(롬 2:17-29, 개역) [17] 유대인이라 칭하는 네가 율법을 의지하며 하나님을 자랑하며 [18] 율법의 교훈을 받아 하나님의 뜻을 알고 지극히 선한 것을 좋게 여기며 [19] 네가 율법에 있는 지식과 진리의 규모를 가진 자로서 소경의 길을 인도하는 자요 어두움에 있는 자의 빛이요 [20] 어리석은 자의 훈도요 어린 아이의 선생이라고 스스로 믿으니 [21] 그러면 다른 사람을 가르치는 네가 네 자신을 가르치지 아니하느냐 도적질 말라 반포하는 네가 도적질하느냐 [22] 간음하지 말라 말하는 네가 간음하느냐 우상을 가증히 여기는 네가 신사 물건을 도적질하느냐 [23] 율법을 자랑하는 네가 율법을 범함으로 하나님을 욕되게 하느냐 [24] 기록된 바와 같이 하나님의 이름이 너희로 인하여 이방인 중에서 모독을 받는도다 [25] 네가 율법을 행한즉 할례가 유익하나 만일 율법을 범한즉 네 할례가 무할례가 되었느니라 [26] 그런즉 무할례자가 율법의 제도를 지키면 그 무할례를 할례와 같이 여길 것이 아니냐 [27] 또한 본래 무할례자가 율법을 온전히 지키면 의문과 할례를 가지고 율법을 범하는 너를 판단치 아니하겠느냐 [28] 대저 표면적 유대인이 유대인이 아니요 표면적 육신의 할례가 할례가 아니라 [29] 오직 이면적 유대인이 유대인이며 할례는 마음에 할지니 신령에 있고 의문에 있지 아니한 것이라 그 칭찬이 사람에게서가 아니요 다만 하나님에게서니라
(롬 2:17-29, NKJV) [17] Indeed you are called a Jew, and rest on the law, and make your boast in God, [18] and know His will, and approve the things that are excellent, being instructed out of the law, [19] and are confident that you yourself are a guide to the blind, a light to those who are in darkness, [20] an instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, having the form of knowledge and truth in the law. [21] You, therefore, who teach another, do you not teach yourself? You who preach that a man should not steal, do you steal? [22] You who say, "Do not commit adultery," do you commit adultery? You who abhor idols, do you rob temples? [23] You who make your boast in the law, do you dishonor God through breaking the law? [24] For "the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles because of you," as it is written. [25] For circumcision is indeed profitable if you keep the law; but if you are a breaker of the law, your circumcision has become uncircumcision. [26] Therefore, if an uncircumcised man keeps the righteous requirements of the law, will not his uncircumcision be counted as circumcision? [27] And will not the physically uncircumcised, if he fulfills the law, judge you who, even with your written code and circumcision, are a transgressor of the law? [28] For he is not a Jew who is one outwardly, nor is circumcision that which is outward in the flesh; [29] but he is a Jew who is one inwardly; and circumcision is that of the heart, in the Spirit, not in the letter; whose praise is not from men but from God.
오늘은 로마서 다섯 번째 설교입니다.
유대인들의 위선을 지적하면서 그들의 표면적인 믿음을 비판하고 있습니다.
유대인들은 자랑과 긍지심이 많았는데 그것은 자신들만이 하나님의 택하신 백성이라는 것이며 하나님의 율법을 받았다고 긍지가 대단하였습니다. 그것까지는 이해할수 있지만 그 받은 율법대로 살지 않는 것이 문제입니다. 그리고 할례에 큰 의미를 두면서 할례받지 못한 사람들을 멸시 하였습니다.
원래 이스라엘 민족을 하나님이 택하신 것은 대 제사장 나라로써 이방인들에게 하나님의 영광을 나타내시기 위한 것입니다. 이스라엘은 모든 인류가 구원을 받을 수 있도록 말씀을 주시고 구원의 길을 보여주시며 구원자 메시야를 보내시기 위한 수단이었습니다. 그러므로 마땅히 감사하고 이방에게 하나님의 빛을 비추어야 함에도 불구하고 그들은 오만과 교만에 빠져서 이방을 정죄하였습니다.
이방인과 유대인의 비밀을 깨달은 바울은 유대인들의 위선을 지적하면서 표면적인 유대인이 유대인이 아니라 이면적 유대인이 유대인임을 말씀합니다. 그리고 육신의 할례가 중요한 것이 아니라 마음의 할례가 중요함을 지적합니다.
구약은 신약시대를 사는 우리들에게 구원의 배경과 뿌리를 제공해 주고 있습니다. 구약은 메시야 예수그리스도를 가르키고 있습니다. 예수님이 오셔서 십자가와 부활로 구원의 사역을 모두 이루셨고 성령님의 강림하심으로 인하여 행위가 아닌 믿음으로 의롭다함을 얻고 구원을 얻는 그 복음이 전파되기 시작하였고 많은 사람들이 복음을 듣고 회개하고 복음을 믿어 죄사함과 영생천국을 얻게 되었습니다.
진정한 할례의 의미를 알아야 합니다. 우리가 진정한 유대인이며 아브라함의 자손입니다.
잘못하면 우리들도 바리새인들처럼 이웃을 정죄하기 쉽고 열심히 착하게 살고 예배드리기 때문에 자신은 구원받았다고 착각하기 쉽습니다. 우리는 진정한 성도 진정한 예수님의 제자가 되어야 합니다.
오늘 말씀을 통하여 유대인들을 정죄하기 보다는 우리 자신의 영적인 상태를 점검해 보는 우리 모두가 될수 있기를 주님의 이름으로 축원합니다.
1. 유대인들의 자랑.
(1) 율법을 의지한다.
(신 4:5-8, 개역) [5] 내가 나의 하나님 여호와의 명하신 대로 규례와 법도를 너희에게 가르쳤나니 이는 너희로 들어가서 기업으로 얻을 땅에서 그대로 행하게 하려 함인즉 [6] 너희는 지켜 행하라 그리함은 열국 앞에 너희의 지혜요 너희의 지식이라 그들이 이 모든 규례를 듣고 이르기를 이 큰 나라 사람은 과연 지혜와 지식이 있는 백성이로다 하리라 [7] 우리 하나님 여호와께서 우리가 그에게 기도할 때마다 우리에게 가까이 하심과 같이 그 신의 가까이 함을 얻은 나라가 어디 있느냐 [8] 오늘 내가 너희에게 선포하는 이 율법과 같이 그 규례와 법도가 공의로운 큰 나라가 어디 있느냐
(2) 하나님을 자랑한다.
(신 4:32-40, 개역) [32] 네가 있기 전 하나님이 사람을 세상에 창조하신 날부터 지금까지 지나간 날을 상고하여 보라 하늘 이 끝에서 저 끝까지 이런 큰 일이 있었느냐 이런 일을 들은 적이 있었느냐 [33] 어떤 국민이 불 가운데서 말씀하시는 하나님의 음성을 너처럼 듣고 생존하였었느냐 [34] 어떤 신이 와서 시험과 이적과 기사와 전쟁과 강한 손과 편 팔과 크게 두려운 일로 한 민족을 다른 민족에게서 인도하여 낸 일이 있느냐 이는 다 너희 하나님 여호와께서 애굽에서 너희를 위하여 너희의 목전에서 행하신 일이라 [35] 이것을 네게 나타내심은 여호와는 하나님이시요 그 외에는 다른 신이 없음을 네게 알게 하려 하심이니라 [36] 여호와께서 너를 교훈하시려고 하늘에서부터 그 음성을 너로 듣게 하시며 땅에서는 그 큰 불을 네게 보이시고 너로 불 가운데서 나오는 그 말씀을 듣게 하셨느니라 [37] 여호와께서 네 열조를 사랑하신고로 그 후손 너를 택하시고 큰 권능으로 친히 인도하여 애굽에서 나오게 하시며 [38] 너보다 강대한 열국을 네 앞에서 쫓아내고 너를 그들의 땅으로 인도하여 들여서 그것을 네게 기업으로 주려 하심이 오늘날과 같으니라 [39] 그런즉 너는 오늘날 상천 하지에 오직 여호와는 하나님이시요 다른 신이 없는 줄을 알아 명심하고 [40] 오늘 내가 네게 명하는 여호와의 규례와 명령을 지키라 너와 네 후손이 복을 받아 네 하나님 여호와께서 네게 주시는 땅에서 한 없이 오래 살리라
(3) 하나님의 뜻을 안다.
(대하 36:15-21, 개역) [15] 그 열조의 하나님 여호와께서 그 백성과 그 거하시는 곳을 아끼사 부지런히 그 사자들을 그 백성에게 보내어 이르셨으나 [16] 그 백성이 하나님의 사자를 비웃고 말씀을 멸시하며 그 선지자를 욕하여 여호와의 진노로 그 백성에게 미쳐서 만회할 수 없게 하였으므로 [17] 하나님이 갈대아 왕의 손에 저희를 다 붙이시매 저가 와서 그 성전에서 칼로 청년을 죽이며 청년 남녀와 노인과 백발노옹을 긍휼히 여기지 아니하였으며 [18] 또 하나님의 전의 대소 기명들과 여호와의 전의 보물과 왕과 방백들의 보물을 다 바벨론으로 가져가고 [19] 또 하나님의 전을 불사르며 예루살렘 성을 헐며 그 모든 궁실을 불사르며 그 모든 귀한 기명을 훼파하고 [20] 무릇 칼에서 벗어난 자를 저가 바벨론으로 사로잡아 가매 무리가 거기서 갈대아 왕과 그 자손의 노예가 되어 바사국이 주재할 때까지 이르니라 [21] 이에 토지가 황무하여 안식년을 누림 같이 안식하여 칠십 년을 지내었으니 여호와께서 예레미야의 입으로 하신 말씀이 응하였더라
[시 147:19-20]저가 그 말씀을 야곱에게 보이시며 그 율례와 규례를 이스라엘에게 보이시는도다 ]아무 나라에게도 이같이 행치 아니하셨나니 저희는 그 규례를 알지 못하였도다 할렐루야
[눅 12:47]주인의 뜻을 알고도 예비치 아니하고 그 뜻대로 행치 아니한 종은 많이 맞을 것이요
[요 13:17]너희가 이것을 알고 행하면 복이 있으리라
(4) 지극히 선한것을 좋게 여긴다.
(빌 1:9-11, 개역) [9] 내가 기도하노라 너희 사랑을 지식과 모든 총명으로 점점 더 풍성하게 하사 [10] 너희로 지극히 선한 것을 분별하며 또 진실하여 허물 없이 그리스도의 날까지 이르고 [11] 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 의의 열매가 가득하여 하나님의 영광과 찬송이 되게 하시기를 구하노라
(5) 율법의 진리과 지식을 가졌다.
(요 17:16-17, 개역) [16] 내가 세상에 속하지 아니함 같이 저희도 세상에 속하지 아니하였삽나이다 [17] 저희를 진리로 거룩하게 하옵소서 아버지의 말씀은 진리니이다
(요 17:16-17, NKJV) [16] "They are not of the world, just as I am not of the world. [17] "Sanctify them by Your truth. Your word is truth.
(6) 소경을 인도한다.
[잠 26:12]네가 스스로 지혜롭게 여기는 자를 보느냐 그보다 미련한 자에게 오히려 바랄 것이 있느니라
[사 5:21]스스로 지혜롭다 하며 스스로 명철하다 하는 그들은 화 있을찐저
[사 56:10]그 파숫군들은 소경이요 다 무지하며 벙어리개라 능히 짖지 못하며 다 꿈꾸는 자요 누운 자요 잠자기를 좋아하는 자니
(7) 어두움에 있는자의 빛
(마 6:22-23, 개역) [22] 눈은 몸의 등불이니 그러므로 네 눈이 성하면 온 몸이 밝을 것이요 [23] 눈이 나쁘면 온 몸이 어두울 것이니 그러므로 네게 있는 빛이 어두우면 그 어두움이 얼마나 하겠느뇨
(요 8:12, 개역) 예수께서 또 일러 가라사대 나는 세상의 빛이니 나를 따르는 자는 어두움에 다니지 아니하고 생명의 빛을 얻으리라
(8) 어리석은자의 훈도.
(마 11:25, 개역) 그 때에 예수께서 대답하여 가라사대 천지의 주재이신 아버지여 이것을 지혜롭고 슬기 있는 자들에게는 숨기시고 어린 아이들에게는 나타내심을 감사하나이다
(Mt 11:25, NKJV) At that time Jesus answered and said, "I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and have revealed them to babes.
(고전 3:1, 개역) 형제들아 내가 신령한 자들을 대함과 같이 너희에게 말할 수 없어서 육신에 속한 자 곧 그리스도 안에서 어린 아이들을 대함과 같이 하노라
(1Co 3:1, NKJV) And I, brethren, could not speak to you as to spiritual people but as to carnal, as to babes in Christ.
(히 5:13, 개역) 대저 젖을 먹는 자마다 어린 아이니 의의 말씀을 경험하지 못한 자요
(Heb 5:13, NKJV) For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe.
(벧전 2:1-2, 개역) [1] 그러므로 모든 악독과 모든 궤휼과 외식과 시기와 모든 비방하는 말을 버리고 [2] 갓난 아이들 같이 순전하고 신령한 젖을 사모하라 이는 이로 말미암아 너희로 구원에 이르도록 자라게 하려 함이라
(벧전 2:1-2, NKJV) [1] Therefore, laying aside all malice, all deceit, hypocrisy, envy, and all evil speaking, [2] as newborn babes, desire the pure milk of the word, that you may grow thereby,
(9) 스스로 믿음.
(잠 3:7, 개역) 스스로 지혜롭게 여기지 말지어다 여호와를 경외하며 악을 떠날지어다
(Pr 3:7, NKJV) Do not be wise in your own eyes; Fear the LORD and depart from evil.
(잠 26:12, 개역) 네가 스스로 지혜롭게 여기는 자를 보느냐 그보다 미련한 자에게 오히려 바랄 것이 있느니라
(Pr 26:12, NKJV) Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him.
(전 7:23, 개역) 내가 이 모든 것을 지혜로 시험하며 스스로 이르기를 내가 지혜자가 되리라 하였으나 지혜가 나를 멀리하였도다
(Ec 7:23, NKJV) All this I have proved by wisdom. I said, "I will be wise"; But it was far from me.
(사 5:21, 개역) 스스로 지혜롭다 하며 스스로 명철하다 하는 그들은 화 있을진저
(Is 5:21, NKJV) Woe to those who are wise in their own eyes, And prudent in their own sight!
2. 유대인들의 위선.
(1) 자기 자신을 가르치지 않음.
(딤전 4:16, 개역) 네가 네 자신과 가르침을 삼가 이 일을 계속하라 이것을 행함으로 네 자신과 네게 듣는 자를 구원하리라
(1Tm 4:16, NKJV) Take heed to yourself and to the doctrine. Continue in them, for in doing this you will save both yourself and those who hear you.
(딤후 2:15, 개역) 네가 진리의 말씀을 옳게 분변하여 부끄러울 것이 없는 일꾼으로 인정된 자로 자신을 하나님 앞에 드리기를 힘쓰라
(2Tm 2:15, NKJV) Be diligent to present yourself approved to God, a worker who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
(약 1:22, 개역) 너희는 도를 행하는 자가 되고 듣기만 하여 자신을 속이는 자가 되지 말라
(Jms 1:22, NKJV) But be doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving yourselves.
(2) 도적질함.
(말 3:8-10, 개역) [8] 사람이 어찌 하나님의 것을 도적질하겠느냐 그러나 너희는 나의 것을 도적질하고도 말하기를 우리가 어떻게 주의 것을 도적질하였나이까 하도다 이는 곧 십일조와 헌물이라 [9] 너희 곧 온 나라가 나의 것을 도적질하였으므로 너희가 저주를 받았느니라 [10] 만군의 여호와가 이르노라 너희의 온전한 십일조를 창고에 들여 나의 집에 양식이 있게 하고 그것으로 나를 시험하여 내가 하늘 문을 열고 너희에게 복을 쌓을 곳이 없도록 붓지 아니하나 보라
(말 3:8-10, NKJV) [8] "Will a man rob God? Yet you have robbed Me! But you say, 'In what way have we robbed You?' In tithes and offerings. [9] You are cursed with a curse, For you have robbed Me, Even this whole nation. [10] Bring all the tithes into the storehouse, That there may be food in My house, And try Me now in this," Says the LORD of hosts, "If I will not open for you the windows of heaven And pour out for you such blessing That there will not be room enough to receive it.
(3) 간음함.
(말 2:15-16, 개역) [15] 여호와는 영이 유여하실지라도 오직 하나를 짓지 아니하셨느냐 어찌하여 하나만 지으셨느냐 이는 경건한 자손을 얻고자 하심이니라 그러므로 네 심령을 삼가 지켜 어려서 취한 아내에게 궤사를 행치 말지니라 [16] 이스라엘의 하나님 여호와가 이르노니 나는 이혼하는 것과 학대로 옷을 가리우는 자를 미워하노라 만군의 여호와의 말이니라 그러므로 너희 심령을 삼가 지켜 궤사를 행치 말지니라
(말 2:15-16, NKJV) [15] But did He not make them one, Having a remnant of the Spirit? And why one? He seeks godly offspring. Therefore take heed to your spirit, And let none deal treacherously with the wife of his youth. [16] "For the LORD God of Israel says That He hates divorce, For it covers one's garment with violence," Says the LORD of hosts. "Therefore take heed to your spirit, That you do not deal treacherously."
(호 1:2, 개역) 여호와께서 비로소 호세아로 말씀하시니라 여호와께서 호세아에게 이르시되 너는 가서 음란한 아내를 취하여 음란한 자식들을 낳으라 이 나라가 여호와를 떠나 크게 행음함이니라
(Hs 1:2, NKJV) When the LORD began to speak by Hosea, the LORD said to Hosea： "Go, take yourself a wife of harlotry And children of harlotry, For the land has committed great harlotry By departing from the LORD."
(4) 우상을 가증히 여기면서도 신사물건을 도적질함.
(롬 7:18-25, 개역) [18] 내 속 곧 내 육신에 선한 것이 거하지 아니하는 줄을 아노니 원함은 내게 있으나 선을 행하는 것은 없노라 [19] 내가 원하는 바 선은 하지 아니하고 도리어 원치 아니하는 바 악은 행하는도다 [20] 만일 내가 원치 아니하는 그것을 하면 이를 행하는 자가 내가 아니요 내 속에 거하는 죄니라 [21] 그러므로 내가 한 법을 깨달았노니 곧 선을 행하기 원하는 나에게 악이 함께 있는 것이로다 [22] 내 속 사람으로는 하나님의 법을 즐거워하되 [23] 내 지체 속에서 한 다른 법이 내 마음의 법과 싸워 내 지체 속에 있는 죄의 법 아래로 나를 사로잡아 오는 것을 보는도다 [24] 오호라 나는 곤고한 사람이로다 이 사망의 몸에서 누가 나를 건져내랴 [25] 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 하나님께 감사하리로다 그런즉 내 자신이 마음으로는 하나님의 법을, 육신으로는 죄의 법을 섬기노라
(롬 7:18-25, NKJV) [18] For I know that in me (that is, in my flesh) nothing good dwells; for to will is present with me, but how to perform what is good I do not find. [19] For the good that I will to do, I do not do; but the evil I will not to do, that I practice. [20] Now if I do what I will not to do, it is no longer I who do it, but sin that dwells in me. [21] I find then a law, that evil is present with me, the one who wills to do good. [22] For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man. [23] But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. [24] O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death? [25] I thank God--through Jesus Christ our Lord! So then, with the mind I myself serve the law of God, but with the flesh the law of sin.
(5) 화 있을진저 외식하는 서기관들과 바리새인들이여.
(마 23:23-28, 개역) [23] 화 있을진저 외식하는 서기관들과 바리새인들이여 너희가 박하와 회향과 근채의 십일조를 드리되 율법의 더 중한 바 의와 인과 신은 버렸도다 그러나 이것도 행하고 저것도 버리지 말아야 할지니라 [24] 소경된 인도자여 하루살이는 걸러내고 약대는 삼키는도다 [25] 화 있을진저 외식하는 서기관들과 바리새인들이여 잔과 대접의 겉은 깨끗이 하되 그 안에는 탐욕과 방탕으로 가득하게 하는도다 [26] 소경된 바리새인아 너는 먼저 안을 깨끗이 하라 그리하면 겉도 깨끗하리라 [27] 화 있을진저 외식하는 서기관들과 바리새인들이여 회칠한 무덤 같으니 겉으로는 아름답게 보이나 그 안에는 죽은 사람의 뼈와 모든 더러운 것이 가득하도다 [28] 이와 같이 너희도 겉으로는 사람에게 옳게 보이되 안으로는 외식과 불법이 가득하도다

For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law： justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone. [24] "Blind guides, who strain out a gnat and swallow a camel! [25] "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you cleanse the outside of the cup and dish, but inside they are full of extortion and self-indulgence. [26] "Blind Pharisee, first cleanse the inside of the cup and dish, that the outside of them may be clean also. [27] "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you are like whitewashed tombs which indeed appear beautiful outwardly, but inside are full of dead men's bones and all uncleanness. [28] "Even so you also outwardly appear righteous to men, but inside you are full of hypocrisy and lawlessness.
(6) 성전에 올라간 두사람
(눅 18:9-14, 개역) [9] 또 자기를 의롭다고 믿고 다른 사람을 멸시하는 자들에게 이 비유로 말씀하시되 [10] 두 사람이 기도하러 성전에 올라가니 하나는 바리새인이요 하나는 세리라 [11] 바리새인은 서서 따로 기도하여 가로되 하나님이여 나는 다른 사람들 곧 토색, 불의, 간음을 하는 자들과 같지 아니하고 이 세리와도 같지 아니함을 감사하나이다 [12] 나는 이레에 두 번씩 금식하고 또 소득의 십일조를 드리나이다 하고 [13] 세리는 멀리 서서 감히 눈을 들어 하늘을 우러러 보지도 못하고 다만 가슴을 치며 가로되 하나님이여 불쌍히 여기옵소서 나는 죄인이로소이다 하였느니라 [14] 내가 너희에게 이르노니 이 사람이 저보다 의롭다 하심을 받고 집에 내려 갔느니라 무릇 자기를 높이는 자는 낮아지고 자기를 낮추는 자는 높아지리라 하시니라
(눅 18:9-14, NKJV) [9] Also He spoke this parable to some who trusted in themselves that they were righteous, and despised others： [10] "Two men went up to the temple to pray, one a Pharisee and the other a tax collector. [11] "The Pharisee stood and prayed thus with himself, 'God, I thank You that I am not like other men--extortioners, unjust, adulterers, or even as this tax collector. [12] 'I fast twice a week; I give tithes of all that I possess.' (마 3:9, 개역) 속으로 아브라함이 우리 조상이라고 생각지 말라 내가 너희에게 이르노니 하나님이 능히 이 돌들로도 아브라함의 자손이 되게 하시리라
(Mt 3:9, NKJV) "and do not think to say to yourselves, 'We have Abraham as our father.' For I say to you that God is able to raise up children to Abraham from these stones.
(8) 마 8.11.12
(마 8:11-12, 개역) [11] 또 너희에게 이르노니 동서로부터 많은 사람이 이르러 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱과 함께 천국에 앉으려니와 [12] 나라의 본 자손들은 바깥 어두운 데 쫓겨나 거기서 울며 이를 갊이 있으리라

(마 7:1-5, NKJV) [1] "Judge not, that you be not judged. [2] "For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. [3] "And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.
3. 진정한 할례.
(1) 형식적인 신앙.
(딤후 3:5, 개역) 경건의 모양은 있으나 경건의 능력은 부인하는 자니 이같은 자들에게서 네가 돌아서라
(2Tm 3:5, NKJV) having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!
(사 1:12, 개역) 너희가 내 앞에 보이러 오니 그것을 누가 너희에게 요구하였느뇨 내 마당만 밟을 뿐이니라
(Is 1:12, NKJV) "When you come to appear before Me, Who has required this from your hand, To trample My courts?
(2) 진짜 할례.
(행 7:51, 개역) 목이 곧고 마음과 귀에 할례를 받지 못한 사람들아 너희가 항상 성령을 거스려 너희 조상과 같이 너희도 하는도다
(Ac 7:51, NKJV) "You stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do you.
(3) 마음의 할례.
(롬 2:25-29, 개역) [25] 네가 율법을 행한즉 할례가 유익하나 만일 율법을 범한즉 네 할례가 무할례가 되었느니라 [26] 그런즉 무할례자가 율법의 제도를 지키면 그 무할례를 할례와 같이 여길 것이 아니냐 [27] 또한 본래 무할례자가 율법을 온전히 지키면 의문과 할례를 가지고 율법을 범하는 너를 판단치 아니하겠느냐 [28] 대저 표면적 유대인이 유대인이 아니요 표면적 육신의 할례가 할례가 아니라 [29] 오직 이면적 유대인이 유대인이며 할례는 마음에 할지니 신령에 있고 의문에 있지 아니한 것이라 그 칭찬이 사람에게서가 아니요 다만 하나님에게서니라
(롬 2:25-29, NKJV) [25] For circumcision is indeed profitable if you keep the law; but if you are a breaker of the law, your circumcision has become uncircumcision. [26] Therefore, if an uncircumcised man keeps the righteous requirements of the law, will not his uncircumcision be counted as circumcision? [27] And will not the physically uncircumcised, if he fulfills the law, judge you who, even with your written code and circumcision, are a transgressor of the law? (렘 4:4, 개역) 유다인과 예루살렘 거민들아 너희는 스스로 할례를 행하여 너희 마음 가죽을 베고 나 여호와께 속하라 그렇지 아니하면 너희 행악을 인하여 나의 분노가 불 같이 발하여 사르리니 그것을 끌 자가 없으리라
(Jr 4:4, NKJV) Circumcise yourselves to the LORD, And take away the foreskins of your hearts, You men of Judah and inhabitants of Jerusalem, Lest My fury come forth like fire, And burn so that no one can quench it, Because of the evil of your doings."
(5) 신 30.6
(신 30:6, 개역) 네 하나님 여호와께서 네 마음과 네 자손의 마음에 할례를 베푸사 너로 마음을 다하며 성품을 다하여 네 하나님 여호와를 사랑하게 하사 너로 생명을 얻게 하실 것이며
(Dt 30:6, NKJV) "And the LORD your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your descendants, to love the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, that you may live.
(6) 세례 받음.
(롬 6:1-4, 개역) [1] 그런즉 우리가 무슨 말 하리요 은혜를 더하게 하려고 죄에 거하겠느뇨 [2] 그럴 수 없느니라 죄에 대하여 죽은 우리가 어찌 그 가운데 더 살리요 [3] 무릇 그리스도 예수와 합하여 세례를 받은 우리는 그의 죽으심과 합하여 세례 받은 줄을 알지 못하느뇨 [4] 그러므로 우리가 그의 죽으심과 합하여 세례를 받음으로 그와 함께 장사되었나니 이는 아버지의 영광으로 말미암아 그리스도를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리심과 같이 우리로 또한 새 생명 가운데서 행하게 하려 함이니라

(행 2:37-38, 개역) [37] 저희가 이 말을 듣고 마음에 찔려 베드로와 다른 사도들에게 물어 가로되 형제들아 우리가 어찌할꼬 하거늘 [38] 베드로가 가로되 너희가 회개하여 각각 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 세례를 받고 죄 사함을 얻으라 그리하면 성령을 선물로 받으리니
(행 2:37-38, NKJV) [37] Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, "Men and brethren, what shall we do?" [38] Then Peter said to them, "Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.

(9) 예수님을 믿음.

(10) 새 생명 얻음.
(요 10:10, 개역) 도적이 오는 것은 도적질하고 죽이고 멸망시키려는 것뿐이요 내가 온 것은 양으로 생명을 얻게 하고 더 풍성히 얻게 하려는 것이라
(Jn 10:10, NKJV) "The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.

(12) 율법을 행함
(느 9:34, 개역) 우리 열왕과 방백들과 제사장들과 열조가 주의 율법을 지키지 아니하며 주의 명령과 주의 경계하신 말씀을 순종치 아니하고
(Neh 9:34, NKJV) Neither our kings nor our princes, Our priests nor our fathers, Have kept Your law, Nor heeded Your commandments and Your testimonies, With which You testified against them.
(수 1:8-9, 개역) [8] 이 율법책을 네 입에서 떠나지 말게 하며 주야로 그것을 묵상하여 그 가운데 기록한대로 다 지켜 행하라 그리하면 네 길이 평탄하게 될 것이라 네가 형통하리라 [9] 내가 네게 명한 것이 아니냐 마음을 강하게 하고 담대히 하라 두려워 말며 놀라지 말라 네가 어디로 가든지 네 하나님 여호와가 너와 함께 하느니라 하시니라

(13) 예수님은 율법의 마침
(롬 10:4, 개역) 그리스도는 모든 믿는 자에게 의를 이루기 위하여 율법의 마침이 되시니라
(Rm 10:4, NKJV) For Christ is the end of the law for righteousness to everyone who believes.
(14) 사랑은 율법의 완성
(롬 13:8-10, 개역) [8] 피차 사랑의 빚 외에는 아무에게든지 아무 빚도 지지 말라 남을 사랑하는 자는 율법을 다 이루었느니라 [9] 간음하지 말라, 살인하지 말라, 도적질하지 말라, 탐내지 말라 한 것과 그 외에 다른 계명이 있을지라도 네 이웃을 네 자신과 같이 사랑하라 하신 그 말씀 가운데 다 들었느니라 [10] 사랑은 이웃에게 악을 행치 아니하나니 그러므로 사랑은 율법의 완성이니라
(롬 13:8-10, NKJV) [8] Owe no one anything except to love one another, for he who loves another has fulfilled the law. [9] For the commandments, "You shall not commit adultery," "You shall not murder," "You shall not steal," "You shall not bear false witness," "You shall not covet," and if there is any other commandment, are all summed up in this saying, namely, "You shall love your neighbor as yourself." [10] Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
(15) 율법은 몽학선생
(갈 3:24, 개역) 이같이 율법이 우리를 그리스도에게로 인도하는 몽학선생이 되어 우리로 하여금 믿음으로 말미암아 의롭다 함을 얻게 하려 함이니라
(Gl 3:24, NKJV) Therefore the law was our tutor to bring us to Christ, that we might be justified by faith.
(16) 새 계명 사랑의 법.
(요 13:34-35, 개역) [34] 새 계명을 너희에게 주노니 서로 사랑하라 내가 너희를 사랑한 것 같이 너희도 서로 사랑하라 [35] 너희가 서로 사랑하면 이로써 모든 사람이 너희가 내 제자인 줄 알리라
(요 13:34-35, NKJV) [34] "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. [35] "By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."
(17) 생명의 성령의 법.
(롬 8:1-2, 개역) [1] 그러므로 이제 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 자에게는 결코 정죄함이 없나니 [2] 이는 그리스도 예수 안에 있는 생명의 성령의 법이 죄와 사망의 법에서 너를 해방하였음이라

4. 하나님의 이름이 이방인 가운데서 모독을 받음.
(1) 자칭 유대인들
(계 2:9, 개역) 내가 네 환난과 궁핍을 아노니 실상은 네가 부요한 자니라 자칭 유대인이라 하는 자들의 훼방도 아노니 실상은 유대인이 아니요 사단의 회라
(Rv 2:9, NKJV) "I know your works, tribulation, and poverty (but you are rich); and I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.
(2) 사단의 회.
(계 3:9, 개역) 보라 사단의 회 곧 자칭 유대인이라 하나 그렇지 않고 거짓말하는 자들 중에서 몇을 네게 주어 저희로 와서 네 발 앞에 절하게 하고 내가 너를 사랑하는 줄을 알게 하리라
(Rv 3:9, NKJV) "Indeed I will make those of the synagogue of Satan, who say they are Jews and are not, but lie--indeed I will make them come and worship before your feet, and to know that I have loved you.
(3) 원수의 훼방거리
(삼하 12:14, 개역) 이 일로 인하여 여호와의 원수로 크게 훼방할 거리를 얻게 하였으니 당신의 낳은 아이가 정녕 죽으리이다 하고
(2Sm 12:14, NKJV) "However, because by this deed you have given great occasion to the enemies of the LORD to blaspheme, the child also who is born to you shall surely die."
(4) 여호와의 이름을 종일 더럽힘
(사 52:5, 개역) 여호와께서 말씀하시되 내 백성이 까닭없이 잡혀갔으니 내가 여기서 어떻게 할꼬 여호와께서 말씀하시되 그들을 관할하는 자들이 떠들며 내 이름을 항상 종일 더럽히도다
(Is 52:5, NKJV) Now therefore, what have I here," says the LORD, "That My people are taken away for nothing? Those who rule over them Make them wail," says the LORD, "And My name is blasphemed continually every day.
(5) 예루살렘의 멸망을 원수가 조롱함
(애 2:15-16, 개역) [15] 무릇 지나가는 자는 다 너를 향하여 박장하며 처녀 예루살렘을 향하여 비소하고 머리를 흔들며 말하기를 온전한 영광이라, 천하의 희락이라 일컫던 성이 이 성이냐 하며 [16] 너의 모든 원수는 너를 향하여 입을 벌리며 비소하고 이를 갈며 말하기를 우리가 저를 삼켰도다 우리가 바라던 날이 과연 이 날이라 우리가 얻기도 하고 보기도 하였다 하도다

(6) 열국에서 더럽힌 여호와의 거룩한 이름

(7) 대적에게 훼방할 기회를 주지 말라.
(딤전 5:14, 개역) 그러므로 젊은이는 시집가서 아이를 낳고 집을 다스리고 대적에게 훼방할 기회를 조금도 주지 말기를 원하노라
(1Tm 5:14, NKJV) Therefore I desire that the younger widows marry, bear children, manage the house, give no opportunity to the adversary to speak reproachfully.
(8) 하나님의 말씀이 훼방을 받지 않게 하라.

(10) 무엇을 하든지 하나님의 영광을 위하여 하라.

(1Co 10:31, NKJV) Therefore, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God.
5. 표면적 유대인들.
(1) 주여 주여

[23] "And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!' [24] "Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock： [25] "and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it did not fall, for it was founded on the rock. [26] "But everyone who hears these sayings of Mine, and does not do them, will be like a foolish man who built his house on the sand： [27] "and the rain descended, the floods came, and the winds blew and beat on that house; and it fell. And great was its fall." [28] And so it was, when Jesus had ended these sayings, that the people were astonished at His teaching, [29] for He taught them as one having authority, and not as the scribes.
(2) 가라지 비유.

There will be wailing and gnashing of teeth. [43] "Then the righteous will shine forth as the sun in the kingdom of their Father. He who has ears to hear, let him hear!
(3) 마음은 멀도다.
(사 29:13, 개역) 주께서 가라사대 이 백성이 입으로는 나를 가까이하며 입술로는 나를 존경하나 그 마음은 내게서 멀리 떠났나니 그들이 나를 경외함은 사람의 계명으로 가르침을 받았을 뿐이라

(4) 산당들
(왕상 12:30-32, 개역) [30] 이 일이 죄가 되었으니 이는 백성들이 단까지 가서 그 하나에게 숭배함이더라 [31] 저가 또 산당들을 짓고 레위 자손 아닌 보통 백성으로 제사장을 삼고 [32] 팔월 곧 그 달 십오일로 절기를 정하여 유다의 절기와 비슷하게 하고 단에 올라가되 벧엘에서 그와 같이 행하여 그 만든 송아지에게 제사를 드렸으며 그 지은 산당의 제사장은 벧엘에서 세웠더라
(왕상 12:30-32, NKJV) [30] Now this thing became a sin, for the people went to worship before the one as far as Dan. [31] He made shrines on the high places, and made priests from every class of people, who were not of the sons of Levi. [32] Jeroboam ordained a feast on the fifteenth day of the eighth month, like the feast that was in Judah, and offered sacrifices on the altar. So he did at Bethel, sacrificing to the calves that he had made. And at Bethel he installed the priests of the high places which he had made.
(5) 두 주인을 섬기지 못함
(마 6:24, 개역) 한 사람이 두 주인을 섬기지 못할 것이니 혹 이를 미워하며 저를 사랑하거나 혹 이를 중히 여기며 저를 경히 여김이라 너희가 하나님과 재물을 겸하여 섬기지 못하느니라
(Mt 6:24, NKJV) "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.
(6) 소돔과 고모라 백성 같이 된 유다 백성들.
(사 1:9-15, 개역) [9] 만군의 여호와께서 우리를 위하여 조금 남겨 두지 아니하셨더면 우리가 소돔 같고 고모라 같았었으리로다 [10] 너희 소돔의 관원들아 여호와의 말씀을 들을지어다 너희 고모라의 백성아 우리 하나님의 법에 귀를 기울일지어다 [11] 여호와께서 말씀하시되 너희의 무수한 제물이 내게 무엇이 유익하뇨 나는 수양의 번제와 살진 짐승의 기름에 배불렀고 나는 수송아지나 어린 양이나 수염소의 피를 기뻐하지 아니하노라 [12] 너희가 내 앞에 보이러 오니 그것을 누가 너희에게 요구하였느뇨 내 마당만 밟을 뿐이니라 [13] 헛된 제물을 다시 가져오지 말라 분향은 나의 가증히 여기는 바요 월삭과 안식일과 대회로 모이는 것도 그러하니 성회와 아울러 악을 행하는 것을 내가 견디지 못하겠노라 [14] 내 마음이 너희의 월삭과 정한 절기를 싫어하나니 그것이 내게 무거운 짐이라 내가 지기에 곤비하였느니라 [15] 너희가 손을 펼 때에 내가 눈을 가리우고 너희가 많이 기도할지라도 내가 듣지 아니하리니 이는 너희의 손에 피가 가득함이니라

(삼상 16:7, 개역) 여호와께서 사무엘에게 이르시되 그 용모와 신장을 보지 말라 내가 이미 그를 버렸노라 나의 보는 것은 사람과 같지 아니하니 사람은 외모를 보거니와 나 여호와는 중심을 보느니라
(1Sm 16:7, NKJV) But the LORD said to Samuel, "Do not look at his appearance or at the height of his stature, because I have refused him. For the Lord does not see as man sees; for man looks at the outward appearance, but the LORD looks at the heart."
(8) 말씀이 그 속에 없는 유대인들.
(요 8:37-40, 개역) [37] 나도 너희가 아브라함의 자손인 줄 아노라 그러나 내 말이 너희 속에 있을 곳이 없으므로 나를 죽이려 하는도다 [38] 나는 내 아버지에게서 본 것을 말하고 너희는 너희 아비에게서 들은 것을 행하느니라 [39] 대답하여 가로되 우리 아버지는 아브라함이라 하니 예수께서 가라사대 너희가 아브라함의 자손이면 아브라함의 행사를 할 것이어늘 [40] 지금 하나님께 들은 진리를 너희에게 말한 사람인 나를 죽이려 하는도다 아브라함은 이렇게 하지 아니하였느니라
(요 8:37-40, NKJV) [37] "I know that you are Abraham's descendants, but you seek to kill Me, because My word has no place in you. [38] "I speak what I have seen with My Father, and you do what you have seen with your father." [39] They answered and said to Him, "Abraham is our father." Jesus said to them, "If you were Abraham's children, you would do the works of Abraham. [40] "But now you seek to kill Me, a Man who has told you the truth which I heard from God. Abraham did not do this.
6. 진짜 유대인들.
(1) 그리스도를 위하여 모든 것을 해로여김.
(빌 3:3-9, 개역) [3] 하나님의 성령으로 봉사하며 그리스도 예수로 자랑하고 육체를 신뢰하지 아니하는 우리가 곧 할례당이라 [4] 그러나 나도 육체를 신뢰할 만하니 만일 누구든지 다른 이가 육체를 신뢰할 것이 있는 줄로 생각하면 나는 더욱 그러하리니 [5] 내가 팔일 만에 할례를 받고 이스라엘의 족속이요 베냐민의 지파요 히브리인 중의 히브리인이요 율법으로는 바리새인이요 [6] 열심으로는 교회를 핍박하고 율법의 의로는 흠이 없는 자로라 [7] 그러나 무엇이든지 내게 유익하던 것을 내가 그리스도를 위하여 다 해로 여길 뿐더러 [8] 또한 모든 것을 해로 여김은 내 주 그리스도 예수를 아는 지식이 가장 고상함을 인함이라 내가 그를 위하여 모든 것을 잃어버리고 배설물로 여김은 그리스도를 얻고 [9] 그 안에서 발견되려 함이니 내가 가진 의는 율법에서 난 것이 아니요 오직 그리스도를 믿음으로 말미암은 것이니 곧 믿음으로 하나님께로서 난 의라
(빌 3:3-9, NKJV) [3] For we are the circumcision, who worship God in the Spirit, rejoice in Christ Jesus, and have no confidence in the flesh, [4] though I also might have confidence in the flesh. If anyone else thinks he may have confidence in the flesh, I more so： [5] circumcised the eighth day, of the stock of Israel, of the tribe of Benjamin, a Hebrew of the Hebrews; concerning the law, a Pharisee; [6] concerning zeal, persecuting the church; concerning the righteousness which is in the law, blameless. [7] But what things were gain to me, these I have counted loss for Christ. (2) 실상은 부자.
(계 2:9, 개역) 내가 네 환난과 궁핍을 아노니 실상은 네가 부요한 자니라 자칭 유대인이라 하는 자들의 훼방도 아노니 실상은 유대인이 아니요 사단의 회라
(Rv 2:9, NKJV) "I know your works, tribulation, and poverty (but you are rich); and I know the blasphemy of those who say they are Jews and are not, but are a synagogue of Satan.
(3) 큰 환난에서 나온자들.
(계 7:9-17, 개역) [9] 이 일 후에 내가 보니 각 나라와 족속과 백성과 방언에서 아무라도 능히 셀 수 없는 큰 무리가 흰 옷을 입고 손에 종려 가지를 들고 보좌 앞과 어린 양 앞에 서서 [10] 큰 소리로 외쳐 가로되 구원하심이 보좌에 앉으신 우리 하나님과 어린 양에게 있도다 하니 [11] 모든 천사가 보좌와 장로들과 네 생물의 주위에 섰다가 보좌 앞에 엎드려 얼굴을 대고 하나님께 경배하여 [12] 가로되 아멘 찬송과 영광과 지혜와 감사와 존귀와 능력과 힘이 우리 하나님께 세세토록 있을지로다 아멘 하더라 [13] 장로 중에 하나가 응답하여 내게 이르되 이 흰 옷 입은 자들이 누구며 또 어디서 왔느뇨 [14] 내가 가로되 내 주여 당신이 알리이다 하니 그가 나더러 이르되 이는 큰 환난에서 나오는 자들인데 어린 양의 피에 그 옷을 씻어 희게 하였느니라 [15] 그러므로 그들이 하나님의 보좌 앞에 있고 또 그의 성전에서 밤낮 하나님을 섬기매 보좌에 앉으신 이가 그들 위에 장막을 치시리니 [16] 저희가 다시 주리지도 아니하며 목마르지도 아니하고 해나 아무 뜨거운 기운에 상하지 아니할지니 [17] 이는 보좌 가운데 계신 어린 양이 저희의 목자가 되사 생명수 샘으로 인도하시고 하나님께서 저희 눈에서 모든 눈물을 씻어 주실 것임이러라

[15] "Therefore they are before the throne of God, and serve Him day and night in His temple. And He who sits on the throne will dwell among them. [16] "They shall neither hunger anymore nor thirst anymore; the sun shall not strike them, nor any heat; [17] "for the Lamb who is in the midst of the throne will shepherd them and lead them to living fountains of waters. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes."
(4) 정절을 지킨자들.
(계 14:1-5, 개역) [1] 또 내가 보니 어린 양이 시온 산에 섰고 그와 함께 십사만 사천이 섰는데 그 이마에 어린 양의 이름과 그 아버지의 이름을 쓴 것이 있도다 [2] 내가 하늘에서 나는 소리를 들으니 많은 물소리도 같고 큰 뇌성도 같은데 내게 들리는 소리는 거문고 타는 자들의 그 거문고 타는 것 같더라 [3] 저희가 보좌와 네 생물과 장로들 앞에서 새 노래를 부르니 땅에서 구속함을 얻은 십사만 사천 인 밖에는 능히 이 노래를 배울 자가 없더라 [4] 이 사람들은 여자로 더불어 더럽히지 아니하고 정절이 있는 자라 어린 양이 어디로 인도하든지 따라가는 자며 사람 가운데서 구속을 받아 처음 익은 열매로 하나님과 어린 양에게 속한 자들이니 [5] 그 입에 거짓말이 없고 흠이 없는 자들이더라
(계 14:1-5, NKJV) [1] Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father's name written on their foreheads. [2] And I heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder. And I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps. [3] They sang as it were a new song before the throne, before the four living creatures, and the elders; and no one could learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth. [4] These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, being firstfruits to God and to the Lamb. [5] And in their mouth was found no deceit, for they are without fault before the throne of God.
(5) 시므온과 안나.

[36] Now there was one, Anna, a prophetess, the daughter of Phanuel, of the tribe of Asher. She was of a great age, and had lived with a husband seven years from her virginity; [37] and this woman was a widow of about eighty-four years, who did not depart from the temple, but served God with fastings and prayers night and day. [38] And coming in that instant she gave thanks to the Lord, and spoke of Him to all those who looked for redemption in Jerusalem.
(6) 오직 새로 지으심을 받은자 뿐이라.
(갈 6:15, 개역) 할례나 무할례가 아무 것도 아니로되 오직 새로 지으심을 받은 자뿐이니라
(Gl 6:15, NKJV) For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision avails anything, but a new creation.
(7) 마음과 귀에 할례받은 자들
(행 7:51-53, 개역) [51] 목이 곧고 마음과 귀에 할례를 받지 못한 사람들아 너희가 항상 성령을 거스려 너희 조상과 같이 너희도 하는도다 [52] 너희 조상들은 선지자 중에 누구를 핍박지 아니하였느냐 의인이 오시리라 예고한 자들을 저희가 죽였고 이제 너희는 그 의인을 잡아준 자요 살인한 자가 되나니 [53] 너희가 천사의 전한 율법을 받고도 지키지 아니하였도다 하니라
(행 7:51-53, NKJV) [51] "You stiffnecked and uncircumcised in heart and ears! You always resist the Holy Spirit; as your fathers did, so do you. [52] "Which of the prophets did your fathers not persecute? And they killed those who foretold the coming of the Just One, of whom you now have become the betrayers and murderers, [53] "who have received the law by the direction of angels and have not kept it."
(8) 고넬료 가정
(행 10:34-35, 개역) [34] 베드로가 입을 열어 가로되 내가 참으로 하나님은 사람의 외모를 취하지 아니하시고 [35] 각 나라 중 하나님을 경외하며 의를 행하는 사람은 하나님이 받으시는 줄 깨달았도다
(행 10:34-35, NKJV) [34] Then Peter opened his mouth and said： "In truth I perceive that God shows no partiality. [35] "But in every nation whoever fears Him and works righteousness is accepted by Him.
(9) 하나님의 계명을 지키는 것이 중요함.
(고전 7:18-19, 개역) [18] 할례자로 부르심을 받은 자가 있느냐 무할례자가 되지 말며 무할례자로 부르심을 받은 자가 있느냐 할례를 받지 말라 [19] 할례 받는 것도 아무 것도 아니요 할례 받지 아니하는 것도 아무 것도 아니로되 오직 하나님의 계명을 지킬 따름이니라
(고전 7:18-19, NKJV) [18] Was anyone called while circumcised? Let him not become uncircumcised. Was anyone called while uncircumcised? Let him not be circumcised. [19] Circumcision is nothing and uncircumcision is nothing, but keeping the commandments of God is what matters.

[31] Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, "If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. [32] "And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free."
(2) 주님께 붙어있음.
(요 15:1-8, 개역) [1] 내가 참 포도나무요 내 아버지는 그 농부라 [2] 무릇 내게 있어 과실을 맺지 아니하는 가지는 아버지께서 이를 제해 버리시고 무릇 과실을 맺는 가지는 더 과실을 맺게 하려 하여 이를 깨끗케 하시느니라 [3] 너희는 내가 일러 준 말로 이미 깨끗하였으니 [4] 내 안에 거하라 나도 너희 안에 거하리라 가지가 포도나무에 붙어 있지 아니하면 절로 과실을 맺을 수 없음 같이 너희도 내 안에 있지 아니하면 그러하리라 [5] 나는 포도나무요 너희는 가지니 저가 내 안에, 내가 저 안에 있으면 이 사람은 과실을 많이 맺나니 나를 떠나서는 너희가 아무 것도 할 수 없음이라 [6] 사람이 내 안에 거하지 아니하면 가지처럼 밖에 버리워 말라지나니 사람들이 이것을 모아다가 불에 던져 사르느니라 [7] 너희가 내 안에 거하고 내 말이 너희 안에 거하면 무엇이든지 원하는 대로 구하라 그리하면 이루리라 [8] 너희가 과실을 많이 맺으면 내 아버지께서 영광을 받으실 것이요 너희가 내 제자가 되리라

He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing. [6] "If anyone does not abide in Me, he is cast out as a branch and is withered; and they gather them and throw them into the fire, and they are burned. [7] "If you abide in Me, and My words abide in you, you will ask what you desire, and it shall be done for you. [8] "By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.
(3) 주님을 사랑함.
(요 21:15, 개역) 저희가 조반 먹은 후에 예수께서 시몬 베드로에게 이르시되 요한의 아들 시몬아 네가 이 사람들보다 나를 더 사랑하느냐 하시니 가로되 주여 그러하외다 내가 주를 사랑하는 줄 주께서 아시나이다 가라사대 내 어린 양을 먹이라 하시고
(Jn 21:15, NKJV) So when they had eaten breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, "Simon, son of Jonah, do you love Me more than these?" He said to Him, "Yes, Lord; You know that I love You." He said to him, "Feed My lambs."
(고전 16:22, 개역) 만일 누구든지 주를 사랑하지 아니하거든 저주를 받을지어다 주께서 임하시느니라
(1Co 16:22, NKJV) If anyone does not love the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be accursed. O Lord, come!

[2] The LORD is my rock and my fortress and my deliverer; My God, my strength, in whom I will trust; My shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
(4) 충성을 다함.
(고전 4:1-2, 개역) [1] 사람이 마땅히 우리를 그리스도의 일꾼이요 하나님의 비밀을 맡은 자로 여길지어다 [2] 그리고 맡은 자들에게 구할 것은 충성이니라
(고전 4:1-2, NKJV) [1] Let a man so consider us, as servants of Christ and stewards of the mysteries of God. [2] Moreover it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.
(계 2:10, 개역) 네가 장차 받을 고난을 두려워 말라 볼지어다 마귀가 장차 너희 가운데서 몇 사람을 옥에 던져 시험을 받게 하리니 너희가 십 일 동안 환난을 받으리라 네가 죽도록 충성하라 그리하면 내가 생명의 면류관을 네게 주리라
(Rv 2:10, NKJV) "Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
(5) 주님을 닮아감.
(갈 5:22-24, 개역) [22] 오직 성령의 열매는 사랑과 희락과 화평과 오래 참음과 자비와 양선과 충성과 [23] 온유와 절제니 이같은 것을 금지할 법이 없느니라 [24] 그리스도 예수의 사람들은 육체와 함께 그 정과 욕심을 십자가에 못 박았느니라
(갈 5:22-24, NKJV) [22] But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, [23] gentleness, self-control. Against such there is no law. [24] And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
(엡 4:13, 개역) 우리가 다 하나님의 아들을 믿는 것과 아는 일에 하나가 되어 온전한 사람을 이루어 그리스도의 장성한 분량이 충만한 데까지 이르리니
(Eph 4:13, NKJV) till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ;
(롬 8:29, 개역) 하나님이 미리 아신 자들로 또한 그 아들의 형상을 본받게 하기 위하여 미리 정하셨으니 이는 그로 많은 형제 중에서 맏아들이 되게 하려 하심이니라
(Rm 8:29, NKJV) For whom He foreknew, He also predestined to be conformed to the image of His Son, that He might be the firstborn among many brethren.
(6) 주님께 배움.
(마 11:28-29, 개역) [28] 수고하고 무거운 짐진 자들아 다 내게로 오라 내가 너희를 쉬게 하리라 [29] 나는 마음이 온유하고 겸손하니 나의 멍에를 메고 내게 배우라 그러면 너희 마음이 쉼을 얻으리니
(마 11:28-29, NKJV) [28] "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
(7) 주님께 충성 순종을 다함.
(눅 9:23, 개역) 또 무리에게 이르시되 아무든지 나를 따라 오려거든 자기를 부인하고 날마다 제 십자가를 지고 나를 좇을 것이니라
(Lk 9:23, NKJV) Then He said to them all, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross daily, and follow Me.
(8) 열매를 맺어야 함.
(마 7:16-20, 개역) [16] 그의 열매로 그들을 알찌니 가시나무에서 포도를 또는 엉겅퀴에서 무화과를 따겠느냐 [17] 이와 같이 좋은 나무마다 아름다운 열매를 맺고 못된 나무가 나쁜 열매를 맺나니 [18] 좋은 나무가 나쁜 열매를 맺을 수 없고 못된 나무가 아름다운 열매를 맺을 수 없느니라 [19] 아름다운 열매를 맺지 아니하는 나무마다 찍혀 불에 던지우느니라 [20] 이러므로 그의 열매로 그들을 알리라
(마 7:16-20, NKJV) [16] "You will know them by their fruits. Do men gather grapes from thornbushes or figs from thistles? [17] "Even so, every good tree bears good fruit, but a bad tree bears bad fruit. [18] "A good tree cannot bear bad fruit, nor can a bad tree bear good fruit. [19] "Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. [20] "Therefore by their fruits you will know them.
(9) 뒤를 돌아 보지 않음.
(눅 9:62, 개역) 예수께서 이르시되 손에 쟁기를 잡고 뒤를 돌아보는 자는 하나님의 나라에 합당치 아니하니라 하시니라
(Lk 9:62, NKJV) But Jesus said to him, "No one, having put his hand to the plow, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God."
(10) 십자가에 못밖힌자.
(갈 2:20, 개역) 내가 그리스도와 함께 십자가에 못 박혔나니 그런즉 이제는 내가 산 것이 아니요 오직 내 안에 그리스도께서 사신 것이라 이제 내가 육체 가운데 사는 것은 나를 사랑하사 나를 위하여 자기 몸을 버리신 하나님의 아들을 믿는 믿음 안에서 사는 것이라
(Gl 2:20, NKJV) "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.
(갈 5:24, 개역) 그리스도 예수의 사람들은 육체와 함께 그 정과 욕심을 십자가에 못 박았느니라
(Gl 5:24, NKJV) And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
(갈 6:14, 개역) 그러나 내게는 우리 주 예수 그리스도의 십자가 외에 결코 자랑할 것이 없으니 그리스도로 말미암아 세상이 나를 대하여 십자가에 못 박히고 내가 또한 세상을 대하여 그러하니라
(Gl 6:14, NKJV) But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
(11) 오직 예수로 사는 자들.
(빌 1:18-21, 개역) [18] 그러면 무엇이뇨 외모로 하나 참으로 하나 무슨 방도로 하든지 전파되는 것은 그리스도니 이로써 내가 기뻐하고 또한 기뻐하리라 [19] 이것이 너희 간구와 예수 그리스도의 성령의 도우심으로 내 구원에 이르게 할 줄 아는 고로 [20] 나의 간절한 기대와 소망을 따라 아무 일에든지 부끄럽지 아니하고 오직 전과 같이 이제도 온전히 담대하여 살든지 죽든지 내 몸에서 그리스도가 존귀히 되게 하려 하나니 [21] 이는 내게 사는 것이 그리스도니 죽는 것도 유익함이니라
(빌 1:18-21, NKJV) [18] What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is preached; and in this I rejoice, yes, and will rejoice. [19] For I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through your prayer and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, [20] according to my earnest expectation and hope that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life or by death. (12) 순교자의 믿음.
(롬 14:7-8, 개역) [7] 우리 중에 누구든지 자기를 위하여 사는 자가 없고 자기를 위하여 죽는 자도 없도다 [8] 우리가 살아도 주를 위하여 살고 죽어도 주를 위하여 죽나니 그러므로 사나 죽으나 우리가 주의 것이로라
(롬 14:7-8, NKJV) [7] For none of us lives to himself, and no one dies to himself. [8] For if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord's.
(계 20:4, 개역) 또 내가 보좌들을 보니 거기 앉은 자들이 있어 심판하는 권세를 받았더라 또 내가 보니 예수의 증거와 하나님의 말씀을 인하여 목 베임을 받은 자의 영혼들과 또 짐승과 그의 우상에게 경배하지도 아니하고 이마와 손에 그의 표를 받지도 아니한 자들이 살아서 그리스도로 더불어 천 년 동안 왕 노릇 하니
(Rv 20:4, NKJV) And I saw thrones, and they sat on them, and judgment was committed to them. Then I saw the souls of those who had been beheaded for their witness to Jesus and for the word of God, who had not worshiped the beast or his image, and had not received his mark on their foreheads or on their hands. And they lived and reigned with Christ for a thousand years.
(13) 주님을 갈망함.
(시 27:1-4, 개역) [1] [다윗의 시] 여호와는 나의 빛이요 나의 구원이시니 내가 누구를 두려워하리요 여호와는 내 생명의 능력이시니 내가 누구를 무서워하리요 [2] 나의 대적, 나의 원수된 행악자가 내 살을 먹으려고 내게로 왔다가 실족하여 넘어졌도다 [3] 군대가 나를 대적하여 진 칠지라도 내 마음이 두렵지 아니하며 전쟁이 일어나 나를 치려 할지라도 내가 오히려 안연하리로다 [4] 내가 여호와께 청하였던 한 가지 일 곧 그것을 구하리니 곧 나로 내 생전에 여호와의 집에 거하여 여호와의 아름다움을 앙망하며 그 전에서 사모하게 하실 것이라

[2] My soul thirsts for God, for the living God. When shall I come and appear before God? [3] My tears have been my food day and night, While they continually say to me, "Where is your God?"
(14) 사람 보다 주님을 더 기쁘시게 함
(살전 2:4, 개역) 오직 하나님의 옳게 여기심을 입어 복음 전할 부탁을 받았으니 우리가 이와 같이 말함은 사람을 기쁘게 하려 함이 아니요 오직 우리 마음을 감찰하시는 하나님을 기쁘시게 하려 함이라
(1Th 2:4, NKJV) But as we have been approved by God to be entrusted with the gospel, even so we speak, not as pleasing men, but God who tests our hearts.
(고후 5:9, 개역) 그런즉 우리는 거하든지 떠나든지 주를 기쁘시게 하는 자가 되기를 힘쓰노라
(2Co 5:9, NKJV) Therefore we make it our aim, whether present or absent, to be well pleasing to Him.
(엡 5:10, 개역) 주께 기쁘시게 할 것이 무엇인가 시험하여 보라

사랑하는 성도 여러분,
오늘날 시대가 어지럽습니다.
신학적으로 사상적으로 혼돈의 시대입니다.
이런 때에 우리는 진리에 굳게 서야 합니다.
유대인들은 자랑이 많았지만 거기에 맞는 삶은 없었습니다.
가짜입니다.
우리들도 인격과 삶에 주님을 닮은 모습에서 벗어나 있는지 점검해야 합니다.
하나님의 이름이 나 때문에 오히려 모독을 받고 있는 것은 아닙니까?
우리는 하나님의 영광을 위하여 살아야 합니다.
거짓을 벗어버리고 빛과 소금이 되어야 합니다.
각종 외식을 벗어 버려야 합니다.
교만을 버리고 겸손해야 합니다.
하나님의 은혜로 살고 있음을 알아야 합니다.
감사해야 합니다.
하나님의 아들 독생자 예수그리스도께서 십자가에서 죽으시기 까지 나를 사랑하신 그 놀라운 은혜와 사랑에 합당한 삶을 살아야 합니다.
진정한 예수님의 제자가 되어야 합니다.
주님을 사랑하고 날마다 자기를 부인하고 십자가를 지고 주님을 따라야 합니다.
그것이 가장 값진일이요 영원히 남는 일이며 사명입니다.
오늘도, 사람들의 눈치를 보면서 외식과 형식과 체면과 정욕에 져서 미지근한 제자가 되지 말고 진정으로 주님을 위해 살고 죽는 진저한 예수님의 제자가 되어 끝까지 충성을 다하는 복된 우리 모두가 될수 있기를 우리주 예수 그리스도의 이름으로 간절히 축원합니다. 아멘!
