<거룩하신 하나님과 죄인들>

(롬 1:18-32, 개역) [18] 하나님의 진노가 불의로 진리를 막는 사람들의 모든 경건치 않음과 불의에 대하여 하늘로 좇아 나타나나니 [19] 이는 하나님을 알 만한 것이 저희 속에 보임이라 하나님께서 이를 저희에게 보이셨느니라 [20] 창세로부터 그의 보이지 아니하는 것들 곧 그의 영원하신 능력과 신성이 그 만드신 만물에 분명히 보여 알게 되나니 그러므로 저희가 핑계치 못할지니라 [21] 하나님을 알되 하나님으로 영화롭게도 아니하며 감사치도 아니하고 오히려 그 생각이 허망하여지며 미련한 마음이 어두워졌나니 [22] 스스로 지혜 있다 하나 우준하게 되어 [23] 썩어지지 아니하는 하나님의 영광을 썩어질 사람과 금수와 버러지 형상의 우상으로 바꾸었느니라 [24] 그러므로 하나님께서 저희를 마음의 정욕대로 더러움에 내어 버려두사 저희 몸을 서로 욕되게 하셨으니 [25] 이는 저희가 하나님의 진리를 거짓 것으로 바꾸어 피조물을 조물주보다 더 경배하고 섬김이라 주는 곧 영원히 찬송할 이시로다 아멘 [26] 이를 인하여 하나님께서 저희를 부끄러운 욕심에 내어 버려 두셨으니 곧 저희 여인들도 순리대로 쓸 것을 바꾸어 역리로 쓰며 [27] 이와 같이 남자들도 순리대로 여인 쓰기를 버리고 서로 향하여 음욕이 불 일듯 하매 남자가 남자로 더불어 부끄러운 일을 행하여 저희의 그릇됨에 상당한 보응을 그 자신에 받았느니라 [28] 또한 저희가 마음에 하나님 두기를 싫어하매 하나님께서 저희를 그 상실한 마음대로 내어 버려 두사 합당치 못한 일을 하게 하셨으니 [29] 곧 모든 불의, 추악, 탐욕, 악의가 가득한 자요 시기, 살인, 분쟁, 사기, 악독이 가득한 자요 수군수군 하는 자요 [30] 비방하는 자요 하나님의 미워하시는 자요 능욕하는 자요 교만한 자요 자랑하는 자요 악을 도모하는 자요 부모를 거역하는 자요 [31] 우매한 자요 배약하는 자요 무정한 자요 무자비한 자라 [32] 저희가 이같은 일을 행하는 자는 사형에 해당하다고 하나님의 정하심을 알고도 자기들만 행할 뿐 아니라 또한 그 일을 행하는 자를 옳다 하느니라

(롬 1:18-32, NKJV) [18] For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, [19] because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. [20] For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, [21] because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. [22] Professing to be wise, they became fools, [23] and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man--and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things. [24] Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves, [25] who exchanged the truth of God for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen. [26] For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature. [27] Likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust for one another, men with men committing what is shameful, and receiving in themselves the penalty of their error which was due. [28] And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting; [29] being filled with all unrighteousness, sexual immorality, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, strife, deceit, evil-mindedness; they are whisperers, [30] backbiters, haters of God, violent, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, [31] undiscerning, untrustworthy, unloving, unforgiving, unmerciful; [32] who, knowing the righteous judgment of God, that those who practice such things are deserving of death, not only do the same but also approve of those who practice them.

 

오늘 본문은 하나님의 진노라는 말씀으로 시작합니다.

복음에는 하나님의 의가 나타나고 믿음에서 믿음으로 살게 된다고 말씀하였는데 갑자기 라는 생각이 듭니다. 그것은 하나님은 의로우신 분이시며 인간이 각종 죄악에 빠져 있기 때문에 절대로 자신의 힘으로 의롭게 되어 구원을 받을수 없기에 하나님의 진노아래 처해 있음을 강조하기 위함입니다.

창조자 하나님의 각종 능력과 신성이 우주만물을 통하여 나타나 있는데도 인간들은 하나님의 존재를 인식할 수밖에 없음에도 무시하고 감사와 영광을 돌리지 않아 하나님의 진노하심에 처해 있습니다. 더 나가서 인간들은 창조자 하나님을 무시하고 각종 우상을 섬김으로 하나님의 진노아래 있게 되었습니다. 인간은 무엇을 섬기든지 그 섬기는 것을 닮아가게 되어 있습니다. 그러므로 자연히 각종 죄악에 빠지게 됩니다. 성적인 죄악 뿐만아니라 여러 가지 하나님이 싫어하시는 죄악을 열거하고 있습니다. 결과적으로 인간은 죄악된 존재이며 거룩하신 하나님의 진노아래 있다는 것입니다. 하나님의 존재를 인식하면서도 죄악가운데 살게 된 것이 인간의 비극입니다. 죄의 종이 되어 죄악에서 벗어날 수 없는 상태가 된것입나다. 하나님이 받아 들일수 있는 상태 하나님을 만날 수 있는 의로운 상태가 되어야 구원입니다. 하나님을 만나고 아는 것이 구원인데 아담과 하와의 타락이래로 죄가 이 세상에 들어와 인간은 하나님을 만날 수 없게 된것입니다.

하나님과 인간사이에는 하나님의 진노하심이 머무르게 되었고 누군가 화해자가 나타나야만 하는 상태가 된것입니다. 여기서 예수그리스도 하나님의 아들의 복음이 나옵니다. 예수님이 이 세상에 죄없는 인간으로 오셔서 자신을 완전한 화목제로 바치심으로 인간을 대신하여 죄값을 치루어 주셨습니다. 결국 하나님과 인간 사이에 진노대신 화평이 찾아 온것입니다. 누구든지 예수님을 믿으면 의롭다하심을 얻고 죄사함을 얻게 되며 살아계신 하나님을 만나는 축복을 누리게 됩니다.

오늘 본문의 주제는 거룩하신 하나님과 죄악된 인간입니다. 왜 구원이 필요한가 왜 구원자가 필요한가를 설명해 주시는 말씀입니다. 인간의 영적인 상태를 잘알아서 더욱 하나님의 크신 은혜와 사랑과 구원에 감사하면서 충성ㅇ를 다하는 우리 모두가 될수 있기를 주님의 이름으로 축원합니다.

 

1. 창조자 하나님.

(1) 신성이 만물에 나타남

(시 19:1-6, 개역) [1] [다윗의 시, 영장으로 한 노래] 하늘이 하나님의 영광을 선포하고 궁창이 그 손으로 하신 일을 나타내는도다 [2] 날은 날에게 말하고 밤은 밤에게 지식을 전하니 [3] 언어가 없고 들리는 소리도 없으나 [4] 그 소리가 온 땅에 통하고 그 말씀이 세계 끝까지 이르도다 하나님이 해를 위하여 하늘에 장막을 베푸셨도다 [5] 해는 그 방에서 나오는 신랑과 같고 그 길을 달리기 기뻐하는 장사 같아서 [6] 하늘 이 끝에서 나와서 하늘 저 끝까지 운행함이여 그 온기에서 피하여 숨은 자 없도다

(시 19:1-6, NKJV) [1] To the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. The heavens declare the glory of God; And the firmament shows His handiwork. [2] Day unto day utters speech, And night unto night reveals knowledge. [3] There is no speech nor language Where their voice is not heard. [4] Their line has gone out through all the earth, And their words to the end of the world. In them He has set a tabernacle for the sun, [5] Which is like a bridegroom coming out of his chamber, And rejoices like a strong man to run its race. [6] Its rising is from one end of heaven, And its circuit to the other end; And there is nothing hidden from its heat.

 

(롬 1:20, 개역) 창세로부터 그의 보이지 아니하는 것들 곧 그의 영원하신 능력과 신성이 그 만드신 만물에 분명히 보여 알게 되나니 그러므로 저희가 핑계치 못할지니라

(2) 자연계시

(암 9:5-6, 개역) [5] 주 만군의 여호와는 땅을 만져 녹게 하사 무릇 거기 거한 자로 애통하게 하시며 그 온 땅으로 하수의 넘침 같이 솟아오르며 애굽 강 같이 낮아지게 하시는 자요 [6] 그 전을 하늘에 세우시며 그 궁창의 기초를 땅에 두시며 바다 물을 불러 지면에 쏟으시는 자니 그 이름은 여호와시니라

(암 9:5-6, NKJV) [5] The Lord GOD of hosts, He who touches the earth and it melts, And all who dwell there mourn; All of it shall swell like the River, And subside like the River of Egypt. [6] He who builds His layers in the sky, And has founded His strata in the earth; Who calls for the waters of the sea, And pours them out on the face of the earth--The LORD is His name.

 

(욥 26:7-14, 개역) [7] 그는 북편 하늘을 허공에 펴시며 땅을 공간에 다시며 [8] 물을 빽빽한 구름에 싸시나 그 밑의 구름이 찢어지지 아니하느니라 [9] 그는 자기의 보좌 앞을 가리우시고 자기 구름으로 그 위에 펴시며 [10] 수면에 경계를 그으셨으되 빛과 어두움의 지경까지 한정을 세우셨느니라 [11] 그가 꾸짖으신즉 하늘 기둥이 떨며 놀라느니라 [12] 그는 권능으로 바다를 흉용케 하시며 지혜로 라합을 쳐서 파하시며 [13] 그 신으로 하늘을 단장하시고 손으로 날랜 뱀을 찌르시나니 [14] 이런 것은 그 행사의 시작점이요 우리가 그에게 대하여 들은 것도 심히 세미한 소리뿐이니라 그 큰 능력의 우뢰야 누가 능히 측량하랴

(욥 26:7-14, NKJV) [7] He stretches out the north over empty space; He hangs the earth on nothing. [8] He binds up the water in His thick clouds, Yet the clouds are not broken under it. [9] He covers the face of His throne, And spreads His cloud over it. [10] He drew a circular horizon on the face of the waters, At the boundary of light and darkness. [11] The pillars of heaven tremble, And are astonished at His rebuke. [12] He stirs up the sea with His power, And by His understanding He breaks up the storm. [13] By His Spirit He adorned the heavens; His hand pierced the fleeing serpent. [14] Indeed these are the mere edges of His ways, And how small a whisper we hear of Him! But the thunder of His power who can understand?"

 

(3) 핑계할수 없다.

(롬 1:20, 개역) 창세로부터 그의 보이지 아니하는 것들 곧 그의 영원하신 능력과 신성이 그 만드신 만물에 분명히 보여 알게 되나니 그러므로 저희가 핑계치 못할지니라

(4) 볼수 없는 하나님 출 33:17-23

(출 33:17-23, 개역) [17] 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 너의 말하는 이 일도 내가 하리니 너는 내 목전에 은총을 입었고 내가 이름으로도 너를 앎이니라 [18] 모세가 가로되 원컨대 주의 영광을 내게 보이소서 [19] 여호와께서 가라사대 내가 나의 모든 선한 형상을 네 앞으로 지나게 하고 여호와의 이름을 네 앞에 반포하리라 나는 은혜 줄 자에게 은혜를 주고 긍휼히 여길 자에게 긍휼을 베푸느니라 [20] 또 가라사대 네가 내 얼굴을 보지 못하리니 나를 보고 살 자가 없음이니라 [21] 여호와께서 가라사대 보라 내 곁에 한 곳이 있으니 너는 그 반석 위에 섰으라 [22] 내 영광이 지날 때에 내가 너를 반석 틈에 두고 내가 지나도록 내 손으로 너를 덮었다가 [23] 손을 거두리니 네가 내 등을 볼 것이요 얼굴은 보지 못하리라

(출 33:17-23, NKJV) [17] So the LORD said to Moses, "I will also do this thing that you have spoken; for you have found grace in My sight, and I know you by name." [18] And he said, "Please, show me Your glory." [19] Then He said, "I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the name of the LORD before you. I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have compassion on whom I will have compassion." [20] But He said, "You cannot see My face; for no man shall see Me, and live." [21] And the LORD said, "Here is a place by Me, and you shall stand on the rock. [22] "So it shall be, while My glory passes by, that I will put you in the cleft of the rock, and will cover you with My hand while I pass by. [23] "Then I will take away My hand, and you shall see My back; but My face shall not be seen."

 

(5) 본사람이 없는 하나님

(요 1:18, 개역) 본래 하나님을 본 사람이 없으되 아버지 품 속에 있는 독생하신 하나님이 나타내셨느니라

(Jn 1:18, NKJV) No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him.

 

(6) 만세의 왕 하나님

(딤전 1:16-17, 개역) [16] 그러나 내가 긍휼을 입은 까닭은 예수 그리스도께서 내게 먼저 일절 오래 참으심을 보이사 후에 주를 믿어 영생 얻는 자들에게 본이 되게 하려 하심이니라 [17] 만세의 왕 곧 썩지 아니하고 보이지 아니하고 홀로 하나이신 하나님께 존귀와 영광이 세세토록 있을지이다 아멘

(딤전 1:16-17, NKJV) [16] However, for this reason I obtained mercy, that in me first Jesus Christ might show all longsuffering, as a pattern to those who are going to believe on Him for everlasting life. [17] Now to the King eternal, immortal, invisible, to God who alone is wise, be honor and glory forever and ever. Amen.

 

(7) 하나님의 말씀으로

(히 11:1-3, 개역) [1] 믿음은 바라는 것들의 실상이요 보지 못하는 것들의 증거니 [2] 선진들이 이로써 증거를 얻었느니라 [3] 믿음으로 모든 세계가 하나님의 말씀으로 지어진 줄을 우리가 아나니 보이는 것은 나타난 것으로 말미암아 된 것이 아니니라

(히 11:1-3, NKJV) [1] Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. [2] For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. [3] By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible.

 

(8) 하나님의 형상

(창 1:26-28, 개역) [26] 하나님이 가라사대 우리의 형상을 따라 우리의 모양대로 우리가 사람을 만들고 그로 바다의 고기와 공중의 새와 육축과 온 땅과 땅에 기는 모든 것을 다스리게 하자 하시고 [27] 하나님이 자기 형상 곧 하나님의 형상대로 사람을 창조하시되 남자와 여자를 창조하시고 [28] 하나님이 그들에게 복을 주시며 그들에게 이르시되 생육하고 번성하여 땅에 충만하라, 땅을 정복하라, 바다의 고기와 공중의 새와 땅에 움직이는 모든 생물을 다스리라 하시니라

(창 1:26-28, NKJV) [26] Then God said, "Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth." [27] So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them. [28] Then God blessed them, and God said to them, "Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over every living thing that moves on the earth."

 

(9) 보이지 않는 것 까지

(골 1:13-16, 개역) [13] 그가 우리를 흑암의 권세에서 건져내사 그의 사랑의 아들의 나라로 옮기셨으니 [14] 그 아들 안에서 우리가 구속 곧 죄 사함을 얻었도다 [15] 그는 보이지 아니하시는 하나님의 형상이요 모든 창조물보다 먼저 나신 자니 [16] 만물이 그에게 창조되되 하늘과 땅에서 보이는 것들과 보이지 않는 것들과 혹은 보좌들이나 주관들이나 정사들이나 권세들이나 만물이 다 그로 말미암고 그를 위하여 창조되었고

(골 1:13-16, NKJV) [13] He has delivered us from the power of darkness and conveyed us into the kingdom of the Son of His love, [14] in whom we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of sins. [15] He is the image of the invisible God, the firstborn over all creation. [16] For by Him all things were created that are in heaven and that are on earth, visible and invisible, whether thrones or dominions or principalities or powers. All things were created through Him and for Him.

 

(10) 예수님은 창조자

(요 1:1-5, 개역) [1] 태초에 말씀이 계시니라 이 말씀이 하나님과 함께 계셨으니 이 말씀은 곧 하나님이시니라 [2] 그가 태초에 하나님과 함께 계셨고 [3] 만물이 그로 말미암아 지은 바 되었으니 지은 것이 하나도 그가 없이는 된 것이 없느니라 [4] 그 안에 생명이 있었으니 이 생명은 사람들의 빛이라 [5] 빛이 어두움에 비취되 어두움이 깨닫지 못하더라

(요 1:1-5, NKJV) [1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [2] He was in the beginning with God. [3] All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. [4] In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. [5] And the light shines in the darkness, and the darkness did not comprehend it.

 

(11) 입기운으로 이루심

(시 33:6-8, 개역) [6] 여호와의 말씀으로 하늘이 지음이 되었으며 그 만상이 그 입기운으로 이루었도다 [7] 저가 바닷물을 모아 무더기 같이 쌓으시며 깊은 물을 곳간에 두시도다 [8] 온 땅은 여호와를 두려워하며 세계의 모든 거민은 그를 경외할지어다

(시 33:6-8, NKJV) [6] By the word of the LORD the heavens were made, And all the host of them by the breath of His mouth. [7] He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap; He lays up the deep in storehouses. [8] Let all the earth fear the LORD; Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of Him.

 

(12) 스스로 계신

(출 3:13-14, 개역) [13] 모세가 하나님께 고하되 내가 이스라엘 자손에게 가서 이르기를 너희 조상의 하나님이 나를 너희에게 보내셨다 하면 그들이 내게 묻기를 그의 이름이 무엇이냐 하리니 내가 무엇이라고 그들에게 말하리이까 [14] 하나님이 모세에게 이르시되 나는 스스로 있는 자니라 또 이르시되 너는 이스라엘 자손에게 이같이 이르기를 스스로 있는 자가 나를 너희에게 보내셨다 하라

(출 3:13-14, NKJV) [13] Then Moses said to God, "Indeed, when I come to the children of Israel and say to them, 'The God of your fathers has sent me to you,' and they say to me, 'What is His name?' what shall I say to them?" [14] And God said to Moses, "I AM WHO I AM." And He said, "Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, 'I AM has sent me to you.'"

[14] And God said to Moses, "I AM WHO I AM." And He said, "Thus you shall say to the children of Israel, 'I AM has sent me to you.'"

 

(13) 유일하신 하나님

(신 6:4-9, 개역) [4] 이스라엘아 들으라 우리 하나님 여호와는 오직 하나인 여호와시니 [5] 너는 마음을 다하고 성품을 다하고 힘을 다하여 네 하나님 여호와를 사랑하라 [6] 오늘날 내가 네게 명하는 이 말씀을 너는 마음에 새기고 [7] 네 자녀에게 부지런히 가르치며 집에 앉았을 때에든지 길에 행할 때에든지 누웠을 때에든지 일어날 때에든지 이 말씀을 강론할 것이며 [8] 너는 또 그것을 네 손목에 매어 기호를 삼으며 네 미간에 붙여 표를 삼고 [9] 또 네 집 문설주와 바깥 문에 기록할지니라

(신 6:4-9, NKJV) [4] "Hear, O Israel： The LORD our God, the LORD is one! [5] "You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your strength. [6] "And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. [7] "You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. [8] "You shall bind them as a sign on your hand, and they shall be as frontlets between your eyes. [9] "You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.

 

(사 45:21-22, 개역) [21] 너희는 고하며 진술하고 또 피차 상의하여 보라 이 일을 이전부터 보인 자가 누구냐 예로부터 고한 자가 누구냐 나 여호와가 아니냐 나 외에 다른 신이 없나니 나는 공의를 행하며 구원을 베푸는 하나님이라 나 외에 다른 이가 없느니라 [22] 땅 끝의 모든 백성아 나를 앙망하라 그리하며 구원을 얻으리라 나는 하나님이라 다른 이가 없음이니라

(사 45:21-22, NKJV) [21] Tell and bring forth your case; Yes, let them take counsel together. Who has declared this from ancient time? Who has told it from that time? Have not I, the LORD? And there is no other God besides Me, A just God and a Savior; There is none besides Me. [22] "Look to Me, and be saved, All you ends of the earth! For I am God, and there is no other.

 

(14) 육신으로 나타나신 신비

(딤전 3:16, 개역) 크도다 경건의 비밀이여 그렇지 않다 하는 이 없도다 그는 육신으로 나타난 바 되시고 영으로 의롭다 하심을 입으시고 천사들에게 보이시고 만국에서 전파되시고 세상에서 믿은 바 되시고 영광 가운데서 올리우셨음이니라

(1Tm 3:16, NKJV) And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness： God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.

 

2. 하나님을 영화롭게 하지 않음

(1) 인간창조의 목적.

(창 1:31, 개역) 하나님이 그 지으신 모든 것을 보시니 보시기에 심히 좋았더라 저녁이 되며 아침이 되니 이는 여섯째 날이니라

(Gn 1:31, NKJV) Then God saw everything that He had made, and indeed it was very good. So the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

 

(2) 찬송을 부르게 하기 위하여

(사 43:21, 개역) 이 백성은 내가 나를 위하여 지었나니 나의 찬송을 부르게 하려 함이니라

(Is 43:21, NKJV) This people I have formed for Myself; They shall declare My praise.

 

(3) 영광을 위하여

(사 43:7, 개역) 무릇 내 이름으로 일컫는 자 곧 내가 내 영광을 위하여 창조한 자를 오게 하라 그들을 내가 지었고 만들었느니라

(Is 43:7, NKJV) Everyone who is called by My name, Whom I have created for My glory; I have formed him, yes, I have made him."

 

(4) 타락함

(창 3:14-19, 개역) [14] 여호와 하나님이 뱀에게 이르시되 네가 이렇게 하였으니 네가 모든 육축과 들의 모든 짐승보다 더욱 저주를 받아 배로 다니고 종신토록 흙을 먹을지니라 [15] 내가 너로 여자와 원수가 되게 하고 너의 후손도 여자의 후손과 원수가 되게 하리니 여자의 후손은 네 머리를 상하게 할 것이요 너는 그의 발꿈치를 상하게 할 것이니라 하시고 [16] 또 여자에게 이르시되 내가 네게 잉태하는 고통을 크게 더하리니 네가 수고하고 자식을 낳을 것이며 너는 남편을 사모하고 남편은 너를 다스릴 것이니라 하시고 [17] 아담에게 이르시되 네가 네 아내의 말을 듣고 내가 너더러 먹지 말라 한 나무 실과를 먹었은즉 땅은 너로 인하여 저주를 받고 너는 종신토록 수고하여야 그 소산을 먹으리라 [18] 땅이 네게 가시덤불과 엉겅퀴를 낼 것이라 너의 먹을 것은 밭의 채소인즉 [19] 네가 얼굴에 땀이 흘러야 식물을 먹고 필경은 흙으로 돌아 가리니 그 속에서 네가 취함을 입었음이라 너는 흙이니 흙으로 돌아갈 것이니라 하시니라

(창 3:14-19, NKJV) [14] So the LORD God said to the serpent： "Because you have done this, You are cursed more than all cattle, And more than every beast of the field; On your belly you shall go, And you shall eat dust All the days of your life. [16] To the woman He said： "I will greatly multiply your sorrow and your conception; In pain you shall bring forth children; Your desire shall be for your husband, And he shall rule over you." (5) 감사가 없음

(롬 1:21, 개역) 하나님을 알되 하나님으로 영화롭게도 아니하며 감사치도 아니하고 오히려 그 생각이 허망하여지며 미련한 마음이 어두워졌나니

(Rm 1:21, NKJV) because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened.

 

(6) 생각이 어두워 짐

(고후 4:4-6, 개역) [4] 그 중에 이 세상 신이 믿지 아니하는 자들의 마음을 혼미케 하여 그리스도의 영광의 복음의 광채가 비취지 못하게 함이니 그리스도는 하나님의 형상이니라 [5] 우리가 우리를 전파하는 것이 아니라 오직 그리스도 예수의 주 되신 것과 또 예수를 위하여 우리가 너희의 종 된 것을 전파함이라 [6] 어두운 데서 빛이 비취리라 하시던 그 하나님께서 예수 그리스도의 얼굴에 있는 하나님의 영광을 아는 빛을 우리 마음에 비취셨느니라

(고후 4:4-6, NKJV) [4] whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them. [5] For we do not preach ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord, and ourselves your bondservants for Jesus' sake. [6] For it is the God who commanded light to shine out of darkness, who has shone in our hearts to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.

 

(7) 만물을 지으신 하나님

(계 4:11, 개역) 우리 주 하나님이여 영광과 존귀와 능력을 받으시는 것이 합당하오니 주께서 만물을 지으신지라 만물이 주의 뜻대로 있었고 또 지으심을 받았나이다 하더라

(Rv 4:11, NKJV) "You are worthy, O Lord, To receive glory and honor and power; For You created all things, And by Your will they exist and were created."

 

(8) 이적과 기사를 행하신 하나님

(신 4:34, 개역) 어떤 신이 와서 시험과 이적과 기사와 전쟁과 강한 손과 편 팔과 크게 두려운 일로 한 민족을 다른 민족에게서 인도하여 낸 일이 있느냐 이는 다 너희 하나님 여호와께서 애굽에서 너희를 위하여 너희의 목전에서 행하신 일이라

(Dt 4:34, NKJV) "Or did God ever try to go and take for Himself a nation from the midst of another nation, by trials, by signs, by wonders, by war, by a mighty hand and an outstretched arm, and by great terrors, according to all that the LORD your God did for you in Egypt before your eyes?

 

(9) 여호와 하나님의 영광

(출 16:9-12, 개역) [9] 모세가 또 아론에게 이르되 이스라엘 자손의 온 회중에게 명하기를 여호와께 가까이 나아오라 여호와께서 너희의 원망함을 들으셨느니라 하라 [10] 아론이 이스라엘 자손의 온 회중에게 말하매 그들이 광야를 바라보니 여호와의 영광이 구름 속에 나타나더라 [11] 여호와께서 모세에게 일러 가라사대 [12] 내가 이스라엘 자손의 원망함을 들었노라 그들에게 고하여 이르기를 너희가 해 질 때에는 고기를 먹고 아침에는 떡으로 배부르리니 나는 여호와 너희의 하나님인 줄 알리라 하라 하시니라

(출 16:9-12, NKJV) [9] Then Moses spoke to Aaron, "Say to all the congregation of the children of Israel, 'Come near before the LORD, for He has heard your complaints.'" [10] Now it came to pass, as Aaron spoke to the whole congregation of the children of Israel, that they looked toward the wilderness, and behold, the glory of the LORD appeared in the cloud. [11] And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, [12] "I have heard the complaints of the children of Israel. Speak to them, saying, 'At twilight you shall eat meat, and in the morning you shall be filled with bread. And you shall know that I am the LORD your God.'"

(13) 영광으로 나타나심 레9:6, 23,민 14:10,16:19-20,

(레 9:6, 개역) 모세가 가로되 이는 여호와께서 너희에게 하라고 명하신 것이니 여호와의 영광이 너희에게 나타나리라

(Lv 9:6, NKJV) Then Moses said, "This is the thing which the LORD commanded you to do, and the glory of the LORD will appear to you."

 

(민 14:10, 개역) 온 회중이 그들을 돌로 치려하는 동시에 여호와의 영광이 회막에서 이스라엘 모든 자손에게 나타나시니라

(Nm 14:10, NKJV) And all the congregation said to stone them with stones. Now the glory of the LORD appeared in the tabernacle of meeting before all the children of Israel.

 

(14) 하나님의 영광

(시 72:19, 개역) 그 영화로운 이름을 영원히 찬송할지어다 온 땅에 그 영광이 충만할찌어다 아멘 아멘

(Ps 72:19, NKJV) And blessed be His glorious name forever! And let the whole earth be filled with His glory. Amen and Amen.

 

(시 102:15-16, 개역) [15] 이에 열방이 여호와의 이름을 경외하며 세계 열왕이 주의 영광을 경외하리니 [16] 대저 여호와께서 시온을 건설하시고 그 영광 중에 나타나셨음이라

(시 102:15-16, NKJV) [15] So the nations shall fear the name of the LORD, And all the kings of the earth Your glory. [16] For the LORD shall build up Zion; He shall appear in His glory.

 

(계 22:1-5, 개역) [1] 또 저가 수정 같이 맑은 생명수의 강을 내게 보이니 하나님과 및 어린 양의 보좌로부터 나서 [2] 길 가운데로 흐르더라 강 좌우에 생명나무가 있어 열두 가지 실과를 맺히되 달마다 그 실과를 맺히고 그 나무 잎사귀들은 만국을 소성하기 위하여 있더라 [3] 다시 저주가 없으며 하나님과 그 어린 양의 보좌가 그 가운데 있으리니 그의 종들이 그를 섬기며 [4] 그의 얼굴을 볼 터이요 그의 이름도 저희 이마에 있으리라 [5] 다시 밤이 없겠고 등불과 햇빛이 쓸 데 없으니 이는 주 하나님이 저희에게 비취심이라 저희가 세세토록 왕 노릇 하리로다

(계 22:1-5, NKJV) [1] And he showed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding from the throne of God and of the Lamb. [2] In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. [3] And there shall be no more curse, but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it, and His servants shall serve Him. [4] They shall see His face, and His name shall be on their foreheads. [5] There shall be no night there： They need no lamp nor light of the sun, for the Lord God gives them light. And they shall reign forever and ever.

 

3. 우상을 섬기는 인간들

(1) 송아지 우상

(시 106:19-20, 개역) [19] 저희가 호렙에서 송아지를 만들고 부어 만든 우상을 숭배하여 [20] 자기 영광을 풀 먹는 소의 형상으로 바꾸었도다

(시 106:19-20, NKJV) [19] They made a calf in Horeb, And worshiped the molded image. [20] Thus they changed their glory Into the image of an ox that eats grass.

 

(2) 생명이 없는 우상

(시 115:1-9, 개역) [1] 여호와여 영광을 우리에게 돌리지 마옵소서 우리에게 돌리지 마옵소서 오직 주의 인자하심과 진실하심을 인하여 주의 이름에 돌리옵소서 [2] 어찌하여 열방으로 저희 하나님이 이제 어디 있느냐 말하게 하리이까 [3] 오직 우리 하나님은 하늘에 계셔서 원하시는 모든 것을 행하셨나이다 [4] 저희 우상은 은과 금이요 사람의 수공물이라 [5] 입이 있어도 말하지 못하며 눈이 있어도 보지 못하며 [6] 귀가 있어도 듣지 못하며 코가 있어도 맡지 못하며 [7] 손이 있어도 만지지 못하며 발이 있어도 걷지 못하며 목구멍으로 소리도 못하느니라 [8] 우상을 만드는 자와 그것을 의지하는 자가 다 그와 같으리로다 [9] 이스라엘아 여호와를 의지하라 그는 너희 도움이시요 너희 방패시로다

(시 115:1-9, NKJV) [1] Not unto us, O LORD, not unto us, But to Your name give glory, Because of Your mercy, Because of Your truth. [2] Why should the Gentiles say, "So where is their God?" [3] But our God is in heaven; He does whatever He pleases. [4] Their idols are silver and gold, The work of men's hands. [5] They have mouths, but they do not speak; Eyes they have, but they do not see; [6] They have ears, but they do not hear; Noses they have, but they do not smell; [7] They have hands, but they do not handle; Feet they have, but they do not walk; Nor do they mutter through their throat. [8] Those who make them are like them; So is everyone who trusts in them. [9] O Israel, trust in the LORD; He is their help and their shield.

 

(3) 송아지 우상 분노

(출 32:15-20, 개역) [15] 모세가 돌이켜 산에서 내려 오는데 증거의 두 판이 그 손에 있고 그 판의 양면 이편 저편에 글자가 있으니 [16] 그 판은 하나님이 만드신 것이요 글자는 하나님이 쓰셔서 판에 새기신 것이더라 [17] 여호수아가 백성의 떠듦을 듣고 모세에게 말하되 진 중에서 싸우는 소리가 나나이다 [18] 모세가 가로되 이는 승전가도 아니요 패하여 부르짖는 소리도 아니라 나의 듣기에는 노래하는 소리로다 하고 [19] 진에 가까이 이르러 송아지와 그 춤 추는 것을 보고 대노하여 손에서 그 판들을 산 아래로 던져 깨뜨리니라 [20] 모세가 그들의 만든 송아지를 가져 불살라 부수어 가루를 만들어 물에 뿌려 이스라엘 자손에게 마시우니라

(출 32:15-20, NKJV) [15] And Moses turned and went down from the mountain, and the two tablets of the Testimony were in his hand. The tablets were written on both sides; on the one side and on the other they were written. [16] Now the tablets were the work of God, and the writing was the writing of God engraved on the tablets. [17] And when Joshua heard the noise of the people as they shouted, he said to Moses, "There is a noise of war in the camp." [18] But he said： "It is not the noise of the shout of victory, Nor the noise of the cry of defeat, But the sound of singing I hear." [19] So it was, as soon as he came near the camp, that he saw the calf and the dancing. So Moses' anger became hot, and he cast the tablets out of his hands and broke them at the foot of the mountain. [20] Then he took the calf which they had made, burned it in the fire, and ground it to powder; and he scattered it on the water and made the children of Israel drink it.

 

(4) 시내산에 머무른 하나님의 영광

(출 24:15-18, 개역) [15] 모세가 산에 오르매 구름이 산을 가리며 [16] 여호와의 영광이 시내 산 위에 머무르고 구름이 육일 동안 산을 가리더니 제칠일에 여호와께서 구름 가운데 모세를 부르시니라 [17] 산 위의 여호와의 영광이 이스라엘 자손의 눈에 맹렬한 불 같이 보였고 [18] 모세는 구름 속으로 들어가서 산 위에 올랐으며 사십 일 사십 야를 산에 있으니라

(출 24:15-18, NKJV) [15] Then Moses went up into the mountain, and a cloud covered the mountain. [16] Now the glory of the LORD rested on Mount Sinai, and the cloud covered it six days. And on the seventh day He called to Moses out of the midst of the cloud. [17] The sight of the glory of the LORD was like a consuming fire on the top of the mountain in the eyes of the children of Israel. [18] So Moses went into the midst of the cloud and went up into the mountain. And Moses was on the mountain forty days and forty nights.

 

(5) 성막에 충만한 하나님의 영광

(출 40:34-35, 개역) [34] 그 후에 구름이 회막에 덮이고 여호와의 영광이 성막에 충만하매 [35] 모세가 회막에 들어갈 수 없었으니 이는 구름이 회막 위에 덮이고 여호와의 영광이 성막에 충만함이었으며

(6) 바알부올

(민 25:1-3, 개역) [1] 이스라엘이 싯딤에 머물러 있더니 그 백성이 모압 여자들과 음행하기를 시작하니라 [2] 그 여자들이 그 신들에게 제사할 때에 백성을 청하매 백성이 먹고 그들의 신들에게 절하므로 [3] 이스라엘이 바알브올에게 부속된지라 여호와께서 이스라엘에게 진노하시니라

(민 25:1-3, NKJV) [1] Now Israel remained in Acacia Grove, and the people began to commit harlotry with the women of Moab. [2] They invited the people to the sacrifices of their gods, and the people ate and bowed down to their gods. [3] So Israel was joined to Baal of Peor, and the anger of the LORD was aroused against Israel.

 

(7) 홀로기사를 행하시는 하나님

(시 72:18-19, 개역) [18] 홀로 기사를 행하시는 여호와 하나님 곧 이스라엘의 하나님을 찬송하며 [19] 그 영화로운 이름을 영원히 찬송할지어다 온 땅에 그 영광이 충만할찌어다 아멘 아멘

(시 72:18-19, NKJV) [18] Blessed be the LORD God, the God of Israel, Who only does wondrous things! [19] And blessed be His glorious name forever! And let the whole earth be filled with His glory. Amen and Amen.

 

(8) 우상을 파괴하라

(민 33:52-53, 개역) [52] 그 땅 거민을 너희 앞에서 다 몰아내고 그 새긴 석상과 부어 만든 우상을 다 파멸하며 산당을 다 훼파하고 [53] 그 땅을 취하여 거기 거하라 내가 그 땅을 너희 산업으로 너희에게 주었음이라

(민 33:52-53, NKJV) [52] 'then you shall drive out all the inhabitants of the land from before you, destroy all their engraved stones, destroy all their molded images, and demolish all their high places; [53] 'you shall dispossess the inhabitants of the land and dwell in it, for I have given you the land to possess.

 

(9) 성령의 전

(고전 6:15-19, 개역) [15] 너희 몸이 그리스도의 지체인 줄을 알지 못하느냐 내가 그리스도의 지체를 가지고 창기의 지체를 만들겠느냐 결코 그럴 수 없느니라 [16] 창기와 합하는 자는 저와 한 몸인 줄을 알지 못하느냐 일렀으되 둘이 한 육체가 된다 하셨나니 [17] 주와 합하는 자는 한 영이니라 [18] 음행을 피하라 사람이 범하는 죄마다 몸 밖에 있거니와 음행하는 자는 자기 몸에게 죄를 범하느니라 [19] 너희 몸은 너희가 하나님께로부터 받은 바 너희 가운데 계신 성령의 전인 줄을 알지 못하느냐 너희는 너희의 것이 아니라

(고전 6:15-19, NKJV) [15] Do you not know that your bodies are members of Christ? Shall I then take the members of Christ and make them members of a harlot? Certainly not! [16] Or do you not know that he who is joined to a harlot is one body with her? For "the two," He says, "shall become one flesh." [17] But he who is joined to the Lord is one spirit with Him. [18] Flee sexual immorality. Every sin that a man does is outside the body, but he who commits sexual immorality sins against his own body. [19] Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?

 

(10) 모든 산에 우상을 세움

(왕상 14:22-23, 개역) [22] 유다가 여호와 보시기에 악을 행하되 그 열조의 행한 모든 일보다 뛰어나게 하여 그 범한 죄로 여호와의 노를 격발하였으니 [23] 이는 저희도 산 위에와 모든 푸른 나무 아래 산당과 우상과 아세라 목상을 세웠음이라

(왕상 14:22-23, NKJV) [22] Now Judah did evil in the sight of the LORD, and they provoked Him to jealousy with their sins which they committed, more than all that their fathers had done. [23] For they also built for themselves high places, sacred pillars, and wooden images on every high hill and under every green tree.

 

(11) 하나님의 진리

(요 8:44, 개역) 너희는 너희 아비 마귀에게서 났으니 너희 아비의 욕심을 너희도 행하고자 하느니라 저는 처음부터 살인한 자요 진리가 그 속에 없으므로 진리에 서지 못하고 거짓을 말할 때마다 제 것으로 말하나니 이는 저가 거짓말장이요 거짓의 아비가 되었음이니라

(Jn 8:44, NKJV) "You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.

 

(13) 심판 받은 예루살렘

(대하 24:18, 개역) 그 열조의 하나님 여호와의 전을 버리고 아세라 목상과 우상을 섬긴고로 이 죄로 인하여 진노가 유다와 예루살렘에 임하니라

(2Ch 24:18, NKJV) Therefore they left the house of the LORD God of their fathers, and served wooden images and idols; and wrath came upon Judah and Jerusalem because of their trespass.

 

(14) 자기 손으로 만든 우상들

(사 40:19-20, 개역) [19] 우상은 장인이 부어 만들었고 장색이 금으로 입혔고 또 위하여 은사슬을 만든 것이니라 [20] 궁핍하여 이런 것을 드리지 못하는 자는 썩지 않는 나무를 택하고 공교한 장인을 구하여 우상을 만들어서 흔들리지 않도록 세우느니라

(사 40:19-20, NKJV) [19] The workman molds an image, The goldsmith overspreads it with gold, And the silversmith casts silver chains. [20] Whoever is too impoverished for such a contribution Chooses a tree that will not rot; He seeks for himself a skillful workman To prepare a carved image that will not totter.

 

(15) 거짓이요 생기가 없음

(렘 51:17, 개역) 사람마다 우준하고 무식하도다 금장색마다 자기의 만든 신상으로 인하여 수치를 당하나니 이는 그 부어만든 우상은 거짓이요 그 속에 생기가 없음이라

(Jr 51:17, NKJV) Everyone is dull-hearted, without knowledge; Every metalsmith is put to shame by the carved image; For his molded image is falsehood, And there is no breath in them.

 

(16) 우상숭배는 간음

(호 1:1-2, 개역) [1] 웃시야와 요담과 아하스와 히스기야가 이어 유다 왕이 된 시대 곧 요아스의 아들 여로보암이 이스라엘 왕이 된 시대에 브에리의 아들 호세아에게 임한 여호와의 말씀이라 [2] 여호와께서 비로소 호세아로 말씀하시니라 여호와께서 호세아에게 이르시되 너는 가서 음란한 아내를 취하여 음란한 자식들을 낳으라 이 나라가 여호와를 떠나 크게 행음함이니라

(호 1:1-2, NKJV) [1] The word of the LORD that came to Hosea the son of Beeri, in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash, king of Israel. [2] When the LORD began to speak by Hosea, the LORD said to Hosea： "Go, take yourself a wife of harlotry And children of harlotry, For the land has committed great harlotry By departing from the LORD."

 

(17) 마음을 다하여 하나님을 사랑하라

(마 22:37-40, 개역) [37] 예수께서 가라사대 네 마음을 다하고 목숨을 다하고 뜻을 다하여 주 너의 하나님을 사랑하라 하셨으니 [38] 이것이 크고 첫째 되는 계명이요 [39] 둘째는 그와 같으니 네 이웃을 네 몸과 같이 사랑하라 하셨으니 [40] 이 두 계명이 온 율법과 선지자의 강령이니라

(마 22:37-40, NKJV) [37] Jesus said to him, "'You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.' [38] "This is the first and great commandment. [39] "And the second is like it： 'You shall love your neighbor as yourself.' [40] "On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets."

 

(18) 탐심은 우상숭배

(골 3:5, 개역) 그러므로 땅에 있는 지체를 죽이라 곧 음란과 부정과 사욕과 악한 정욕과 탐심이니 탐심은 우상 숭배니라

(Col 3:5, NKJV) Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth： fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.

 

(19) 짐승의 우상

(계 13:11-18, 개역) [11] 내가 보매 또 다른 짐승이 땅에서 올라오니 새끼 양 같이 두 뿔이 있고 용처럼 말하더라 [12] 저가 먼저 나온 짐승의 모든 권세를 그 앞에서 행하고 땅과 땅에 거하는 자들로 처음 짐승에게 경배하게 하니 곧 죽게 되었던 상처가 나은 자니라 [13] 큰 이적을 행하되 심지어 사람들 앞에서 불이 하늘로부터 땅에 내려오게 하고 [14] 짐승 앞에서 받은 바 이적을 행함으로 땅에 거하는 자들을 미혹하며 땅에 거하는 자들에게 이르기를 칼에 상하였다가 살아난 짐승을 위하여 우상을 만들라 하더라 [15] 저가 권세를 받아 그 짐승의 우상에게 생기를 주어 그 짐승의 우상으로 말하게 하고 또 짐승의 우상에게 경배하지 아니하는 자는 몇이든지 다 죽이게 하더라 [16] 저가 모든 자 곧 작은 자나 큰 자나 부자나 빈궁한 자나 자유한 자나 종들로 그 오른손에나 이마에 표를 받게 하고 [17] 누구든지 이 표를 가진 자 외에는 매매를 못하게 하니 이 표는 곧 짐승의 이름이나 그 이름의 수라 [18] 지혜가 여기 있으니 총명 있는 자는 그 짐승의 수를 세어 보라 그 수는 사람의 수니 육백육십육이니라

(b) 헬라 도시 국가에서 규례와 신들에 대한 숭배는 밀접하게 연결되어 있었으므로, 이 아세베스는 아디코스(불의, 죄)와 나란히 언급되는 경우가 많았다. 신들에 대한 공경심의 결여와 제의적 의무에 대한 경시는 반사회적인 것으로 생각되었다. 도시 신들에게 예배하기를 거절하거나 제사 의무의 이행을 거부하는 것은 아세베이아이다. 일반 대중의 신앙에서 볼 때 신들의 존재를 부인하는 철학자들은 에세베이스(불경한자)이다. 에픽레투스에게 있어, 신들의 선물과 능력을 영화롭게 하지 않거나 신이 정해준 운명을 받아들이지 않는 자는 아세베이스이다.

 

(4) 매일 분노하심

(시 7:11-12, 개역) [11] 하나님은 의로우신 재판장이심이여 매일 분노하시는 하나님이시로다 [12] 사람이 회개치 아니하면 저가 그 칼을 갈으심이여 그 활을 이미 당기어 예비하셨도다

(시 7:11-12, NKJV) [11] God is a just judge, And God is angry with the wicked every day. [12] If he does not turn back, He will sharpen His sword; He bends His bow and makes it ready.

 

 

(5) 타락의 결과: 창 3:18-19

(창 3:18-19, 개역) [18] 땅이 네게 가시덤불과 엉겅퀴를 낼 것이라 너의 먹을 것은 밭의 채소인즉 [19] 네가 얼굴에 땀이 흘러야 식물을 먹고 필경은 흙으로 돌아 가리니 그 속에서 네가 취함을 입었음이라 너는 흙이니 흙으로 돌아갈 것이니라 하시니라

(창 3:18-19, NKJV) [18] Both thorns and thistles it shall bring forth for you, And you shall eat the herb of the field. [19] In the sweat of your face you shall eat bread Till you return to the ground, For out of it you were taken; For dust you are, And to dust you shall return."

 

(6) 진노의 자식들

(엡 2:1-3, 개역) [1] 너희의 허물과 죄로 죽었던 너희를 살리셨도다 [2] 그 때에 너희가 그 가운데서 행하여 이 세상 풍속을 좇고 공중의 권세 잡은 자를 따랐으니 곧 지금 불순종의 아들들 가운데서 역사하는 영이라 [3] 전에는 우리도 다 그 가운데서 우리 육체의 욕심을 따라 지내며 육체와 마음의 원하는 것을 하여 다른 이들과 같이 본질상 진노의 자녀이었더니

(엡 2:1-3, NKJV) [1] And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, [2] in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, [3] among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others.

 

(8) 진노의 일곱대접

(계 15:1-5, 개역) [1] 또 하늘에 크고 이상한 다른 이적을 보매 일곱 천사가 일곱 재앙을 가졌으니 곧 마지막 재앙이라 하나님의 진노가 이것으로 마치리로다 [2] 또 내가 보니 불이 섞인 유리 바다 같은 것이 있고 짐승과 그의 우상과 그의 이름의 수를 이기고 벗어난 자들이 유리 바닷가에 서서 하나님의 거문고를 가지고 [3] 하나님의 종 모세의 노래, 어린 양의 노래를 불러 가로되 주 하나님 곧 전능하신 이시여 하시는 일이 크고 기이하시도다 만국의 왕이시여 주의 길이 의롭고 참되시도다 [4] 주여 누가 주의 이름을 두려워하지 아니하며 영화롭게 하지 아니하오리이까 오직 주만 거룩하시니이다 주의 의로우신 일이 나타났으매 만국이 와서 주께 경배하리이다 하더라 [5] 또 이 일 후에 내가 보니 하늘에 증거 장막의 성전이 열리며

(10) 평강없음

(롬 3:16-18, 개역) [16] 파멸과 고생이 그 길에 있어 [17] 평강의 길을 알지 못하였고 [18] 저희 눈 앞에 하나님을 두려워함이 없느니라 함과 같으니라

(롬 3:16-18, NKJV) [16] Destruction and misery are in their ways; [17] And the way of peace they have not known." [18] "There is no fear of God before their eyes."

 

(사 48:22, 개역) 여호와께서 말씀하시되 악인에게는 평강이 없다 하셨느니라

(11) 임박한 진노를 피하라.

(마 3:6-8, 개역) [6] 자기들의 죄를 자복하고 요단 강에서 그에게 세례를 받더니 [7] 요한이 많은 바리새인과 사두개인이 세례 베푸는 데 오는 것을 보고 이르되 독사의 자식들아 누가 너희를 가르쳐 임박한 진노를 피하라 하더냐 [8] 그러므로 회개에 합당한 열매를 맺고

(마 3:6-8, NKJV) [6] and were baptized by him in the Jordan, confessing their sins. [7] But when he saw many of the Pharisees and Sadducees coming to his baptism, he said to them, "Brood of vipers! Who warned you to flee from the wrath to come? [8] "Therefore bear fruits worthy of repentance,

 

(12) 장래 노하심에서 건지시는 분

(살전 1:9-10, 개역) [9] 저희가 우리에 대하여 스스로 고하기를 우리가 어떻게 너희 가운데 들어간 것과 너희가 어떻게 우상을 버리고 하나님께로 돌아와서 사시고 참되신 하나님을 섬기며 [10] 또 죽은 자들 가운데서 다시 살리신 그의 아들이 하늘로부터 강림하심을 기다린다고 말하니 이는 장래 노하심에서 우리를 건지시는 예수시니라

(살전 1:9-10, NKJV) [9] For they themselves declare concerning us what manner of entry we had to you, and how you turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God, [10] and to wait for His Son from heaven, whom He raised from the dead, even Jesus who delivers us from the wrath to come.

 

(13) 하나님을 경외하라

(잠 1:7, 개역) 여호와를 경외하는 것이 지식의 근본이어늘 미련한 자는 지혜와 훈계를 멸시하느니라

(Pr 1:7, NKJV) The fear of the LORD is the beginning of knowledge, But fools despise wisdom and instruction.

 

(시 34:9, 개역) 너희 성도들아 여호와를 경외하라 저를 경외하는 자에게는 부족함이 없도다

(Ps 34:9, NKJV) Oh, fear the LORD, you His saints! There is no want to those who fear Him.

 

(시 115:11, 개역) 여호와를 경외하는 너희는 여호와를 의지하라 그는 너희 도움이시요 너희 방패시로다

(Ps 115:11, NKJV) You who fear the LORD, trust in the LORD; He is their help and their shield.

 

(14) 말씀을 무시함으로

(왕하 22:13, 개역) 너희는 가서 나와 백성과 온 유다를 위하여 이 발견한 책의 말씀에 대하여 여호와께 물으라 우리 열조가 이 책의 말씀을 듣지 아니하며 이 책에 우리를 위하여 기록된 모든 것을 준행치 아니하였으므로 여호와께서 우리에게 발하신 진노가 크도다

(2Kg 22:13, NKJV) "Go, inquire of the LORD for me, for the people and for all Judah, concerning the words of this book that has been found; for great is the wrath of the LORD that is aroused against us, because our fathers have not obeyed the words of this book, to do according to all that is written concerning us."

 

(15) 노를 돌이키심

(대하 12:12, 개역) 르호보암이 스스로 겸비하였고 유다에 선한 일도 있으므로 여호와께서 노를 돌이키사 다 멸하지 아니하셨더라

(2Ch 12:12, NKJV) When he humbled himself, the wrath of the LORD turned from him, so as not to destroy him completely; and things also went well in Judah.

 

(16) 스 10:14,

(라 10:14, 개역) 이제 온 회중을 위하여 우리 방백들을 세우고 우리 모든 성읍에 이방 여자에게 장가든 자는 다 기한에 본성 장로들과 재판장과 함께 오게하여 우리 하나님의 이 일로 인하신 진노가 우리에게서 떠나게 하소서 하나

(Ezr 10:14, NKJV) "Please, let the leaders of our entire assembly stand; and let all those in our cities who have taken pagan wives come at appointed times, together with the elders and judges of their cities, until the fierce wrath of our God is turned away from us in this matter."

 

(17) 시 78:31,

(시 78:31, 개역) 하나님이 저희를 대하여 노를 발하사 저희 중 살찐 자를 죽이시며 이스라엘의 청년을 쳐 엎드러뜨리셨도다

(Ps 78:31, NKJV) The wrath of God came against them, And slew the stoutest of them, And struck down the choice men of Israel.

 

(18) 하늘과 땅을 진동시키심

(사 13:13, 개역) 나 만군의 여호와가 분하여 맹렬히 노하는 날에 하늘을 진동시키며 땅을 흔들어 그 자리에서 떠나게 하리니

(Is 13:13, NKJV) Therefore I will shake the heavens, And the earth will move out of her place, In the wrath of the LORD of hosts And in the day of His fierce anger.

 

(19) 여호와의 큰 날

(습 1:14-18, 개역) [14] 여호와의 큰 날이 가깝도다 가깝고도 심히 빠르도다 여호와의 날의 소리로다 용사가 거기서 심히 애곡하는도다 [15] 그 날은 분노의 날이요 환난과 고통의 날이요 황무와 패괴의 날이요 캄캄하고 어두운 날이요 구름과 흑암의 날이요 [16] 나팔을 불어 경고하며 견고한 성읍을 치며 높은 망대를 치는 날이로다 [17] 내가 사람들에게 고난을 내려 소경 같이 행하게 하리니 이는 그들이 나 여호와께 범죄하였음이라 또 그들의 피는 흘리워서 티끌 같이 되며 그들의 살은 분토 같이 될지라 [18] 그들의 은과 금이 여호와의 분노의 날에 능히 그들을 건지지 못할 것이며 이 온 땅이 여호와의 질투의 불에 삼키우리니 이는 여호와가 이 땅 모든 거민을 멸절하되 놀랍게 멸절할 것임이니라

(습 1:14-18, NKJV) [14] The great day of the LORD is near; It is near and hastens quickly. The noise of the day of the LORD is bitter; There the mighty men shall cry out. [15] That day is a day of wrath, A day of trouble and distress, A day of devastation and desolation, A day of darkness and gloominess, A day of clouds and thick darkness, [16] A day of trumpet and alarm Against the fortified cities And against the high towers. 6. 마음에 하나님 두기를 싫어함

(1) 상실한 마음대로 내버려둠

(롬 1:28, 개역) 또한 저희가 마음에 하나님 두기를 싫어하매 하나님께서 저희를 그 상실한 마음대로 내어 버려 두사 합당치 못한 일을 하게 하셨으니

(Rm 1:28, NKJV) And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a debased mind, to do those things which are not fitting;

 

(2) 죄악과 정욕에 내 버려두심.

(롬 1:24, 개역) 그러므로 하나님께서 저희를 마음의 정욕대로 더러움에 내어 버려두사 저희 몸을 서로 욕되게 하셨으니

(Rm 1:24, NKJV) Therefore God also gave them up to uncleanness, in the lusts of their hearts, to dishonor their bodies among themselves,

 

(3) 부끄러운 욕심에 내버려 두심

(롬 1:26, 개역) 이를 인하여 하나님께서 저희를 부끄러운 욕심에 내어 버려 두셨으니 곧 저희 여인들도 순리대로 쓸 것을 바꾸어 역리로 쓰며

(Rm 1:26, NKJV) For this reason God gave them up to vile passions. For even their women exchanged the natural use for what is against nature.

 

(4) 하나님이 없는 것이 고통.

(렘 2:19, 개역) 네 악이 너를 징계하겠고 네 패역이 너를 책할 것이라 그런즉 네 하나님 여호와를 버림과 네 속에 나를 경외함이 없는 것이 악이요 고통인 줄 알라 주 만군의 여호와의 말이니라

(Jr 2:19, NKJV) Your own wickedness will correct you, And your backslidings will rebuke you. Know therefore and see that it is an evil and bitter thing That you have forsaken the LORD your God, And the fear of Me is not in you," Says the Lord GOD of hosts.

 

(5) 마음은 전쟁터

(잠 4:23, 개역) 무릇 지킬만한 것보다 더욱 네 마음을 지키라 생명의 근원이 이에서 남이니라

(Pr 4:23, NKJV) Keep your heart with all diligence, For out of it spring the issues of life.

(6) 이세상 신

(고후 4:4-6, 개역) [4] 그 중에 이 세상 신이 믿지 아니하는 자들의 마음을 혼미케 하여 그리스도의 영광의 복음의 광채가 비취지 못하게 함이니 그리스도는 하나님의 형상이니라 [5] 우리가 우리를 전파하는 것이 아니라 오직 그리스도 예수의 주 되신 것과 또 예수를 위하여 우리가 너희의 종 된 것을 전파함이라 [6] 어두운 데서 빛이 비취리라 하시던 그 하나님께서 예수 그리스도의 얼굴에 있는 하나님의 영광을 아는 빛을 우리 마음에 비취셨느니라

(고후 4:4-6, NKJV) [4] whose minds the god of this age has blinded, who do not believe, lest the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine on them. (7) 빛으로 오신 주님

(Eph 3:17, NKJV) that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; that you, being rooted and grounded in love,

 

(9) 마음에 믿으면

(롬 10:9-10, 개역) [9] 네가 만일 네 입으로 예수를 주로 시인하며 또 하나님께서 그를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리신 것을 네 마음에 믿으면 구원을 얻으리니 [10] 사람이 마음으로 믿어 의에 이르고 입으로 시인하여 구원에 이르느니라

(롬 10:9-10, NKJV) [9] that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. [10] For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.

 

(10) 예수님의 마음

(고전 2:16, 개역) 누가 주의 마음을 알아서 주를 가르치겠느냐 그러나 우리가 그리스도의 마음을 가졌느니라

(1Co 2:16, NKJV) For "who has known the mind of the LORD that he may instruct Him?" But we have the mind of Christ.

 

(빌 2:5, 개역) 너희 안에 이 마음을 품으라 곧 그리스도 예수의 마음이니

(Php 2:5, NKJV) Let this mind be in you which was also in Christ Jesus,

 

(11) 마음을 새롭게

(롬 12:1-2, 개역) [1] 그러므로 형제들아 내가 하나님의 모든 자비하심으로 너희를 권하노니 너희 몸을 하나님이 기뻐하시는 거룩한 산 제사로 드리라 이는 너희의 드릴 영적 예배니라 [2] 너희는 이 세대를 본받지 말고 오직 마음을 새롭게 함으로 변화를 받아 하나님의 선하시고 기뻐하시고 온전하신 뜻이 무엇인지 분별하도록 하라

(롬 12:1-2, NKJV) [1] I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. [2] And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.

(12) 주님이 계셔야

(갈 2:20, 개역) 내가 그리스도와 함께 십자가에 못 박혔나니 그런즉 이제는 내가 산 것이 아니요 오직 내 안에 그리스도께서 사신 것이라 이제 내가 육체 가운데 사는 것은 나를 사랑하사 나를 위하여 자기 몸을 버리신 하나님의 아들을 믿는 믿음 안에서 사는 것이라

(Gl 2:20, NKJV) "I have been crucified with Christ; it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself for me.

(고후 13:3-5, NKJV) [3] since you seek a proof of Christ speaking in me, who is not weak toward you, but mighty in you. [4] For though He was crucified in weakness, yet He lives by the power of God. For we also are weak in Him, but we shall live with Him by the power of God toward you. [5] Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you?--unless indeed you are disqualified.

 

(13) 말씀 충만해야.

(시 119:9-11, 개역) [9] 청년이 무엇으로 그 행실을 깨끗케 하리이까 주의 말씀을 따라 삼갈 것이니이다 [10] 내가 전심으로 주를 찾았사오니 주의 계명에서 떠나지 말게 하소서 [11] 내가 주께 범죄치 아니하려 하여 주의 말씀을 내 마음에 두었나이다

(시 119:9-11, NKJV) [9] How can a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed according to Your word. [10] With my whole heart I have sought You; Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments! [11] Your word I have hidden in my heart, That I might not sin against You!

 

(골 3:15-17, 개역) [15] 그리스도의 평강이 너희 마음을 주장하게 하라 평강을 위하여 너희가 한 몸으로 부르심을 받았나니 또한 너희는 감사하는 자가 되라 [16] 그리스도의 말씀이 너희 속에 풍성히 거하여 모든 지혜로 피차 가르치며 권면하고 시와 찬미와 신령한 노래를 부르며 마음에 감사함으로 하나님을 찬양하고 [17] 또 무엇을 하든지 말에나 일에나 다 주 예수의 이름으로 하고 그를 힘입어 하나님 아버지께 감사하라

(골 3:15-17, NKJV) [15] And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to which also you were called in one body; and be thankful. [16] Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom, teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. [17] And whatever you do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through Him.

 

(14) 성령 충만.

(엡 5:16-18, 개역) [16] 세월을 아끼라 때가 악하니라 [17] 그러므로 어리석은 자가 되지 말고 오직 주의 뜻이 무엇인가 이해하라 [18] 술 취하지 말라 이는 방탕한 것이니 오직 성령의 충만을 받으라

(엡 5:16-18, NKJV) [16] redeeming the time, because the days are evil. [17] Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. [18] And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,

 

7. 죄를 지으면서 죄악을 옳다고 인정하는 자들.

(1) 죄악의 열거 계 21:8

(계 21:8, 개역) 그러나 두려워하는 자들과 믿지 아니하는 자들과 흉악한 자들과 살인자들과 행음자들과 술객들과 우상 숭배자들과 모든 거짓말하는 자들은 불과 유황으로 타는 못에 참예하리니 이것이 둘째 사망이라

(Rv 21:8, NKJV) "But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and all liars shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."

 

(계 22:14-15, 개역) [14] 그 두루마기를 빠는 자들은 복이 있으니 이는 저희가 생명나무에 나아가며 문들을 통하여 성에 들어갈 권세를 얻으려 함이로다 [15] 개들과 술객들과 행음자들과 살인자들과 우상 숭배자들과 및 거짓말을 좋아하며 지어내는 자마다 성 밖에 있으리라

(계 22:14-15, NKJV) [14] Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city. [15] But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.

 

(2) 사형에 해당함을 알고 있음.

(창 2:17, 개역) 선악을 알게 하는 나무의 실과는 먹지 말라 네가 먹는 날에는 정녕 죽으리라 하시니라

(Gn 2:17, NKJV) "but of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil you shall not eat, for in the day that you eat of it you shall surely die."

 

(롬 7:22-24, 개역) [22] 내 속 사람으로는 하나님의 법을 즐거워하되 [23] 내 지체 속에서 한 다른 법이 내 마음의 법과 싸워 내 지체 속에 있는 죄의 법 아래로 나를 사로잡아 오는 것을 보는도다 [24] 오호라 나는 곤고한 사람이로다 이 사망의 몸에서 누가 나를 건져내랴

(롬 7:22-24, NKJV) [22] For I delight in the law of God according to the inward man. [23] But I see another law in my members, warring against the law of my mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in my members. [24] O wretched man that I am! Who will deliver me from this body of death?

 

(3) 말세의 증거.

(딤후 3:1-5, 개역) [1] 네가 이것을 알라 말세에 고통하는 때가 이르리니 [2] 사람들은 자기를 사랑하며 돈을 사랑하며 자긍하며 교만하며 훼방하며 부모를 거역하며 감사치 아니하며 거룩하지 아니하며 [3] 무정하며 원통함을 풀지 아니하며 참소하며 절제하지 못하며 사나우며 선한 것을 좋아 아니하며 [4] 배반하여 팔며 조급하며 자고하며 쾌락을 사랑하기를 하나님 사랑하는 것보다 더하며 [5] 경건의 모양은 있으나 경건의 능력은 부인하는 자니 이같은 자들에게서 네가 돌아서라

(딤후 3:1-5, NKJV) [1] But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come： [2] For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, [3] unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, [4] traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, [5] having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!

 

(4) 악을 선이라고 주장 함

(사 5:20, 개역) 악을 선하다 하며 선을 악하다 하며 흑암으로 광명을 삼으며 광명으로 흑암을 삼으며 쓴 것으로 단 것을 삼으며 단 것으로 쓴 것을 삼는 그들은 화 있을진저

(Is 5:20, NKJV) Woe to those who call evil good, and good evil; Who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; Who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

 

(5) 고칠 소망이 없음.

(벧후 2:12-16, 개역) [12] 그러나 이 사람들은 본래 잡혀 죽기 위하여 난 이성 없는 짐승 같아서 그 알지 못한 것을 훼방하고 저희 멸망 가운데서 멸망을 당하며 [13] 불의의 값으로 불의를 당하며 낮에 연락을 기쁘게 여기는 자들이니 점과 흠이라 너희와 함께 연회할 때에 저희 간사한 가운데 연락하며 [14] 음심이 가득한 눈을 가지고 범죄하기를 쉬지 아니하고 굳세지 못한 영혼들을 유혹하며 탐욕에 연단된 마음을 가진 자들이니 저주의 자식이라 [15] 저희가 바른 길을 떠나 미혹하여 브올의 아들 발람의 길을 좇는도다 그는 불의의 삯을 사랑하다가 [16] 자기의 불법을 인하여 책망을 받되 말 못하는 나귀가 사람의 소리로 말하여 이 선지자의 미친 것을 금지하였느니라

(벧후 2:12-16, NKJV) [12] But these, like natural brute beasts made to be caught and destroyed, speak evil of the things they do not understand, and will utterly perish in their own corruption, [13] and will receive the wages of unrighteousness, as those who count it pleasure to carouse in the daytime. They are spots and blemishes, carousing in their own deceptions while they feast with you, [14] having eyes full of adultery and that cannot cease from sin, enticing unstable souls. They have a heart trained in covetous practices, and are accursed children. [15] They have forsaken the right way and gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Beor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness; [16] but he was rebuked for his iniquity： a dumb donkey speaking with a man's voice restrained the madness of the prophet.

 

(벧후 2:9-10, 개역) [9] 주께서 경건한 자는 시험에서 건지시고 불의한 자는 형벌 아래 두어 심판 날까지 지키시며 [10] 육체를 따라 더러운 정욕 가운데서 행하며 주관하는 이를 멸시하는 자들에게 특별히 형벌하실 줄을 아시느니라 이들은 담대하고 고집하여 떨지 않고 영광 있는 자를 훼방하거니와

(벧후 2:9-10, NKJV) [9] then the Lord knows how to deliver the godly out of temptations and to reserve the unjust under punishment for the day of judgment, [10] and especially those who walk according to the flesh in the lust of uncleanness and despise authority. They are presumptuous, self-willed. They are not afraid to speak evil of dignitaries,

 

(6) 부끄러움이 없음.

(유 1:10-13, 개역) [10] 이 사람들은 무엇이든지 그 알지 못하는 것을 훼방하는도다 또 저희는 이성 없는 짐승 같이 본능으로 아는 그것으로 멸망하느니라 [11] 화 있을진저 이 사람들이여, 가인의 길에 행하였으며 삯을 위하여 발람의 어그러진 길로 몰려갔으며 고라의 패역을 좇아 멸망을 받았도다 [12] 저희는 기탄 없이 너희와 함께 먹으니 너희 애찬의 암초요 자기 몸만 기르는 목자요 바람에 불려가는 물 없는 구름이요 죽고 또 죽어 뿌리까지 뽑힌 열매 없는 가을 나무요 [13] 자기의 수치의 거품을 뿜는 바다의 거친 물결이요 영원히 예비된 캄캄한 흑암에 돌아갈 유리하는 별들이라

(유 1:10-13, NKJV) [10] But these speak evil of whatever they do not know; and whatever they know naturally, like brute beasts, in these things they corrupt themselves. [11] Woe to them! For they have gone in the way of Cain, have run greedily in the error of Balaam for profit, and perished in the rebellion of Korah. [12] These are spots in your love feasts, while they feast with you without fear, serving only themselves. They are clouds without water, carried about by the winds; late autumn trees without fruit, twice dead, pulled up by the roots; [13] raging waves of the sea, foaming up their own shame; wandering stars for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever.

 

(7) 인간의 비참한 상태.

(전 1:1-7, 개역) [1] 다윗의 아들 예루살렘 왕 전도자의 말씀이라 [2] 전도자가 가로되 헛되고 헛되며 헛되고 헛되니 모든 것이 헛되도다 [3] 사람이 해 아래서 수고하는 모든 수고가 자기에게 무엇이 유익한고 [4] 한 세대는 가고 한 세대는 오되 땅은 영원히 있도다 [5] 해는 떴다가 지며 그 떴던 곳으로 빨리 돌아가고 [6] 바람은 남으로 불다가 북으로 돌이키며 이리 돌며 저리 돌아 불던 곳으로 돌아가고 [7] 모든 강물은 다 바다로 흐르되 바다를 채우지 못하며 어느 곳으로 흐르든지 그리로 연하여 흐르느니라

(전 1:1-7, NKJV) [1] The words of the Preacher, the son of David, king in Jerusalem. [2] "Vanity of vanities," says the Preacher; "Vanity of vanities, all is vanity." [3] What profit has a man from all his labor In which he toils under the sun? [4] One generation passes away, and another generation comes; But the earth abides forever. [5] The sun also rises, and the sun goes down, And hastens to the place where it arose. [6] The wind goes toward the south, And turns around to the north; The wind whirls about continually, And comes again on its circuit. [7] All the rivers run into the sea, Yet the sea is not full; To the place from which the rivers come, There they return again.

 

(8) 왜 구원자가 필요한가?

(계 20:11-15, 개역) [11] 또 내가 크고 흰 보좌와 그 위에 앉으신 자를 보니 땅과 하늘이 그 앞에서 피하여 간 데 없더라 [12] 또 내가 보니 죽은 자들이 무론대소하고 그 보좌 앞에 섰는데 책들이 펴 있고 또 다른 책이 펴졌으니 곧 생명책이라 죽은 자들이 자기 행위를 따라 책들에 기록된 대로 심판을 받으니 [13] 바다가 그 가운데서 죽은 자들을 내어주고 또 사망과 음부도 그 가운데서 죽은 자들을 내어주매 각 사람이 자기의 행위대로 심판을 받고 [14] 사망과 음부도 불못에 던지우니 이것은 둘째 사망 곧 불못이라 [15] 누구든지 생명책에 기록되지 못한 자는 불못에 던지우더라

(계 20:11-15, NKJV) [11] Then I saw a great white throne and Him who sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away. And there was found no place for them. [12] And I saw the dead, small and great, standing before God, and books were opened. And another book was opened, which is the Book of Life. And the dead were judged according to their works, by the things which were written in the books. [13] The sea gave up the dead who were in it, and Death and Hades delivered up the dead who were in them. And they were judged, each one according to his works. [14] Then Death and Hades were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. [15] And anyone not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

 

(히 9:27, 개역) 한번 죽는 것은 사람에게 정하신 것이요 그 후에는 심판이 있으리니

(Heb 9:27, NKJV) And as it is appointed for men to die once, but after this the judgment,

 

(롬 6:23, 개역) 죄의 삯은 사망이요 하나님의 은사는 그리스도 예수 우리 주 안에 있는 영생이니라

(Rm 6:23, NKJV) For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

 

(9) 심판의 정당성

(벧후 2:3, 개역) 저희가 탐심을 인하여 지은 말을 가지고 너희로 이를 삼으니 저희 심판은 옛적부터 지체하지 아니하며 저희 멸망은 자지 아니하느니라

(2Pt 2:3, NKJV) By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber.

 

(욥 8:3, 개역) 하나님이 어찌 심판을 굽게 하시겠으며 전능하신 이가 어찌 공의를 굽게 하시겠는가

(Jb 8:3, NKJV) Does God subvert judgment? Or does the Almighty pervert justice?

 

(시 7:8, 개역) 여호와께서 만민에게 심판을 행하시오니 여호와여 나의 의와 내게 있는 성실함을 따라 나를 판단하소서

(Ps 7:8, NKJV) The LORD shall judge the peoples; Judge me, O LORD, according to my righteousness, And according to my integrity within me.

 

(전 11:9, 개역) 청년이여 네 어린 때를 즐거워하며 네 청년의 날을 마음에 기뻐하여 마음에 원하는 길과 네 눈이 보는 대로 좇아 행하라 그러나 하나님이 이 모든 일로 인하여 너를 심판하실 줄 알라

(Ec 11:9, NKJV) Rejoice, O young man, in your youth, And let your heart cheer you in the days of your youth; Walk in the ways of your heart, And in the sight of your eyes; But know that for all these God will bring you into judgment.

 

(단 7:9-11, 개역) [9] 내가 보았는데 왕좌가 놓이고 옛적부터 항상 계신 이가 좌정하셨는데 그 옷은 희기가 눈 같고 그 머리털은 깨끗한 양의 털 같고 그 보좌는 불꽃이요 그 바퀴는 붙는 불이며 [10] 불이 강처럼 흘러 그 앞에서 나오며 그에게 수종하는 자는 천천이요 그 앞에 시위한 자는 만만이며 심판을 베푸는데 책들이 펴 놓였더라 [11] 그 때에 내가 그 큰 말하는 작은 뿔의 목소리로 인하여 주목하여 보는 사이에 짐승이 죽임을 당하고 그 시체가 상한 바 되어 붙는 불에 던진 바 되었으며

(단 7:9-11, NKJV) [9] "I watched till thrones were put in place, And the Ancient of Days was seated; His garment was white as snow, And the hair of His head was like pure wool. His throne was a fiery flame, Its wheels a burning fire; [10] A fiery stream issued And came forth from before Him. A thousand thousands ministered to Him; Ten thousand times ten thousand stood before Him. The court was seated, And the books were opened. [11] "I watched then because of the sound of the pompous words which the horn was speaking; I watched till the beast was slain, and its body destroyed and given to the burning flame.

 

(10) 은혜가 필요함

(시 103:8-14, 개역) [8] 여호와는 자비로우시며 은혜로우시며 노하기를 더디하시며 인자하심이 풍부하시도다 [9] 항상 경책지 아니하시며 노를 영원히 품지 아니하시리로다 [10] 우리의 죄를 따라 처치하지 아니하시며 우리의 죄악을 따라 갚지 아니하셨으니 [11] 이는 하늘이 땅에서 높음 같이 그를 경외하는 자에게 그 인자하심이 크심이로다 [12] 동이 서에서 먼 것 같이 우리 죄과를 우리에게서 멀리 옮기셨으며 [13] 아비가 자식을 불쌍히 여김 같이 여호와께서 자기를 경외하는 자를 불쌍히 여기시나니 [14] 이는 저가 우리의 체질을 아시며 우리가 진토임을 기억하심이로다

(시 103:8-14, NKJV) [8] The LORD is merciful and gracious, Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy. [9] He will not always strive with us, Nor will He keep His anger forever. [10] He has not dealt with us according to our sins, Nor punished us according to our iniquities. [11] For as the heavens are high above the earth, So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him; [12] As far as the east is from the west, So far has He removed our transgressions from us. [13] As a father pities his children, So the LORD pities those who fear Him. [14] For He knows our frame; He remembers that we are dust.

 

(11) 오직 예수

(요 14:6, 개역) 예수께서 가라사대 내가 곧 길이요 진리요 생명이니 나로 말미암지 않고는 아버지께로 올 자가 없느니라

(Jn 14:6, NKJV) Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.

 

(딤전 2:4-5, 개역) [4] 하나님은 모든 사람이 구원을 받으며 진리를 아는 데 이르기를 원하시느니라 [5] 하나님은 한 분이시요 또 하나님과 사람 사이에 중보도 한 분이시니 곧 사람이신 그리스도 예수라

(딤전 2:4-5, NKJV) [4] who desires all men to be saved and to come to the knowledge of the truth. [5] For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus,

 

(12) 치유자

(출 15:24-26, 개역) [24] 백성이 모세를 대하여 원망하여 가로되 우리가 무엇을 마실까 하매 [25] 모세가 여호와께 부르짖었더니 여호와께서 그에게 한 나무를 지시하시니 그가 물에 던지매 물이 달아졌더라 거기서 여호와께서 그들을 위하여 법도와 율례를 정하시고 그들을 시험하실새 [26] 가라사대 너희가 너희 하나님 나 여호와의 말을 청종하고 나의 보기에 의를 행하며 내 계명에 귀를 기울이며 내 모든 규례를 지키면 내가 애굽 사람에게 내린 모든 질병의 하나도 너희에게 내리지 아니하리니 나는 너희를 치료하는 여호와임이니라

(출 15:24-26, NKJV) [24] And the people complained against Moses, saying, "What shall we drink?" [25] So he cried out to the LORD, and the LORD showed him a tree. When he cast it into the waters, the waters were made sweet. There He made a statute and an ordinance for them. And there He tested them, [26] and said, "If you diligently heed the voice of the LORD your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the LORD who heals you."

 

(사 53:5-6, 개역) [5] 그가 찔림은 우리의 허물을 인함이요 그가 상함은 우리의 죄악을 인함이라 그가 징계를 받음으로 우리가 평화를 누리고 그가 채찍에 맞음으로 우리가 나음을 입었도다 [6] 우리는 다 양 같아서 그릇 행하여 각기 제 길로 갔거늘 여호와께서는 우리 무리의 죄악을 그에게 담당시키셨도다

(사 53:5-6, NKJV) [5] But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, And by His stripes we are healed. [6] All we like sheep have gone astray; We have turned, every one, to his own way; And the LORD has laid on Him the iniquity of us all.

 

(13) 구원자.

(마 1:18-25, 개역) [18] 예수 그리스도의 나심은 이러하니라 그 모친 마리아가 요셉과 정혼하고 동거하기 전에 성령으로 잉태된 것이 나타났더니 [19] 그 남편 요셉은 의로운 사람이라 저를 드러내지 아니하고 가만히 끊고자 하여 [20] 이 일을 생각할 때에 주의 사자가 현몽하여 가로되 다윗의 자손 요셉아 네 아내 마리아 데려오기를 무서워 말라 저에게 잉태된 자는 성령으로 된 것이라 [21] 아들을 낳으리니 이름을 예수라 하라 이는 그가 자기 백성을 저희 죄에서 구원할 자이심이라 하니라 [22] 이 모든 일의 된 것은 주께서 선지자로 하신 말씀을 이루려 하심이니 가라사대 [23] 보라 처녀가 잉태하여 아들을 낳을 것이요 그 이름은 임마누엘이라 하리라 하셨으니 이를 번역한즉 하나님이 우리와 함께 계시다 함이라 [24] 요셉이 잠을 깨어 일어나서 주의 사자의 분부대로 행하여 그 아내를 데려왔으나 [25] 아들을 낳기까지 동침치 아니하더니 낳으매 이름을 예수라 하니라

(마 1:18-25, NKJV) [18] Now the birth of Jesus Christ was as follows： After His mother Mary was betrothed to Joseph, before they came together, she was found with child of the Holy Spirit. [19] Then Joseph her husband, being a just man, and not wanting to make her a public example, was minded to put her away secretly. [20] But while he thought about these things, behold, an angel of the Lord appeared to him in a dream, saying, "Joseph, son of David, do not be afraid to take to you Mary your wife, for that which is conceived in her is of the Holy Spirit. [21] "And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name JESUS, for He will save His people from their sins." [22] So all this was done that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the Lord through the prophet, saying： [23] "Behold, the virgin shall be with child, and bear a Son, and they shall call His name Immanuel," which is translated, "God with us." [24] Then Joseph, being aroused from sleep, did as the angel of the Lord commanded him and took to him his wife, [25] and did not know her till she had brought forth her firstborn Son. And he called His name JESUS.

 

(14) 해방자.

(계 1:5-7, 개역) [5] 또 충성된 증인으로 죽은 자들 가운데서 먼저 나시고 땅의 임금들의 머리가 되신 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 은혜와 평강이 너희에게 있기를 원하노라 우리를 사랑하사 그의 피로 우리 죄에서 우리를 해방하시고 [6] 그 아버지 하나님을 위하여 우리를 나라와 제사장으로 삼으신 그에게 영광과 능력이 세세토록 있기를 원하노라 아멘 [7] 볼지어다 구름을 타고 오시리라 각인의 눈이 그를 보겠고 그를 찌른 자들도 볼 터이요 땅에 있는 모든 족속이 그를 인하여 애곡하리니 그러하리라 아멘

(계 1:5-7, NKJV) [5] and from Jesus Christ, the faithful witness, the firstborn from the dead, and the ruler over the kings of the earth. To Him who loved us and washed us from our sins in His own blood, [6] and has made us kings and priests to His God and Father, to Him be glory and dominion forever and ever. Amen. [7] Behold, He is coming with clouds, and every eye will see Him, even they who pierced Him. And all the tribes of the earth will mourn because of Him. Even so, Amen.

 

(15) 화목제로 자신을 드리신 예수그리스도.

(요일 4:7-11, 개역) [7] 사랑하는 자들아 우리가 서로 사랑하자 사랑은 하나님께 속한 것이니 사랑하는 자마다 하나님께로 나서 하나님을 알고 [8] 사랑하지 아니하는 자는 하나님을 알지 못하나니 이는 하나님은 사랑이심이라 [9] 하나님의 사랑이 우리에게 이렇게 나타난 바 되었으니 하나님이 자기의 독생자를 세상에 보내심은 저로 말미암아 우리를 살리려 하심이니라 [10] 사랑은 여기 있으니 우리가 하나님을 사랑한 것이 아니요 오직 하나님이 우리를 사랑하사 우리 죄를 위하여 화목제로 그 아들을 보내셨음이니라 [11] 사랑하는 자들아 하나님이 이같이 우리를 사랑하셨은즉 우리도 서로 사랑하는 것이 마땅하도다

(요일 4:7-11, NKJV) [7] Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. [8] He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. [9] In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. [10] In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. [11] Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another.

 

(16) 롬 5.8-10

(롬 5:8-10, 개역) [8] 우리가 아직 죄인 되었을 때에 그리스도께서 우리를 위하여 죽으심으로 하나님께서 우리에게 대한 자기의 사랑을 확증하셨느니라 [9] 그러면 이제 우리가 그 피를 인하여 의롭다 하심을 얻었은즉 더욱 그로 말미암아 진노하심에서 구원을 얻을 것이니 [10] 곧 우리가 원수 되었을 때에 그 아들의 죽으심으로 말미암아 하나님으로 더불어 화목되었은즉 화목된 자로서는 더욱 그의 살으심을 인하여 구원을 얻을 것이니라

(롬 5:8-10, NKJV) [8] But God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us. [9] Much more then, having now been justified by His blood, we shall be saved from wrath through Him. [10] For if when we were enemies we were reconciled to God through the death of His Son, much more, having been reconciled, we shall be saved by His life.

 

(17) 세상의 본질

(행 2:40, 개역) 또 여러 말로 확증하며 권하여 가로되 너희가 이 패역한 세대에서 구원을 받으라 하니

(Ac 2:40, NKJV) And with many other words he testified and exhorted them, saying, "Be saved from this perverse generation."

 

(빌 2:15, 개역) 이는 너희가 흠이 없고 순전하여 어그러지고 거스리는 세대 가운데서 하나님의 흠 없는 자녀로 세상에서 그들 가운데 빛들로 나타내며

(Php 2:15, NKJV) that you may become blameless and harmless, children of God without fault in the midst of a crooked and perverse generation, among whom you shine as lights in the world,

 

(요일 2:15-17, 개역) [15] 이 세상이나 세상에 있는 것들을 사랑치 말라 누구든지 세상을 사랑하면 아버지의 사랑이 그 속에 있지 아니하니 [16] 이는 세상에 있는 모든 것이 육신의 정욕과 안목의 정욕과 이생의 자랑이니 다 아버지께로 좇아 온 것이 아니요 세상으로 좇아 온 것이라 [17] 이 세상도 그 정욕도 지나가되 오직 하나님의 뜻을 행하는 이는 영원히 거하느니라

(요일 2:15-17, NKJV) [15] Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. [16] For all that is in the world--the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life--is not of the Father but is of the world. [17] And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.

 

(요일 5:18-21, 개역) [18] 하나님께로서 난 자마다 범죄치 아니하는 줄을 우리가 아노라 하나님께로서 나신 자가 저를 지키시매 악한 자가 저를 만지지도 못하느니라 [19] 또 아는 것은 우리는 하나님께 속하고 온 세상은 악한 자 안에 처한 것이며 [20] 또 아는 것은 하나님의 아들이 이르러 우리에게 지각을 주사 우리로 참된 자를 알게 하신 것과 또한 우리가 참된 자 곧 그의 아들 예수 그리스도 안에 있는 것이니 그는 참 하나님이시요 영생이시라 [21] 자녀들아 너희 자신을 지켜 우상에서 멀리 하라

(요일 5:18-21, NKJV) [18] We know that whoever is born of God does not sin; but he who has been born of God keeps himself, and the wicked one does not touch him. [19] We know that we are of God, and the whole world lies under the sway of the wicked one. [20] And we know that the Son of God has come and has given us an understanding, that we may know Him who is true; and we are in Him who is true, in His Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God and eternal life. [21] Little children, keep yourselves from idols. Amen.

 

(18) 죄악 중독, 죄의 종

(롬 6:15-23, 개역) [15] 그런즉 어찌하리요 우리가 법 아래 있지 아니하고 은혜 아래 있으니 죄를 지으리요 그럴 수 없느니라 [16] 너희 자신을 종으로 드려 누구에게 순종하든지 그 순종함을 받는 자의 종이 되는 줄을 너희가 알지 못하느냐 혹은 죄의 종으로 사망에 이르고 혹은 순종의 종으로 의에 이르느니라 [17] 하나님께 감사하리로다 너희가 본래 죄의 종이더니 너희에게 전하여 준 바 교훈의 본을 마음으로 순종하여 [18] 죄에게서 해방되어 의에게 종이 되었느니라 [19] 너희 육신이 연약하므로 내가 사람의 예대로 말하노니 전에 너희가 너희 지체를 부정과 불법에 드려 불법에 이른 것 같이 이제는 너희 지체를 의에게 종으로 드려 거룩함에 이르라 [20] 너희가 죄의 종이 되었을 때에는 의에 대하여 자유하였느니라 [21] 너희가 그 때에 무슨 열매를 얻었느뇨 이제는 너희가 그 일을 부끄러워하나니 이는 그 마지막이 사망임이니라 [22] 그러나 이제는 너희가 죄에게서 해방되고 하나님께 종이 되어 거룩함에 이르는 열매를 얻었으니 이 마지막은 영생이라 [23] 죄의 삯은 사망이요 하나님의 은사는 그리스도 예수 우리 주 안에 있는 영생이니라

(롬 6:15-23, NKJV) [15] What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not! [16] Do you not know that to whom you present yourselves slaves to obey, you are that one's slaves whom you obey, whether of sin leading to death, or of obedience leading to righteousness? [17] But God be thanked that though you were slaves of sin, yet you obeyed from the heart that form of doctrine to which you were delivered. [18] And having been set free from sin, you became slaves of righteousness. [19] I speak in human terms because of the weakness of your flesh. For just as you presented your members as slaves of uncleanness, and of lawlessness leading to more lawlessness, so now present your members as slaves of righteousness for holiness. [20] For when you were slaves of sin, you were free in regard to righteousness. [21] What fruit did you have then in the things of which you are now ashamed? For the end of those things is death. [22] But now having been set free from sin, and having become slaves of God, you have your fruit to holiness, and the end, everlasting life. [23] For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord.

 

사랑하는 성도 여러분,

인류의 죄악을 실감하고 계십니까?

자연계시는 하나님의 영광을 나타내고 있습니다.

하나님의 형상으로 지음을 받은 인간들은 마땅히 하나님을 기뻐하고 영광을 돌려드려야 합니다.

핑계할 수가 없습니다.

많은 사람들이 하나님의 존재를 없이하고 마음대로 살기를 원합니다.

결국 우상을 만들고 자신만을 위하여 마음대로 살고 있습니다.

타락이래로 인류는 죄악과 마귀의 영향아래 있습니다.

여러 가지 악하고 더러운 죄의 종이 되어 살고 있습니다.

결국 하나님의 진노아래 있습니다.

평강이 없습니다.

회개해야 합니다.

우상을 버리고 살아계신 하나님께로 돌아와야 합니다.

하나님은 의로우신 하나님 공의 하나님이십니다.

소망이 없습니다.

오늘 본문은 왜 구원이 필요한지 왜 은혜가 필요한지를 말씀합니다.

오직 소망은 바로 하나님의 은혜와 인자하심과 은혜뿐입니다.

사랑의 하나님은 독생자 예수그리스도를 통하여 사랑과 은혜를 보여 주셨습니다.

예수님의 십자가에서 자신을 인류를 위한 화목제사로 드리심으로 하나님의 공의를 만족케 하였습니다.

그러므로 누구든지 예수님이 자신의 죄 값을 치루시기 위하여 십자가에 달려죽으신 것을 믿으면 값없이 의롭다하심을 얻는 결과를 얻게 됩니다.

십자가의 도는 바로 하나님의 능력이요 지혜요 사랑이요 은혜입니다.

 

오늘도, 이 놀라운 은혜와 구원을 깊이 깨달아 더욱 감사함으로 하나님의 위대하심을 찬양하고 전파하며 끝까지 충성을 다하는 복된 우리 모두가 될수 있기를 우리주 예수그리스도의 이름으로 간절히 축원합니다. 아멘!
