<참되신 하나님과 거짓된 인간>
(롬 3:1-18, 개역) [1] 그런즉 유대인의 나음이 무엇이며 할례의 유익이 무엇이뇨 [2] 범사에 많으니 첫째는 저희가 하나님의 말씀을 맡았음이니라 [3] 어떤 자들이 믿지 아니하였으면 어찌하리요 그 믿지 아니함이 하나님의 미쁘심을 폐하겠느뇨 [4] 그럴 수 없느니라 사람은 다 거짓되되 오직 하나님은 참되시다 할지어다 기록된 바 주께서 주의 말씀에 의롭다 함을 얻으시고 판단 받으실 때에 이기려 하심이라 함과 같으니라 [5] 그러나 우리 불의가 하나님의 의를 드러나게 하면 무슨 말 하리요 내가 사람의 말하는 대로 말하노니 진노를 내리시는 하나님이 불의하시냐 [6] 결코 그렇지 아니하니라 만일 그러하면 하나님께서 어찌 세상을 심판하시리요 [7] 그러나 나의 거짓말로 하나님의 참되심이 더 풍성하여 그의 영광이 되었으면 어찌 나도 죄인처럼 심판을 받으리요 [8] 또는 그러면 선을 이루기 위하여 악을 행하자 하지 않겠느냐 (어떤 이들이 이렇게 비방하여 우리가 이런 말을 한다고 하니) 저희가 정죄 받는 것이 옳으니라 [9] 그러면 어떠하뇨 우리는 나으뇨 결코 아니라 유대인이나 헬라인이나 다 죄 아래 있다고 우리가 이미 선언하였느니라 [10] 기록한 바 의인은 없나니 하나도 없으며 [11] 깨닫는 자도 없고 하나님을 찾는 자도 없고 [12] 다 치우쳐 한가지로 무익하게 되고 선을 행하는 자는 없나니 하나도 없도다 [13] 저희 목구멍은 열린 무덤이요 그 혀로는 속임을 베풀며 그 입술에는 독사의 독이 있고 [14] 그 입에는 저주와 악독이 가득하고 [15] 그 발은 피 흘리는데 빠른지라 [16] 파멸과 고생이 그 길에 있어 [17] 평강의 길을 알지 못하였고 [18] 저희 눈 앞에 하나님을 두려워함이 없느니라 함과 같으니라
(롬 3:1-18, NKJV) [1] What advantage then has the Jew, or what is the profit of circumcision? [2] Much in every way! Chiefly because to them were committed the oracles of God. [3] For what if some did not believe? Will their unbelief make the faithfulness of God without effect? [4] Certainly not! Indeed, let God be true but every man a liar. As it is written： "That You may be justified in Your words, And may overcome when You are judged." [5] But if our unrighteousness demonstrates the righteousness of God, what shall we say? Is God unjust who inflicts wrath? (I speak as a man.) [6] Certainly not! For then how will God judge the world? [7] For if the truth of God has increased through my lie to His glory, why am I also still judged as a sinner? [8] And why not say, "Let us do evil that good may come"?--as we are slanderously reported and as some affirm that we say. Their condemnation is just. [9] What then? Are we better than they? Not at all. For we have previously charged both Jews and Greeks that they are all under sin. [10] As it is written： "There is none righteous, no, not one; [11] There is none who understands; There is none who seeks after God. [12] They have all turned aside; They have together become unprofitable; There is none who does good, no, not one." [13] "Their throat is an open tomb; With their tongues they have practiced deceit"; "The poison of asps is under their lips"; [14] "Whose mouth is full of cursing and bitterness." [15] "Their feet are swift to shed blood; [16] Destruction and misery are in their ways; [17] And the way of peace they have not known." [18] "There is no fear of God before their eyes."
오늘 본문에서 바울은 하나님의 참되심과 인간의 죄인됨을 강조하고 있습니다. 이스라엘은 창조자 자신들의 하나님으로부터 수많은 특권과 은혜를 받았음에도 불구하고 반역과 우상숭배를 저지르고 하나님의 말씀대로 살지 못함으로 하나님의 영광을 가리웠습니다.
유대인과 마찬 가지로 우리 성도들도 하나님으로 받은 은혜가 너무나도 큼에도 불구하고 거기에 합당하게 살지 못함을 발견하게 됩니다. 우리는 복음에 합당한 삶을 살아야 합니다.
하나님은 참되시고 인간은 거짓되다고 말씀합니다. 인간은 하나님은 언제나 참되십니다. 하나님의 말씀이 참된 말씀입니다. 반면에 인간은 거짓됩니다. 거짓의 아비 사단의 영향 아래있기 때문입니다. 그래서 여러 가지 거짓말과 우상들을 만들어 인간을 속이고 있습니다. 여러 가지 종교입니다. 돈이 행복을 준다고 거짓말 합니다. 죽으면 몸도 영혼도 모두 소멸한다고 거짓말합니다. 지옥은 없다거나 인간 자신이 모든 문제를 해결할 수 있다고 믿습니다. 하나님은 없다거나 필요없다고 함부로 말합니다.
하나님은 완전히 의로우시며 동시에 참되십니다. 거짓이 없으시고 언제나 완전하십니다. 완전히 거룩하십니다. 하나님이 인간을 정직하게 지으셨지만 인간들이 많은 꾀를 낸것입니다. 많은 사람들은 영적인 실체와 진리를 외면하고 살아가고 있습니다. 성경은 분명히 죽은 다음에 심판이 있고 천국과 지옥이 있음을 말씀합니다. 이것이 사실이며 참된 진리입니다. 오직 예수님만이 죄사함과 천국에 들어가는 유일한 길이십니다.
모든 인간들은 죄인으로 태어납니다. 죄아래 있습니다. 죄의 싻은 사망입니다. 죄와 사망의 권세에서 벗어나는 길은 오직 예수그리스도의 흘리신 피 뿐입니다.
인간들은 자신의 지은 죄를 타협하고 무마시키기 위하여 여러 가지 이유를 댑니다. 선하게 살면 봐주실 것이다. 세상이 나를 이렇게 죄짓게 만들었다. 여러 가지 상황 때문에 할수 없었다. 등등입니다. 성적인 죄와 중독의 죄등은 이제 유전자에게 핑계를 대고 하나님에 대하여 원망합니다.
오늘날 회개와 예수님의 피와 거듭남 등의 진리가 사라지고 있습니다.
심각합니다. 딤후 3:1-5 에서는 말세의 징조로 경건의 모양은 있지만 경건의 모습은 없는 시대라고 말씀합니다. 하나님을 경외 함이 사라졌습니다. 마치 사사시대처럼 저기 소견대로 사는 세상입니다.
이런 상황 속에서 오늘 말쓰은 아주 중요합니다. 우리는 성경말씀의 진리를 더욱 절실하게 깨닫고 이 진리 위에 굳게 서서 이 혼돈의 시대에 승리하고 주님 다시 오실 때 까지 충성을 다하는 복되 우리 모두가 될수 있기를 축원합니다.
1. 유대인의 유익.
(1) 택하심
(신 7:7-11, 개역) [7] 여호와께서 너희를 기뻐하시고 너희를 택하심은 너희가 다른 민족보다 수효가 많은 연고가 아니라 너희는 모든 민족 중에 가장 적으니라 [8] 여호와께서 다만 너희를 사랑하심을 인하여 또는 너희 열조에게 하신 맹세를 지키려 하심을 인하여 자기의 권능의 손으로 너희를 인도하여 내시되 너희를 그 종 되었던 집에서 애굽 왕 바로의 손에서 속량하셨나니 [9] 그런즉 너는 알라 오직 네 하나님 여호와는 하나님이시요 신실하신 하나님이시라 그를 사랑하고 그 계명을 지키는 자에게는 천 대까지 그 언약을 이행하시며 인애를 베푸시되 [10] 그를 미워하는 자에게는 당장에 보응하여 멸하시나니 여호와는 자기를 미워하는 자에게 지체하지 아니하시고 당장에 그에게 보응하시느니라 [11] 그런즉 너는 오늘날 내가 네게 명하는 명령과 규례와 법도를 지켜 행할지니라
(신 7:7-11, NKJV) [7] "The LORD did not set His love on you nor choose you because you were more in number than any other people, for you were the least of all peoples; [8] "but because the LORD loves you, and because He would keep the oath which He swore to your fathers, the LORD has brought you out with a mighty hand, and redeemed you from the house of bondage, from the hand of Pharaoh king of Egypt. [9] "Therefore know that the LORD your God, He is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy for a thousand generations with those who love Him and keep His commandments; [10] "and He repays those who hate Him to their face, to destroy them. He will not be slack with him who hates Him; He will repay him to his face. [11] "Therefore you shall keep the commandment, the statutes, and the judgments which I command you today, to observe them.
(2) 율법.
(출 20:1-6, 개역) [1] 하나님이 이 모든 말씀으로 일러 가라사대 [2] 나는 너를 애굽 땅 종 되었던 집에서 인도하여 낸 너의 하나님 여호와로라 [3] 너는 나 외에는 다른 신들을 네게 있게 말지니라 [4] 너를 위하여 새긴 우상을 만들지 말고 또 위로 하늘에 있는 것이나 아래로 땅에 있는 것이나 땅 아래 물 속에 있는 것의 아무 형상이든지 만들지 말며 [5] 그것들에게 절하지 말며 그것들을 섬기지 말라 나 여호와 너의 하나님은 질투하는 하나님인즉 나를 미워하는 자의 죄를 갚되 아비로부터 아들에게로 삼사 대까지 이르게 하거니와 [6] 나를 사랑하고 내 계명을 지키는 자에게는 천대까지 은혜를 베푸느니라
(출 20:1-6, NKJV) [1] And God spoke all these words, saying： [2] "I am the LORD your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, out of the house of bondage. [3] "You shall have no other gods before Me. [4] "You shall not make for yourself a carved image, or any likeness of anything that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth; [5] you shall not bow down to them nor serve them. For I, the LORD your God, am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers on the children to the third and fourth generations of those who hate Me, [6] but showing mercy to thousands, to those who love Me and keep My commandments.
(3) 선지자.
(대하 36:15-20, 개역) [15] 그 열조의 하나님 여호와께서 그 백성과 그 거하시는 곳을 아끼사 부지런히 그 사자들을 그 백성에게 보내어 이르셨으나 [16] 그 백성이 하나님의 사자를 비웃고 말씀을 멸시하며 그 선지자를 욕하여 여호와의 진노로 그 백성에게 미쳐서 만회할 수 없게 하였으므로 [17] 하나님이 갈대아 왕의 손에 저희를 다 붙이시매 저가 와서 그 성전에서 칼로 청년을 죽이며 청년 남녀와 노인과 백발노옹을 긍휼히 여기지 아니하였으며 [18] 또 하나님의 전의 대소 기명들과 여호와의 전의 보물과 왕과 방백들의 보물을 다 바벨론으로 가져가고 [19] 또 하나님의 전을 불사르며 예루살렘 성을 헐며 그 모든 궁실을 불사르며 그 모든 귀한 기명을 훼파하고 [20] 무릇 칼에서 벗어난 자를 저가 바벨론으로 사로잡아 가매 무리가 거기서 갈대아 왕과 그 자손의 노예가 되어 바사국이 주재할 때까지 이르니라
(대하 36:15-20, NKJV) [15] And the LORD God of their fathers sent warnings to them by His messengers, rising up early and sending them, because He had compassion on His people and on His dwelling place. [16] But they mocked the messengers of God, despised His words, and scoffed at His prophets, until the wrath of the LORD arose against His people, till there was no remedy. [17] Therefore He brought against them the king of the Chaldeans, who killed their young men with the sword in the house of their sanctuary, and had no compassion on young man or virgin, on the aged or the weak; He gave them all into his hand. [18] And all the articles from the house of God, great and small, the treasures of the house of the LORD, and the treasures of the king and of his leaders, all these he took to Babylon. [19] Then they burned the house of God, broke down the wall of Jerusalem, burned all its palaces with fire, and destroyed all its precious possessions. [20] And those who escaped from the sword he carried away to Babylon, where they became servants to him and his sons until the rule of the kingdom of Persia,
(4) 가나안 땅.
(수 21:43-45, 개역) [43] 여호와께서 이스라엘의 열조에게 맹세하사 주마 하신 온 땅을 이와 같이 이스라엘에게 다 주셨으므로 그들이 그것을 얻어 거기 거하였으며 [44] 여호와께서 그들의 사방에 안식을 주셨으되 그 열조에게 맹세하신 대로 하셨으므로 그 모든 대적이 그들을 당한 자가 하나도 없었으니 이는 여호와께서 그들의 모든 대적을 그들의 손에 붙이셨음이라 [45] 여호와께서 이스라엘 족속에게 말씀하신 선한 일이 하나도 남음이 없이 다 응하였더라
(수 21:43-45, NKJV) [43] So the LORD gave to Israel all the land of which He had sworn to give to their fathers, and they took possession of it and dwelt in it. [44] The LORD gave them rest all around, according to all that He had sworn to their fathers. And not a man of all their enemies stood against them; the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand. [45] Not a word failed of any good thing which the LORD had spoken to the house of Israel. All came to pass.
(5) 메시야.
(신 18:15, 개역) 네 하나님 여호와께서 너의 중 네 형제 중에서 나와 같은 선지자 하나를 너를 위하여 일으키시리니 너희는 그를 들을지니라
(Dt 18:15, NKJV) "The LORD your God will raise up for you a Prophet like me from your midst, from your brethren. Him you shall hear,
(사 7:14, 개역) 그러므로 주께서 친히 징조로 너희에게 주실 것이라 보라 처녀가 잉태하여 아들을 낳을 것이요 그 이름을 임마누엘이라 하리라
(Is 7:14, NKJV) "Therefore the Lord Himself will give you a sign： Behold, the virgin shall conceive and bear a Son, and shall call His name Immanuel.
(사 9:6-7, 개역) [6] 이는 한 아기가 우리에게 났고 한 아들을 우리에게 주신바 되었는데 그 어깨에는 정사를 메었고 그 이름은 기묘자라, 모사라, 전능하신 하나님이라, 영존하시는 아버지라, 평강의 왕이라 할 것임이라 [7] 그 정사와 평강의 더함이 무궁하며 또 다윗의 위에 앉아서 그 나라를 굳게 세우고 자금 이후 영원토록 공평과 정의로 그것을 보존하실 것이라 만군의 여호와의 열심이 이를 이루시리라
(사 9:6-7, NKJV) [6] For unto us a Child is born, Unto us a Son is given; And the government will be upon His shoulder. And His name will be called Wonderful, Counselor, Mighty God, Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. [7] Of the increase of His government and peace There will be no end, Upon the throne of David and over His kingdom, To order it and establish it with judgment and justice From that time forward, even forever. The zeal of the LORD of hosts will perform this.
(미 5:2, 개역) 베들레헴 에브라다야 너는 유다 족속 중에 작을지라도 이스라엘을 다스릴 자가 네게서 내게로 나올 것이라 그의 근본은 상고에 태초에니라
(Mc 5:2, NKJV) "But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Though you are little among the thousands of Judah, Yet out of you shall come forth to Me The One to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth are from of old, From everlasting."
(6) 보호하심과 승리
(출 17:8-16, 개역) [8] 때에 아말렉이 이르러 이스라엘과 르비딤에서 싸우니라 [9] 모세가 여호수아에게 이르되 우리를 위하여 사람들을 택하여 나가서 아말렉과 싸우라 내일 내가 하나님의 지팡이를 손에 잡고 산꼭대기에 서리라 [10] 여호수아가 모세의 말대로 행하여 아말렉과 싸우고 모세와 아론과 훌은 산꼭대기에 올라가서 [11] 모세가 손을 들면 이스라엘이 이기고 손을 내리면 아말렉이 이기더니 [12] 모세의 팔이 피곤하매 그들이 돌을 가져다가 모세의 아래에 놓아 그로 그 위에 앉게 하고 아론과 훌이 하나는 이편에서 하나는 저편에서 모세의 손을 붙들어 올렸더니 그 손이 해가 지도록 내려오지 아니한지라 [13] 여호수아가 칼날로 아말렉과 그 백성을 쳐서 파하니라 [14] 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 이것을 책에 기록하여 기념하게 하고 여호수아의 귀에 외워 들리라 내가 아말렉을 도말하여 천하에서 기억함이 없게 하리라 [15] 모세가 단을 쌓고 그 이름을 여호와 닛시라 하고 [16] 가로되 여호와께서 맹세하시기를 여호와가 아말렉으로 더불어 대대로 싸우리라 하셨다 하였더라
(출 17:8-16, NKJV) [8] Now Amalek came and fought with Israel in Rephidim. [9] And Moses said to Joshua, "Choose us some men and go out, fight with Amalek. Tomorrow I will stand on the top of the hill with the rod of God in my hand." [10] So Joshua did as Moses said to him, and fought with Amalek. And Moses, Aaron, and Hur went up to the top of the hill. [11] And so it was, when Moses held up his hand, that Israel prevailed; and when he let down his hand, Amalek prevailed. [12] But Moses' hands became heavy; so they took a stone and put it under him, and he sat on it. And Aaron and Hur supported his hands, one on one side, and the other on the other side; and his hands were steady until the going down of the sun. [13] So Joshua defeated Amalek and his people with the edge of the sword. [14] Then the LORD said to Moses, "Write this for a memorial in the book and recount it in the hearing of Joshua, that I will utterly blot out the remembrance of Amalek from under heaven." [15] And Moses built an altar and called its name, The-LORD-Is-My-Banner; [16] for he said, "Because the LORD has sworn： the LORD will have war with Amalek from generation to generation."
(7) 사랑받음.
(말 1:1-5, 개역) [1] 여호와께서 말라기로 이스라엘에게 말씀하신 경고라 [2] 여호와께서 가라사대 내가 너희를 사랑하였노라 하나 너희는 이르기를 주께서 어떻게 우리를 사랑하셨나이까 하는도다 나 여호와가 말하노라 에서는 야곱의 형이 아니냐 그러나 내가 야곱을 사랑하였고 [3] 에서는 미워하였으며 그의 산들을 황무케 하였고 그의 산업을 광야의 시랑에게 붙였느니라 [4] 에돔은 말하기를 우리가 무너뜨림을 당하였으나 황페된 곳을 다시 쌓으리라 하거니와 나 만군의 여호와는 이르노라 그들은 쌓을지라도 나는 헐리라 사람들이 그들을 일컬어 악한 지경이라 할 것이요 여호와의 영영한 진노를 받은 백성이라 할 것이며 [5] 너희는 목도하고 이르기를 여호와께서는 이스라엘 지경 밖에서 크시다 하리라
(말 1:1-5, NKJV) [1] The burden of the word of the LORD to Israel by Malachi. [2] "I have loved you," says the LORD. "Yet you say, 'In what way have You loved us?' Was not Esau Jacob's brother?" Says the LORD. "Yet Jacob I have loved; [3] But Esau I have hated, And laid waste his mountains and his heritage For the jackals of the wilderness." [4] Even though Edom has said, "We have been impoverished, But we will return and build the desolate places," Thus says the LORD of hosts： "They may build, but I will throw down; They shall be called the Territory of Wickedness, And the people against whom the LORD will have indignation forever. [5] Your eyes shall see, And you shall say, 'The LORD is magnified beyond the border of Israel.'
(8) 언약 맺음.
(출 24:4-8, 개역) [4] 모세가 여호와의 모든 말씀을 기록하고 이른 아침에 일어나 산 아래 단을 쌓고 이스라엘 십이 지파대로 열두 기둥을 세우고 [5] 이스라엘 자손의 청년들을 보내어 번제와 소로 화목제를 여호와께 드리게 하고 [6] 모세가 피를 취하여 반은 양푼에 담고 반은 단에 뿌리고 [7] 언약서를 가져 백성에게 낭독하여 들리매 그들이 가로되 여호와의 모든 말씀을 우리가 준행하리이다 [8] 모세가 그 피를 취하여 백성에게 뿌려 가로되 이는 여호와께서 이 모든 말씀에 대하여 너희와 세우신 언약의 피니라
(출 24:4-8, NKJV) [4] And Moses wrote all the words of the LORD. And he rose early in the morning, and built an altar at the foot of the mountain, and twelve pillars according to the twelve tribes of Israel. [5] Then he sent young men of the children of Israel, who offered burnt offerings and sacrificed peace offerings of oxen to the LORD. [6] And Moses took half the blood and put it in basins, and half the blood he sprinkled on the altar. [7] Then he took the Book of the Covenant and read in the hearing of the people. And they said, "All that the LORD has said we will do, and be obedient." [8] And Moses took the blood, sprinkled it on the people, and said, "This is the blood of the covenant which the LORD has made with you according to all these words."
(9) 구원의 큰 축복.
새생명, 천국, 성령 임재, 양자 됨, 말씀, 공급하심, 보호하심, 기도응답, 능력공급
(요 5:24, 개역) 내가 진실로 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 내 말을 듣고 또 나 보내신 이를 믿는 자는 영생을 얻었고 심판에 이르지 아니하나니 사망에서 생명으로 옮겼느니라
(Jn 5:24, NKJV) "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who hears My word and believes in Him who sent Me has everlasting life, and shall not come into judgment, but has passed from death into life.
(갈 3:26-29, 개역) [26] 너희가 다 믿음으로 말미암아 그리스도 예수 안에서 하나님의 아들이 되었으니 [27] 누구든지 그리스도와 합하여 세례를 받은 자는 그리스도로 옷 입었느니라 [28] 너희는 유대인이나 헬라인이나 종이나 자주자나 남자나 여자 없이 다 그리스도 예수 안에서 하나이니라 [29] 너희가 그리스도께 속한 자면 곧 아브라함의 자손이요 약속대로 유업을 이을 자니라
(갈 3:26-29, NKJV) [26] For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. [27] For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. [28] There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. [29] And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.
(요 3:5, 개역) 예수께서 대답하시되 진실로 진실로 네게 이르노니 사람이 물과 성령으로 나지 아니하면 하나님 나라에 들어갈 수 없느니라
(Jn 3:5, NKJV) Jesus answered, "Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
(마 7:7-8, 개역) [7] 구하라 그러면 너희에게 주실 것이요 찾으라 그러면 찾을 것이요 문을 두드리라 그러면 너희에게 열릴 것이니 [8] 구하는 이마다 얻을 것이요 찾는 이가 찾을 것이요 두드리는 이에게 열릴 것이니라
(마 7:7-8, NKJV) [7] "Ask, and it will be given to you; seek, and you will find; knock, and it will be opened to you. [8] "For everyone who asks receives, and he who seeks finds, and to him who knocks it will be opened.
(마 6:31-33, 개역) [31] 그러므로 염려하여 이르기를 무엇을 먹을까 무엇을 마실까 무엇을 입을까 하지 말라 [32] 이는 다 이방인들이 구하는 것이라 너희 천부께서 이 모든 것이 너희에게 있어야 할 줄을 아시느니라 [33] 너희는 먼저 그의 나라와 그의 의를 구하라 그리하면 이 모든 것을 너희에게 더하시리라
(마 6:31-33, NKJV) [31] "Therefore do not worry, saying, 'What shall we eat?' or 'What shall we drink?' or 'What shall we wear?' [32] "For after all these things the Gentiles seek. For your heavenly Father knows that you need all these things. [33] "But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
(요 14:16, 개역) 내가 아버지께 구하겠으니 그가 또 다른 보혜사를 너희에게 주사 영원토록 너희와 함께 있게 하시리니
(Jn 14:16, NKJV) "And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever--
2. 믿지 아니한자들.

(고전 10:1-11, NKJV) [1] Moreover, brethren, I do not want you to be unaware that all our fathers were under the cloud, all passed through the sea, [2] all were baptized into Moses in the cloud and in the sea, [3] all ate the same spiritual food, [4] and all drank the same spiritual drink. For they drank of that spiritual Rock that followed them, and that Rock was Christ. [5] But with most of them God was not well pleased, for their bodies were scattered in the wilderness. [6] Now these things became our examples, to the intent that we should not lust after evil things as they also lusted. [7] And do not become idolaters as were some of them. As it is written, "The people sat down to eat and drink, and rose up to play." [8] Nor let us commit sexual immorality, as some of them did, and in one day twenty-three thousand fell; [9] nor let us tempt Christ, as some of them also tempted, and were destroyed by serpents; [10] nor complain, as some of them also complained, and were destroyed by the destroyer. [11] Now all these things happened to them as examples, and they were written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the ages have come.
(1) 우상숭배.
(대하 33:1-6, 개역) [1] 므낫세가 위에 나아갈 때에 나이 십이 세라 예루살렘에서 오십오 년을 치리하며 [2] 여호와 보시기에 악을 행하여 여호와께서 이스라엘 자손 앞에서 쫓아내신 이방 사람의 가증한 일을 본받아 [3] 그 부친 히스기야의 헐어버린 산당을 다시 세우며 바알들을 위하여 단을 쌓으며 아세라 목상을 만들며 하늘의 일월 성신을 숭배하여 섬기며 [4] 여호와께서 전에 이르시기를 내가 내 이름을 예루살렘에 영영히 두리라 하신 여호와의 전에 단들을 쌓고 [5] 또 여호와의 전 두 마당에 하늘의 일월 성신을 위하여 단들을 쌓고 [6] 또 힌놈의 아들 골짜기에서 그 아들들을 불 가운데로 지나게 하며 또 점치며 사술과 요술을 행하며 신접한 자와 박수를 신임하여 여호와 보시기에 악을 많이 행하여 그 진노를 격발하였으며
(대하 33:1-6, NKJV) [1] Manasseh was twelve years old when he became king, and he reigned fifty-five years in Jerusalem. [2] But he did evil in the sight of the LORD, according to the abominations of the nations whom the LORD had cast out before the children of Israel. [3] For he rebuilt the high places which Hezekiah his father had broken down; he raised up altars for the Baals, and made wooden images; and he worshiped all the host of heaven and served them. [4] He also built altars in the house of the LORD, of which the LORD had said, "In Jerusalem shall My name be forever." [5] And he built altars for all the host of heaven in the two courts of the house of the LORD. [6] Also he caused his sons to pass through the fire in the Valley of the Son of Hinnom; he practiced soothsaying, used witchcraft and sorcery, and consulted mediums and spiritists. He did much evil in the sight of the LORD, to provoke Him to anger.
(2) 원망.
(출 16:1-3, 개역) [1] 이스라엘 자손의 온 회중이 엘림에서 떠나 엘림과 시내산 사이 신 광야에 이르니 애굽에서 나온 후 제이월 십오일이라 [2] 이스라엘 온 회중이 그 광야에서 모세와 아론을 원망하여 [3] 그들에게 이르되 우리가 애굽 땅에서 고기 가마 곁에 앉았던 때와 떡을 배불리 먹던 때에 여호와의 손에 죽었더면 좋았을 것을 너희가 이 광야로 우리를 인도하여 내어 이 온 회중으로 주려 죽게 하는도다
(출 16:1-3, NKJV) [1] And they journeyed from Elim, and all the congregation of the children of Israel came to the Wilderness of Sin, which is between Elim and Sinai, on the fifteenth day of the second month after they departed from the land of Egypt. [2] Then the whole congregation of the children of Israel complained against Moses and Aaron in the wilderness. [3] And the children of Israel said to them, "Oh, that we had died by the hand of the LORD in the land of Egypt, when we sat by the pots of meat and when we ate bread to the full! For you have brought us out into this wilderness to kill this whole assembly with hunger."
(3) 반역.

[2] And all the children of Israel complained against Moses and Aaron, and the whole congregation said to them, "If only we had died in the land of Egypt! Or if only we had died in this wilderness! [3] "Why has the LORD brought us to this land to fall by the sword, that our wives and children should become victims? Would it not be better for us to return to Egypt?" [4] So they said to one another, "Let us select a leader and return to Egypt." [5] Then Moses and Aaron fell on their faces before all the assembly of the congregation of the children of Israel. [6] But Joshua the son of Nun and Caleb the son of Jephunneh, who were among those who had spied out the land, tore their clothes; [7] and they spoke to all the congregation of the children of Israel, saying： "The land we passed through to spy out is an exceedingly good land. [8] "If the LORD delights in us, then He will bring us into this land and give it to us, 'a land which flows with milk and honey.' [9] "Only do not rebel against the LORD, nor fear the people of the land, for they are our bread; their protection has departed from them, and the LORD is with us. Do not fear them." [10] And all the congregation said to stone them with stones. Now the glory of the LORD appeared in the tabernacle of meeting before all the children of Israel.
(4) 선지자들 핍박.
(행 7:51-53, 개역) [51] 목이 곧고 마음과 귀에 할례를 받지 못한 사람들아 너희가 항상 성령을 거스려 너희 조상과 같이 너희도 하는도다 [52] 너희 조상들은 선지자 중에 누구를 핍박지 아니하였느냐 의인이 오시리라 예고한 자들을 저희가 죽였고 이제 너희는 그 의인을 잡아준 자요 살인한 자가 되나니 [53] 너희가 천사의 전한 율법을 받고도 지키지 아니하였도다 하니라
(행 7:51-53, NKJV) [51] "You stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do you. [52] "Which of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? And they killed those who foretold the coming of the Just One, of whom you now have become the betrayers and murderers, [53] "who have received the law by the direction of angels and have not kept it."
(5) 거짓 예배.
(사 1:11-13, 개역) [11] 여호와께서 말씀하시되 너희의 무수한 제물이 내게 무엇이 유익하뇨 나는 수양의 번제와 살진 짐승의 기름에 배불렀고 나는 수송아지나 어린 양이나 수염소의 피를 기뻐하지 아니하노라 [12] 너희가 내 앞에 보이러 오니 그것을 누가 너희에게 요구하였느뇨 내 마당만 밟을 뿐이니라 [13] 헛된 제물을 다시 가져오지 말라 분향은 나의 가증히 여기는 바요 월삭과 안식일과 대회로 모이는 것도 그러하니 성회와 아울러 악을 행하는 것을 내가 견디지 못하겠노라
(사 1:11-13, NKJV) [11] "To what purpose is the multitude of your sacrifices to Me?" Says the LORD. "I have had enough of burnt offerings of rams And the fat of fed cattle. I do not delight in the blood of bulls, Or of lambs or goats. [12] "When you come to appear before Me, Who has required this from your hand, To trample My courts? [13] Bring no more futile sacrifices; Incense is an abomination to Me. The New Moons, the Sabbaths, and the calling of assemblies--I cannot endure iniquity and the sacred meeting.
(6) 불순종.
(사 31:1-3, 개역) [1] 도움을 구하러 애굽으로 내려가는 자들은 화 있을진저 그들은 말을 의뢰하며 병거의 많음과 마병의 심히 강함을 의지하고 이스라엘의 거룩하신 자를 앙모치 아니하며 여호와를 구하지 아니하거니와 [2] 여호와께서도 지혜로우신즉 재앙을 내리실 것이라 그 말을 변치 아니하시고 일어나사 악행하는 자의 집을 치시며 행악을 돕는 자를 치시리니 [3] 애굽은 사람이요 신이 아니며 그 말들은 육체요 영이 아니라 여호와께서 그 손을 드시면 돕는 자도 넘어지며 도움을 받는 자도 엎드러져서 다 함께 멸망하리라
(사 31:1-3, NKJV) [1] Woe to those who go down to Egypt for help, And rely on horses, Who trust in chariots because they are many, And in horsemen because they are very strong, But who do not look to the Holy One of Israel, Nor seek the LORD! [2] Yet He also is wise and will bring disaster, And will not call back His words, But will arise against the house of evildoers, And against the help of those who work iniquity. [3] Now the Egyptians are men, and not God; And their horses are flesh, and not spirit. When the LORD stretches out His hand, Both he who helps will fall, And he who is helped will fall down; They all will perish together.
(7) 고집.
(신 9:6, 개역) 그러므로 네가 알 것은 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 이 아름다운 땅을 기업으로 주신 것이 네 의로움을 인함이 아니니라 너는 목이 곧은 백성이니라
(Dt 9:6, NKJV) "Therefore understand that the LORD your God is not giving you this good land to possess because of your righteousness, for you are a stiff-necked people.
(신 31:27, 개역) 내가 너희의 패역함과 목이 곧은 것을 아나니 오늘날 내가 생존하여 너희와 함께 하여도 너희가 여호와를 거역하였거든 하물며 내가 죽은 후의 일이랴
(Dt 31:27, NKJV) "for I know your rebellion and your stiff neck. If today, while I am yet alive with you, you have been rebellious against the LORD, then how much more after my death?
(8) 위선.
(마 23:23-28, 개역) [23] 화 있을진저 외식하는 서기관들과 바리새인들이여 너희가 박하와 회향과 근채의 십일조를 드리되 율법의 더 중한 바 의와 인과 신은 버렸도다 그러나 이것도 행하고 저것도 버리지 말아야 할지니라 [24] 소경된 인도자여 하루살이는 걸러내고 약대는 삼키는도다 [25] 화 있을진저 외식하는 서기관들과 바리새인들이여 잔과 대접의 겉은 깨끗이 하되 그 안에는 탐욕과 방탕으로 가득하게 하는도다 [26] 소경된 바리새인아 너는 먼저 안을 깨끗이 하라 그리하면 겉도 깨끗하리라 [27] 화 있을진저 외식하는 서기관들과 바리새인들이여 회칠한 무덤 같으니 겉으로는 아름답게 보이나 그 안에는 죽은 사람의 뼈와 모든 더러운 것이 가득하도다 [28] 이와 같이 너희도 겉으로는 사람에게 옳게 보이되 안으로는 외식과 불법이 가득하도다
(마 23:23-28, NKJV) [23] "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law： justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone. [24] "Blind guides, who strain out a gnat and swallow a camel! [25] "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you cleanse the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of extortion and self-indulgence. [26] "Blind Pharisee, first cleanse the inside of the cup and dish, that the outside of them may be clean also. [27] "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men's bones and all uncleanness. [28] "Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.
(9) 마당만.

(Is 29:13, NKJV) Therefore the LORD said： "Inasmuch as these people draw near with their mouths And honor Me with their lips, But have removed their hearts far from Me, And their fear toward Me is taught by the commandment of men,
(11) 오히려 예수님을 십자가에.
(마 27:20-26, 개역) [20] 대제사장들과 장로들이 무리를 권하여 바라바를 달라 하게 하고 예수를 멸하자 하게 하였더니 [21] 총독이 대답하여 가로되 둘 중에 누구를 너희에게 놓아 주기를 원하느냐 가로되 바라바로소이다 [22] 빌라도가 가로되 그러면 그리스도라하는 예수를 내가 어떻게 하랴 저희가 다 가로되 십자가에 못 박혀야 하겠나이다 [23] 빌라도가 가로되 어찜이뇨 무슨 악한 일을 하였느냐 저희가 더욱 소리질러 가로되 십자가에 못 박혀야 하겠나이다 하는지라 [24] 빌라도가 아무 효험도 없이 도리어 민란이 나려는 것을 보고 물을 가져다가 무리 앞에서 손을 씻으며 가로되 이 사람의 피에 대하여 나는 무죄하니 너희가 당하라 [25] 백성이 다 대답하여 가로되 그 피를 우리와 우리 자손에게 돌릴지어다 하거늘 [26] 이에 바라바는 저희에게 놓아주고 예수는 채찍질하고 십자가에 못 박히게 넘겨 주니라

(12) 복음에 합당하게 살아야 함
(빌 1:27-30, 개역) [27] 오직 너희는 그리스도 복음에 합당하게 생활하라 이는 내가 너희를 가 보나 떠나 있으나 너희가 일심으로 서서 한 뜻으로 복음의 신앙을 위하여 협력하는 것과 [28] 아무 일에든지 대적하는 자를 인하여 두려워하지 아니하는 이 일을 듣고자 함이라 이것이 저희에게는 멸망의 빙거요 너희에게는 구원의 빙거니 이는 하나님께로부터 난 것이니라 [29] 그리스도를 위하여 너희에게 은혜를 주신 것은 다만 그를 믿을 뿐 아니라 또한 그를 위하여 고난도 받게 하심이라 [30] 너희에게도 같은 싸움이 있으니 너희가 내 안에서 본 바요 이제도 내 안에서 듣는 바니라
(빌 1:27-30, NKJV) [27] Only let your conduct be worthy of the gospel of Christ, so that whether I come and see you or am absent, I may hear of your affairs, that you stand fast in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel, [28] and not in any way terrified by your adversaries, which is to them a proof of perdition, but to you of salvation, and that from God. [29] For to you it has been granted on behalf of Christ, not only to believe in Him, but also to suffer for His sake, [30] having the same conflict which you saw in me and now hear is in me.
3. 미쁘신 하나님.
(1) 가나안 땅을 주심.
(수 21:43-45, 개역) [43] 여호와께서 이스라엘의 열조에게 맹세하사 주마 하신 온 땅을 이와 같이 이스라엘에게 다 주셨으므로 그들이 그것을 얻어 거기 거하였으며 [44] 여호와께서 그들의 사방에 안식을 주셨으되 그 열조에게 맹세하신 대로 하셨으므로 그 모든 대적이 그들을 당한 자가 하나도 없었으니 이는 여호와께서 그들의 모든 대적을 그들의 손에 붙이셨음이라 [45] 여호와께서 이스라엘 족속에게 말씀하신 선한 일이 하나도 남음이 없이 다 응하였더라
(수 21:43-45, NKJV) [43] So the LORD gave to Israel all the land of which He had sworn to give to their fathers, and they took possession of it and dwelt in it. [44] The LORD gave them rest all around, according to all that He had sworn to their fathers. And not a man of all their enemies stood against them; the LORD delivered all their enemies into their hand. [45] Not a word failed of any good thing which the LORD had spoken to the house of Israel. All came to pass.
(2) 약속을 지키심.
(민 23:19, 개역) 하나님은 인생이 아니시니 식언치 않으시고 인자가 아니시니 후회가 없으시도다 어찌 그 말씀하신 바를 행치 않으시며 하신 말씀을 실행치 않으시랴
(Nm 23:19, NKJV) "God is not a man, that He should lie, Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said, and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
(히 6:17-20, 개역) [17] 하나님은 약속을 기업으로 받는 자들에게 그 뜻이 변치 아니함을 충분히 나타내시려고 그 일에 맹세로 보증하셨나니 [18] 이는 하나님이 거짓말을 하실 수 없는 이 두 가지 변치 못할 사실을 인하여 앞에 있는 소망을 얻으려고 피하여 가는 우리로 큰 안위를 받게 하려 하심이라 [19] 우리가 이 소망이 있는 것은 영혼의 닻 같아서 튼튼하고 견고하여 휘장 안에 들어가나니 [20] 그리로 앞서 가신 예수께서 멜기세덱의 반차를 좇아 영원히 대제사장이 되어 우리를 위하여 들어가셨느니라
(히 6:17-20, NKJV) [17] Thus God, determining to show more abundantly to the heirs of promise the immutability of His counsel, confirmed it by an oath, [18] that by two immutable things, in which it is impossible for God to lie, we might have strong consolation, who have fled for refuge to lay hold of the hope set before us. [19] This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil, [20] where the forerunner has entered for us, even Jesus, having become High Priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.
(3) 메시야 보내심.

[20] But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, "Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. [22] So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying： [23] "Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel," which is translated, "God with us." [24] Then Joseph, being aroused from sleep, did as the angel of the Lord commanded him and took to him his wife, [25] and did not know her till she had brought forth her firstborn Son. And he called His name JESUS.
(4) 거짓 말을 못하심.
(요일 1:10, 개역) 만일 우리가 범죄하지 아니하였다 하면 하나님을 거짓말하는 자로 만드는 것이니 또한 그의 말씀이 우리 속에 있지 아니하니라
(1Jn 1:10, NKJV) If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar, and His word is not in us.
(히 6:10, 개역) 하나님이 불의치 아니하사 너희 행위와 그의 이름을 위하여 나타낸 사랑으로 이미 성도를 섬긴 것과 이제도 섬기는 것을 잊어버리지 아니하시느니라
(Heb 6:10, NKJV) For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.
(5) 말하고 이루심.
(겔 17:24, 개역) 들의 모든 나무가 나 여호와는 높은 나무를 낮추고 낮은 나무를 높이며 푸른 나무를 말리우고 마른 나무를 무성케 하는 줄 알리라 나 여호와는 말하고 이루느니라 하라

(6) 절대 신뢰할수 있는 분.
(사 14:24, 개역) 만군의 여호와께서 맹세하여 가라사대 나의 생각한 것이 반드시 되며 나의 경영한 것이 반드시 이루리라
(Is 14:24, NKJV) The LORD of hosts has sworn, saying, "Surely, as I have thought, so it shall come to pass, And as I have purposed, so it shall stand：
(마 5:18, 개역) 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 천지가 없어지기 전에는 율법의 일점 일획이라도 반드시 없어지지 아니하고 다 이루리라
(Mt 5:18, NKJV) "For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.
(7) 딤후 2.
(딤후 2:11-13, 개역) [11] 미쁘다 이 말이여, 우리가 주와 함께 죽었으면 또한 함께 살 것이요 [12] 참으면 또한 함께 왕 노릇 할 것이요 우리가 주를 부인하면 주도 우리를 부인하실 것이라 [13] 우리는 미쁨이 없을지라도 주는 일향 미쁘시니 자기를 부인하실 수 없으시리라
(딤후 2:11-13, NKJV) [11] This is a faithful saying： For if we died with Him, We shall also live with Him. [12] If we endure, We shall also reign with Him. If we deny Him, He also will deny us. [13] If we are faithless, He remains faithful; He cannot deny Himself.
(8) 목숨을 잃으면 살리라.

4. 참되신 하나님.
(1) 우주 운행의 미세 조정
(히 1:1-3, 개역) [1] 옛적에 선지자들로 여러 부분과 여러 모양으로 우리 조상들에게 말씀하신 하나님이 [2] 이 모든 날 마지막에 아들로 우리에게 말씀하셨으니 이 아들을 만유의 후사로 세우시고 또 저로 말미암아 모든 세계를 지으셨느니라 [3] 이는 하나님의 영광의 광채시요 그 본체의 형상이시라 그의 능력의 말씀으로 만물을 붙드시며 죄를 정결케 하는 일을 하시고 높은 곳에 계신 위엄의 우편에 앉으셨느니라
(히 1:1-3, NKJV) [1] God, who at various times and in various ways spoke in time past to the fathers by the prophets, [2] has in these last days spoken to us by His Son, whom He has appointed heir of all things, through whom also He made the worlds; [3] who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,
(2) 절대진리가 도전 받는 세상.

(시 14:1-3, NKJV) [1] To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt, They have done abominable works, There is none who does good. [2] The LORD looks down from heaven upon the children of men, To see if there are any who understand, who seek God. [3] They have all turned aside, They have together become corrupt; There is none who does good, No, not one.
(3) 성경말씀이 진리
(요 17:16-17, 개역) [16] 내가 세상에 속하지 아니함 같이 저희도 세상에 속하지 아니하였삽나이다 [17] 저희를 진리로 거룩하게 하옵소서 아버지의 말씀은 진리니이다
(요 17:16-17, NKJV) [16] "They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. [17] "Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.
(4) 예수님이 진리.
(요 14:6, 개역) 예수께서 가라사대 내가 곧 길이요 진리요 생명이니 나로 말미암지 않고는 아버지께로 올 자가 없느니라
(Jn 14:6, NKJV) Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
(5) 성령님이 진리.
(요 16:13-14, 개역) [13] 그러하나 진리의 성령이 오시면 그가 너희를 모든 진리 가운데로 인도하시리니 그가 자의로 말하지 않고 오직 듣는 것을 말하시며 장래 일을 너희에게 알리시리라 [14] 그가 내 영광을 나타내리니 내 것을 가지고 너희에게 알리겠음이니라
(요 16:13-14, NKJV) [13] "However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come. (6) 진리대로 됨.
(롬 2:1-2, 개역) [1] 그러므로 남을 판단하는 사람아 무론 누구든지 네가 핑계치 못할 것은 남을 판단하는 것으로 네가 너를 정죄함이니 판단하는 네가 같은 일을 행함이니라 [2] 이런 일을 행하는 자에게 하나님의 판단이 진리대로 되는 줄 우리가 아노라
(롬 2:1-2, NKJV) [1] Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge, for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things. [2] But we know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things.
(7) 거짓된 인간들.
(렘 17:9, 개역) 만물보다 거짓되고 심히 부패한 것은 마음이라 누가 능히 이를 알리요마는
(Jr 17:9, NKJV) "The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it?
(8) 우상들.
(시 115:1-11, 개역) [1] 여호와여 영광을 우리에게 돌리지 마옵소서 우리에게 돌리지 마옵소서 오직 주의 인자하심과 진실하심을 인하여 주의 이름에 돌리옵소서 [2] 어찌하여 열방으로 저희 하나님이 이제 어디 있느냐 말하게 하리이까 [3] 오직 우리 하나님은 하늘에 계셔서 원하시는 모든 것을 행하셨나이다 [4] 저희 우상은 은과 금이요 사람의 수공물이라 [5] 입이 있어도 말하지 못하며 눈이 있어도 보지 못하며 [6] 귀가 있어도 듣지 못하며 코가 있어도 맡지 못하며 [7] 손이 있어도 만지지 못하며 발이 있어도 걷지 못하며 목구멍으로 소리도 못하느니라 [8] 우상을 만드는 자와 그것을 의지하는 자가 다 그와 같으리로다 [9] 이스라엘아 여호와를 의지하라 그는 너희 도움이시요 너희 방패시로다 [10] 아론의 집이여 여호와를 의지하라 그는 너희 도움이시요 너희 방패시로다 [11] 여호와를 경외하는 너희는 여호와를 의지하라 그는 너희 도움이시요 너희 방패시로다

(9) 거짓은 결국 심판받음.
(고전 3:11-15, 개역) [11] 이 닦아 둔 것 외에 능히 다른 터를 닦아 둘 자가 없으니 이 터는 곧 예수 그리스도라 [12] 만일 누구든지 금이나 은이나 보석이나 나무나 풀이나 짚으로 이 터 위에 세우면 [13] 각각 공력이 나타날 터인데 그 날이 공력을 밝히리니 이는 불로 나타내고 그 불이 각 사람의 공력이 어떠한 것을 시험할 것임이니라 [14] 만일 누구든지 그 위에 세운 공력이 그대로 있으면 상을 받고 [15] 누구든지 공력이 불타면 해를 받으리니 그러나 자기는 구원을 얻되 불 가운데서 얻은 것 같으리라

(10) 진리를 발견한 사람. 마 13.
(마 13:44-46, 개역) [44] 천국은 마치 밭에 감추인 보화와 같으니 사람이 이를 발견한 후 숨겨두고 기뻐하여 돌아가서 자기의 소유를 다 팔아 그 밭을 샀느니라 [45] 또 천국은 마치 좋은 진주를 구하는 장사와 같으니 [46] 극히 값진 진주 하나를 만나매 가서 자기의 소유를 다 팔아 그 진주를 샀느니라
(마 13:44-46, NKJV) [44] "Again, the kingdom of heaven is like treasure hidden in a field, which a man found and hid; and for joy over it he goes and sells all that he has and buys that field. (11) 참빛
(요 1:1-5, 개역) [1] 태초에 말씀이 계시니라 이 말씀이 하나님과 함께 계셨으니 이 말씀은 곧 하나님이시니라 [2] 그가 태초에 하나님과 함께 계셨고 [3] 만물이 그로 말미암아 지은 바 되었으니 지은 것이 하나도 그가 없이는 된 것이 없느니라 [4] 그 안에 생명이 있었으니 이 생명은 사람들의 빛이라 [5] 빛이 어두움에 비취되 어두움이 깨닫지 못하더라
(요 1:1-5, NKJV) [1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [2] He was in the beginning with God. [3] All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. [4] In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. [5] And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.
5. 의로우신 하나님.
(1) 모든 것을 심판 하심.
(삼상 2:10, 개역) 여호와를 대적하는 자는 산산이 깨어질 것이라 하늘 우뢰로 그들을 치시리로다 여호와께서 땅 끝까지 심판을 베푸시고 자기 왕에게 힘을 주시며 자기의 기름부음을 받은 자의 뿔을 높이시리로다 하니라
(1Sm 2:10, NKJV) The adversaries of the LORD shall be broken in pieces; From heaven He will thunder against them. The LORD will judge the ends of the earth. "He will give strength to His king, And exalt the horn of His anointed."
(시 10:5, 개역) 저의 길은 언제든지 견고하고 주의 심판은 높아서 저의 안력이 미치지 못하오며 저는 그 모든 대적을 멸시하며
(Ps 10:5, NKJV) His ways are always prospering; Your judgments are far above, out of his sight; As for all his enemies, he sneers at them.
(단 7:10, 개역) 불이 강처럼 흘러 그 앞에서 나오며 그에게 수종하는 자는 천천이요 그 앞에 시위한 자는 만만이며 심판을 베푸는데 책들이 펴 놓였더라
(Dn 7:10, NKJV) A fiery stream issued And came forth from before Him. A thousand thousands ministered to Him; Ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him. The court was seated, And the books were opened.
(2) 절대자 하나님.
(대상 29:11-13, 개역) [11] 여호와여 광대하심과 권능과 영광과 이김과 위엄이 다 주께 속하였사오니 천지에 있는 것이 다 주의 것이로소이다 여호와여 주권도 주께 속하였사오니 주는 높으사 만유의 머리심이니이다 [12] 부와 귀가 주께로 말미암고 또 주는 만유의 주재가 되사 손에 권세와 능력이 있사오니 모든 자를 크게 하심과 강하게 하심이 주의 손에 있나이다 [13] 우리 하나님이여 이제 우리가 주께 감사하오며 주의 영화로운 이름을 찬양하나이다
(대상 29:11-13, NKJV) [11] Yours, O LORD, is the greatness, The power and the glory, The victory and the majesty; For all that is in heaven and in earth is Yours; Yours is the kingdom, O LORD, And You are exalted as head over all. [12] Both riches and honor come from You, And You reign over all. In Your hand is power and might; In Your hand it is to make great And to give strength to all. (3) 불의를 싫어하심.
(습 3:5, 개역) 그 중에 거하신 여호와는 의로우사 불의를 행치 아니하시고 아침마다 간단 없이 자기의 공의를 나타내시거늘 불의한 자는 수치를 알지 못하는도다
(Zph 3:5, NKJV) The LORD is righteous in her midst, He will do no unrighteousness. Every morning He brings His justice to light; He never fails, But the unjust knows no shame.
(잠 6:16-19, 개역) [16] 여호와의 미워하시는 것 곧 그 마음에 싫어하시는 것이 육 칠 가지니 [17] 곧 교만한 눈과 거짓된 혀와 무죄한 자의 피를 흘리는 손과 [18] 악한 계교를 꾀하는 마음과 빨리 악으로 달려가는 발과 [19] 거짓을 말하는 망령된 증인과 및 형제 사이를 이간하는 자니라
(잠 6:16-19, NKJV) [16] These six things the LORD hates, Yes, seven are an abomination to Him： [17] A proud look, A lying tongue, Hands that shed innocent blood, [18] A heart that devises wicked plans, Feet that are swift in running to evil, [19] A false witness who speaks lies, And one who sows discord among brethren.
(4) 정직하게 지으셨으나.
(전 7:29, 개역) 나의 깨달은 것이 이것이라 곧 하나님이 사람을 정직하게 지으셨으나 사람은 많은 꾀를 낸 것이니라
(Ec 7:29, NKJV) Truly, this only I have found： That God made man upright, But they have sought out many schemes."
(5) 만물보다 부패된 인간의 마음.
(렘 17:9-11, 개역) [9] 만물보다 거짓되고 심히 부패한 것은 마음이라 누가 능히 이를 알리요마는 [10] 나 여호와는 심장을 살피며 폐부를 시험하고 각각 그 행위와 그 행실대로 보응하나니 [11] 불의로 치부하는 자는 자고새가 낳지 아니한 알을 품음 같아서 그 중년에 그것이 떠나겠고 필경은 어리석은 자가 되리라
(렘 17:9-11, NKJV) [9] "The heart is deceitful above all things, And desperately wicked; Who can know it? [10] I, the LORD, search the heart, I test the mind, Even to give every man according to his ways, According to the fruit of his doings. [11] "As a partridge that broods but does not hatch, So is he who gets riches, but not by right; It will leave him in the midst of his days, And at his end he will be a fool."
(6) 마음에서 나오는 것들.
(마 15:19-20, 개역) [19] 마음에서 나오는 것은 악한 생각과 살인과 간음과 음란과 도적질과 거짓 증거와 훼방이니 [20] 이런 것들이 사람을 더럽게 하는 것이요 씻지 않은 손으로 먹는 것은 사람을 더럽게 하지 못하느니라
(마 15:19-20, NKJV) [19] "For out of the heart proceed evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, fornications, thefts, false witness, blasphemies. [20] "These are the things which defile a man, but to eat with unwashed hands does not defile a man."
(7) 숨길 수 없음.
(딤전 5:25, 개역) 이와 같이 선행도 밝히 드러나고 그렇지 아니한 것도 숨길 수 없느니라
(1Tm 5:25, NKJV) Likewise, the good works of some are clearly evident, and those that are otherwise cannot be hidden.

(8) 의로운 심판.

(9) 자신의 힘으로는 도달 못함.
(갈 2:16, 개역) 사람이 의롭게 되는 것은 율법의 행위에서 난 것이 아니요 오직 예수 그리스도를 믿음으로 말미암는 줄 아는 고로 우리도 그리스도 예수를 믿나니 이는 우리가 율법의 행위에서 아니고 그리스도를 믿음으로써 의롭다 함을 얻으려 함이라 율법의 행위로서는 의롭다 함을 얻을 육체가 없느니라
(Gl 2:16, NKJV) "knowing that a man is not justified by the works of the law but by faith in Jesus Christ, even we have believed in Christ Jesus, that we might be justified by faith in Christ and not by the works of the law; for by the works of the law no flesh shall be justified.

(고전 6:9-11, 개역) [9] 불의한 자가 하나님의 나라를 유업으로 받지 못할 줄을 알지 못하느냐 미혹을 받지 말라 음란하는 자나 우상 숭배하는 자나 간음하는 자나 탐색하는 자나 남색하는 자나 [10] 도적이나 탐람하는 자나 술취하는 자나 후욕하는 자나 토색하는 자들은 하나님의 나라를 유업으로 받지 못하리라 [11] 너희 중에 이와 같은 자들이 있더니 주 예수 그리스도의 이름과 우리 하나님의 성령 안에서 씻음과 거룩함과 의롭다 하심을 얻었느니라

6. 죄 아래있는 모든 인간들.
(1) 성 선설?
(잠 22:15, 개역) 아이의 마음에는 미련한 것이 얽혔으나 징계하는 채찍이 이를 멀리 쫓아내리라
(Pr 22:15, NKJV) Foolishness is bound up in the heart of a child; The rod of correction will drive it far from him.
(2) 상황윤리?
(마 5:37, 개역) 오직 너희 말은 옳다 옳다, 아니라 아니라 하라 이에서 지나는 것은 악으로 좇아 나느니라
(Mt 5:37, NKJV) "But let your 'Yes' be 'Yes,' and your 'No,' 'No.' For whatever is more than these is from the evil one.
(사 5:20, 개역) 악을 선하다 하며 선을 악하다 하며 흑암으로 광명을 삼으며 광명으로 흑암을 삼으며 쓴 것으로 단 것을 삼으며 단 것으로 쓴 것을 삼는 그들은 화 있을진저
(Is 5:20, NKJV) Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!
(3) 타락의 영향.
(창 3:1-6, 개역) [1] 여호와 하나님의 지으신 들짐승 중에 뱀이 가장 간교하더라 뱀이 여자에게 물어 가로되 하나님이 참으로 너희더러 동산 모든 나무의 실과를 먹지 말라 하시더냐 [2] 여자가 뱀에게 말하되 동산 나무의 실과를 우리가 먹을 수 있으나 [3] 동산 중앙에 있는 나무의 실과는 하나님의 말씀에 너희는 먹지도 말고 만지지도 말라 너희가 죽을까 하노라 하셨느니라 [4] 뱀이 여자에게 이르되 너희가 결코 죽지 아니하리라 [5] 너희가 그것을 먹는 날에는 너희 눈이 밝아 하나님과 같이 되어 선악을 알 줄을 하나님이 아심이니라 [6] 여자가 그 나무를 본즉 먹음직도 하고 보암직도 하고 지혜롭게 할 만큼 탐스럽기도 한 나무인지라 여자가 그 실과를 따먹고 자기와 함께한 남편에게도 주매 그도 먹은지라

(4) 정욕을 따라 갈아감.
(엡 2:1-3, 개역) [1] 너희의 허물과 죄로 죽었던 너희를 살리셨도다 [2] 그 때에 너희가 그 가운데서 행하여 이 세상 풍속을 좇고 공중의 권세 잡은 자를 따랐으니 곧 지금 불순종의 아들들 가운데서 역사하는 영이라 [3] 전에는 우리도 다 그 가운데서 우리 육체의 욕심을 따라 지내며 육체와 마음의 원하는 것을 하여 다른 이들과 같이 본질상 진노의 자녀이었더니
(엡 2:1-3, NKJV) [1] And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, [2] in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, [3] among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.
(5) 흑암 권세 아래.
(골 1:13-16, 개역) [13] 그가 우리를 흑암의 권세에서 건져내사 그의 사랑의 아들의 나라로 옮기셨으니 [14] 그 아들 안에서 우리가 구속 곧 죄 사함을 얻었도다 [15] 그는 보이지 아니하시는 하나님의 형상이요 모든 창조물보다 먼저 나신 자니 [16] 만물이 그에게 창조되되 하늘과 땅에서 보이는 것들과 보이지 않는 것들과 혹은 보좌들이나 주관들이나 정사들이나 권세들이나 만물이 다 그로 말미암고 그를 위하여 창조되었고
(골 1:13-16, NKJV) [13] He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, [14] in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. [15] He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. [16] For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.
(6) 하나님의 진노아래.
(요 3:36, 개역) 아들을 믿는 자는 영생이 있고 아들을 순종치 아니하는 자는 영생을 보지 못하고 도리어 하나님의 진노가 그 위에 머물러 있느니라
(Jn 3:36, NKJV) "He who believes in the Son has everlasting life; and he who does not believe the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God abides on him."
(롬 5:8-10, 개역) [8] 우리가 아직 죄인 되었을 때에 그리스도께서 우리를 위하여 죽으심으로 하나님께서 우리에게 대한 자기의 사랑을 확증하셨느니라 [9] 그러면 이제 우리가 그 피를 인하여 의롭다 하심을 얻었은즉 더욱 그로 말미암아 진노하심에서 구원을 얻을 것이니 [10] 곧 우리가 원수 되었을 때에 그 아들의 죽으심으로 말미암아 하나님으로 더불어 화목되었은즉 화목된 자로서는 더욱 그의 살으심을 인하여 구원을 얻을 것이니라
(롬 5:8-10, NKJV) [8] But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. [9] Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. [10] For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.
(7) 저주 아래있음.
(갈 3:13, 개역) 그리스도께서 우리를 위하여 저주를 받은 바 되사 율법의 저주에서 우리를 속량하셨으니 기록된 바 나무에 달린 자마다 저주 아래 있는 자라 하였음이라
(Gl 3:13, NKJV) Christ has redeemed us from the curse of the law, having become a curse for us (for it is written, "Cursed is everyone who hangs on a tree"),
(8) 사망이 왕노릇함.
(롬 5:17-21, 개역) [17] 한 사람의 범죄를 인하여 사망이 그 한 사람으로 말미암아 왕 노릇 하였은즉 더욱 은혜와 의의 선물을 넘치게 받는 자들이 한 분 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 생명 안에서 왕 노릇 하리로다 [18] 그런즉 한 범죄로 많은 사람이 정죄에 이른 것 같이 의의 한 행동으로 말미암아 많은 사람이 의롭다 하심을 받아 생명에 이르렀느니라 [19] 한 사람의 순종치 아니함으로 많은 사람이 죄인 된 것 같이 한 사람의 순종하심으로 많은 사람이 의인이 되리라 [20] 율법이 가입한 것은 범죄를 더하게 하려 함이라 그러나 죄가 더한 곳에 은혜가 넘쳤나니 [21] 이는 죄가 사망 안에서 왕 노릇 한 것 같이 은혜도 또한 의로 말미암아 왕 노릇 하여 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 영생에 이르게 하려 함이니라
(롬 5:17-21, NKJV) [17] For if by the one man's offense death reigned through the one, much more those who receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness will reign in life through the One, Jesus Christ.) (9) 구원자가 필요함.
(창 3:15, 개역) 내가 너로 여자와 원수가 되게 하고 너의 후손도 여자의 후손과 원수가 되게 하리니 여자의 후손은 네 머리를 상하게 할 것이요 너는 그의 발꿈치를 상하게 할 것이니라 하시고
(Gn 3:15, NKJV) And I will put enmity Between you and the woman, And between your seed and her Seed; He shall bruise your head, And you shall bruise His heel."
(히 9:27, 개역) 한번 죽는 것은 사람에게 정하신 것이요 그 후에는 심판이 있으리니
(Heb 9:27, NKJV) And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment,
(요 14:6, 개역) 예수께서 가라사대 내가 곧 길이요 진리요 생명이니 나로 말미암지 않고는 아버지께로 올 자가 없느니라
(Jn 14:6, NKJV) Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
(10) 죄의 종이 되었음.
(롬 6:10-14, 개역) [10] 그의 죽으심은 죄에 대하여 단번에 죽으심이요 그의 살으심은 하나님께 대하여 살으심이니 [11] 이와 같이 너희도 너희 자신을 죄에 대하여는 죽은 자요 그리스도 예수 안에서 하나님을 대하여는 산 자로 여길지어다 [12] 그러므로 너희는 죄로 너희 죽을 몸에 왕 노릇 하지 못하게 하여 몸의 사욕을 순종치 말고 [13] 또한 너희 지체를 불의의 병기로 죄에게 드리지 말고 오직 너희 자신을 죽은 자 가운데서 다시 산 자 같이 하나님께 드리며 너의 지체를 의의 병기로 하나님께 드리라 [14] 죄가 너희를 주관치 못하리니 이는 너희가 법 아래 있지 아니하고 은혜 아래 있음이니라
(롬 6:10-14, NKJV) [10] For the death that He died, He died to sin once for all; but the life that He lives, He lives to God. [11] Likewise you also, reckon yourselves to be dead indeed to sin, but alive to God in Christ Jesus our Lord. [12] Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body, that you should obey it in its lusts. [13] And do not present your members as instruments of unrighteousness to sin, but present yourselves to God as being alive from the dead, and your members as instruments of righteousness to God. [14] For sin shall not have dominion over you, for you are not under law but under grace.
(11) 거짓의 아비 사단.
(요 8:44, 개역) 너희는 너희 아비 마귀에게서 났으니 너희 아비의 욕심을 너희도 행하고자 하느니라 저는 처음부터 살인한 자요 진리가 그 속에 없으므로 진리에 서지 못하고 거짓을 말할 때마다 제 것으로 말하나니 이는 저가 거짓말장이요 거짓의 아비가 되었음이니라
(Jn 8:44, NKJV) "You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.
7. 하나님을 경외함이 없음.
(1) 지식의 근본.
(잠 1:7, 개역) 여호와를 경외하는 것이 지식의 근본이어늘 미련한 자는 지혜와 훈계를 멸시하느니라
(Pr 1:7, NKJV) The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction.
(2) 시대적 징조.
(딤후 3:1-5, 개역) [1] 네가 이것을 알라 말세에 고통하는 때가 이르리니 [2] 사람들은 자기를 사랑하며 돈을 사랑하며 자긍하며 교만하며 훼방하며 부모를 거역하며 감사치 아니하며 거룩하지 아니하며 [3] 무정하며 원통함을 풀지 아니하며 참소하며 절제하지 못하며 사나우며 선한 것을 좋아 아니하며 [4] 배반하여 팔며 조급하며 자고하며 쾌락을 사랑하기를 하나님 사랑하는 것보다 더하며 [5] 경건의 모양은 있으나 경건의 능력은 부인하는 자니 이같은 자들에게서 네가 돌아서라
(딤후 3:1-5, NKJV) [1] But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come： [2] For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, [3] unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, [4] traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, [5] having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!
(3) 자기 소견대로.
(삿 21:25, 개역) 그 때에 이스라엘에 왕이 없으므로 사람이 각각 그 소견에 옳은 대로 행하였더라
(Jdg 21:25, NKJV) In those days there was no king in Israel; everyone did what was right in his own eyes.
(4) 인본주의.
(창 11:1-5, 개역) [1] 온 땅의 구음이 하나이요 언어가 하나이었더라 [2] 이에 그들이 동방으로 옮기다가 시날 평지를 만나 거기 거하고 [3] 서로 말하되 자, 벽돌을 만들어 견고히 굽자 하고 이에 벽돌로 돌을 대신하며 역청으로 진흙을 대신하고 [4] 또 말하되 자, 성과 대를 쌓아 대 꼭대기를 하늘에 닿게 하여 우리 이름을 내고 온 지면에 흩어짐을 면하자 하였더니 [5] 여호와께서 인생들의 쌓는 성과 대를 보시려고 강림하셨더라
(창 11:1-5, NKJV) [1] Now the whole earth had one language and one speech. [2] And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar, and they dwelt there. [3] Then they said to one another, "Come, let us make bricks and bake them thoroughly." They had brick for stone, and they had asphalt for mortar. (5) 노아 때와 같음.
(눅 17:26-33, 개역) [26] 노아의 때에 된 것과 같이 인자의 때에도 그러하리라 [27] 노아가 방주에 들어가던 날까지 사람들이 먹고 마시고 장가 들고 시집 가더니 홍수가 나서 저희를 다 멸하였으며 [28] 또 롯의 때와 같으리니 사람들이 먹고 마시고 사고 팔고 심고 집을 짓더니 [29] 롯이 소돔에서 나가던 날에 하늘로서 불과 유황이 비오듯하여 저희를 멸하였느니라 [30] 인자의 나타나는 날에도 이러하리라 [31] 그 날에 만일 사람이 지붕 위에 있고 그 세간이 집 안에 있으면 그것을 가지러 내려 오지 말 것이요 밭에 있는 자도 이와 같이 뒤로 돌이키지 말 것이니라 [32] 롯의 처를 생각하라 [33] 무릇 자기 목숨을 보존하고자 하는 자는 잃을 것이요 잃는 자는 살리리라

(6) 고모라 때와 같음.
(계 11:7-12, 개역) [7] 저희가 그 증거를 마칠 때에 무저갱으로부터 올라오는 짐승이 저희로 더불어 전쟁을 일으켜 저희를 이기고 저희를 죽일 터인즉 [8] 저희 시체가 큰 성 길에 있으리니 그 성은 영적으로 하면 소돔이라고도 하고 애굽이라고도 하니 곧 저희 주께서 십자가에 못 박히신 곳이니라 [9] 백성들과 족속과 방언과 나라 중에서 사람들이 그 시체를 사흘 반 동안을 목도하며 무덤에 장사하지 못하게 하리로다 [10] 이 두 선지자가 땅에 거하는 자들을 괴롭게 한 고로 땅에 거하는 자들이 저희의 죽음을 즐거워하고 기뻐하여 서로 예물을 보내리라 하더라 [11] 삼 일 반 후에 하나님께로부터 생기가 저희 속에 들어가매 저희 발로 일어서니 구경하는 자들이 크게 두려워하더라 [12] 하늘로부터 큰 음성이 있어 이리로 올라오라 함을 저희가 듣고 구름을 타고 하늘로 올라가니 저희 원수들도 구경하더라
(계 11:7-12, NKJV) [7] When they finish their testimony, the beast that ascends out of the bottomless pit will make war against them, overcome them, and kill them. [8] And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also our Lord was crucified. [9] Then those from the peoples, tribes, tongues, and nations will see their dead bodies three-and-a-half days, and not allow their dead bodies to be put into graves. [10] And those who dwell on the earth will rejoice over them, make merry, and send gifts to one another, because these two prophets tormented those who dwell on the earth. [11] Now after the three-and-a-half days the breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and great fear fell on those who saw them. [12] And they heard a loud voice from heaven saying to them, "Come up here." And they ascended to heaven in a cloud, and their enemies saw them.
(벧후 1:5-10, 개역) [5] 이러므로 너희가 더욱 힘써 너희 믿음에 덕을, 덕에 지식을, [6] 지식에 절제를, 절제에 인내를, 인내에 경건을, [7] 경건에 형제 우애를, 형제 우애에 사랑을 공급하라 [8] 이런 것이 너희에게 있어 흡족한즉 너희로 우리 주 예수 그리스도를 알기에 게으르지 않고 열매 없는 자가 되지 않게 하려니와 [9] 이런 것이 없는 자는 소경이라 원시치 못하고 그의 옛 죄를 깨끗케 하심을 잊었느니라 [10] 그러므로 형제들아 더욱 힘써 너희 부르심과 택하심을 굳게 하라 너희가 이것을 행한즉 언제든지 실족지 아니하리라
(벧후 1:5-10, NKJV) [5] But also for this very reason, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue, to virtue knowledge, [6] to knowledge self-control, to self-control perseverance, to perseverance godliness, [7] to godliness brotherly kindness, and to brotherly kindness love. [8] For if these things are yours and abound, you will be neither barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ. [9] For he who lacks these things is shortsighted, even to blindness, and has forgotten that he was cleansed from his old sins. [10] Therefore, brethren, be even more diligent to make your call and election sure, for if you do these things you will never stumble;
(7) 빛의 자녀들.
(엡 5:8-14, 개역) [8] 너희가 전에는 어두움이더니 이제는 주 안에서 빛이라 빛의 자녀들처럼 행하라 [9] 빛의 열매는 모든 착함과 의로움과 진실함에 있느니라 [10] 주께 기쁘시게 할 것이 무엇인가 시험하여 보라 [11] 너희는 열매 없는 어두움의 일에 참예하지 말고 도리어 책망하라 [12] 저희의 은밀히 행하는 것들은 말하기도 부끄러움이라 [13] 그러나 책망을 받는 모든 것이 빛으로 나타나나니 나타나지는 것마다 빛이니라 [14] 그러므로 이르시기를 잠자는 자여 깨어서 죽은 자들 가운데서 일어나라 그리스도께서 네게 비취시리라 하셨느니라
(엡 5:8-14, NKJV) [8] For you were once darkness, but now you are light in the Lord. Walk as children of light [9] (for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness, righteousness, and truth), [10] finding out what is acceptable to the Lord. [11] And have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but rather expose them. [12] For it is shameful even to speak of those things which are done by them in secret. [13] But all things that are exposed are made manifest by the light, for whatever makes manifest is light. [14] Therefore He says： "Awake, you who sleep, Arise from the dead, And Christ will give you light."
(살전 5:1-6, 개역) [1] 형제들아 때와 시기에 관하여는 너희에게 쓸 것이 없음은 [2] 주의 날이 밤에 도적 같이 이를 줄을 너희 자신이 자세히 앎이라 [3] 저희가 평안하다, 안전하다 할 그 때에 잉태된 여자에게 해산 고통이 이름과 같이 멸망이 홀연히 저희에게 이르리니 결단코 피하지 못하리라 [4] 형제들아 너희는 어두움에 있지 아니하매 그 날이 도적 같이 너희에게 임하지 못하리니 [5] 너희는 다 빛의 아들이요 낮의 아들이라 우리가 밤이나 어두움에 속하지 아니하나니 [6] 그러므로 우리는 다른 이들과 같이 자지 말고 오직 깨어 근신할지라
(살전 5:1-6, NKJV) [1] But concerning the times and the seasons, brethren, you have no need that I should write to you. [2] For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. [3] For when they say, "Peace and safety!" then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. [4] But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief. [5] You are all sons of light and sons of the day. We are not of the night nor of darkness. [6] Therefore let us not sleep, as others do, but let us watch and be sober.
(8) 하나님을 경외하고 그 명령을 지키라.
(전 12:13-14, 개역) [13] 일의 결국을 다 들었으니 하나님을 경외하고 그 명령을 지킬지어다 이것이 사람의 본분이니라 [14] 하나님은 모든 행위와 모든 은밀한 일을 선악간에 심판하시리라
(전 12:13-14, NKJV) [13] Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter： Fear God and keep His commandments, For this is man's all. [14] For God will bring every work into judgment, Including every secret thing, Whether good or evil.
(9) 말씀 따라.
(시 119:105, 개역) 주의 말씀은 내 발에 등이요 내 길에 빛이니이다
(Ps 119:105, NKJV) Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.
ꠕ(시 119:9-11, 개역) [9] 청년이 무엇으로 그 행실을 깨끗케 하리이까 주의 말씀을 따라 삼갈 것이니이다 [10] 내가 전심으로 주를 찾았사오니 주의 계명에서 떠나지 말게 하소서 [11] 내가 주께 범죄치 아니하려 하여 주의 말씀을 내 마음에 두었나이다
(시 119:9-11, NKJV) [9] How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word. [10] With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments! [11] Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You!
(딤후 3:16-17, 개역) [16] 모든 성경은 하나님의 감동으로 된 것으로 교훈과 책망과 바르게 함과 의로 교육하기에 유익하니 [17] 이는 하나님의 사람으로 온전케 하며 모든 선한 일을 행하기에 온전케 하려 함이니라
(딤후 3:16-17, NKJV) [16] All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, [17] that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
(10) 성령 따라.
(갈 5:16-24, 개역) [16] 내가 이르노니 너희는 성령을 좇아 행하라 그리하면 육체의 욕심을 이루지 아니하리라 [17] 육체의 소욕은 성령을 거스리고 성령의 소욕은 육체를 거스리나니 이 둘이 서로 대적함으로 너희의 원하는 것을 하지 못하게 하려 함이니라 [18] 너희가 만일 성령의 인도하시는 바가 되면 율법 아래 있지 아니하리라 [19] 육체의 일은 현저하니 곧 음행과 더러운 것과 호색과 [20] 우상 숭배와 술수와 원수를 맺는 것과 분쟁과 시기와 분냄과 당 짓는 것과 분리함과 이단과 [21] 투기와 술 취함과 방탕함과 또 그와 같은 것들이라 전에 너희에게 경계한 것 같이 경계하노니 이런 일을 하는 자들은 하나님의 나라를 유업으로 받지 못할 것이요 [22] 오직 성령의 열매는 사랑과 희락과 화평과 오래 참음과 자비와 양선과 충성과 [23] 온유와 절제니 이같은 것을 금지할 법이 없느니라 [24] 그리스도 예수의 사람들은 육체와 함께 그 정과 욕심을 십자가에 못 박았느니라
(갈 5:16-24, NKJV) [16] I say then： Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh. [17] For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, so that you do not do the things that you wish. [18] But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law. [19] Now the works of the flesh are evident, which are： adultery, fornication, uncleanness, lewdness, [20] idolatry, sorcery, hatred, contentions, jealousies, outbursts of wrath, selfish ambitions, dissensions, heresies, [21] envy, murders, drunkenness, revelries, and the like; of which I tell you beforehand, just as I also told you in time past, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. [22] But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, [23] gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. [24] And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
(11) 주님을 따르는 삶.
(요 10:27, 개역) 내 양은 내 음성을 들으며 나는 저희를 알며 저희는 나를 따르느니라
(Jn 10:27, NKJV) "My sheep hear My voice, and I know them, and they follow Me.
(눅 9:23, 개역) 또 무리에게 이르시되 아무든지 나를 따라 오려거든 자기를 부인하고 날마다 제 십자가를 지고 나를 좇을 것이니라
(Lk 9:23, NKJV) Then He said to them all, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.
사랑하는 성도 여러분,
이스라엘에게 부으신 하나님의 특별한 사랑은 무엇입니까?
이스라엘은 어떻게 그 은혜에 보답하였습니까?
우리들도 구원의 큰 은혜를 받았는데 어떻게 보답하는 삶을 살고 있는 것입니까?
창조자 하나님의 위대하심을 알고 계십니까?
창조자 하나님은 완전하십니다.
창조자 하나님 만이 참되십니다.
창조자 하나님 만이 진리이십니다.
하나님은 지극히 거룩하십니다.
그러나 인간은 거짓됩니다.
죄 아래있는 인간들입니다.
하나님을 경외함이 없는 시대입니다.
하나님 제일로 살아야 합니다.
하나님 앞에서 살아야 합니다.
그 명령을 지켜야 합니다.
하나님은 최후의 심판자 이십니다.
오늘도, 하나님의 참되심과 인간의 거짓됨을 바로 깨닫고 나가서 우리가 얼마나 받은 구원의 은혜가 얼마나 큰 은혜임을 깨달아서 더욱 복음에 합당한 생활로 하나님을 기쁘시게 하는 우리 모두가 될수 있기를 우리 주 예수그리스도의 이름으로 간절히 축원합니다. 아멘!
