<오직 믿음으로 의롭다하심을 얻는 원리>
(롬 3:19-31, 개역) [19] 우리가 알거니와 무릇 율법이 말하는 바는 율법 아래 있는 자들에게 말하는 것이니 이는 모든 입을 막고 온 세상으로 하나님의 심판 아래 있게 하려 함이니라 [20] 그러므로 율법의 행위로 그의 앞에 의롭다 하심을 얻을 육체가 없나니 율법으로는 죄를 깨달음이니라 [21] 이제는 율법 외에 하나님의 한 의가 나타났으니 율법과 선지자들에게 증거를 받은 것이라 [22] 곧 예수 그리스도를 믿음으로 말미암아 모든 믿는 자에게 미치는 하나님의 의니 차별이 없느니라 [23] 모든 사람이 죄를 범하였으매 하나님의 영광에 이르지 못하더니 [24] 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 구속으로 말미암아 하나님의 은혜로 값없이 의롭다 하심을 얻은 자 되었느니라 [25] 이 예수를 하나님이 그의 피로 인하여 믿음으로 말미암는 화목제물로 세우셨으니 이는 하나님께서 길이 참으시는 중에 전에 지은 죄를 간과하심으로 자기의 의로우심을 나타내려 하심이니 [26] 곧 이 때에 자기의 의로우심을 나타내사 자기도 의로우시며 또한 예수 믿는 자를 의롭다 하려 하심이니라 [27] 그런즉 자랑할 데가 어디뇨 있을 수가 없느니라 무슨 법으로냐 행위로냐 아니라 오직 믿음의 법으로니라 [28] 그러므로 사람이 의롭다 하심을 얻는 것은 율법의 행위에 있지 않고 믿음으로 되는 줄 우리가 인정하노라 [29] 하나님은 홀로 유대인의 하나님뿐이시뇨 또 이방인의 하나님은 아니시뇨 진실로 이방인의 하나님도 되시느니라 [30] 할례자도 믿음으로 말미암아 또는 무할례자도 믿음으로 말미암아 의롭다 하실 하나님은 한 분이시니라 [31] 그런즉 우리가 믿음으로 말미암아 율법을 폐하느뇨 그럴 수 없느니라 도리어 율법을 굳게 세우느니라
(롬 3:19-31, NKJV) [19] Now we know that whatever the law says, it says to those who are under the law, that every mouth may be stopped, and all the world may become guilty before God. [20] Therefore by the deeds of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin. [21] But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, [22] even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; [23] for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, [24] being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus, [25] whom God set forth as a propitiation by His blood, through faith, to demonstrate His righteousness, because in His forbearance God had passed over the sins that were previously committed, [26] to demonstrate at the present time His righteousness, that He might be just and the justifier of the one who has faith in Jesus. [27] Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? Of works? No, but by the law of faith. [28] Therefore we conclude that a man is justified by faith apart from the deeds of the law. [29] Or is He the God of the Jews only? Is He not also the God of the Gentiles? Yes, of the Gentiles also, [30] since there is one God who will justify the circumcised by faith and the uncircumcised through faith. [31] Do we then make void the law through faith? Certainly not! On the contrary, we establish the law.
오늘 본문말씀은 로마서의 핵심 되는 말씀입니다. 율법이 아니라 오직 믿음으로 의롭다함을 얻는 진리를 말씀합니다.
먼저 모든 인간들은 죄 아래있고 하나님의 심판아래있다고 말씀합니다. 아담한사람으로 인한 원죄 때문입니다. 태어날 때부터 인간들은 죄인입니다. 하나님을 알고 만나는 것이 구원입니다. 그리고 하나님의 뜻대로 사는 상태가 바로 의로운 상태요 의로운 사람입니다. 하나님은 지극히 거룩하신 분이시오 하나님과 만나는 조건은 바로 완전히 의로원 죄없는 상태가 되는 것입니다. 그러나 인간의 모든 노력 즉 율법을 지키고 수련을 하고 선을 행하는 모든 노력으로는 하나님의 거룩하심을 만족 시킬수가 없습니다. 인간의 노력으로 만들어진 의로움이 아니라 하나님이 선물로 주시는 의로움을 받아야 합니다.
하나님이 주시는 의로움은 바로 예수그리스도의 구속으로 말미암아 주시는 것입니다. 예수님이 인간들의 죄 값을 대신 치루어주심으로 이루어진 의로움입니다. 예수님은 죄가 없으신 분이십니다. 주님이 죽으심은 우리들의 죄값을 치루시기 위함이었습니다. 이 예수그리스도를 통한 의로움은 예수님이 나의 죄를 위하여 대신 죽으심을 믿음으로 나의 의로움이 됩니다. 그래서 결론적으로 우리들의 죄는 예수님에게로 옮겨져서 갚아졌고 예수님의 의로움은 우리에게 전가되어 우리가 의롬다하심을 받는 것입니다. 그렇다고 해서 우리가 갑자가 변하여 전적으로 의로운 사람이 된다는 의미는 아닙니다. 법적으로 그렇게 간주된다는 것입니다. 마치 새 옷을 입은 것처럼 하나님 나를 보실 때 죄없는 자로 보십니다.
예수그리스도를 통한 이런 하나님의 지혜와 사랑과 능력은 너무나도 놀라운 것입니다. 그러나 회개하고 예수님을 믿음으로 성령께서 임하시고 새생명을 주시기 때문에 완전히 의로운 사람으로 취급은 죄지만 완전히 죄는 자로 변화를 받은 것은 아니지만 그런 방향으로 거룩한 변화가 시작이 되었습니다. 영적인 싸움이 시작된것입니다. 결국 나는 날마다 주님을 바라 봄으로 주님을 닮아갈것이며 더욱하나님의 말씀대로 살게 될것입니다. 율법의 정신인 하나님을 사랑하고 이웃을 사랑하며 살게 될것입니다. 이제는 하나님의 자녀가 되었으며 천국 시민이 되었습니다.
오늘도 복음의 진리는 바로 깨달아서 더욱 감사하며 충성을 다하고 주님의 뜻 대로 살아가는 복된 우리 모두가 될수 있기를 축원합니다.
1. 의롭다함의 정의.
(1) 바른 관계
(마 1:18-21, 개역) [18] 예수 그리스도의 나심은 이러하니라 그 모친 마리아가 요셉과 정혼하고 동거하기 전에 성령으로 잉태된 것이 나타났더니 [19] 그 남편 요셉은 의로운 사람이라 저를 드러내지 아니하고 가만히 끊고자 하여 [20] 이 일을 생각할 때에 주의 사자가 현몽하여 가로되 다윗의 자손 요셉아 네 아내 마리아 데려오기를 무서워 말라 저에게 잉태된 자는 성령으로 된 것이라 [21] 아들을 낳으리니 이름을 예수라 하라 이는 그가 자기 백성을 저희 죄에서 구원할 자이심이라 하니라
(마 1:18-21, NKJV) [18] Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows： After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit. [19] Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away secretly. [20] But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, "Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. [21] "And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins."
(2) 죄가 없음
(히 4:15, 개역) 우리에게 있는 대제사장은 우리 연약함을 체휼하지 아니하는 자가 아니요 모든 일에 우리와 한결 같이 시험을 받은 자로되 죄는 없으시니라
(Heb 4:15, NKJV) For we do not have a High Priest who cannot sympathize with our weaknesses, but was in all points tempted as we are, yet without sin.
(히 10:17-18, 개역) [17] 또 저희 죄와 저희 불법을 내가 다시 기억지 아니하리라 하셨으니 [18] 이것을 사하셨은즉 다시 죄를 위하여 제사 드릴 것이 없느니라
(히 10:17-18, NKJV) [17] then He adds, "Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more." [18] Now where there is remission of these, there is no longer an offering for sin.
(3) 관계 회복.
(사 59:1-2, 개역) [1] 여호와의 손이 짧아 구원치 못하심도 아니요 귀가 둔하여 듣지 못하심도 아니라 [2] 오직 너희 죄악이 너희와 너희 하나님 사이를 내었고 너희 죄가 그 얼굴을 가리워서 너희를 듣지 않으시게 함이니
(사 59:1-2, NKJV) [1] Behold, the LORD'S hand is not shortened, That it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy, That it cannot hear. [2] But your iniquities have separated you from your God; And your sins have hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear.
(엡 2:11-13, 개역) [11] 그러므로 생각하라 너희는 그 때에 육체로 이방인이요 손으로 육체에 행한 할례당이라 칭하는 자들에게 무할례당이라 칭함을 받는 자들이라 [12] 그 때에 너희는 그리스도 밖에 있었고 이스라엘 나라 밖의 사람이라 약속의 언약들에 대하여 외인이요 세상에서 소망이 없고 하나님도 없는 자이더니 [13] 이제는 전에 멀리 있던 너희가 그리스도 예수 안에서 그리스도의 피로 가까워졌느니라
(엡 2:11-13, NKJV) [11] Therefore remember that you, once Gentiles in the flesh--who are called Uncircumcision by what is called the Circumcision made in the flesh by hands-- [12] that at that time you were without Christ, being aliens from the commonwealth of Israel and strangers from the covenants of promise, having no hope and without God in the world. [13] But now in Christ Jesus you who once were far off have been brought near by the blood of Christ.
(4) 사귐이 회복됨
(고후 13:3-5, 개역) [3] 이는 그리스도께서 내 안에서 말씀하시는 증거를 너희가 구함이니 저가 너희를 향하여 약하지 않고 도리어 너희 안에서 강하시니라 [4] 그리스도께서 약하심으로 십자가에 못 박히셨으나 오직 하나님의 능력으로 살으셨으니 우리도 저의 안에서 약하나 너희를 향하여 하나님의 능력으로 저와 함께 살리라 [5] 너희가 믿음에 있는가 너희 자신을 시험하고 너희 자신을 확증하라 예수 그리스도께서 너희 안에 계신 줄을 너희가 스스로 알지 못하느냐 그렇지 않으면 너희가 버리운 자니라
(고후 13:3-5, NKJV) [3] since you seek a proof of Christ speaking in me, who is not weak toward you, but mighty in you. [4] For though He was crucified in weakness, yet He lives by the power of God. For we also are weak in Him, but we shall live with Him by the power of God toward you. [5] Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?--unless indeed you are disqualified.
(요일 1:1-5, 개역) [1] 태초부터 있는 생명의 말씀에 관하여는 우리가 들은 바요 눈으로 본 바요 주목하고 우리 손으로 만진 바라 [2] 이 생명이 나타내신 바 된지라 이 영원한 생명을 우리가 보았고 증거하여 너희에게 전하노니 이는 아버지와 함께 계시다가 우리에게 나타내신 바 된 자니라 [3] 우리가 보고 들은 바를 너희에게도 전함은 너희로 우리와 사귐이 있게 하려 함이니 우리의 사귐은 아버지와 그 아들 예수 그리스도와 함께 함이라 [4] 우리가 이것을 씀은 우리의 기쁨이 충만케 하려 함이로라 [5] 우리가 저에게서 듣고 너희에게 전하는 소식이 이것이니 곧 하나님은 빛이시라 그에게는 어두움이 조금도 없으시니라
(요일 1:1-5, NKJV) [1] That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life-- [2] the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us-- [3] that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. (요 14:20-21, 개역) [20] 그 날에는 내가 아버지 안에, 너희가 내 안에, 내가 너희 안에 있는 것을 너희가 알리라 [21] 나의 계명을 가지고 지키는 자라야 나를 사랑하는 자니 나를 사랑하는 자는 내 아버지께 사랑을 받을 것이요 나도 그를 사랑하여 그에게 나를 나타내리라
(요 14:20-21, NKJV) [20] "At that day you will know that I am in My Father, and you in Me, and I in you. [21] "He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is he who loves Me. And he who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and manifest Myself to him."
(5) 언약관계
(고전 11:23-27, 개역) [23] 내가 너희에게 전한 것은 주께 받은 것이니 곧 주 예수께서 잡히시던 밤에 떡을 가지사 [24] 축사하시고 떼어 가라사대 이것은 너희를 위하는 내 몸이니 이것을 행하여 나를 기념하라 하시고 [25] 식후에 또한 이와 같이 잔을 가지시고 가라사대 이 잔은 내 피로 세운 새 언약이니 이것을 행하여 마실 때마다 나를 기념하라 하셨으니 [26] 너희가 이 떡을 먹으며 이 잔을 마실 때마다 주의 죽으심을 오실 때까지 전하는 것이니라 [27] 그러므로 누구든지 주의 떡이나 잔을 합당치 않게 먹고 마시는 자는 주의 몸과 피를 범하는 죄가 있느니라
(고전 11:23-27, NKJV) [23] For I received from the Lord that which I also delivered to you： that the Lord Jesus on the same night in which He was betrayed took bread; [24] and when He had given thanks, He broke it and said, "Take, eat; this is My body which is broken for you; do this in remembrance of Me." [25] In the same manner He also took the cup after supper, saying, "This cup is the new covenant in My blood. This do, as often as you drink it, in remembrance of Me." [26] For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord's death till He comes. [27] Therefore whoever eats this bread or drinks this cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner will be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord.
(6) 뜻대로 살게 됨.
(마 12:49-50, 개역) [49] 손을 내밀어 제자들을 가리켜 가라사대 나의 모친과 나의 동생들을 보라 [50] 누구든지 하늘에 계신 내 아버지의 뜻대로 하는 자가 내 형제요 자매요 모친이니라 하시더라
(마 12:49-50, NKJV) [49] And He stretched out His hand toward His disciples and said, "Here are My mother and My brothers! [50] "For whoever does the will of My Father in heaven is My brother and sister and mother."
(마 7:21, 개역) 나더러 주여 주여 하는 자마다 천국에 다 들어갈 것이 아니요 다만 하늘에 계신 내 아버지의 뜻대로 행하는 자라야 들어가리라
(Mt 7:21, NKJV) "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven.
(7) 거룩하심을 만족함.
(히 9:11-15, 개역) [11] 그리스도께서 장래 좋은 일의 대제사장으로 오사 손으로 짓지 아니한, 곧 이 창조에 속하지 아니한 더 크고 온전한 장막으로 말미암아 [12] 염소와 송아지의 피로 아니하고 오직 자기 피로 영원한 속죄를 이루사 단번에 성소에 들어가셨느니라 [13] 염소와 황소의 피와 및 암송아지의 재로 부정한 자에게 뿌려 그 육체를 정결케 하여 거룩케 하거든 [14] 하물며 영원하신 성령으로 말미암아 흠 없는 자기를 하나님께 드린 그리스도의 피가 어찌 너희 양심으로 죽은 행실에서 깨끗하게 하고 살아계신 하나님을 섬기게 못하겠느뇨 [15] 이를 인하여 그는 새 언약의 중보니 이는 첫 언약 때에 범한 죄를 속하려고 죽으사 부르심을 입은 자로 하여금 영원한 기업의 약속을 얻게 하려 하심이니라

[12] Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. [13] For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh, [14] how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? [15] And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.
(8) 하나님의 거룩하심.
(출 3:5, 개역) 하나님이 가라사대 이리로 가까이 하지 말라 너의 선 곳은 거룩한 땅이니 네 발에서 신을 벗으라
(Ex 3:5, NKJV) Then He said, "Do not draw near this place. Take your sandals off your feet, for the place where you stand is holy ground."
(사 6:1-5, 개역) [1] 웃시야 왕의 죽던 해에 내가 본즉 주께서 높이 들린 보좌에 앉으셨는데 그 옷자락은 성전에 가득하였고 [2] 스랍들은 모셔 섰는데 각기 여섯 날개가 있어 그 둘로는 그 얼굴을 가리었고 그 둘로는 그 발을 가리었고 그 둘로는 날며 [3] 서로 창화하여 가로되 거룩하다 거룩하다 거룩하다 만군의 여호와여 그 영광이 온 땅에 충만하도다 [4] 이같이 창화하는 자의 소리로 인하여 문지방의 터가 요동하며 집에 연기가 충만한지라 [5] 그 때에 내가 말하되 화로다 나여 망하게 되었도다 나는 입술이 부정한 사람이요 입술이 부정한 백성 중에 거하면서 만군의 여호와이신 왕을 뵈었음이로다

(Rv 4:8, NKJV) The four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes around and within. And they do not rest day or night, saying： "Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, Who was and is and is to come!"
(9) 법적 용어.
(롬 8:32-34, 개역) [32] 자기 아들을 아끼지 아니하시고 우리 모든 사람을 위하여 내어 주신 이가 어찌 그 아들과 함께 모든 것을 우리에게 은사로 주지 아니하시겠느뇨 [33] 누가 능히 하나님의 택하신 자들을 송사하리요 의롭다 하신 이는 하나님이시니 [34] 누가 정죄하리요 죽으실 뿐 아니라 다시 살아나신 이는 그리스도 예수시니 그는 하나님 우편에 계신 자요 우리를 위하여 간구하시는 자시니라
(롬 8:32-34, NKJV) [32] He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? [33] Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. [34] Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.
(10) 의로운 심판
(계 19:1-5, 개역) [1] 이 일 후에 내가 들으니 하늘에 허다한 무리의 큰 음성 같은 것이 있어 가로되 할렐루야 구원과 영광과 능력이 우리 하나님께 있도다 [2] 그의 심판은 참되고 의로운지라 음행으로 땅을 더럽게 한 큰 음녀를 심판하사 자기 종들의 피를 그의 손에 갚으셨도다 하고 [3] 두번째 가로되 할렐루야 하더니 그 연기가 세세토록 올라가더라 [4] 또 이십사 장로와 네 생물이 엎드려 보좌에 앉으신 하나님께 경배하여 가로되 아멘 할렐루야 하니 [5] 보좌에서 음성이 나서 가로되 하나님의 종들 곧 그를 경외하는 너희들아 무론대소하고 다 우리 하나님께 찬송하라
(계 19:1-5, NKJV) [1] After these things I heard a loud voice of a great multitude in heaven, saying, "Alleluia! Salvation and glory and honor and power belong to the Lord our God! [2] "For true and righteous are His judgments, because He has judged the great harlot who corrupted the earth with her fornication; and He has avenged on her the blood of His servants shed by her." [3] Again they said, "Alleluia! Her smoke rises up forever and ever!" [4] And the twenty-four elders and the four living creatures fell down and worshiped God who sat on the throne, saying, "Amen! Alleluia!" [5] Then a voice came from the throne, saying, "Praise our God, all you His servants and those who fear Him, both small and great!"
2. 심판 아래있는 인간들
(1) 왜 의로움이 필요한가?
(요 17:3, 개역) 영생은 곧 유일하신 참 하나님과 그의 보내신 자 예수 그리스도를 아는 것이니이다
(Jn 17:3, NKJV) "And this is eternal life, that they may know You, the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
(시 65:4, 개역) 주께서 택하시고 가까이 오게 하사 주의 뜰에 거하게 하신 사람은 복이 있나이다 우리가 주의 집 곧 주의 성전의 아름다움으로 만족하리이다
(Ps 65:4, NKJV) Blessed is the man You choose, And cause to approach You, That he may dwell in Your courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Of Your holy temple.
(시 73:28, 개역) 하나님께 가까이 함이 내게 복이라 내가 주 여호와를 나의 피난처로 삼아 주의 모든 행사를 전파하리이다
(Ps 73:28, NKJV) But it is good for me to draw near to God; I have put my trust in the Lord GOD, That I may declare all Your works.
(딤전 6:15-16, 개역) [15] 기약이 이르면 하나님이 그의 나타나심을 보이시리니 하나님은 복되시고 홀로 한 분이신 능하신 자이며 만왕의 왕이시며 만주의 주시요 [16] 오직 그에게만 죽지 아니함이 있고 가까이 가지 못할 빛에 거하시고 아무 사람도 보지 못하였고 또 볼 수 없는 자시니 그에게 존귀와 영원한 능력을 돌릴지어다 아멘
(딤전 6:15-16, NKJV) [15] which He will manifest in His own time, He who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings and Lord of lords, [16] who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light, whom no man has seen or can see, to whom be honor and everlasting power. Amen.
(2) 죄아래 있음
(욥 9:2-3, 개역) [2] 내가 진실로 그 일이 그런 줄을 알거니와 인생이 어찌 하나님 앞에 의로우랴 [3] 사람이 하나님과 쟁변하려 할지라도 천 마디에 한 마디도 대답하지 못하리라
(욥 9:2-3, NKJV) [2] "Truly I know it is so, But how can a man be righteous before God? [3] If one wished to contend with Him, He could not answer Him one time out of a thousand.
(3) 하나님의 영광을 이르지 못함

(7) 정욕을 따라살아감.

3. 율법으로는 의롭다함을 얻지 못함.
(1) 인간의 의로움

(시 143:1-2, NKJV) [1] A Psalm of David. Hear my prayer, O LORD, Give ear to my supplications! In Your faithfulness answer me, And in Your righteousness. [2] Do not enter into judgment with Your servant, For in Your sight no one living is righteous.
(2) 타락한 인간들
(창 3:6-7, 개역) [6] 여자가 그 나무를 본즉 먹음직도 하고 보암직도 하고 지혜롭게 할 만큼 탐스럽기도 한 나무인지라 여자가 그 실과를 따먹고 자기와 함께한 남편에게도 주매 그도 먹은지라 [7] 이에 그들의 눈이 밝아 자기들의 몸이 벗은 줄을 알고 무화과 나무 잎을 엮어 치마를 하였더라

(4) 우상을 섬김

(롬 7:14-17, NKJV) [14] For we know that the law is spiritual, but I am carnal, sold under sin. [15] For what I am doing, I do not understand. For what I will to do, that I do not practice; but what I hate, that I do. [16] If, then, I do what I will not to do, I agree with the law that it is good. (7) 타협함.
(롬 6:1-4, 개역) [1] 그런즉 우리가 무슨 말 하리요 은혜를 더하게 하려고 죄에 거하겠느뇨 [2] 그럴 수 없느니라 죄에 대하여 죽은 우리가 어찌 그 가운데 더 살리요 [3] 무릇 그리스도 예수와 합하여 세례를 받은 우리는 그의 죽으심과 합하여 세례 받은 줄을 알지 못하느뇨 [4] 그러므로 우리가 그의 죽으심과 합하여 세례를 받음으로 그와 함께 장사되었나니 이는 아버지의 영광으로 말미암아 그리스도를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리심과 같이 우리로 또한 새 생명 가운데서 행하게 하려 함이니라

(8) 육체를 따라 살아감.

(롬 8:5-8, NKJV) [5] For those who live according to the flesh set their minds on the things of the flesh, but those who live according to the Spirit, the things of the Spirit. (10) 율법으로는 의롭다하심을 얻지 못함
(갈 2:16, 개역) 사람이 의롭게 되는 것은 율법의 행위에서 난 것이 아니요 오직 예수 그리스도를 믿음으로 말미암는 줄 아는 고로 우리도 그리스도 예수를 믿나니 이는 우리가 율법의 행위에서 아니고 그리스도를 믿음으로써 의롭다 함을 얻으려 함이라 율법의 행위로서는 의롭다 함을 얻을 육체가 없느니라

4. 대신 죽으시는 구속의 원리.
(1) 한 사람 아담 한사람 예수

But where sin abounded, grace abounded much more, [21] so that as sin reigned in death, even so grace might reign through righteousness to eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
(2) 화목제물 예수
(요일 4:7-11, 개역) [7] 사랑하는 자들아 우리가 서로 사랑하자 사랑은 하나님께 속한 것이니 사랑하는 자마다 하나님께로 나서 하나님을 알고 [8] 사랑하지 아니하는 자는 하나님을 알지 못하나니 이는 하나님은 사랑이심이라 [9] 하나님의 사랑이 우리에게 이렇게 나타난 바 되었으니 하나님이 자기의 독생자를 세상에 보내심은 저로 말미암아 우리를 살리려 하심이니라 [10] 사랑은 여기 있으니 우리가 하나님을 사랑한 것이 아니요 오직 하나님이 우리를 사랑하사 우리 죄를 위하여 화목제로 그 아들을 보내셨음이니라 [11] 사랑하는 자들아 하나님이 이같이 우리를 사랑하셨은즉 우리도 서로 사랑하는 것이 마땅하도다
(요일 4:7-11, NKJV) [7] Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. [8] He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. [9] In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. [10] In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. [11] Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.
(3) 죄값을 대신 치루신 예수님
(엡 1:7, 개역) 우리가 그리스도 안에서 그의 은혜의 풍성함을 따라 그의 피로 말미암아 구속 곧 죄 사함을 받았으니
(Eph 1:7, NKJV) In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of His grace
(벧전 1:18-19, 개역) [18] 너희가 알거니와 너희 조상의 유전한 망령된 행실에서 구속된 것은 은이나 금 같이 없어질 것으로 한 것이 아니요 [19] 오직 흠 없고 점 없는 어린 양 같은 그리스도의 보배로운 피로 한 것이니라
(벧전 1:18-19, NKJV) [18] knowing that you were not redeemed with corruptible things, like silver or gold, from your aimless conduct received by tradition from your fathers, [19] but with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot.

(4) 율법의 마침 예수님
(롬 10:4, 개역) 그리스도는 모든 믿는 자에게 의를 이루기 위하여 율법의 마침이 되시니라
(Rm 10:4, NKJV) For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
(5) 우리를 위한 죽으심.
(롬 3:23-24, 개역) [23] 모든 사람이 죄를 범하였으매 하나님의 영광에 이르지 못하더니 [24] 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 구속으로 말미암아 하나님의 은혜로 값없이 의롭다 하심을 얻은 자 되었느니라
(롬 3:23-24, NKJV) [23] for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, [24] being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
(6) 죄와 사망에서 해방하심.
(롬 8:1-2, 개역) [1] 그러므로 이제 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 자에게는 결코 정죄함이 없나니 [2] 이는 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 생명의 성령의 법이 죄와 사망의 법에서 너를 해방하였음이라
(롬 8:1-2, NKJV) [1] There is therefore now no condemnation to those who are in Christ Jesus, who do not walk according to the flesh, but according to the Spirit. [2] For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
(7) 다시는 제사드릴 것 없음.
(히 10:15-20, 개역) [15] 또한 성령이 우리에게 증거하시되 [16] 주께서 가라사대 그 날 후로는 저희와 세울 언약이 이것이라 하시고 내 법을 저희 마음에 두고 저희 생각에 기록하리라 하신 후에 [17] 또 저희 죄와 저희 불법을 내가 다시 기억지 아니하리라 하셨으니 [18] 이것을 사하셨은즉 다시 죄를 위하여 제사 드릴 것이 없느니라 [19] 그러므로 형제들아 우리가 예수의 피를 힘입어 성소에 들어갈 담력을 얻었나니 [20] 그 길은 우리를 위하여 휘장 가운데로 열어 놓으신 새롭고 산 길이요 휘장은 곧 저의 육체니라

(8) 완전하고 영원한 제사.
(히 9:11-14, 개역) [11] 그리스도께서 장래 좋은 일의 대제사장으로 오사 손으로 짓지 아니한, 곧 이 창조에 속하지 아니한 더 크고 온전한 장막으로 말미암아 [12] 염소와 송아지의 피로 아니하고 오직 자기 피로 영원한 속죄를 이루사 단번에 성소에 들어가셨느니라 [13] 염소와 황소의 피와 및 암송아지의 재로 부정한 자에게 뿌려 그 육체를 정결케 하여 거룩케 하거든 [14] 하물며 영원하신 성령으로 말미암아 흠 없는 자기를 하나님께 드린 그리스도의 피가 어찌 너희 양심으로 죽은 행실에서 깨끗하게 하고 살아계신 하나님을 섬기게 못하겠느뇨
(히 9:11-14, NKJV) [11] But Christ came as High Priest of the good things to come, with the greater and more perfect tabernacle not made with hands, that is, not of this creation. [12] Not with the blood of goats and calves, but with His own blood He entered the Most Holy Place once for all, having obtained eternal redemption. [13] For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh, [14] how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
(9) 누가 정죄하리요.
(롬 8:32-34, 개역) [32] 자기 아들을 아끼지 아니하시고 우리 모든 사람을 위하여 내어 주신 이가 어찌 그 아들과 함께 모든 것을 우리에게 은사로 주지 아니하시겠느뇨 [33] 누가 능히 하나님의 택하신 자들을 송사하리요 의롭다 하신 이는 하나님이시니 [34] 누가 정죄하리요 죽으실 뿐 아니라 다시 살아나신 이는 그리스도 예수시니 그는 하나님 우편에 계신 자요 우리를 위하여 간구하시는 자시니라
(롬 8:32-34, NKJV) [32] He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? [33] Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. [34] Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.
5. 하나님이 거져 주시는 완전한 의로움
(1) 오직 은혜
(엡 2:8-9, 개역) [8] 너희가 그 은혜를 인하여 믿음으로 말미암아 구원을 얻었나니 이것이 너희에게서 난 것이 아니요 하나님의 선물이라 [9] 행위에서 난 것이 아니니 이는 누구든지 자랑치 못하게 함이니라
(엡 2:8-9, NKJV) [8] For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, [9] not of works, lest anyone should boast.
(2) 하나님의 긍휼하심
(딛 3:5-7, 개역) [5] 우리를 구원하시되 우리의 행한 바 의로운 행위로 말미암지 아니하고 오직 그의 긍휼하심을 좇아 중생의 씻음과 성령의 새롭게 하심으로 하셨나니 [6] 성령을 우리 구주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 우리에게 풍성히 부어 주사 [7] 우리로 저의 은혜를 힘입어 의롭다 하심을 얻어 영생의 소망을 따라 후사가 되게 하려 하심이라
(딛 3:5-7, NKJV) [5] not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, [6] whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, [7] that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
(3) 오직 사랑
(요 3:16, 개역) 하나님이 세상을 이처럼 사랑하사 독생자를 주셨으니 이는 저를 믿는 자마다 멸망치 않고 영생을 얻게 하려 하심이니라
(Jn 3:16, NKJV) "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
(4) 완전한 의로움.
(롬 3:21-22, 개역) [21] 이제는 율법 외에 하나님의 한 의가 나타났으니 율법과 선지자들에게 증거를 받은 것이라 [22] 곧 예수 그리스도를 믿음으로 말미암아 모든 믿는 자에게 미치는 하나님의 의니 차별이 없느니라
(롬 3:21-22, NKJV) [21] But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, [22] even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference;
(5) 피가 증거함.
(히 12:22-24, 개역) [22] 그러나 너희가 이른 곳은 시온 산과 살아계신 하나님의 도성인 하늘의 예루살렘과 천만 천사와 [23] 하늘에 기록한 장자들의 총회와 교회와 만민의 심판자이신 하나님과 및 온전케 된 의인의 영들과 [24] 새 언약의 중보이신 예수와 및 아벨의 피보다 더 낫게 말하는 뿌린 피니라
(히 12:22-24, NKJV) [22] But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels, [23] to the general assembly and church of the firstborn who are registered in heaven, to God the Judge of all, to the spirits of just men made perfect, [24] to Jesus the Mediator of the new covenant, and to the blood of sprinkling that speaks better things than that of Abel.
(6) 예수님이 증거하심.
(히 7:25, 개역) 그러므로 자기를 힘입어 하나님께 나아가는 자들을 온전히 구원하실 수 있으니 이는 그가 항상 살아서 저희를 위하여 간구하심이니라
(Heb 7:25, NKJV) Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.
(7) 율법에서 복음으로.
(고후 3:15-18, 개역) [15] 오늘까지 모세의 글을 읽을 때에 수건이 오히려 그 마음을 덮었도다 [16] 그러나 언제든지 주께로 돌아가면 그 수건이 벗어지리라 [17] 주는 영이시니 주의 영이 계신 곳에는 자유함이 있느니라 [18] 우리가 다 수건을 벗은 얼굴로 거울을 보는 것 같이 주의 영광을 보매 저와 같은 형상으로 화하여 영광으로 영광에 이르니 곧 주의 영으로 말미암음이니라
(고후 3:15-18, NKJV) [15] But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart. [16] Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. [17] Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. [18] But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
(8) 사망에서 생명으로.
(요 5:24, 개역) 내가 진실로 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 내 말을 듣고 또 나 보내신 이를 믿는 자는 영생을 얻었고 심판에 이르지 아니하나니 사망에서 생명으로 옮겼느니라
(Jn 5:24, NKJV) "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.
(9) 종에서 자녀로.
(갈 4:21-26, 개역) [21] 내게 말하라 율법 아래 있고자 하는 자들아 율법을 듣지 못하였느냐 [22] 기록된 바 아브라함이 두 아들이 있으니 하나는 계집종에게서 하나는 자유하는 여자에게서 났다 하였으나 [23] 계집종에게서는 육체를 따라 났고 자유하는 여자에게서는 약속으로 말미암았느니라 [24] 이것은 비유니 이 여자들은 두 언약이라 하나는 시내 산으로부터 종을 낳은 자니 곧 하가라 [25] 이 하가는 아라비아에 있는 시내 산으로 지금 있는 예루살렘과 같은 데니 저가 그 자녀들로 더불어 종 노릇 하고 [26] 오직 위에 있는 예루살렘은 자유자니 곧 우리 어머니라
(갈 4:21-26, NKJV) [21] Tell me, you who desire to be under the law, do you not hear the law? [22] For it is written that Abraham had two sons： the one by a bondwoman, the other by a freewoman. [23] But he who was of the bondwoman was born according to the flesh, and he of the freewoman through promise, [24] which things are symbolic. For these are the two covenants： the one from Mount Sinai which gives birth to bondage, which is Hagar-- [25] for this Hagar is Mount Sinai in Arabia, and corresponds to Jerusalem which now is, and is in bondage with her children-- [26] but the Jerusalem above is free, which is the mother of us all.
(10) 지옥에서 천국으로.
(갈 3:26-29, 개역) [26] 너희가 다 믿음으로 말미암아 그리스도 예수 안에서 하나님의 아들이 되었으니 [27] 누구든지 그리스도와 합하여 세례를 받은 자는 그리스도로 옷 입었느니라 [28] 너희는 유대인이나 헬라인이나 종이나 자주자나 남자나 여자 없이 다 그리스도 예수 안에서 하나이니라 [29] 너희가 그리스도께 속한 자면 곧 아브라함의 자손이요 약속대로 유업을 이을 자니라
(갈 3:26-29, NKJV) [26] For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. [27] For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. [28] There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. [29] And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
(11) 완전한 용서.
(요일 1:7-9, 개역) [7] 저가 빛 가운데 계신 것 같이 우리도 빛 가운데 행하면 우리가 서로 사귐이 있고 그 아들 예수의 피가 우리를 모든 죄에서 깨끗하게 하실 것이요 [8] 만일 우리가 죄 없다 하면 스스로 속이고 또 진리가 우리 속에 있지 아니할 것이요 [9] 만일 우리가 우리 죄를 자백하면 저는 미쁘시고 의로우사 우리 죄를 사하시며 모든 불의에서 우리를 깨끗케 하실 것이요
(요일 1:7-9, NKJV) [7] But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin. [8] If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. [9] If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
(사 1:18, 개역) 여호와께서 말씀하시되 오라 우리가 서로 변론하자 너희 죄가 주홍 같을지라도 눈과 같이 희어질 것이요 진홍 같이 붉을지라도 양털 같이 되리라
(Is 1:18, NKJV) "Come now, and let us reason together," Says the LORD, "Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool.
(12) 성령의 씻음
(고전 6:9-11, 개역) [9] 불의한 자가 하나님의 나라를 유업으로 받지 못할 줄을 알지 못하느냐 미혹을 받지 말라 음란하는 자나 우상 숭배하는 자나 간음하는 자나 탐색하는 자나 남색하는 자나 [10] 도적이나 탐람하는 자나 술취하는 자나 후욕하는 자나 토색하는 자들은 하나님의 나라를 유업으로 받지 못하리라 [11] 너희 중에 이와 같은 자들이 있더니 주 예수 그리스도의 이름과 우리 하나님의 성령 안에서 씻음과 거룩함과 의롭다 하심을 얻었느니라
(고전 6:9-11, NKJV) [9] Do you not know that the unrighteous will not inherit the kingdom of God? Do not be deceived. Neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor homosexuals, nor sodomites, [10] nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners will inherit the kingdom of God. [11] And such were some of you. But you were washed, but you were sanctified, but you were justified in the name of the Lord Jesus and by the Spirit of our God.
(13) 새로운 피조물
(고후 5:17, 개역) 그런즉 누구든지 그리스도 안에 있으면 새로운 피조물이라 이전 것은 지나갔으니 보라 새 것이 되었도다
(2Co 5:17, NKJV) Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new.
(14) 의의 옷을 입음
(사 61:10, 개역) 내가 여호와로 인하여 크게 기뻐하며 내 영혼이 나의 하나님으로 인하여 즐거워하리니 이는 그가 구원의 옷으로 내게 입히시며 의의 겉옷으로 내게 더하심이 신랑이 사모를 쓰며 신부가 자기 보물로 단장함 같게 하셨음이라
(Is 61:10, NKJV) I will greatly rejoice in the LORD, My soul shall be joyful in my God; For He has clothed me with the garments of salvation, He has covered me with the robe of righteousness, As a bridegroom decks himself with ornaments, And as a bride adorns herself with her jewels.
(15) 우리의 의로움 예수그리스도
(행 15:10-11, 개역) [10] 그런데 지금 너희가 어찌하여 하나님을 시험하여 우리 조상과 우리도 능히 메지 못하던 멍에를 제자들의 목에 두려느냐 [11] 우리가 저희와 동일하게 주 예수의 은혜로 구원 받는 줄을 믿노라 하니라
(행 15:10-11, NKJV) [10] "Now therefore, why do you test God by putting a yoke on the neck of the disciples which neither our fathers nor we were able to bear? [11] "But we believe that through the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ we shall be saved in the same manner as they."
(고전 1:30-31, 개역) [30] 너희는 하나님께로부터 나서 그리스도 예수 안에 있고 예수는 하나님께로서 나와서 우리에게 지혜와 의로움과 거룩함과 구속함이 되셨으니 [31] 기록된 바 자랑하는 자는 주 안에서 자랑하라 함과 같게 하려 함이니라
(고전 1:30-31, NKJV) [30] But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God--and righteousness and sanctification and redemption-- [31] that, as it is written, "He who glories, let him glory in the LORD."
6. 오직 믿음으로 받는 의로움.
(1) 아브라함의 의로움
(롬 4:3-13, 개역) [3] 성경이 무엇을 말하느뇨 아브라함이 하나님을 믿으매 이것이 저에게 의로 여기신 바 되었느니라 [4] 일하는 자에게는 그 삯을 은혜로 여기지 아니하고 빚으로 여기거니와 [5] 일을 아니할지라도 경건치 아니한 자를 의롭다 하시는 이를 믿는 자에게는 그의 믿음을 의로 여기시나니 [6] 일한 것이 없이 하나님께 의로 여기심을 받는 사람의 행복에 대하여 다윗의 말한 바 [7] 그 불법을 사하심을 받고 그 죄를 가리우심을 받는 자는 복이 있고 [8] 주께서 그 죄를 인정치 아니하실 사람은 복이 있도다 함과 같으니라 [9] 그런즉 이 행복이 할례자에게뇨 혹 무할례자에게도뇨 대저 우리가 말하기를 아브라함에게는 그 믿음을 의로 여기셨다 하노라 [10] 그런즉 이를 어떻게 여기셨느뇨 할례시냐 무할례시냐 할례시가 아니라 무할례시니라 [11] 저가 할례의 표를 받은 것은 무할례시에 믿음으로 된 의를 인친 것이니 이는 무할례자로서 믿는 모든 자의 조상이 되어 저희로 의로 여기심을 얻게 하려 하심이라 [12] 또한 할례자의 조상이 되었나니 곧 할례 받을 자에게뿐 아니라 우리 조상 아브라함의 무할례시에 가졌던 믿음의 자취를 좇는 자들에게도니라 [13] 아브라함이나 그 후손에게 세상의 후사가 되리라고 하신 언약은 율법으로 말미암은 것이 아니요 오직 믿음의 의로 말미암은 것이니라
(롬 4:3-13, NKJV) [3] For what does the Scripture say? "Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness." [4] Now to him who works, the wages are not counted as grace but as debt. [5] But to him who does not work but believes on Him who justifies the ungodly, his faith is accounted for righteousness, [6] just as David also describes the blessedness of the man to whom God imputes righteousness apart from works： [7] "Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, And whose sins are covered; [8] Blessed is the man to whom the LORD shall not impute sin." [9] Does this blessedness then come upon the circumcised only, or upon the uncircumcised also? For we say that faith was accounted to Abraham for righteousness. [10] How then was it accounted? While he was circumcised, or uncircumcised? Not while circumcised, but while uncircumcised. [11] And he received the sign of circumcision, a seal of the righteousness of the faith which he had while still uncircumcised, that he might be the father of all those who believe, though they are uncircumcised, that righteousness might be imputed to them also, [12] and the father of circumcision to those who not only are of the circumcision, but who also walk in the steps of the faith which our father Abraham had while still uncircumcised. [13] For the promise that he would be the heir of the world was not to Abraham or to his seed through the law, but through the righteousness of faith.
(2) 나를 대신 하여 죽으심을 믿어라.
(고후 5:14-15, 개역) [14] 그리스도의 사랑이 우리를 강권하시는도다 우리가 생각건대 한 사람이 모든 사람을 대신하여 죽었은즉 모든 사람이 죽은 것이라 [15] 저가 모든 사람을 대신하여 죽으심은 산 자들로 하여금 다시는 저희 자신을 위하여 살지 않고 오직 저희를 대신하여 죽었다가 다시 사신 자를 위하여 살게 하려 함이니라
(고후 5:14-15, NKJV) [14] For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus： that if One died for all, then all died; [15] and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.
(3) 오직 예수.
(행 4:12, 개역) 다른 이로서는 구원을 얻을 수 없나니 천하 인간에 구원을 얻을 만한 다른 이름을 우리에게 주신 일이 없음이니라 하였더라
(Ac 4:12, NKJV) "Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved."
(딤전 2:4-5, 개역) [4] 하나님은 모든 사람이 구원을 받으며 진리를 아는 데 이르기를 원하시느니라 [5] 하나님은 한 분이시요 또 하나님과 사람 사이에 중보도 한 분이시니 곧 사람이신 그리스도 예수라
(딤전 2:4-5, NKJV) [4] who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. [5] For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,
(4) 나를 사랑하신 죽음.
(계 1:5-6, 개역) [5] 또 충성된 증인으로 죽은 자들 가운데서 먼저 나시고 땅의 임금들의 머리가 되신 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 은혜와 평강이 너희에게 있기를 원하노라 우리를 사랑하사 그의 피로 우리 죄에서 우리를 해방하시고 [6] 그 아버지 하나님을 위하여 우리를 나라와 제사장으로 삼으신 그에게 영광과 능력이 세세토록 있기를 원하노라 아멘
(계 1:5-6, NKJV) [5] and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, [6] and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen.
(5) 아직 죄인 되었을 때에 죽으심.
(롬 5:8-10, 개역) [8] 우리가 아직 죄인 되었을 때에 그리스도께서 우리를 위하여 죽으심으로 하나님께서 우리에게 대한 자기의 사랑을 확증하셨느니라 [9] 그러면 이제 우리가 그 피를 인하여 의롭다 하심을 얻었은즉 더욱 그로 말미암아 진노하심에서 구원을 얻을 것이니 [10] 곧 우리가 원수 되었을 때에 그 아들의 죽으심으로 말미암아 하나님으로 더불어 화목되었은즉 화목된 자로서는 더욱 그의 살으심을 인하여 구원을 얻을 것이니라
(롬 5:8-10, NKJV) [8] But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. [9] Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. [10] For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.
(6) 차별이 없음
(롬 3:21-24, 개역) [21] 이제는 율법 외에 하나님의 한 의가 나타났으니 율법과 선지자들에게 증거를 받은 것이라 [22] 곧 예수 그리스도를 믿음으로 말미암아 모든 믿는 자에게 미치는 하나님의 의니 차별이 없느니라 [23] 모든 사람이 죄를 범하였으매 하나님의 영광에 이르지 못하더니 [24] 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 구속으로 말미암아 하나님의 은혜로 값없이 의롭다 하심을 얻은 자 되었느니라
(롬 3:21-24, NKJV) [21] But now the righteousness of God apart from the law is revealed, being witnessed by the Law and the Prophets, [22] even the righteousness of God, through faith in Jesus Christ, to all and on all who believe. For there is no difference; [23] for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, [24] being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus,
(7) 회개하고 복음을 믿어라.
(막 1:15, 개역) 가라사대 때가 찼고 하나님 나라가 가까웠으니 회개하고 복음을 믿으라 하시더라
(Mk 1:15, NKJV) and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel."
(8) 믿음은 들음에서.
(롬 10:17, 개역) 그러므로 믿음은 들음에서 나며 들음은 그리스도의 말씀으로 말미암았느니라
(Rm 10:17, NKJV) So then faith comes by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
(9) 믿음은 선물.
(살후 3:2, 개역) 또한 우리를 무리하고 악한 사람들에게서 건지옵소서 하라 믿음은 모든 사람의 것이 아님이라
(2Th 3:2, NKJV) and that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men; for not all have faith.
(벧후 1:1, 개역) 예수 그리스도의 종과 사도인 시몬 베드로는 우리 하나님과 구주 예수 그리스도의 의를 힘입어 동일하게 보배로운 믿음을 우리와 같이 받은 자들에게 편지하노니
(2Pt 1:1, NKJV) Simon Peter, a bondservant and apostle of Jesus Christ, To those who have obtained like precious faith with us by the righteousness of our God and Savior Jesus Christ：
(10) 성령의 검.
(엡 6:17, 개역) 구원의 투구와 성령의 검 곧 하나님의 말씀을 가지라
(Eph 6:17, NKJV) And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
7. 율법은 폐해지지 않음.
(1) 율법을 완성하신 예수님.
(마 5:17-20, 개역) [17] 내가 율법이나 선지자나 폐하러 온 줄로 생각지 말라 폐하러 온 것이 아니요 완전케 하려 함이로다 [18] 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 천지가 없어지기 전에는 율법의 일점 일획이라도 반드시 없어지지 아니하고 다 이루리라 [19] 그러므로 누구든지 이 계명 중에 지극히 작은 것 하나라도 버리고 또 그같이 사람을 가르치는 자는 천국에서 지극히 작다 일컬음을 받을 것이요 누구든지 이를 행하며 가르치는 자는 천국에서 크다 일컬음을 받으리라 [20] 내가 너희에게 이르노니 너희 의가 서기관과 바리새인보다 더 낫지 못하면 결단코 천국에 들어가지 못하리라
(마 5:17-20, NKJV) [17] "Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. [18] "For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. [19] "Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. [20] "For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.
(2) 사랑은 율법의 완성
(롬 13:9-10, 개역) [9] 간음하지 말라, 살인하지 말라, 도적질하지 말라, 탐내지 말라 한 것과 그 외에 다른 계명이 있을지라도 네 이웃을 네 자신과 같이 사랑하라 하신 그 말씀 가운데 다 들었느니라 [10] 사랑은 이웃에게 악을 행치 아니하나니 그러므로 사랑은 율법의 완성이니라
(롬 13:9-10, NKJV) [9] For the commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not bear false witness," "You shall not covet," and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." [10] Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
(2) 서로 사랑하라.
(요 13:34-35, 개역) [34] 새 계명을 너희에게 주노니 서로 사랑하라 내가 너희를 사랑한 것 같이 너희도 서로 사랑하라 [35] 너희가 서로 사랑하면 이로써 모든 사람이 너희가 내 제자인 줄 알리라
(요 13:34-35, NKJV) [34] "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. [35] "By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."
(3) 율법의 정신.
(마 22:37-40, 개역) [37] 예수께서 가라사대 네 마음을 다하고 목숨을 다하고 뜻을 다하여 주 너의 하나님을 사랑하라 하셨으니 [38] 이것이 크고 첫째 되는 계명이요 [39] 둘째는 그와 같으니 네 이웃을 네 몸과 같이 사랑하라 하셨으니 [40] 이 두 계명이 온 율법과 선지자의 강령이니라
(마 22:37-40, NKJV) [37] Jesus said to him, "'You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.' [38] "This is the first and great commandment. [39] "And the second is like it： 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' [40] "On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."
(4) 사랑의 종.
(갈 5:13-14, 개역) [13] 형제들아 너희가 자유를 위하여 부르심을 입었으나 그러나 그 자유로 육체의 기회를 삼지 말고 오직 사랑으로 서로 종 노릇 하라 [14] 온 율법은 네 이웃 사랑하기를 네 몸 같이 하라 하신 한 말씀에 이루었나니
(갈 5:13-14, NKJV) [13] For you, brethren, have been called to liberty; only do not use liberty as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love serve one another. [14] For all the law is fulfilled in one word, even in this： "You shall love your neighbor as yourself."
(5) 의의 종.
(롬 6:15-23, 개역) [15] 그런즉 어찌하리요 우리가 법 아래 있지 아니하고 은혜 아래 있으니 죄를 지으리요 그럴 수 없느니라 [16] 너희 자신을 종으로 드려 누구에게 순종하든지 그 순종함을 받는 자의 종이 되는 줄을 너희가 알지 못하느냐 혹은 죄의 종으로 사망에 이르고 혹은 순종의 종으로 의에 이르느니라 [17] 하나님께 감사하리로다 너희가 본래 죄의 종이더니 너희에게 전하여 준 바 교훈의 본을 마음으로 순종하여 [18] 죄에게서 해방되어 의에게 종이 되었느니라 [19] 너희 육신이 연약하므로 내가 사람의 예대로 말하노니 전에 너희가 너희 지체를 부정과 불법에 드려 불법에 이른 것 같이 이제는 너희 지체를 의에게 종으로 드려 거룩함에 이르라 [20] 너희가 죄의 종이 되었을 때에는 의에 대하여 자유하였느니라 [21] 너희가 그 때에 무슨 열매를 얻었느뇨 이제는 너희가 그 일을 부끄러워하나니 이는 그 마지막이 사망임이니라 [22] 그러나 이제는 너희가 죄에게서 해방되고 하나님께 종이 되어 거룩함에 이르는 열매를 얻었으니 이 마지막은 영생이라 [23] 죄의 삯은 사망이요 하나님의 은사는 그리스도 예수 우리 주 안에 있는 영생이니라
(롬 6:15-23, NKJV) [15] What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not! [16] Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one's slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness? [17] But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. [18] And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. [19] I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness. [20] For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. [21] What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death. [22] But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. [23] For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.
(6) 주님과 사귐.
(요일 1:1-6, 개역) [1] 태초부터 있는 생명의 말씀에 관하여는 우리가 들은 바요 눈으로 본 바요 주목하고 우리 손으로 만진 바라 [2] 이 생명이 나타내신 바 된지라 이 영원한 생명을 우리가 보았고 증거하여 너희에게 전하노니 이는 아버지와 함께 계시다가 우리에게 나타내신 바 된 자니라 [3] 우리가 보고 들은 바를 너희에게도 전함은 너희로 우리와 사귐이 있게 하려 함이니 우리의 사귐은 아버지와 그 아들 예수 그리스도와 함께 함이라 [4] 우리가 이것을 씀은 우리의 기쁨이 충만케 하려 함이로라 [5] 우리가 저에게서 듣고 너희에게 전하는 소식이 이것이니 곧 하나님은 빛이시라 그에게는 어두움이 조금도 없으시니라 [6] 만일 우리가 하나님과 사귐이 있다 하고 어두운 가운데 행하면 거짓말을 하고 진리를 행치 아니함이거니와
(요일 1:1-6, NKJV) [1] That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, concerning the Word of life-- [2] the life was manifested, and we have seen, and bear witness, and declare to you that eternal life which was with the Father and was manifested to us-- [3] that which we have seen and heard we declare to you, that you also may have fellowship with us; and truly our fellowship is with the Father and with His Son Jesus Christ. [4] And these things we write to you that your joy may be full. [5] This is the message which we have heard from Him and declare to you, that God is light and in Him is no darkness at all. [6] If we say that we have fellowship with Him, and walk in darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth.
(7) 주님을 닮음
(엡 4:11-13, 개역) [11] 그가 혹은 사도로, 혹은 선지자로, 혹은 복음 전하는 자로, 혹은 목사와 교사로 주셨으니 [12] 이는 성도를 온전케 하며 봉사의 일을 하게 하며 그리스도의 몸을 세우려 하심이라 [13] 우리가 다 하나님의 아들을 믿는 것과 아는 일에 하나가 되어 온전한 사람을 이루어 그리스도의 장성한 분량이 충만한 데까지 이르리니
(엡 4:11-13, NKJV) [11] And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, [12] for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, [13] till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;
(롬 8:29, 개역) 하나님이 미리 아신 자들로 또한 그 아들의 형상을 본받게 하기 위하여 미리 정하셨으니 이는 그로 많은 형제 중에서 맏아들이 되게 하려 하심이니라
(Rm 8:29, NKJV) For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.
(8) 선을 행함.
(엡 2:10, 개역) 우리는 그의 만드신 바라 그리스도 예수 안에서 선한 일을 위하여 지으심을 받은 자니 이 일은 하나님이 전에 예비하사 우리로 그 가운데서 행하게 하려 하심이니라
(Eph 2:10, NKJV) For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand that we should walk in them.
(갈 6:9, 개역) 우리가 선을 행하되 낙심하지 말지니 피곤하지 아니하면 때가 이르매 거두리라
(Gl 6:9, NKJV) And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart.
(히 13:16, 개역) 오직 선을 행함과 서로 나눠주기를 잊지 말라 이같은 제사는 하나님이 기뻐하시느니라
(Heb 13:16, NKJV) But do not forget to do good and to share, for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
(9) 선한 열매.
(골 1:10, 개역) 주께 합당히 행하여 범사에 기쁘시게 하고 모든 선한 일에 열매를 맺게 하시며 하나님을 아는 것에 자라게 하시고
(Col 1:10, NKJV) that you may walk worthy of the Lord, fully pleasing Him, being fruitful in every good work and increasing in the knowledge of God;
(약 3:17, 개역) 오직 위로부터 난 지혜는 첫째 성결하고 다음에 화평하고 관용하고 양순하며 긍휼과 선한 열매가 가득하고 편벽과 거짓이 없나니
(Jms 3:17, NKJV) But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality and without hypocrisy.
(10) 더 큰일도 하게 됨.
(요 14:12, 개역) 내가 진실로 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 나를 믿는 자는 나의 하는 일을 저도 할 것이요 또한 이보다 큰 것도 하리니 이는 내가 아버지께로 감이니라
(Jn 14:12, NKJV) "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father.
사랑하는 성도 여러분,
의롭다하심의 의미를 알고 계십니까?
하나님과의 바른 관계입니다.
죄가 없는 상태로 보는 것입니다.
의롭다하심은 왜 필요한것입니까?
하나님의 완전하심과 거룩하심 때문입니다.
거룩하신 하나님을 알고 만나는 것이 구원이기 때문입니다.
그러므로 인간의 노력으로 율법을 지켜서 의롭다하심을 얻을 가능성은 없습니다.
하나님은 사랑이요 동시에 완전히 의로우신 분이십니다.
오직 예수님의 십자가에서 하나님의 의로우심과 사랑이 충족되었습니다.
예수님께서 우리를 대신하여 죽으시고 피를 흘리셔서 죄값을 완전히 치루어주셨습니다.
죄없으신 예수님의 십자가 죽으심은 전적으로 우리를 대신하신 죽으심입니다.
예수님의 의로움은 완전한 의로움이요 모든 예수님을 믿는 자들에게 값없이 주시는 하나님의 선물입니다.
오직 예수님의 구속의 은혜입니다.
오직 믿음으로 얻는 은혜입니다.
오직 하나님의 사랑입니다.
그렇다고 해서 울법이 폐하여 진 것이 아닙니다.
예수님이 율법을 완성하셨습니다.
이전에는 죄의 종이었지만 이제 의롭다하심을 얻고 성령께서 우리 마음에 오셨기 때문에 우리는 주님을 사랑하고 주님의 종, 의의 종이 됩니다.
사랑으로 살게 되고 율법을 지키게 됩니다.
율법을 지켜서 구원을 얻을수는 없지만 거듭나고 나면 율법을 지키며 살게 됩니다.
모든 것이 하나님의 부어주시는 은혜와 지혜와 능력입니다.
오늘도, 이런 큰 은혜를 받은 우리들 감사하면서 하나님을 사랑하고 이웃을 사랑하면서 더욱 주님께 충성을 다하는 복된 우리 모두가 될수 있기를 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 간절히 축원합니다. 아멘!
