 죽도록 충성하라 그리하면 내가 생명의 면류관을 네게 주리라

(Rv 2:10, NKJV) "Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.

 

(11) 주님 안에 거하는 자들.

(요 15:1-7, 개역) [1] 내가 참 포도나무요 내 아버지는 그 농부라 [2] 무릇 내게 있어 과실을 맺지 아니하는 가지는 아버지께서 이를 제해 버리시고 무릇 과실을 맺는 가지는 더 과실을 맺게 하려 하여 이를 깨끗케 하시느니라 [3] 너희는 내가 일러 준 말로 이미 깨끗하였으니 [4] 내 안에 거하라 나도 너희 안에 거하리라 가지가 포도나무에 붙어 있지 아니하면 절로 과실을 맺을 수 없음 같이 너희도 내 안에 있지 아니하면 그러하리라 [5] 나는 포도나무요 너희는 가지니 저가 내 안에, 내가 저 안에 있으면 이 사람은 과실을 많이 맺나니 나를 떠나서는 너희가 아무 것도 할 수 없음이라 [6] 사람이 내 안에 거하지 아니하면 가지처럼 밖에 버리워 말라지나니 사람들이 이것을 모아다가 불에 던져 사르느니라 [7] 너희가 내 안에 거하고 내 말이 너희 안에 거하면 무엇이든지 원하는 대로 구하라 그리하면 이루리라

(요 15:1-7, NKJV) [1] "I am the true vine, and My Father is the vinedresser. [2] "Every branch in Me that does not bear fruit He takes away; and every branch that bears fruit He prunes, that it may bear more fruit. [3] "You are already clean because of the word which I have spoken to you. [4] "Abide in Me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in Me. [5] "I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. [6] "If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. [7] "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you.

 

(12) 내안에 주님이 계신 자들.

(갈 2:20, 개역) 내가 그리스도와 함께 십자가에 못 박혔나니 그런즉 이제는 내가 산 것이 아니요 오직 내 안에 그리스도께서 사신 것이라 이제 내가 육체 가운데 사는 것은 나를 사랑하사 나를 위하여 자기 몸을 버리신 하나님의 아들을 믿는 믿음 안에서 사는 것이라

(Gl 2:20, NKJV) "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

 

(13) 좁은 문

(마 7:13-14, 개역) [13] 좁은 문으로 들어가라 멸망으로 인도하는 문은 크고 그 길이 넓어 그리로 들어가는 자가 많고 [14] 생명으로 인도하는 문은 좁고 길이 협착하여 찾는 이가 적음이니라

(마 7:13-14, NKJV) [13] "Enter by the narrow gate; for wide is the gate and broad is the way that leads to destruction, and there are many who go in by it. [14] "Because narrow is the gate and difficult is the way which leads to life, and there are few who find it.

 

(14) 반석위에

c(마 7:24-27, 개역) [24] 그러므로 누구든지 나의 이 말을 듣고 행하는 자는 그 집을 반석 위에 지은 지혜로운 사람 같으리니 [25] 비가 내리고 창수가 나고 바람이 불어 그 집에 부딪히되 무너지지 아니하나니 이는 주초를 반석 위에 놓은 연고요 [26] 나의 이 말을 듣고 행치 아니하는 자는 그 집을 모래 위에 지은 어리석은 사람 같으리니 [27] 비가 내리고 창수가 나고 바람이 불어 그 집에 부딪히매 무너져 그 무너짐이 심하니라

(마 7:24-27, NKJV) [24] "Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock： [25] "and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. [26] "But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand： [27] "and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall."

 

(15) 영생을 얻은 자들.

(요 10:28-30, 개역) [28] 내가 저희에게 영생을 주노니 영원히 멸망치 아니할 터이요 또 저희를 내 손에서 빼앗을 자가 없느니라 [29] 저희를 주신 내 아버지는 만유보다 크시매 아무도 아버지 손에서 빼앗을 수 없느니라 [30] 나와 아버지는 하나이니라 하신대

(요 10:28-30, NKJV) [28] "And I give them eternal life, and they shall never perish; neither shall anyone snatch them out of My hand. [29] "My Father, who has given them to Me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of My Father's hand. [30] "I and My Father are one."

 

7. 소돔과 고모라 같으리라.

(1) 칠천명

(왕상 19:15-18, 개역) [15] 여호와께서 저에게 이르시되 너는 네 길을 돌이켜 광야로 말미암아 다메섹에 가서 이르거든 하사엘에게 기름을 부어 아람 왕이 되게 하고 [16] 너는 또 님시의 아들 예후에게 기름을 부어 이스라엘 왕이 되게 하고 또 아벨므홀라 사밧의 아들 엘리사에게 기름을 부어 너를 대신하여 선지자가 되게 하라 [17] 하사엘의 칼을 피하는 자를 예후가 죽일 것이요 예후의 칼을 피하는 자를 엘리사가 죽이리라 [18] 그러나 내가 이스라엘 가운데 칠천 인을 남기리니 다 무릎을 바알에게 꿇지 아니하고 다 그 입을 바알에게 맞추지 아니한 자니라

(왕상 19:15-18, NKJV) [15] Then the LORD said to him： "Go, return on your way to the Wilderness of Damascus; and when you arrive, anoint Hazael as king over Syria. [16] "Also you shall anoint Jehu the son of Nimshi as king over Israel. And Elisha the son of Shaphat of Abel Meholah you shall anoint as prophet in your place. [17] "It shall be that whoever escapes the sword of Hazael, Jehu will kill; and whoever escapes the sword of Jehu, Elisha will kill. [18] "Yet I have reserved seven thousand in Israel, all whose knees have not bowed to Baal, and every mouth that has not kissed him."

 

(2) 하나님의 은혜

(시 103:8-14, 개역) [8] 여호와는 자비로우시며 은혜로우시며 노하기를 더디하시며 인자하심이 풍부하시도다 [9] 항상 경책지 아니하시며 노를 영원히 품지 아니하시리로다 [10] 우리의 죄를 따라 처치하지 아니하시며 우리의 죄악을 따라 갚지 아니하셨으니 [11] 이는 하늘이 땅에서 높음 같이 그를 경외하는 자에게 그 인자하심이 크심이로다 [12] 동이 서에서 먼 것 같이 우리 죄과를 우리에게서 멀리 옮기셨으며 [13] 아비가 자식을 불쌍히 여김 같이 여호와께서 자기를 경외하는 자를 불쌍히 여기시나니 [14] 이는 저가 우리의 체질을 아시며 우리가 진토임을 기억하심이로다

(시 103:8-14, NKJV) [8] The LORD is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. [9] He will not always strive with us, Nor will He keep His anger forever. [10] He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor punished us according to our iniquities. [11] For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him; [12] As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us. [13] As a father pities his children, So the LORD pities those who fear Him. [14] For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust.

 

(3) 의인 열명이 없었던 소돔과 고모라.

(창 18:31-33, 개역) [31] 아브라함이 또 가로되 내가 감히 내 주께 고하나이다 거기서 이십인을 찾으시면 어찌 하시려나이까 가라사대 내가 이십인을 인하여 멸하지 아니하리라 [32] 아브라함이 또 가로되 주는 노하지 마옵소서 내가 이번만 더 말씀하리이다 거기서 십인을 찾으시면 어찌 하시려나이까 가라사대 내가 십인을 인하여도 멸하지 아니하리라 [33] 여호와께서 아브라함과 말씀을 마치시고 즉시 가시니 아브라함도 자기 곳으로 돌아갔더라

(창 18:31-33, NKJV) [31] And he said, "Indeed now, I have taken it upon myself to speak to the Lord： Suppose twenty should be found there?" So He said, "I will not destroy it for the sake of twenty." [32] Then he said, "Let not the Lord be angry, and I will speak but once more： Suppose ten should be found there?" And He said, "I will not destroy it for the sake of ten." [33] So the LORD went His way as soon as He had finished speaking with Abraham; and Abraham returned to his place.

 

(4) 은혜가 없으면 소돔과 고모라 같이 된다.

(사 1:9, 개역) 만군의 여호와께서 우리를 위하여 조금 남겨 두지 아니하셨더면 우리가 소돔 같고 고모라 같았었으리로다

(Is 1:9, NKJV) Unless the LORD of hosts Had left to us a very small remnant, We would have become like Sodom, We would have been made like Gomorrah.

 

(5) 여호와께 피난한자

(사 10:20-21, 개역) [20] 그 날에 이스라엘의 남은 자와 야곱 족속의 피난한 자들이 다시 자기를 친 자를 의뢰치 아니하고 이스라엘의 거룩하신 자 여호와를 진실히 의뢰하리니 [21] 남은 자 곧 야곱의 남은 자가 능하신 하나님께로 돌아올 것이라

(사 10:20-21, NKJV) [20] And it shall come to pass in that day That the remnant of Israel, And such as have escaped of the house of Jacob, Will never again depend on him who defeated them, But will depend on the LORD, the Holy One of Israel, in truth. [21] The remnant will return, the remnant of Jacob, To the Mighty God.

 

(6) 앗수르와 애굽에서 돌아오게 하심

(사 11:11, 개역) 그 날에 주께서 다시 손을 펴사 그 남은 백성을 앗수르와 애굽과 바드로스와 구스와 엘람과 시날과 하맛과 바다 섬들에서 돌아오게 하실 것이라

(Is 11:11, NKJV) It shall come to pass in that day That the LORD shall set His hand again the second time To recover the remnant of His people who are left, From Assyria and Egypt, From Pathros and Cush, From Elam and Shinar, From Hamath and the islands of the sea.

 

(7) 이방인중에 남아있는자들

(겔 6:8, 개역) 그러나 너희가 열방에 흩어질 때에 내가 너희 중에서 칼을 피하여 이방 중에 남아 있는 자가 있게 할지라

(Ezk 6:8, NKJV) "Yet I will leave a remnant, so that you may have some who escape the sword among the nations, when you are scattered through the countries.

 

(8) 야곱의 남은 자들이 돌아옴

(미 5:3-8, 개역) [3] 그러므로 임산한 여인이 해산하기까지 그들을 붙여 두시겠고 그 후에는 그 형제 남은 자가 이스라엘 자손에게로 돌아오리니 [4] 그가 여호와의 능력과 그 하나님 여호와의 이름의 위엄을 의지하고 서서 그 떼에게 먹여서 그들로 안연히 거하게 할 것이라 이제 그가 창대하여 땅 끝까지 미치리라 [5] 이 사람은 우리의 평강이 될 것이라 앗수르 사람이 우리 땅에 들어와서 우리 궁들을 밟을 때에는 우리가 일곱 목자와 여덟 군왕을 일으켜 그를 치리니 [6] 그들이 칼로 앗수르 땅을 황무케 하며 니므롯 땅에 들어와서 우리 지경을 밟을 때에는 그가 우리를 그에게서 건져 내리라 [7] 야곱의 남은 자는 많은 백성 중에 있으리니 그들은 여호와에게로서 내리는 이슬 같고 풀 위에 내리는 단비 같아서 사람을 기다리지 아니하며 인생을 기다리지 아니할 것이며 [8] 야곱의 남은 자는 열국 중과 여러 백성 중에 있으리니 그들은 수풀의 짐승 중의 사자 같고 양떼 중의 젊은 사자 같아서 만일 지나간즉 밟고 찢으리니 능히 구원할 자가 없을 것이라

(미 5:3-8, NKJV) [3] Therefore He shall give them up, Until the time that she who is in labor has given birth; Then the remnant of His brethren Shall return to the children of Israel. [4] And He shall stand and feed His flock In the strength of the LORD, In the majesty of the name of the LORD His God; And they shall abide, For now He shall be great To the ends of the earth; [5] And this One shall be peace. When the Assyrian comes into our land, And when he treads in our palaces, Then we will raise against him Seven shepherds and eight princely men. [6] They shall waste with the sword the land of Assyria, And the land of Nimrod at its entrances; Thus He shall deliver us from the Assyrian, When he comes into our land And when he treads within our borders. [7] Then the remnant of Jacob Shall be in the midst of many peoples, Like dew from the LORD, Like showers on the grass, That tarry for no man Nor wait for the sons of men. [8] And the remnant of Jacob Shall be among the Gentiles, In the midst of many peoples, Like a lion among the beasts of the forest, Like a young lion among flocks of sheep, Who, if he passes through, Both treads down and tears in pieces, And none can deliver.

 

(9) 슬픔의 옷을 찬송의 옷으로

(사 61:3, 개역) 무릇 시온에서 슬퍼하는 자에게 화관을 주어 그 재를 대신하며 희락의 기름으로 그 슬픔을 대신하며 찬송의 옷으로 그 근심을 대신하시고 그들로 의의 나무 곧 여호와의 심으신 바 그 영광을 나타낼 자라 일컬음을 얻게 하려 하심이니라

(Is 61:3, NKJV) To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the LORD, that He may be glorified."

 

(10) 자비와 긍휼로 진별되지 않음

(애 3:20-23, 개역) [20] 내 심령이 그것을 기억하고 낙심이 되오나 [21] 중심에 회상한즉 오히려 소망이 있사옴은 [22] 여호와의 자비와 긍휼이 무궁하시므로 우리가 진멸되지 아니함이니이다 [23] 이것이 아침마다 새로우니 주의 성실이 크도소이다

(애 3:20-23, NKJV) [20] My soul still remembers And sinks within me. [21] This I recall to my mind, Therefore I have hope. [22] Through the LORD'S mercies we are not consumed, Because His compassions fail not. [23] They are new every morning; Great is Your faithfulness.

 

(11) 소돔과 고모라를 불로 멸하심

(창 19:24-25, 개역) [24] 여호와께서 하늘 곧 여호와에게로서 유황과 불을 비 같이 소돔과 고모라에 내리사 [25] 그 성들과 온 들과 성에 거하는 모든 백성과 땅에 난 것을 다 엎어 멸하셨더라

(창 19:24-25, NKJV) [24] Then the LORD rained brimstone and fire on Sodom and Gomorrah, from the LORD out of the heavens. [25] So He overthrew those cities, all the plain, all the inhabitants of the cities, and what grew on the ground.

 

(12) 소돔과 고모라를 멸하심으로 후세에 본이 됨

(벧후 2:6, 개역) 소돔과 고모라 성을 멸망하기로 정하여 재가 되게 하사 후세에 경건치 아니할 자들에게 본을 삼으셨으며

(2Pt 2:6, NKJV) and turning the cities of Sodom and Gomorrah into ashes, condemned them to destruction, making them an example to those who afterward would live ungodly;

 

(13) 영원한 불의 형벌을 받은 소돔과 고모라.

(유 1:5-7, 개역) [5] 너희가 본래 범사를 알았으나 내가 너희로 다시 생각나게 하고자 하노라 주께서 백성을 애굽에서 구원하여 내시고 후에 믿지 아니하는 자들을 멸하셨으며 [6] 또 자기 지위를 지키지 아니하고 자기 처소를 떠난 천사들을 큰 날의 심판까지 영원한 결박으로 흑암에 가두셨으며 [7] 소돔과 고모라와 그 이웃 도시들도 저희와 같은 모양으로 간음을 행하며 다른 색을 따라 가다가 영원한 불의 형벌을 받음으로 거울이 되었느니라

(유 1:5-7, NKJV) [5] But I want to remind you, though you once knew this, that the Lord, having saved the people out of the land of Egypt, afterward destroyed those who did not believe. [6] And the angels who did not keep their proper domain, but left their own abode, He has reserved in everlasting chains under darkness for the judgment of the great day; [7] as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them in a similar manner to these, having given themselves over to sexual immorality and gone after strange flesh, are set forth as an example, suffering the vengeance of eternal fire.

 

(14) 오직 은혜

(엡 2:8-9, 개역) [8] 너희가 그 은혜를 인하여 믿음으로 말미암아 구원을 얻었나니 이것이 너희에게서 난 것이 아니요 하나님의 선물이라 [9] 행위에서 난 것이 아니니 이는 누구든지 자랑치 못하게 함이니라

(엡 2:8-9, NKJV) [8] For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, [9] not of works, lest anyone should boast.

 

(롬 6:23, 개역) 죄의 삯은 사망이요 하나님의 은사는 그리스도 예수 우리 주 안에 있는 영생이니라

(Rm 6:23, NKJV) For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

 

(고전 15:10, 개역) 그러나 나의 나 된 것은 하나님의 은혜로 된 것이니 내게 주신 그의 은혜가 헛되지 아니하여 내가 모든 사도보다 더 많이 수고하였으나 내가 아니요 오직 나와 함께 하신 하나님의 은혜로라

(1Co 15:10, NKJV) But by the grace of God I am what I am, and His grace toward me was not in vain; but I labored more abundantly than they all, yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.

 

(롬 3:23-24, 개역) [23] 모든 사람이 죄를 범하였으매 하나님의 영광에 이르지 못하더니 [24] 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 구속으로 말미암아 하나님의 은혜로 값없이 의롭다 하심을 얻은 자 되었느니라

(롬 3:23-24, NKJV) [23] for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, [24] being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,

 

(행 15:11, 개역) 우리가 저희와 동일하게 주 예수의 은혜로 구원 받는 줄을 믿노라 하니라

(Ac 15:11, NKJV) "But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved in the same manner as they."

 

(엡 1:7, 개역) 우리가 그리스도 안에서 그의 은혜의 풍성함을 따라 그의 피로 말미암아 구속 곧 죄 사함을 받았으니

(Eph 1:7, NKJV) In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace

 

(딛 2:11, 개역) 모든 사람에게 구원을 주시는 하나님의 은혜가 나타나

(Ti 2:11, NKJV) For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men,

 

(벧전 5:10, 개역) 모든 은혜의 하나님 곧 그리스도 안에서 너희를 부르사 자기의 영원한 영광에 들어가게 하신 이가 잠간 고난을 받은 너희를 친히 온전케 하시며 굳게 하시며 강하게 하시며 터를 견고케 하시리라

(1Pt 5:10, NKJV) But may the God of all grace, who called us to His eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after you have suffered a while, perfect, establish, strengthen, and settle you.

 

(계 1:5-6, 개역) [5] 또 충성된 증인으로 죽은 자들 가운데서 먼저 나시고 땅의 임금들의 머리가 되신 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 은혜와 평강이 너희에게 있기를 원하노라 우리를 사랑하사 그의 피로 우리 죄에서 우리를 해방하시고 [6] 그 아버지 하나님을 위하여 우리를 나라와 제사장으로 삼으신 그에게 영광과 능력이 세세토록 있기를 원하노라 아멘

(계 1:5-6, NKJV) [5] and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, [6] and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.

 

사랑하는 성도 여러분,

하나님의 일하시는 원리를 알고 계십니까?

하나님은 절대적으로 의로우십니다.

하나님은 동시에 사랑이십니다.

여기에 바로 예수그리스도의 십자가의 비밀이 있습니다.

하나님은 긍휼히 여길 자를 긍휼히 여기십니다.

하나님은 강퍅하게 할 사람을 강퍅하게 하십니다.

물론 인간들은 자연적으로 강퍅하게 되는 성향을 가지고 있습니다.

하나님은 창조이십니다.

절대 자유함과 절대 능력과 지혜를 가지고 계십니다.

하나님의 선택과 판단에 어떤 원망도 불의도 없습니다.

하나님은 우주의 소유자시며 통치자 이십니다.

아무리 불의한 시대라고 해도 하나님은 은혜로 의로운 자들을 남기십니다.

신약에서는 예수님을 믿는 자들이 바로 남은 자들입니다.

진정한 성도들은 주님을 사랑하고 충성을 다합니다.

구원은 절대적인 하나님의 은혜입니다.

만약 하나님의 간섭하심과 은혜가 없다면 이세상은 소돔과 고모라같이 되고 맙니다.

우리들도 하나님의 은혜가 없으면 멸망입니다.

나의 나 된 것은 모두가 하나님의 은혜입니다.

 

오늘도, 오직 하나님의 은혜로 구원받았음을 깨닫고 더욱 감사 찬송하면서 주님 다시 오시는 그날까지 사랑과 충성을 다하는 우리 모두가 될수 있기를 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 간절히 축원합니다. 아멘!
