<사울의 놀라운 회심>
(행 9:1-22, 개역) [1] 사울이 주의 제자들을 대하여 여전히 위협과 살기가 등등하여 대제사장에게 가서 [2] 다메섹 여러 회당에 갈 공문을 청하니 이는 만일 그 도를 좇는 사람을 만나면 무론 남녀하고 결박하여 예루살렘으로 잡아오려 함이라 [3] 사울이 행하여 다메섹에 가까이 가더니 홀연히 하늘로서 빛이 저를 둘러 비추는지라 [4] 땅에 엎드러져 들으매 소리 있어 가라사대 사울아 사울아 네가 어찌하여 나를 핍박하느냐 하시거늘 [5] 대답하되 주여 뉘시오니이까 가라사대 나는 네가 핍박하는 예수라 [6] 네가 일어나 성으로 들어가라 행할 것을 네게 이를 자가 있느니라 하시니 [7] 같이 가던 사람들은 소리만 듣고 아무도 보지 못하여 말을 못하고 섰더라 [8] 사울이 땅에서 일어나 눈은 떴으나 아무 것도 보지 못하고 사람의 손에 끌려 다메섹으로 들어가서 [9] 사흘 동안을 보지 못하고 식음을 전폐하니라 [10] 그 때에 다메섹에 아나니아라 하는 제자가 있더니 주께서 환상 중에 불러 가라사대 아나니아야 하시거늘 대답하되 주여 내가 여기 있나이다 하니 [11] 주께서 가라사대 일어나 직가라 하는 거리로 가서 유다 집에서 다소 사람 사울이라 하는 자를 찾으라 저가 기도하는 중이다 [12] 저가 아나니아라 하는 사람이 들어와서 자기에게 안수하여 다시 보게 하는 것을 보았느니라 하시거늘 [13] 아나니아가 대답하되 주여 이 사람에 대하여 내가 여러 사람에게 듣사온즉 그가 예루살렘에서 주의 성도에게 적지 않은 해를 끼쳤다 하더니 [14] 여기서도 주의 이름을 부르는 모든 자를 결박할 권세를 대제사장들에게 받았나이다 하거늘 [15] 주께서 가라사대 가라 이 사람은 내 이름을 이방인과 임금들과 이스라엘 자손들 앞에 전하기 위하여 택한 나의 그릇이라 [16] 그가 내 이름을 위하여 해를 얼마나 받아야 할 것을 내가 그에게 보이리라 하시니 [17] 아나니아가 떠나 그 집에 들어가서 그에게 안수하여 가로되 형제 사울아 주 곧 네가 오는 길에서 나타나시던 예수께서 나를 보내어 너로 다시 보게 하시고 성령으로 충만하게 하신다 하니 [18] 즉시 사울의 눈에서 비늘 같은 것이 벗어져 다시 보게 된지라 일어나 침례를 받고 [19] 음식을 먹으매 강건하여지니라 사울이 다메섹에 있는 제자들과 함께 며칠 있을새 [20] 즉시로 각 회당에서 예수의 하나님의 아들이심을 전파하니 [21] 듣는 사람이 다 놀라 말하되 이 사람이 예루살렘에서 이 이름 부르는 사람을 잔해하던 자가 아니냐 여기 온 것도 저희를 결박하여 대제사장들에게 끌어가고자 함이 아니냐 하더라 [22] 사울은 힘을 더 얻어 예수를 그리스도라 증명하여 다메섹에 사는 유대인들을 굴복시키니라
(행 9:1-22, NKJV) [1] Then Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest [2] and asked letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. [3] As he journeyed he came near Damascus, and suddenly a light shone around him from heaven. [4] Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?" [5] And he said, "Who are You, Lord?" Then the Lord said, "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. It is hard for you to kick against the goads." [6] So he, trembling and astonished, said, "Lord, what do You want me to do?" Then the Lord said to him, "Arise and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do." [7] And the men who journeyed with him stood speechless, hearing a voice but seeing no one. [8] Then Saul arose from the ground, and when his eyes were opened he saw no one. But they led him by the hand and brought him into Damascus. [9] And he was three days without sight, and neither ate nor drank. [10] Now there was a certain disciple at Damascus named Ananias; and to him the Lord said in a vision, "Ananias." And he said, "Here I am, Lord." [11] So the Lord said to him, "Arise and go to the street called Straight, and inquire at the house of Judas for one called Saul of Tarsus, for behold, he is praying. [12] "And in a vision he has seen a man named Ananias coming in and putting his hand on him, so that he might receive his sight." [13] Then Ananias answered, "Lord, I have heard from many about this man, how much harm he has done to Your saints in Jerusalem. [14] "And here he has authority from the chief priests to bind all who call on Your name." [15] But the Lord said to him, "Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings, and the children of Israel. [16] "For I will show him how many things he must suffer for My name's sake." [17] And Ananias went his way and entered the house; and laying his hands on him he said, "Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit." [18] Immediately there fell from his eyes something like scales, and he received his sight at once; and he arose and was baptized. [19] So when he had received food, he was strengthened. Then Saul spent some days with the disciples at Damascus. [20] Immediately he preached the Christ in the synagogues, that He is the Son of God. [21] Then all who heard were amazed, and said, "Is this not he who destroyed those who called on this name in Jerusalem, and has come here for that purpose, so that he might bring them bound to the chief priests?" [22] But Saul increased all the more in strength, and confounded the Jews who dwelt in Damascus, proving that this Jesus is the Christ.
오늘은 사울의 회심에 대한 말씀입니다.
사울은 여전히 살기가 등등하여 성도들을 피박하여 잡아 들이는 일에 앞장 서고 있었습니다. 하지만 주님은 이 모든 것을 보고 계셨습니다.
사울이 대제사장의 영장을 받아서 성도들을 잡아 오려고 예루살렘 북쪽에 있는 다마스커스로 가고 있었고 성이 가까웠을때에 부활의 주님이 크 빛으로 나타나셨습니다.
사울과 일행들은 땅에 엎드려졌고 주님이 하시는 음성을 들었습니다. 주여 누구시니이까? 물었는데 이는 사울이 이미 그 나타나신 존재를 신적인 존재로 인식하고 있음을 알수가 있습니다. 주님은 사울아 사울아 네가 왜 나를 핍박하느냐? 물으셨고 나는 네가 핍박하는 예수라고 대답하신것입니다.
놀라움과 두려움이 엄습하였을 것입니다.
하나님을 그렇게 사랑하는 내가 하나님을 대적하고 있었다니 말이 되지 않는 것입니다.
사울은 눈이 즉시 멀었고 다른 사람들에 의하여 다메섹에 가서 아나니아를 만나서 안수를 받자 눈에서 비늘이 떨어지면서 보게 되었습니다.
사울은 무서운 죄를 지은것입니다.
교만과 외식과 율법주의와 편견에 사로잡혀서 예수님이 오셨지만 알아 보지 못하고 그의 몸된 교회를 핍박한것입니다. 너무나 큰 착각이요 눈이 멀은 것이요 오해였습니다.
그러나 하나님은 이 모든 것을 알고 계셨고 사울을 주님을 위해 쓰시려고 택하신 그릇이었습니다.
그 이후로 사울은 예수그리스도를 전파하는 일에 전 생애를 보내게 됩니다.
주님이 예언하신 대로 많은 고난과 핍박을 받았고 결국은 순교를 하였습니다.
많은 사람들이 하나님의 원수로 살아가고 있습니다.
이 세상의 성공을 위하여 돈과 여러 가지 정욕을 위하여 눈이 멀어 마귀의 편에 서 있는 것입니다.
살아계신 주님이십니다.
교회의 모든 사정을 알고 계십니다.
가장 악한 자도 용서하시고 크게 쓰실수 있습니다.
우리는 편견과 교만을 버리고 지혜와 계시의 정신을 부어달라고 기도해야 하겠습니다.
하나님을 경외하며 주님 앞에서 살기를 힘써야 하겠습니다.
오늘 말씀을 통하여 더욱 주님을 사랑하고 남은 삶을 주님을 위해 살아가는 우리 모두가 될수 있기를 주님의 이름으로 축원합니다.
1. 교회 핍박에 앞장선 사울
(1) 말세의.핍박
(마 24:9-14, 개역) [9] 그 때에 사람들이 너희를 환난에 넘겨 주겠으며 너희를 죽이리니 너희가 내 이름을 위하여 모든 민족에게 미움을 받으리라 [10] 그 때에 많은 사람이 시험에 빠져 서로 잡아 주고 서로 미워하겠으며 [11] 거짓 선지자가 많이 일어나 많은 사람을 미혹하게 하겠으며 [12] 불법이 성하므로 많은 사람의 사랑이 식어지리라 [13] 그러나 끝까지 견디는 자는 구원을 얻으리라 [14] 이 천국 복음이 모든 민족에게 증거되기 위하여 온 세상에 전파되리니 그제야 끝이 오리라
(마 24:9-14, NKJV) [9] "Then they will deliver you up to tribulation and kill you, and you will be hated by all nations for My name's sake. [10] "And then many will be offended, will betray one another, and will hate one another. [11] "Then many false prophets will rise up and deceive many. [12] "And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold. [13] "But he who endures to the end shall be saved. [14] "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in all the world as a witness to all the nations, and then the end will come.

(계 13:1-10, 개역) [1] 내가 보니 바다에서 한 짐승이 나오는데 뿔이 열이요 머리가 일곱이라 그 뿔에는 열 면류관이 있고 그 머리들에는 참람한 이름들이 있더라 [2] 내가 본 짐승은 표범과 비슷하고 그 발은 곰의 발 같고 그 입은 사자의 입 같은데 용이 자기의 능력과 보좌와 큰 권세를 그에게 주었더라 [3] 그의 머리 하나가 상하여 죽게된 것 같더니 그 죽게 되었던 상처가 나으매 온 땅이 이상히 여겨 짐승을 따르고 [4] 용이 짐승에게 권세를 주므로 용에게 경배하며 짐승에게 경배하여 가로되 누가 이 짐승과 같으뇨 누가 능히 이로 더불어 싸우리요 하더라 [5] 또 짐승이 큰 말과 참람된 말하는 입을 받고 또 마흔두 달 일할 권세를 받으니라 [6] 짐승이 입을 벌려 하나님을 향하여 훼방하되 그의 이름과 그의 장막 곧 하늘에 거하는 자들을 훼방하더라 [7] 또 권세를 받아 성도들과 싸워 이기게 되고 각 족속과 백성과 방언과 나라를 다스리는 권세를 받으니 [8] 죽임을 당한 어린 양의 생명책에 창세 이후로 녹명되지 못하고 이 땅에 사는 자들은 다 짐승에게 경배하리라 [9] 누구든지 귀가 있거든 들을지어다 [10] 사로잡는 자는 사로잡힐 것이요 칼로 죽이는 자는 자기도 마땅히 칼에 죽으리니 성도들의 인내와 믿음이 여기 있느니라
(계 13:1-10, NKJV) [1] Then I stood on the sand of the sea. And I saw a beast rising up out of the sea, having seven heads and ten horns, and on his horns ten crowns, and on his heads a blasphemous name. [2] Now the beast which I saw was like a leopard, his feet were like the feet of a bear, and his mouth like the mouth of a lion. The dragon gave him his power, his throne, and great authority. [3] And I saw one of his heads as if it had been mortally wounded, and his deadly wound was healed. And all the world marveled and followed the beast. [4] So they worshiped the dragon who gave authority to the beast; and they worshiped the beast, saying, "Who is like the beast? Who is able to make war with him?" [5] And he was given a mouth speaking great things and blasphemies, and he was given authority to continue for forty-two months. [6] Then he opened his mouth in blasphemy against God, to blaspheme His name, His tabernacle, and those who dwell in heaven. [7] It was granted to him to make war with the saints and to overcome them. And authority was given him over every tribe, tongue, and nation. [8] All who dwell on the earth will worship him, whose names have not been written in the Book of Life of the Lamb slain from the foundation of the world. [9] If anyone has an ear, let him hear. [10] He who leads into captivity shall go into captivity; he who kills with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints.
(3) 계 12
(계 12:1-6, 개역) [1] 하늘에 큰 이적이 보이니 해를 입은 한 여자가 있는데 그 발 아래는 달이 있고 그 머리에는 열두 별의 면류관을 썼더라 [2] 이 여자가 아이를 배어 해산하게 되매 아파서 애써 부르짖더라 [3] 하늘에 또 다른 이적이 보이니 보라 한 큰 붉은 용이 있어 머리가 일곱이요 뿔이 열이라 그 여러 머리에 일곱 면류관이 있는데 [4] 그 꼬리가 하늘 별 삼분의 일을 끌어다가 땅에 던지더라 용이 해산하려는 여자 앞에서 그가 해산하면 그 아이를 삼키고자 하더니 [5] 여자가 아들을 낳으니 이는 장차 철장으로 만국을 다스릴 남자라 그 아이를 하나님 앞과 그 보좌 앞으로 올려가더라 [6] 그 여자가 광야로 도망하매 거기서 일천이백육십 일 동안 저를 양육하기 위하여 하나님의 예비하신 곳이 있더라
(계 12:1-6, NKJV) [1] Now a great sign appeared in heaven： a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a garland of twelve stars. [2] Then being with child, she cried out in labor and in pain to give birth. [3] And another sign appeared in heaven： behold, a great, fiery red dragon having seven heads and ten horns, and seven diadems on his heads. [4] His tail drew a third of the stars of heaven and threw them to the earth. And the dragon stood before the woman who was ready to give birth, to devour her Child as soon as it was born. [5] She bore a male Child who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron. And her Child was caught up to God and His throne. [6] Then the woman fled into the wilderness, where she has a place prepared by God, that they should feed her there one thousand two hundred and sixty days.
(계 12:13-17, 개역) [13] 용이 자기가 땅으로 내어 쫓긴 것을 보고 남자를 낳은 여자를 핍박하는지라 [14] 그 여자가 큰 독수리의 두 날개를 받아 광야 자기 곳으로 날아가 거기서 그 뱀의 낯을 피하여 한 때와 두 때와 반 때를 양육 받으매 [15] 여자의 뒤에서 뱀이 그 입으로 물을 강 같이 토하여 여자를 물에 떠내려 가게 하려 하되 [16] 땅이 여자를 도와 그 입을 벌려 용의 입에서 토한 강물을 삼키니 [17] 용이 여자에게 분노하여 돌아가서 그 여자의 남은 자손 곧 하나님의 계명을 지키며 예수의 증거를 가진 자들로 더불어 싸우려고 바다 모래 위에 섰더라
(계 12:13-17, NKJV) [13] Now when the dragon saw that he had been cast to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male Child. [14] But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent. [15] So the serpent spewed water out of his mouth like a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away by the flood. [16] But the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the flood which the dragon had spewed out of his mouth. [17] And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.

(계 13:11-18, 개역) [11] 내가 보매 또 다른 짐승이 땅에서 올라오니 새끼 양 같이 두 뿔이 있고 용처럼 말하더라 [12] 저가 먼저 나온 짐승의 모든 권세를 그 앞에서 행하고 땅과 땅에 거하는 자들로 처음 짐승에게 경배하게 하니 곧 죽게 되었던 상처가 나은 자니라 [13] 큰 이적을 행하되 심지어 사람들 앞에서 불이 하늘로부터 땅에 내려오게 하고 [14] 짐승 앞에서 받은 바 이적을 행함으로 땅에 거하는 자들을 미혹하며 땅에 거하는 자들에게 이르기를 칼에 상하였다가 살아난 짐승을 위하여 우상을 만들라 하더라 [15] 저가 권세를 받아 그 짐승의 우상에게 생기를 주어 그 짐승의 우상으로 말하게 하고 또 짐승의 우상에게 경배하지 아니하는 자는 몇이든지 다 죽이게 하더라 [16] 저가 모든 자 곧 작은 자나 큰 자나 부자나 빈궁한 자나 자유한 자나 종들로 그 오른손에나 이마에 표를 받게 하고 [17] 누구든지 이 표를 가진 자 외에는 매매를 못하게 하니 이 표는 곧 짐승의 이름이나 그 이름의 수라 [18] 지혜가 여기 있으니 총명 있는 자는 그 짐승의 수를 세어 보라 그 수는 사람의 수니 육백육십육이니라
(계 13:11-18, NKJV) [11] Then I saw another beast coming up out of the earth, and he had two horns like a lamb and spoke like a dragon. [12] And he exercises all the authority of the first beast in his presence, and causes the earth and those who dwell in it to worship the first beast, whose deadly wound was healed. [13] He performs great signs, so that he even makes fire come down from heaven on the earth in the sight of men. [14] And he deceives those who dwell on the earth by those signs which he was granted to do in the sight of the beast, telling those who dwell on the earth to make an image to the beast who was wounded by the sword and lived. [15] He was granted power to give breath to the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak and cause as many as would not worship the image of the beast to be killed. [16] He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their right hand or on their foreheads, [17] and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the mark or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. [18] Here is wisdom. Let him who has understanding calculate the number of the beast, for it is the number of a man： His number is 666.
(5) 적그리스도의 모형들
(출 1:15-22, 개역) [15] 애굽 왕이 히브리 산파 십브라라 하는 자와 부아라 하는 자에게 일러 [16] 가로되 너희는 히브리 여인을 위하여 조산할 때에 살펴서 남자여든 죽이고 여자여든 그는 살게 두라 [17] 그러나 산파들이 하나님을 두려워하여 애굽 왕의 명을 어기고 남자를 살린지라 [18] 애굽 왕이 산파를 불러서 그들에게 이르되 너희가 어찌 이같이 하여 남자를 살렸느냐 [19] 산파가 바로에게 대답하되 히브리 여인은 애굽 여인과 같지 아니하고 건장하여 산파가 그들에게 이르기 전에 해산하였더이다 하매 [20] 하나님이 그 산파들에게 은혜를 베푸시니라 백성은 생육이 번성하고 심히 강대하며 [21] 산파는 하나님을 경외하였으므로 하나님이 그들의 집을 왕성케 하신지라 [22] 그러므로 바로가 그 모든 신민에게 명하여 가로되 남자가 나거든 너희는 그를 하수에 던지고 여자여든 살리라 하였더라
(출 1:15-22, NKJV) [15] Then the king of Egypt spoke to the Hebrew midwives, of whom the name of one was Shiphrah and the name of the other Puah; [16] and he said, "When you do the duties of a midwife for the Hebrew women, and see them on the birthstools, if it is a son, then you shall kill him; but if it is a daughter, then she shall live." [17] But the midwives feared God, and did not do as the king of Egypt commanded them, but saved the male children alive. [18] So the king of Egypt called for the midwives and said to them, "Why have you done this thing, and saved the male children alive?" [19] And the midwives said to Pharaoh, "Because the Hebrew women are not like the Egyptian women; for they are lively and give birth before the midwives come to them." [20] Therefore God dealt well with the midwives, and the people multiplied and grew very mighty. [21] And so it was, because the midwives feared God, that He provided households for them. [22] So Pharaoh commanded all his people, saying, "Every son who is born you shall cast into the river, and every daughter you shall save alive."
(6) 예수님을 죽인자들
(마 27:22-26, 개역) [22] 빌라도가 가로되 그러면 그리스도라하는 예수를 내가 어떻게 하랴 저희가 다 가로되 십자가에 못 박혀야 하겠나이다 [23] 빌라도가 가로되 어찜이뇨 무슨 악한 일을 하였느냐 저희가 더욱 소리질러 가로되 십자가에 못 박혀야 하겠나이다 하는지라 [24] 빌라도가 아무 효험도 없이 도리어 민란이 나려는 것을 보고 물을 가져다가 무리 앞에서 손을 씻으며 가로되 이 사람의 피에 대하여 나는 무죄하니 너희가 당하라 [25] 백성이 다 대답하여 가로되 그 피를 우리와 우리 자손에게 돌릴지어다 하거늘 [26] 이에 바라바는 저희에게 놓아주고 예수는 채찍질하고 십자가에 못 박히게 넘겨 주니라
(마 27:22-26, NKJV) [22] Pilate said to them, "What then shall I do with Jesus who is called Christ?" They all said to him, "Let Him be crucified!" [23] Then the governor said, "Why, what evil has He done?" But they cried out all the more, saying, "Let Him be crucified!" [24] When Pilate saw that he could not prevail at all, but rather that a tumult was rising, he took water and washed his hands before the multitude, saying, "I am innocent of the blood of this just Person. You see to it." [25] And all the people answered and said, "His blood be on us and on our children." [26] Then he released Barabbas to them; and when he had scourged Jesus, he delivered Him to be crucified.

(고전 15:57-58, 개역) [57] 우리 주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 우리에게 이김을 주시는 하나님께 감사하노니 [58] 그러므로 내 사랑하는 형제들아 견고하며 흔들리지 말며 항상 주의 일에 더욱 힘쓰는 자들이 되라 이는 너희 수고가 주 안에서 헛되지 않은 줄을 앎이니라
(고전 15:57-58, NKJV) [57] But thanks be to God, who gives us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. [58] Therefore, my beloved brethren, be steadfast, immovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, knowing that your labor is not in vain in the Lord.
(10) 헛된일에 열심
(전 5:10-17, 개역) [10] 은을 사랑하는 자는 은으로 만족함이 없고 풍부를 사랑하는 자는 소득으로 만족함이 없나니 이것도 헛되도다 [11] 재산이 더하면 먹는 자도 더하나니 그 소유주가 눈으로 보는 외에 무엇이 유익하랴 [12] 노동자는 먹는 것이 많든지 적든지 잠을 달게 자거니와 부자는 배부름으로 자지 못하느니라 [13] 내가 해 아래서 큰 폐단되는 것을 보았나니 곧 소유주가 재물을 자기에게 해 되도록 지키는 것이라 [14] 그 재물이 재난을 인하여 패하나니 비록 아들은 낳았으나 그 손에 아무 것도 없느니라 [15] 저가 모태에서 벌거벗고 나왔은즉 그 나온 대로 돌아가고 수고하여 얻은 것을 아무 것도 손에 가지고 가지 못하리니 [16] 이것도 폐단이라 어떻게 왔든지 그대로 가리니 바람을 잡으려는 수고가 저에게 무엇이 유익하랴 [17] 일평생을 어두운 데서 먹으며 번뇌와 병과 분노가 저에게 있느니라
(전 5:10-17, NKJV) [10] He who loves silver will not be satisfied with silver; Nor he who loves abundance, with increase. This also is vanity. [11] When goods increase, They increase who eat them; So what profit have the owners Except to see them with their eyes? [12] The sleep of a laboring man is sweet, Whether he eats little or much; But the abundance of the rich will not permit him to sleep. [13] There is a severe evil which I have seen under the sun： Riches kept for their owner to his hurt. [14] But those riches perish through misfortune; When he begets a son, there is nothing in his hand. [15] As he came from his mother's womb, naked shall he return, To go as he came; And he shall take nothing from his labor Which he may carry away in his hand. [16] And this also is a severe evil--Just exactly as he came, so shall he go. And what profit has he who has labored for the wind? [17] All his days he also eats in darkness, And he has much sorrow and sickness and anger.
(전 4:7-8, 개역) [7] 내가 또 돌이켜 해 아래서 헛된 것을 보았도다 [8] 어떤 사람은 아들도 없고 형제도 없으니 아무도 없이 홀로 있으나 수고하기를 마지 아니하며 부를 눈에 족하게 여기지 아니하면서도 이르기를 내가 누구를 위하여 수고하고 내 심령으로 낙을 누리지 못하게 하는고 하나니 이것도 헛되어 무익한 노고로다
(전 4:7-8, NKJV) [7] Then I returned, and I saw vanity under the sun： [8] There is one alone, without companion： He has neither son nor brother. Yet there is no end to all his labors, Nor is his eye satisfied with riches. But he never asks, "For whom do I toil and deprive myself of good?" This also is vanity and a grave misfortune.
2. 부활하신 예수님이 직접나타나셨습니다.
(1) 땅에 엎드러짐
(행 9:1-5, 개역) [1] 사울이 주의 제자들을 대하여 여전히 위협과 살기가 등등하여 대제사장에게 가서 [2] 다메섹 여러 회당에 갈 공문을 청하니 이는 만일 그 도를 좇는 사람을 만나면 무론 남녀하고 결박하여 예루살렘으로 잡아오려 함이라 [3] 사울이 행하여 다메섹에 가까이 가더니 홀연히 하늘로서 빛이 저를 둘러 비추는지라 [4] 땅에 엎드러져 들으매 소리 있어 가라사대 사울아 사울아 네가 어찌하여 나를 핍박하느냐 하시거늘 [5] 대답하되 주여 뉘시오니이까 가라사대 나는 네가 핍박하는 예수라
(행 9:1-5, NKJV) [1] Then Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest [2] and asked letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. [3] As he journeyed he came near Damascus, and suddenly a light shone around him from heaven. [4] Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, "Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?" [5] And he said, "Who are You, Lord?" Then the Lord said, "I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. It is hard for you to kick against the goads."
(2) 두려움
(계 1:17-20, 개역) [17] 내가 볼 때에 그 발 앞에 엎드러져 죽은 자 같이 되매 그가 오른손을 내게 얹고 가라사대 두려워 말라 나는 처음이요 나중이니 [18] 곧 산 자라 내가 전에 죽었었노라 볼지어다 이제 세세토록 살아 있어 사망과 음부의 열쇠를 가졌노니 [19] 그러므로 네 본 것과 이제 있는 일과 장차 될 일을 기록하라 [20] 네 본 것은 내 오른손에 일곱 별의 비밀과 일곱 금 촛대라 일곱 별은 일곱 교회의 사자요 일곱 촛대는 일곱 교회니라
(계 1:17-20, NKJV) [17] And when I saw Him, I fell at His feet as dead. But He laid His right hand on me, saying to me, "Do not be afraid; I am the First and the Last. [18] "I am He who lives, and was dead, and behold, I am alive forevermore. Amen. And I have the keys of Hades and of Death. [19] "Write the things which you have seen, and the things which are, and the things which will take place after this. [20] "The mystery of the seven stars which you saw in My right hand, and the seven golden lampstands： The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches, and the seven lampstands which you saw are the seven churches.

(히 12:21-22, 개역) [21] 그 보이는 바가 이렇듯이 무섭기로 모세도 이르되 내가 심히 두렵고 떨린다 하였으나 [22] 그러나 너희가 이른 곳은 시온 산과 살아계신 하나님의 도성인 하늘의 예루살렘과 천만 천사와
(히 12:21-22, NKJV) [21] And so terrifying was the sight that Moses said, "I am exceedingly afraid and trembling.") [22] But you have come to Mount Zion and to the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, to an innumerable company of angels,
(계 10:6, 개역) 세세토록 살아계신 자 곧 하늘과 그 가운데 있는 물건이며 땅과 그 가운데 있는 물건이며 바다와 그 가운데 있는 물건을 창조하신 이를 가리켜 맹세하여 가로되 지체하지 아니하리니
(Rv 10:6, NKJV) and swore by Him who lives forever and ever, who created heaven and the things that are in it, the earth and the things that are in it, and the sea and the things that are in it, that there should be delay no longer,
(4) 항상 함께
(마 28:20, 개역) 내가 너희에게 분부한 모든 것을 가르쳐 지키게 하라 볼지어다 내가 세상 끝날까지 너희와 항상 함께 있으리라 하시니라
(Mt 28:20, NKJV) "teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age." Amen.
(요 14:16, 개역) 내가 아버지께 구하겠으니 그가 또 다른 보혜사를 너희에게 주사 영원토록 너희와 함께 있게 하시리니
(Jn 14:16, NKJV) "And I will pray the Father, and He will give you another Helper, that He may abide with you forever--
(5) 교회 순찰하심
(계 1:13-16, 개역) [13] 촛대 사이에 인자 같은 이가 발에 끌리는 옷을 입고 가슴에 금띠를 띠고 [14] 그 머리와 털의 희기가 흰 양털 같고 눈 같으며 그의 눈은 불꽃 같고 [15] 그의 발은 풀무에 단련한 빛난 주석 같고 그의 음성은 많은 물소리와 같으며 [16] 그 오른손에 일곱 별이 있고 그 입에서 좌우에 날선 검이 나오고 그 얼굴은 해가 힘있게 비취는 것 같더라
(계 1:13-16, NKJV) [13] and in the midst of the seven lampstands One like the Son of Man, clothed with a garment down to the feet and girded about the chest with a golden band. [14] His head and hair were white like wool, as white as snow, and His eyes like a flame of fire; [15] His feet were like fine brass, as if refined in a furnace, and His voice as the sound of many waters; [16] He had in His right hand seven stars, out of His mouth went a sharp two-edged sword, and His countenance was like the sun shining in its strength.
(6) 기도하심
(롬 8:32-34, 개역) [32] 자기 아들을 아끼지 아니하시고 우리 모든 사람을 위하여 내어 주신 이가 어찌 그 아들과 함께 모든 것을 우리에게 은사로 주지 아니하시겠느뇨 [33] 누가 능히 하나님의 택하신 자들을 송사하리요 의롭다 하신 이는 하나님이시니 [34] 누가 정죄하리요 죽으실 뿐 아니라 다시 살아나신 이는 그리스도 예수시니 그는 하나님 우편에 계신 자요 우리를 위하여 간구하시는 자시니라
(롬 8:32-34, NKJV) [32] He who did not spare His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? [33] Who shall bring a charge against God's elect? It is God who justifies. [34] Who is he who condemns? It is Christ who died, and furthermore is also risen, who is even at the right hand of God, who also makes intercession for us.
(히 7:25, 개역) 그러므로 자기를 힘입어 하나님께 나아가는 자들을 온전히 구원하실 수 있으니 이는 그가 항상 살아서 저희를 위하여 간구하심이니라
(Heb 7:25, NKJV) Therefore He is also able to save to the uttermost those who come to God through Him, since He always lives to make intercession for them.
(7) 통치하심
(히 1:1-3, 개역) [1] 옛적에 선지자들로 여러 부분과 여러 모양으로 우리 조상들에게 말씀하신 하나님이 [2] 이 모든 날 마지막에 아들로 우리에게 말씀하셨으니 이 아들을 만유의 후사로 세우시고 또 저로 말미암아 모든 세계를 지으셨느니라 [3] 이는 하나님의 영광의 광채시요 그 본체의 형상이시라 그의 능력의 말씀으로 만물을 붙드시며 죄를 정결케 하는 일을 하시고 높은 곳에 계신 위엄의 우편에 앉으셨느니라

(요 16:23-24, 개역) [23] 그 날에는 너희가 아무 것도 내게 묻지 아니하리라 내가 진실로 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 너희가 무엇이든지 아버지께 구하는 것을 내 이름으로 주시리라 [24] 지금까지는 너희가 내 이름으로 아무 것도 구하지 아니하였으나 구하라 그리하면 받으리니 너희 기쁨이 충만하리라

(9) 처소예비
(요 14:1-3, 개역) [1] 너희는 마음에 근심하지 말라 하나님을 믿으니 또 나를 믿으라 [2] 내 아버지 집에 거할 곳이 많도다 그렇지 않으면 너희에게 일렀으리라 내가 너희를 위하여 처소를 예비하러 가노니 [3] 가서 너희를 위하여 처소를 예비하면 내가 다시 와서 너희를 내게로 영접하여 나 있는 곳에 너희도 있게 하리라
(요 14:1-3, NKJV) [1] "Let not your heart be troubled; you believe in God, believe also in Me. [2] "In My Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. [3] "And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again and receive you to Myself; that where I am, there you may be also.
(10) 말씀하심
(고후 13:3-5, 개역) [3] 이는 그리스도께서 내 안에서 말씀하시는 증거를 너희가 구함이니 저가 너희를 향하여 약하지 않고 도리어 너희 안에서 강하시니라 [4] 그리스도께서 약하심으로 십자가에 못 박히셨으나 오직 하나님의 능력으로 살으셨으니 우리도 저의 안에서 약하나 너희를 향하여 하나님의 능력으로 저와 함께 살리라 [5] 너희가 믿음에 있는가 너희 자신을 시험하고 너희 자신을 확증하라 예수 그리스도께서 너희 안에 계신 줄을 너희가 스스로 알지 못하느냐 그렇지 않으면 너희가 버리운 자니라
(고후 13:3-5, NKJV) [3] since you seek a proof of Christ speaking in me, who is not weak toward you, but mighty in you. [4] For though He was crucified in weakness, yet He lives by the power of God. (11) 사울아 사울아.
내 이름을 아시고 부르시는 주님

Surely they may forget, Yet I will not forget you. [16] See, I have inscribed you on the palms of My hands; Your walls are continually before Me. 3. 큰 빛으로 나타나셨습니다.
(1) 무지의 어두움
(마 22:27-30, 개역) [27] 최후에 그 여자도 죽었나이다 [28] 그런즉 저희가 다 그를 취하였으니 부활 때에 일곱 중에 뉘 아내가 되리이까 [29] 예수께서 대답하여 가라사대 너희가 성경도 하나님의 능력도 알지 못하는 고로 오해하였도다 [30] 부활 때에는 장가도 아니가고 시집도 아니가고 하늘에 있는 천사들과 같으니라
(마 22:27-30, NKJV) [27] "Last of all the woman died also. [28] "Therefore, in the resurrection, whose wife of the seven will she be? For they all had her." [29] Jesus answered and said to them, "You are mistaken, not knowing the Scriptures nor the power of God. [30] "For in the resurrection they neither marry nor are given in marriage, but are like angels of God in heaven.
(2) 죄악의 어두움
(요 9:38-41, 개역) [38] 가로되 주여 내가 믿나이다 하고 절하는지라 [39] 예수께서 가라사대 내가 심판하러 이 세상에 왔으니 보지 못하는 자들은 보게 하고 보는 자들은 소경 되게 하려 함이라 하시니 [40] 바리새인 중에 예수와 함께 있던 자들이 이 말씀을 듣고 가로되 우리도 소경인가 [41] 예수께서 가라사대 너희가 소경 되었더면 죄가 없으려니와 본다고 하니 너희 죄가 그저 있느니라

[39] And Jesus said, "For judgment I have come into this world, that those who do not see may see, and that those who see may be made blind." [40] Then some of the Pharisees who were with Him heard these words, and said to Him, "Are we blind also?" [41] Jesus said to them, "If you were blind, you would have no sin; but now you say, 'We see.' Therefore your sin remains.
(3) 고난의 어두움
(마 11:28-29, 개역) [28] 수고하고 무거운 짐진 자들아 다 내게로 오라 내가 너희를 쉬게 하리라 [29] 나는 마음이 온유하고 겸손하니 나의 멍에를 메고 내게 배우라 그러면 너희 마음이 쉼을 얻으리니
(마 11:28-29, NKJV) [28] "Come to Me, all you who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. [29] "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.
(4) 슬픔의 어두움
(살전 4:13-18, 개역) [13] 형제들아 자는 자들에 관하여는 너희가 알지 못함을 우리가 원치 아니하노니 이는 소망 없는 다른 이와 같이 슬퍼하지 않게 하려 함이라 [14] 우리가 예수의 죽었다가 다시 사심을 믿을진대 이와 같이 예수 안에서 자는 자들도 하나님이 저와 함께 데리고 오시리라 [15] 우리가 주의 말씀으로 너희에게 이것을 말하노니 주 강림하실 때까지 우리 살아 남아 있는 자도 자는 자보다 결단코 앞서지 못하리라 [16] 주께서 호령과 천사장의 소리와 하나님의 나팔로 친히 하늘로 좇아 강림하시리니 그리스도 안에서 죽은 자들이 먼저 일어나고 [17] 그 후에 우리 살아 남은 자도 저희와 함께 구름 속으로 끌어올려 공중에서 주를 영접하게 하시리니 그리하여 우리가 항상 주와 함께 있으리라 [18] 그러므로 이 여러 말로 서로 위로하라
(살전 4:13-18, NKJV) [13] But I do not want you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning those who have fallen asleep, lest you sorrow as others who have no hope. [14] For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus. [15] For this we say to you by the word of the Lord, that we who are alive and remain until the coming of the Lord will by no means precede those who are asleep. [16] For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. [17] Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. [18] Therefore comfort one another with these words.
(5) 지옥의 어두움
(마 8:11-12, 개역) [11] 또 너희에게 이르노니 동서로부터 많은 사람이 이르러 아브라함과 이삭과 야곱과 함께 천국에 앉으려니와 [12] 나라의 본 자손들은 바깥 어두운 데 쫓겨나 거기서 울며 이를 갊이 있으리라
(마 8:11-12, NKJV) [11] "And I say to you that many will come from east and west, and sit down with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob in the kingdom of heaven. [12] "But the sons of the kingdom will be cast out into outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth."
(마 25:30, 개역) 이 무익한 종을 바깥 어두운 데로 내어 쫓으라 거기서 슬피 울며 이를 갊이 있으리라 하니라
(Mt 25:30, NKJV) 'And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.'
(6) 주님은 세상의 빛

(시 119:105, 개역) 주의 말씀은 내 발에 등이요 내 길에 빛이니이다

(요 1:1-5, 개역) [1] 태초에 말씀이 계시니라 이 말씀이 하나님과 함께 계셨으니 이 말씀은 곧 하나님이시니라 [2] 그가 태초에 하나님과 함께 계셨고 [3] 만물이 그로 말미암아 지은 바 되었으니 지은 것이 하나도 그가 없이는 된 것이 없느니라 [4] 그 안에 생명이 있었으니 이 생명은 사람들의 빛이라 [5] 빛이 어두움에 비취되 어두움이 깨닫지 못하더라

(12) 성령의 빛
(계 4:1-5, 개역) [1] 이 일 후에 내가 보니 하늘에 열린 문이 있는데 내가 들은 바 처음에 내게 말하던 나팔 소리 같은 그 음성이 가로되 이리로 올라오라 이 후에 마땅히 될 일을 내가 네게 보이리라 하시더라 [2] 내가 곧 성령에 감동하였더니 보라 하늘에 보좌를 베풀었고 그 보좌 위에 앉으신 이가 있는데 [3] 앉으신 이의 모양이 벽옥과 홍보석 같고 또 무지개가 있어 보좌에 둘렸는데 그 모양이 녹보석 같더라 [4] 또 보좌에 둘려 이십사 보좌들이 있고 그 보좌들 위에 이십사 장로들이 흰 옷을 입고 머리에 금 면류관을 쓰고 앉았더라 [5] 보좌로부터 번개와 음성과 뇌성이 나고 보좌 앞에 일곱 등불 켠 것이 있으니 이는 하나님의 일곱 영이라

(13) 주님은 진리
(요 14:6, 개역) 예수께서 가라사대 내가 곧 길이요 진리요 생명이니 나로 말미암지 않고는 아버지께로 올 자가 없느니라
(Jn 14:6, NKJV) Jesus said to him, "I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.
(요 1:14-18, 개역) [14] 말씀이 육신이 되어 우리 가운데 거하시매 우리가 그 영광을 보니 아버지의 독생자의 영광이요 은혜와 진리가 충만하더라 [15] 요한이 그에 대하여 증거하여 외쳐 가로되 내가 전에 말하기를 내 뒤에 오시는 이가 나보다 앞선 것은 나보다 먼저 계심이니라 한 것이 이 사람을 가리킴이라 하니라 [16] 우리가 다 그의 충만한 데서 받으니 은혜 위에 은혜러라 [17] 율법은 모세로 말미암아 주신 것이요 은혜와 진리는 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 온 것이라 [18] 본래 하나님을 본 사람이 없으되 아버지 품 속에 있는 독생하신 하나님이 나타내셨느니라

4. 주님은 교회의 모든것을 알고 보고 계십니다.
일곱교회
(시 139:1-7, 개역) [1] [다윗의 시, 영장으로 한 노래] 여호와여 주께서 나를 감찰하시고 아셨나이다 [2] 주께서 나의 앉고 일어섬을 아시며 멀리서도 나의 생각을 통촉하시오며 [3] 나의 길과 눕는 것을 감찰하시며 나의 모든 행위를 익히 아시오니 [4] 여호와여 내 혀의 말을 알지 못하시는 것이 하나도 없으시니이다 [5] 주께서 나의 전후를 두르시며 내게 안수하셨나이다 [6] 이 지식이 내게 너무 기이하니 높아서 내가 능히 미치지 못하나이다 [7] 내가 주의 신을 떠나 어디로 가며 주의 앞에서 어디로 피하리이까

(1) 에베소 교회
(계 2:1-3:22, 개역) [1] 에베소 교회의 사자에게 편지하기를 오른손에 일곱 별을 붙잡고 일곱 금 촛대 사이에 다니시는 이가 가라사대 [2] 내가 네 행위와 수고와 네 인내를 알고 또 악한 자들을 용납지 아니한 것과 자칭 사도라 하되 아닌 자들을 시험하여 그 거짓된 것을 네가 드러낸 것과 [3] 또 네가 참고 내 이름을 위하여 견디고 게으르지 아니한 것을 아노라 [4] 그러나 너를 책망할 것이 있나니 너의 처음 사랑을 버렸느니라 [5] 그러므로 어디서 떨어진 것을 생각하고 회개하여 처음 행위를 가지라 만일 그리하지 아니하고 회개치 아니하면 내가 네게 임하여 네 촛대를 그 자리에서 옮기리라 [6] 오직 네게 이것이 있으니 네가 니골라 당의 행위를 미워하는도다 나도 이것을 미워하노라 [7] 귀 있는 자는 성령이 교회들에게 하시는 말씀을 들을지어다 이기는 그에게는 내가 하나님의 낙원에 있는 생명나무의 과실을 주어 먹게 하리라
(2) 서머나 교회
[8] 서머나 교회의 사자에게 편지하기를 처음이요 나중이요 죽었다가 살아나신 이가 가라사대 [9] 내가 네 환난과 궁핍을 아노니 실상은 네가 부요한 자니라 자칭 유대인이라 하는 자들의 훼방도 아노니 실상은 유대인이 아니요 사단의 회라 [10] 네가 장차 받을 고난을 두려워 말라 볼지어다 마귀가 장차 너희 가운데서 몇 사람을 옥에 던져 시험을 받게 하리니 너희가 십 일 동안 환난을 받으리라 네가 죽도록 충성하라 그리하면 내가 생명의 면류관을 네게 주리라 [11] 귀 있는 자는 성령이 교회들에게 하시는 말씀을 들을지어다 이기는 자는 둘째 사망의 해를 받지 아니하리라
(3) 버가모 교회
[12] 버가모 교회의 사자에게 편지하기를 죄우에 날선 검을 가진 이가 가라사대 [13] 네가 어디 사는 것을 내가 아노니 거기는 사단의 위가 있는 데라 네가 내 이름을 굳게 잡아서 내 충성된 증인 안디바가 너희 가운데 곧 사단의 거하는 곳에서 죽임을 당할 때에도 나를 믿는 믿음을 저버리지 아니하였도다 [14] 그러나 네게 두어 가지 책망할 것이 있나니 거기 네게 발람의 교훈을 지키는 자들이 있도다 발람이 발락을 가르쳐 이스라엘 앞에 올무를 놓아 우상의 제물을 먹게 하였고 또 행음하게 하였느니라 [15] 이와 같이 네게도 니골라 당의 교훈을 지키는 자들이 있도다 [16] 그러므로 회개하라 그리하지 아니하면 내가 네게 속히 임하여 내 입의 검으로 그들과 싸우리라 [17] 귀 있는 자는 성령이 교회들에게 하시는 말씀을 들을지어다 이기는 그에게는 내가 감추었던 만나를 주고 또 흰 돌을 줄 터인데 그 돌 위에 새 이름을 기록한 것이 있나니 받는 자 밖에는 그 이름을 알 사람이 없느니라
(4) 두아디라 교회
[18] 두아디라 교회의 사자에게 편지하기를 그 눈이 불꽃 같고 그 발이 빛난 주석과 같은 하나님의 아들이 가라사대 [19] 내가 네 사업과 사랑과 믿음과 섬김과 인내를 아노니 네 나중 행위가 처음 것보다 많도다 [20] 그러나 네게 책망할 일이 있노라 자칭 선지자라 하는 여자 이세벨을 네가 용납함이니 그가 내 종들을 가르쳐 꾀어 행음하게 하고 우상의 제물을 먹게 하는도다 [21] 또 내가 그에게 회개할 기회를 주었으되 그 음행을 회개하고자 아니하는도다 [22] 볼지어다 내가 그를 침상에 던질 터이요 또 그로 더불어 간음하는 자들도 만일 그의 행위를 회개치 아니하면 큰 환난 가운데 던지고 [23] 또 내가 사망으로 그의 자녀를 죽이리니 모든 교회가 나는 사람의 뜻과 마음을 살피는 자인 줄 알지라 내가 너희 각 사람의 행위대로 갚아주리라 [24] 두아디라에 남아 있어 이 교훈을 받지 아니하고 소위 사단의 깊은 것을 알지 못하는 너희에게 말하노니 다른 짐으로 너희에게 지울 것이 없노라 [25] 다만 너희에게 있는 것을 내가 올 때까지 굳게 잡으라 [26] 이기는 자와 끝까지 내 일을 지키는 그에게 만국을 다스리는 권세를 주리니 [27] 그가 철장을 가지고 저희를 다스려 질그릇 깨뜨리는 것과 같이 하리라 나도 내 아버지께 받은 것이 그러하니라 [28] 내가 또 그에게 새벽 별을 주리라 [29] 귀있는 자는 성령이 교회들에게 하시는 말씀을 들을지어다
(5) 사데교회
[3:1] 사데 교회의 사자에게 편지하기를 하나님의 일곱 영과 일곱 별을 가진 이가 가라사대 내가 네 행위를 아노니 네가 살았다 하는 이름은 가졌으나 죽은 자로다 [2] 너는 일깨워 그 남은 바 죽게 된 것을 굳게 하라 내 하나님 앞에 네 행위의 온전한 것을 찾지 못하였노니 [3] 그러므로 네가 어떻게 받았으며 어떻게 들었는지 생각하고 지키어 회개하라 만일 일깨지 아니하면 내가 도적 같이 이르리니 어느 시에 네게 임할는지 네가 알지 못하리라 [4] 그러나 사데에 그 옷을 더럽히지 아니한 자 몇 명이 네게 있어 흰 옷을 입고 나와 함께 다니리니 그들은 합당한 자인 연고라 [5] 이기는 자는 이와 같이 흰 옷을 입을 것이요 내가 그 이름을 생명책에서 반드시 흐리지 아니하고 그 이름을 내 아버지 앞과 그 천사들 앞에서 시인하리라 [6] 귀 있는 자는 성령이 교회들에게 하시는 말씀을 들을지어다
(6) 빌라델비아 교회
[7] 빌라델비아 교회의 사자에게 편지하기를 거룩하고 진실하사 다윗의 열쇠를 가지신 이 곧 열면 닫을 사람이 없고 닫으면 열 사람이 없는 그이가 가라사대 [8] 볼지어다 내가 네 앞에 열린 문을 두었으되 능히 닫을 사람이 없으리라 내가 네 행위를 아노니 네가 적은 능력을 가지고도 내 말을 지키며 내 이름을 배반치 아니하였도다 [9] 보라 사단의 회 곧 자칭 유대인이라 하나 그렇지 않고 거짓말하는 자들 중에서 몇을 네게 주어 저희로 와서 네 발 앞에 절하게 하고 내가 너를 사랑하는 줄을 알게 하리라 [10] 네가 나의 인내의 말씀을 지켰은즉 내가 또한 너를 지키어 시험의 때를 면하게 하리니 이는 장차 온 세상에 임하여 땅에 거하는 자들을 시험할 때라 [11] 내가 속히 임하리니 네가 가진 것을 굳게 잡아 아무나 네 면류관을 빼앗지 못하게 하라 [12] 이기는 자는 내 하나님 성전에 기둥이 되게 하리니 그가 결코 다시 나가지 아니하리라 내가 하나님의 이름과 하나님의 성 곧 하늘에서 내 하나님께로부터 내려오는 새 예루살렘의 이름과 나의 새 이름을 그이 위에 기록하리라 [13] 귀 있는 자는 성령이 교회들에게 하시는 말씀을 들을지어다
(7) 라오디게아 교회
[14] 라오디게아 교회의 사자에게 편지하기를 아멘이시요 충성되고 참된 증인이시요 하나님의 창조의 근본이신 이가 가라사대 [15] 내가 네 행위를 아노니 네가 차지도 아니하고 더웁지도 아니하도다 네가 차든지 더웁든지 하기를 원하노라 [16] 네가 이같이 미지근하여 더웁지도 아니하고 차지도 아니하니 내 입에서 너를 토하여 내치리라 [17] 네가 말하기를 나는 부자라 부요하여 부족한 것이 없다 하나 네 곤고한 것과 가련한 것과 가난한 것과 눈 먼 것과 벌거벗은 것을 알지 못하도다 [18] 내가 너를 권하노니 내게서 불로 연단한 금을 사서 부요하게 하고 흰 옷을 사서 입어 벌거벗은 수치를 보이지 않게 하고 안약을 사서 눈에 발라 보게 하라 [19] 무릇 내가 사랑하는 자를 책망하여 징계하노니 그러므로 네가 열심을 내라 회개하라 [20] 볼지어다 내가 문 밖에 서서 두드리노니 누구든지 내 음성을 듣고 문을 열면 내가 그에게로 들어가 그로 더불어 먹고 그는 나로 더불어 먹으리라 [21] 이기는 그에게는 내가 내 보좌에 함께 앉게 하여 주기를 내가 이기고 아버지 보좌에 함께 앉은 것과 같이 하리라 [22] 귀 있는 자는 성령이 교회들에게 하시는 말씀을 들을지어다
5. 왜 나를 핍박하느냐
(1) 교회를 핍박하는것은 주님을 핍박하는 것입니다.
아브라함
(창 12:1-3, 개역) [1] 여호와께서 아브람에게 이르시되 너는 너의 본토 친척 아비 집을 떠나 내가 네게 지시할 땅으로 가라 [2] 내가 너로 큰 민족을 이루고 네게 복을 주어 네 이름을 창대케 하리니 너는 복의 근원이 될지라 [3] 너를 축복하는 자에게는 내가 복을 내리고 너를 저주하는 자에게는 내가 저주하리니 땅의 모든 족속이 너를 인하여 복을 얻을 것이니라 하신지라
(창 12:1-3, NKJV) [1] Now the LORD had said to Abram： "Get out of your country, From your family And from your father's house, To a land that I will show you. [2] I will make you a great nation; I will bless you And make your name great; And you shall be a blessing. [3] I will bless those who bless you, And I will curse him who curses you; And in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed."
(2) 하나님의 대적자 사탄의 편에 선 것
(행 5:39, 개역) 만일 하나님께로서 났으면 너희가 저희를 무너뜨릴 수 없겠고 도리어 하나님을 대적하는 자가 될까 하노라 하니
(Ac 5:39, NKJV) "but if it is of God, you cannot overthrow it--lest you even be found to fight against God."
(나 1:1-2, 개역) [1] 니느웨에 대한 중한 경고 곧 엘고스 사람 나훔의 묵시의 글이라 [2] 여호와는 투기하시며 보복하시는 하나님이시니라 여호와는 보복하시며 자기를 대적하는 자에게 진노를 품으시며
(나 1:1-2, NKJV) [1] The burden against Nineveh. The book of the vision of Nahum the Elkoshite. [2] God is jealous, and the LORD avenges; The LORD avenges and is furious. The LORD will take vengeance on His adversaries, And He reserves wrath for His enemies;
(3) 교회의 머리이심
(엡 1:21-23, 개역) [21] 모든 정사와 권세와 능력과 주관하는 자와 이 세상뿐 아니라 오는 세상에 일컫는 모든 이름 위에 뛰어나게 하시고 [22] 또 만물을 그 발 아래 복종하게 하시고 그를 만물 위에 교회의 머리로 주셨느니라 [23] 교회는 그의 몸이니 만물 안에서 만물을 충만케 하시는 자의 충만이니라
(엡 1:21-23, NKJV) [21] far above all principality and power and might and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this age but also in that which is to come. [22] And He put all things under His feet, and gave Him to be head over all things to the church, [23] which is His body, the fullness of Him who fills all in all.
(4) 피값을 주고 사심
(행 20:28-32, 개역) [28] 너희는 자기를 위하여 또는 온 양떼를 위하여 삼가라 성령이 저들 가운데 너희로 감독자를 삼고 하나님이 자기 피로 사신 교회를 치게 하셨느니라 [29] 내가 떠난 후에 흉악한 이리가 너희에게 들어와서 그 양떼를 아끼지 아니하며 [30] 또한 너희 중에서도 제자들을 끌어 자기를 좇게 하려고 어그러진 말을 하는 사람들이 일어날 줄을 내가 아노니 [31] 그러므로 너희가 일깨어 내가 삼 년이나 밤낮 쉬지 않고 눈물로 각 사람을 훈계하던 것을 기억하라 [32] 지금 내가 너희를 주와 및 그 은혜의 말씀께 부탁하노니 그 말씀이 너희를 능히 든든히 세우사 거룩케 하심을 입은 모든 자 가운데 기업이 있게 하시리라
(행 20:28-32, NKJV) [28] "Therefore take heed to yourselves and to all the flock, among which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers, to shepherd the church of God which He purchased with His own blood. [29] "For I know this, that after my departure savage wolves will come in among you, not sparing the flock. [30] "Also from among yourselves men will rise up, speaking perverse things, to draw away the disciples after themselves. [31] "Therefore watch, and remember that for three years I did not cease to warn everyone night and day with tears. [32] "So now, brethren, I commend you to God and to the word of His grace, which is able to build you up and give you an inheritance among all those who are sanctified.
(5) 성령의 전
(고전 6:19-21, 개역) [19] 너희 몸은 너희가 하나님께로부터 받은 바 너희 가운데 계신 성령의 전인 줄을 알지 못하느냐 너희는 너희의 것이 아니라 [20] 값으로 산 것이 되었으니 그런즉 너희 몸으로 하나님께 영광을 돌리라
(고전 6:19-21, NKJV) [19] Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own? [20] For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God's.
(6) 진리의 기둥과 터
(딤전 3:15, 개역) 만일 내가 지체하면 너로 하나님의 집에서 어떻게 행하여야 할 것을 알게 하려 함이니 이 집은 살아계신 하나님의 교회요 진리의 기둥과 터이니라
(1Tm 3:15, NKJV) but if I am delayed, I write so that you may know how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God, which is the church of the living God, the pillar and ground of the truth.
(7) 내 교회를 세운다.
(마 16:16-19, 개역) [16] 시몬 베드로가 대답하여 가로되 주는 그리스도시요 살아계신 하나님의 아들이시니이다 [17] 예수께서 대답하여 가라사대 바요나 시몬아 네가 복이 있도다 이를 네게 알게 한 이는 혈육이 아니요 하늘에 계신 내 아버지시니라 [18] 또 내가 네게 이르노니 너는 베드로라 내가 이 반석 위에 내 교회를 세우리니 음부의 권세가 이기지 못하리라 [19] 내가 천국 열쇠를 네게 주리니 네가 땅에서 무엇이든지 매면 하늘에서도 매일 것이요 네가 땅에서 무엇이든지 풀면 하늘에서도 풀리리라 하시고
(마 16:16-19, NKJV) [16] Simon Peter answered and said, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God." [17] Jesus answered and said to him, "Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah, for flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but My Father who is in heaven. [18] "And I also say to you that you are Peter, and on this rock I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. [19] "And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven."
(8) 교회를 사랑하자.
(요 13:34-35, 개역) [34] 새 계명을 너희에게 주노니 서로 사랑하라 내가 너희를 사랑한 것 같이 너희도 서로 사랑하라 [35] 너희가 서로 사랑하면 이로써 모든 사람이 너희가 내 제자인 줄 알리라
(요 13:34-35, NKJV) [34] "A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. [35] "By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another."
(시 122:6-9, 개역) [6] 예루살렘을 위하여 평안을 구하라 예루살렘을 사랑하는 자는 형통하리로다 [7] 네 성 안에는 평강이 있고 네 궁중에는 형통이 있을지어다 [8] 내가 내 형제와 붕우를 위하여 이제 말하리니 네 가운데 평강이 있을지어다 [9] 여호와 우리 하나님의 집을 위하여 내가 네 복을 구하리로다
(시 122:6-9, NKJV) [6] Pray for the peace of Jerusalem： "May they prosper who love you. [7] Peace be within your walls, Prosperity within your palaces." [8] For the sake of my brethren and companions, I will now say, "Peace be within you." [9] Because of the house of the LORD our God I will seek your good.
(히 10:24-25, 개역) [24] 서로 돌아보아 사랑과 선행을 격려하며 [25] 모이기를 폐하는 어떤 사람들의 습관과 같이 하지 말고 오직 권하여 그 날이 가까움을 볼수록 더욱 그리하자
(히 10:24-25, NKJV) [24] And let us consider one another in order to stir up love and good works, [25] not forsaking the assembling of ourselves together, as is the manner of some, but exhorting one another, and so much the more as you see the Day approaching.
6. 눈 비늘이 벗겨졌습니다.
(1) 세례를 받음.
(롬 6:1-4, 개역) [1] 그런즉 우리가 무슨 말 하리요 은혜를 더하게 하려고 죄에 거하겠느뇨 [2] 그럴 수 없느니라 죄에 대하여 죽은 우리가 어찌 그 가운데 더 살리요 [3] 무릇 그리스도 예수와 합하여 침례를 받은 우리는 그의 죽으심과 합하여 침례 받은 줄을 알지 못하느뇨 [4] 그러므로 우리가 그의 죽으심과 합하여 침례를 받음으로 그와 함께 장사되었나니 이는 아버지의 영광으로 말미암아 그리스도를 죽은 자 가운데서 살리심과 같이 우리로 또한 새 생명 가운데서 행하게 하려 함이니라
(롬 6:1-4, NKJV) [1] What shall we say then? Shall we continue in sin that grace may abound? [2] Certainly not! How shall we who died to sin live any longer in it? [3] Or do you not know that as many of us as were baptized into Christ Jesus were baptized into His death? [4] Therefore we were buried with Him through baptism into death, that just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, even so we also should walk in newness of life.

(2) 순복
(행 5:32, 개역) 우리는 이 일에 증인이요 하나님이 자기를 순종하는 사람들에게 주신 성령도 그러하니라 하더라
(Ac 5:32, NKJV) "And we are His witnesses to these things, and so also is the Holy Spirit whom God has given to those who obey Him."
(벧전 3:22, 개역) 저는 하늘에 오르사 하나님 우편에 계시니 천사들과 권세들과 능력들이 저에게 순복하느니라
(빌 2:9-11, 현대인) [9] 그러므로 하나님은 그분을 최고로 높여 모든 이름 위에 뛰어난 이름을 주셔서 [10] 하늘과 땅과 땅 아래 있는 자들이 모두 예수님의 이름에 무릎을 꿇게 하시고 [11] 모든 사람이 예수 그리스도를 주님이라고 고백하여 하나님 아버지께 영광을 돌리게 하셨습니다.
(빌 2:9-11, NKJV) [9] Therefore God also has highly exalted Him and given Him the name which is above every name, [10] that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven, and of those on earth, and of those under the earth, [11] and that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
(3) 성령의 충만함을 받음
(행 9:17, 개역) 아나니아가 떠나 그 집에 들어가서 그에게 안수하여 가로되 형제 사울아 주 곧 네가 오는 길에서 나타나시던 예수께서 나를 보내어 너로 다시 보게 하시고 성령으로 충만하게 하신다 하니
(Ac 9:17, NKJV) And Ananias went his way and entered the house; and laying his hands on him he said, "Brother Saul, the Lord Jesus, who appeared to you on the road as you came, has sent me that you may receive your sight and be filled with the Holy Spirit."
(4) 착각
(마 7:1-5, 개역) [1] 비판을 받지 아니하려거든 비판하지 말라 [2] 너희의 비판하는 그 비판으로 너희가 비판을 받을 것이요 너희의 헤아리는 그 헤아림으로 너희가 헤아림을 받을 것이니라 [3] 어찌하여 형제의 눈 속에 있는 티는 보고 네 눈 속에 있는 들보는 깨닫지 못하느냐 [4] 보라 네 눈 속에 들보가 있는데 어찌하여 형제에게 말하기를 나로 네 눈 속에 있는 티를 빼게 하라 하겠느냐 [5] 외식하는 자여 먼저 네 눈 속에서 들보를 빼어라 그 후에야 밝히 보고 형제의 눈 속에서 티를 빼리라
(마 7:1-5, NKJV) [1] "Judge not, that you be not judged. [2] "For with what judgment you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you. [3] "And why do you look at the speck in your brother's eye, but do not consider the plank in your own eye? [4] "Or how can you say to your brother, 'Let me remove the speck from your eye'; and look, a plank is in your own eye? [5] "Hypocrite! First remove the plank from your own eye, and then you will see clearly to remove the speck from your brother's eye.
(5) 마음의 눈의 어두움 마6
(마 6:19-24, 개역) [19] 너희를 위하여 보물을 땅에 쌓아 두지 말라 거기는 좀과 동록이 해하며 도적이 구멍을 뚫고 도적질하느니라 [20] 오직 너희를 위하여 보물을 하늘에 쌓아 두라 저기는 좀이나 동록이 해하지 못하며 도적이 구멍을 뚫지도 못하고 도적질도 못하느니라 [21] 네 보물 있는 그 곳에는 네 마음도 있느니라 [22] 눈은 몸의 등불이니 그러므로 네 눈이 성하면 온 몸이 밝을 것이요 [23] 눈이 나쁘면 온 몸이 어두울 것이니 그러므로 네게 있는 빛이 어두우면 그 어두움이 얼마나 하겠느뇨 [24] 한 사람이 두 주인을 섬기지 못할 것이니 혹 이를 미워하며 저를 사랑하거나 혹 이를 중히 여기며 저를 경히 여김이라 너희가 하나님과 재물을 겸하여 섬기지 못하느니라

[21] "For where your treasure is, there your heart will be also. [22] "The lamp of the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. [23] "But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness! [24] "No one can serve two masters; for either he will hate the one and love the other, or else he will be loyal to the one and despise the other. You cannot serve God and mammon.

(딤전 6:6-10, 개역) [6] 그러나 지족하는 마음이 있으면 경건이 큰 이익이 되느니라 [7] 우리가 세상에 아무 것도 가지고 온 것이 없으매 또한 아무 것도 가지고 가지 못하리니 [8] 우리가 먹을 것과 입을 것이 있은즉 족한 줄로 알 것이니라 [9] 부하려 하는 자들은 시험과 올무와 여러 가지 어리석고 해로운 정욕에 떨어지나니 곧 사람으로 침륜과 멸망에 빠지게 하는 것이라 [10] 돈을 사랑함이 일만 악의 뿌리가 되나니 이것을 사모하는 자들이 미혹을 받아 믿음에서 떠나 많은 근심으로써 자기를 찔렀도다
(딤전 6:6-10, NKJV) [6] Now godliness with contentment is great gain. [7] For we brought nothing into this world, and it is certain we can carry nothing out. [8] And having food and clothing, with these we shall be content. [9] But those who desire to be rich fall into temptation and a snare, and into many foolish and harmful lusts which drown men in destruction and perdition. [10] For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil, for which some have strayed from the faith in their greediness, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows.
(7) 욕망에
(골 3:5, 개역) 그러므로 땅에 있는 지체를 죽이라 곧 음란과 부정과 사욕과 악한 정욕과 탐심이니 탐심은 우상 숭배니라
(Col 3:5, NKJV) Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth： fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
(8) 깨닫지 못함
(막 8:17, 개역) 예수께서 아시고 이르시되 너희가 어찌 떡이 없음으로 의논하느냐 아직도 알지 못하며 깨닫지 못하느냐 너희 마음이 둔하냐
(Mk 8:17, NKJV) But Jesus, being aware of it, said to them, "Why do you reason because you have no bread? Do you not yet perceive nor understand? Is your heart still hardened?
(눅 8:10, 개역) 가라사대 하나님 나라의 비밀을 아는 것이 너희에게는 허락되었으나 다른 사람에게는 비유로 하나니 이는 저희로 보아도 보지 못하고 들어도 깨닫지 못하게 하려 함이니라
(Lk 8:10, NKJV) And He said, "To you it has been given to know the mysteries of the kingdom of God, but to the rest it is given in parables, that 'Seeing they may not see, And hearing they may not understand.'
(눅 18:33-34, 개역) [33] 저희는 채찍질하고 죽일 것이니 저는 삼 일만에 살아나리라 하시되 [34] 제자들이 이것을 하나도 깨닫지 못하였으니 그 말씀이 감취었으므로 저희가 그 이르신 바를 알지 못하였더라
(눅 18:33-34, NKJV) [33] "They will scourge Him and kill Him. And the third day He will rise again." [34] But they understood none of these things; this saying was hidden from them, and they did not know the things which were spoken.
(9) 편견
(약 2:1-5, 개역) [1] 내 형제들아 영광의 주 곧 우리 주 예수 그리스도를 믿는 믿음을 너희가 받았으니 사람을 외모로 취하지 말라 [2] 만일 너희 회당에 금 가락지를 끼고 아름다운 옷을 입은 사람이 들어오고 또 더러운 옷을 입은 가난한 사람이 들어올 때에 [3] 너희가 아름다운 옷을 입은 자를 돌아보아 가로되 여기 좋은 자리에 앉으소서 하고 또 가난한 자에게 이르되 너는 거기 섰든지 내 발등상 아래 앉으라 하면 [4] 너희끼리 서로 구별하며 악한 생각으로 판단하는 자가 되는 것이 아니냐 [5] 내 사랑하는 형제들아 들을지어다 하나님이 세상에 대하여는 가난한 자를 택하사 믿음에 부요하게 하시고 또 자기를 사랑하는 자들에게 약속하신 나라를 유업으로 받게 아니하셨느냐
(약 2:1-5, NKJV) [1] My brethren, do not hold the faith of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Lord of glory, with partiality. [2] For if there should come into your assembly a man with gold rings, in fine apparel, and there should also come in a poor man in filthy clothes, [3] and you pay attention to the one wearing the fine clothes and say to him, "You sit here in a good place," and say to the poor man, "You stand there," or, "Sit here at my footstool," [4] have you not shown partiality among yourselves, and become judges with evil thoughts? [5] Listen, my beloved brethren： Has God not chosen the poor of this world to be rich in faith and heirs of the kingdom which He promised to those who love Him?
(10) 교만
(벧전 5:5-9, 개역) [5] 젊은 자들아 이와 같이 장로들에게 순복하고 다 서로 겸손으로 허리를 동이라 하나님이 교만한 자를 대적하시되 겸손한 자들에게는 은혜를 주시느니라 [6] 그러므로 하나님의 능하신 손 아래서 겸손하라 때가 되면 너희를 높이시리라 [7] 너희 염려를 다 주께 맡겨 버리라 이는 저가 너희를 권고하심이니라 [8] 근신하라 깨어라 너희 대적 마귀가 우는 사자 같이 두루 다니며 삼킬 자를 찾나니 [9] 너희는 믿음을 굳게 하여 저를 대적하라 이는 세상에 있는 너희 형제들도 동일한 고난을 당하는 줄을 앎이니라
(벧전 5:5-9, NKJV) [5] Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for "God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble." [6] Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, [7] casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. [8] Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. [9] Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
(11) 외식
(마 23:21-23, 개역) [21] 또 성전으로 맹세하는 자는 성전과 그 안에 계신 이로 맹세함이요 [22] 또 하늘로 맹세하는 자는 하나님의 보좌와 그 위에 앉으신 이로 맹세함이니라 [23] 화 있을진저 외식하는 서기관들과 바리새인들이여 너희가 박하와 회향과 근채의 십일조를 드리되 율법의 더 중한 바 의와 인과 신은 버렸도다 그러나 이것도 행하고 저것도 버리지 말아야 할지니라
(마 23:21-23, NKJV) [21] "He who swears by the temple, swears by it and by Him who dwells in it. [22] "And he who swears by heaven, swears by the throne of God and by Him who sits on it. [23] "Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! For you pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have neglected the weightier matters of the law： justice and mercy and faith. These you ought to have done, without leaving the others undone.
(12) 신약의 눈으로
(고후 3:12-18, 개역) [12] 우리가 이같은 소망이 있으므로 담대히 말하노니 [13] 우리는 모세가 이스라엘 자손들로 장차 없어질 것의 결국을 주목치 못하게 하려고 수건을 그 얼굴에 쓴 것 같이 아니하노라 [14] 그러나 저희 마음이 완고하여 오늘까지라도 구약을 읽을 때에 그 수건이 오히려 벗어지지 아니하고 있으니 그 수건은 그리스도 안에서 없어질 것이라 [15] 오늘까지 모세의 글을 읽을 때에 수건이 오히려 그 마음을 덮었도다 [16] 그러나 언제든지 주께로 돌아가면 그 수건이 벗어지리라 [17] 주는 영이시니 주의 영이 계신 곳에는 자유함이 있느니라 [18] 우리가 다 수건을 벗은 얼굴로 거울을 보는 것 같이 주의 영광을 보매 저와 같은 형상으로 화하여 영광으로 영광에 이르니 곧 주의 영으로 말미암음이니라
(고후 3:12-18, NKJV) [12] Therefore, since we have such hope, we use great boldness of speech-- [13] unlike Moses, who put a veil over his face so that the children of Israel could not look steadily at the end of what was passing away. [14] But their minds were blinded. For until this day the same veil remains unlifted in the reading of the Old Testament, because the veil is taken away in Christ. [15] But even to this day, when Moses is read, a veil lies on their heart. [16] Nevertheless when one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away. [17] Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty. [18] But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
7. 주님의 용서와 사랑과 섭리를 알았습니다.
(1) 택하신 그릇
(갈 1:11-17, 개역) [11] 형제들아 내가 너희에게 알게 하노니 내가 전한 복음이 사람의 뜻을 따라 된 것이 아니라 [12] 이는 내가 사람에게서 받은 것도 아니요 배운 것도 아니요 오직 예수 그리스도의 계시로 말미암은 것이라 [13] 내가 이전에 유대교에 있을 때에 행한 일을 너희가 들었거니와 하나님의 교회를 심히 핍박하여 잔해하고 [14] 내가 내 동족 중 여러 연갑자보다 유대교를 지나치게 믿어 내 조상의 유전에 대하여 더욱 열심이 있었으나 [15] 그러나 내 어머니의 태로부터 나를 택정하시고 은혜로 나를 부르신 이가 [16] 그 아들을 이방에 전하기 위하여 그를 내 속에 나타내시기를 기뻐하실 때에 내가 곧 혈육과 의논하지 아니하고 [17] 또 나보다 먼저 사도 된 자들을 만나려고 예루살렘으로 가지 아니하고 오직 아라비아로 갔다가 다시 다메섹으로 돌아갔노라
(갈 1:11-17, NKJV) [11] But I make known to you, brethren, that the gospel which was preached by me is not according to man. [12] For I neither received it from man, nor was I taught it, but it came through the revelation of Jesus Christ. [13] For you have heard of my former conduct in Judaism, how I persecuted the church of God beyond measure and tried to destroy it. [14] And I advanced in Judaism beyond many of my contemporaries in my own nation, being more exceedingly zealous for the traditions of my fathers. [15] But when it pleased God, who separated me from my mother's womb and called me through His grace, [16] to reveal His Son in me, that I might preach Him among the Gentiles, I did not immediately confer with flesh and blood, [17] nor did I go up to Jerusalem to those who were apostles before me; but I went to Arabia, and returned again to Damascus.
(2) 주님의 이름을 위하여 해를 많이 받을 것
(고후 11:22-28, 개역) [22] 저희가 히브리인이냐 나도 그러하며 저희가 이스라엘인이냐 나도 그러하며 저희가 아브라함의 씨냐 나도 그러하며 [23] 저희가 그리스도의 일꾼이냐 정신 없는 말을 하거니와 나도 더욱 그러하도다 내가 수고를 넘치도록 하고 옥에 갇히기도 더 많이 하고 매도 수없이 맞고 여러 번 죽을 뻔하였으니 [24] 유대인들에게 사십에 하나 감한 매를 다섯 번 맞았으며 [25] 세 번 태장으로 맞고 한 번 돌로 맞고 세 번 파선하는데 일 주야를 깊음에서 지냈으며 [26] 여러 번 여행에 강의 위험과 강도의 위험과 동족의 위험과 이방인의 위험과 시내의 위험과 광야의 위험과 바다의 위험과 거짓 형제 중의 위험을 당하고 [27] 또 수고하며 애쓰고 여러 번 자지 못하고 주리며 목마르고 여러 번 굶고 춥고 헐벗었노라 [28] 이 외의 일은 고사하고 오히려 날마다 내 속에 눌리는 일이 있으니 곧 모든 교회를 위하여 염려하는 것이라
(고후 11:22-28, NKJV) [22] Are they Hebrews? So am I. Are they Israelites? So am I. Are they the seed of Abraham? So am I. [23] Are they ministers of Christ?--I speak as a fool--I am more： in labors more abundant, in stripes above measure, in prisons more frequently, in deaths often. [24] From the Jews five times I received forty stripes minus one. (3) 주님을 위해 살았습니다.
(딤후 4:6-8, 개역) [6] 관제와 같이 벌써 내가 부음이 되고 나의 떠날 기약이 가까웠도다 [7] 내가 선한 싸움을 싸우고 나의 달려갈 길을 마치고 믿음을 지켰으니 [8] 이제 후로는 나를 위하여 의의 면류관이 예비되었으므로 주 곧 의로우신 재판장이 그 날에 내게 주실 것이니 내게만 아니라 주의 나타나심을 사모하는 모든 자에게니라
(딤후 4:6-8, NKJV) [6] For I am already being poured out as a drink offering, and the time of my departure is at hand. [7] I have fought the good fight, I have finished the race, I have kept the faith. [8] Finally, there is laid up for me the crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous Judge, will give to me on that Day, and not to me only but also to all who have loved His appearing.
(4) 예수님은 하나님의 아들이심을 증거하였습니다.

(마 17:1-7, NKJV) [1] Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves; [2] and He was transfigured before them. His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. [3] And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him. [4] Then Peter answered and said to Jesus, "Lord, it is good for us to be here; if You wish, let us make here three tabernacles： one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah." [5] While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!" [6] And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their faces and were greatly afraid. [7] But Jesus came and touched them and said, "Arise, and do not be afraid."
(5) 예수님이 그리스도이심을 증거하였습니다.
(요 1:29-34, 개역) [29] 이튿날 요한이 예수께서 자기에게 나아오심을 보고 가로되 보라 세상 죄를 지고 가는 하나님의 어린 양이로다 [30] 내가 전에 말하기를 내 뒤에 오는 사람이 있는데 나보다 앞선 것은 그가 나보다 먼저 계심이라 한 것이 이 사람을 가리킴이라 [31] 나도 그를 알지 못하였으나 내가 와서 물로 침례를 주는 것은 그를 이스라엘에게 나타내려 함이라 하니라 [32] 요한이 또 증거하여 가로되 내가 보매 성령이 비둘기 같이 하늘로서 내려와서 그의 위에 머물렀더라 [33] 나도 그를 알지 못하였으나 나를 보내어 물로 침례를 주라 하신 그이가 나에게 말씀하시되 성령이 내려서 누구 위에든지 머무는 것을 보거든 그가 곧 성령으로 침례를 주는 이인줄 알라 하셨기에 [34] 내가 보고 그가 하나님의 아들이심을 증거하였노라 하니라
(요 1:29-34, NKJV) [29] The next day John saw Jesus coming toward him, and said, "Behold! The Lamb of God who takes away the sin of the world! [30] "This is He of whom I said, 'After me comes a Man who is preferred before me, for He was before me.' [31] "I did not know Him; but that He should be revealed to Israel, therefore I came baptizing with water." [32] And John bore witness, saying, "I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and He remained upon Him. [33] "I did not know Him, but He who sent me to baptize with water said to me, 'Upon whom you see the Spirit descending, and remaining on Him, this is He who baptizes with the Holy Spirit.' [34] "And I have seen and testified that this is the Son of God."
(눅 2:8-13, 개역) [8] 그 지경에 목자들이 밖에서 밤에 자기 양떼를 지키더니 [9] 주의 사자가 곁에 서고 주의 영광이 저희를 두루 비취매 크게 무서워하는지라 [10] 천사가 이르되 무서워 말라 보라 내가 온 백성에게 미칠 큰 기쁨의 좋은 소식을 너희에게 전하노라 [11] 오늘날 다윗의 동네에 너희를 위하여 구주가 나셨으니 곧 그리스도 주시니라 [12] 너희가 가서 강보에 싸여 구유에 누인 아기를 보리니 이것이 너희에게 표적이니라 하더니 [13] 홀연히 허다한 천군이 그 천사와 함께 있어 하나님을 찬송하여 가로되
(눅 2:8-13, NKJV) [8] Now there were in the same country shepherds living out in the fields, keeping watch over their flock by night. [9] And behold, an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were greatly afraid. [10] Then the angel said to them, "Do not be afraid, for behold, I bring you good tidings of great joy which will be to all people. [11] "For there is born to you this day in the city of David a Savior, who is Christ the Lord. [12] "And this will be the sign to you： You will find a Babe wrapped in swaddling cloths, lying in a manger." [13] And suddenly there was with the angel a multitude of the heavenly host praising God and saying：
(6) 사울은 주님께 사로잡혔습니다.
(빌 3:11-13, 개역) [11] 어찌하든지 죽은 자 가운데서 부활에 이르려 하노니 [12] 내가 이미 얻었다 함도 아니요 온전히 이루었다 함도 아니라 오직 내가 그리스도 예수께 잡힌 바 된 그것을 잡으려고 좇아가노라 [13] 형제들아 나는 아직 내가 잡은 줄로 여기지 아니하고 오직 한 일 즉 뒤에 있는 것은 잊어버리고 앞에 있는 것을 잡으려고
(빌 3:11-13, NKJV) [11] if, by any means, I may attain to the resurrection from the dead. [12] Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. [13] Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead,
(빌 1:18-21, 개역) [18] 그러면 무엇이뇨 외모로 하나 참으로 하나 무슨 방도로 하든지 전파되는 것은 그리스도니 이로써 내가 기뻐하고 또한 기뻐하리라 [19] 이것이 너희 간구와 예수 그리스도의 성령의 도우심으로 내 구원에 이르게 할 줄 아는 고로 [20] 나의 간절한 기대와 소망을 따라 아무 일에든지 부끄럽지 아니하고 오직 전과 같이 이제도 온전히 담대하여 살든지 죽든지 내 몸에서 그리스도가 존귀히 되게 하려 하나니 [21] 이는 내게 사는 것이 그리스도니 죽는 것도 유익함이니라
(빌 1:18-21, NKJV) [18] What then? Only that in every way, whether in pretense or in truth, Christ is preached; and in this I rejoice, yes, and will rejoice. [19] For I know that this will turn out for my deliverance through your prayer and the supply of the Spirit of Jesus Christ, [20] according to my earnest expectation and hope that in nothing I shall be ashamed, but with all boldness, as always, so now also Christ will be magnified in my body, whether by life or by death. [21] For to me, to live is Christ, and to die is gain.
(7) 하나님의 지혜 롬 11
(롬 11:33-36, 개역) [33] 깊도다 하나님의 지혜와 지식의 부요함이여 그의 판단은 측량치 못할 것이며 그의 길은 찾지 못할 것이로다 [34] 누가 주의 마음을 알았느뇨 누가 그의 모사가 되었느뇨 [35] 누가 주께 먼저 드려서 갚으심을 받겠느뇨 [36] 이는 만물이 주에게서 나오고 주로 말미암고 주에게로 돌아감이라 영광이 그에게 세세에 있으리로다 아멘
(롬 11:33-36, NKJV) [33] Oh, the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! How unsearchable are His judgments and His ways past finding out! [34] "For who has known the mind of the LORD? Or who has become His counselor?" [35] "Or who has first given to Him And it shall be repaid to him?" [36] For of Him and through Him and to Him are all things, to whom be glory forever. Amen.
(8) 십자가
(고전 1:18-21, 개역) [18] 십자가의 도가 멸망하는 자들에게는 미련한 것이요 구원을 얻는 우리에게는 하나님의 능력이라 [19] 기록된 바 내가 지혜 있는 자들의 지혜를 멸하고 총명한 자들의 총명을 폐하리라 하였으니 [20] 지혜 있는 자가 어디 있느뇨 선비가 어디 있느뇨 이 세대에 변사가 어디 있느뇨 하나님께서 이 세상의 지혜를 미련케 하신 것이 아니뇨 [21] 하나님의 지혜에 있어서는 이 세상이 자기 지혜로 하나님을 알지 못하는 고로 하나님께서 전도의 미련한 것으로 믿는 자들을 구원하시기를 기뻐하셨도다
(고전 1:18-21, NKJV) [18] For the message of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us who are being saved it is the power of God. [19] For it is written： "I will destroy the wisdom of the wise, And bring to nothing the understanding of the prudent." [20] Where is the wise? Where is the scribe? Where is the disputer of this age? Has not God made foolish the wisdom of this world? [21] For since, in the wisdom of God, the world through wisdom did not know God, it pleased God through the foolishness of the message preached to save those who believe.
(9) 사울을 준비하심
(행 9:15, 개역) 주께서 가라사대 가라 이 사람은 내 이름을 이방인과 임금들과 이스라엘 자손들 앞에 전하기 위하여 택한 나의 그릇이라
(Ac 9:15, NKJV) But the Lord said to him, "Go, for he is a chosen vessel of Mine to bear My name before Gentiles, kings, and the children of Israel.
(10) 놀라운 구원 도
(딛 2:11-14, 개역) [11] 모든 사람에게 구원을 주시는 하나님의 은혜가 나타나 [12] 우리를 양육하시되 경건치 않은 것과 이 세상 정욕을 다 버리고 근신함과 의로움과 경건함으로 이 세상에 살고 [13] 복스러운 소망과 우리의 크신 하나님 구주 예수 그리스도의 영광이 나타나심을 기다리게 하셨으니 [14] 그가 우리를 대신하여 자신을 주심은 모든 불법에서 우리를 구속하시고 우리를 깨끗하게 하사 선한 일에 열심하는 친 백성이 되게 하려 하심이니라
(딛 2:11-14, NKJV) [11] For the grace of God that brings salvation has appeared to all men, [12] teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly in the present age, [13] looking for the blessed hope and glorious appearing of our great God and Savior Jesus Christ, [14] who gave Himself for us, that He might redeem us from every lawless deed and purify for Himself His own special people, zealous for good works.
(딛 3:5-7, 개역) [5] 우리를 구원하시되 우리의 행한 바 의로운 행위로 말미암지 아니하고 오직 그의 긍휼하심을 좇아 중생의 씻음과 성령의 새롭게 하심으로 하셨나니 [6] 성령을 우리 구주 예수 그리스도로 말미암아 우리에게 풍성히 부어 주사 [7] 우리로 저의 은혜를 힘입어 의롭다 하심을 얻어 영생의 소망을 따라 후사가 되게 하려 하심이라
(딛 3:5-7, NKJV) [5] not by works of righteousness which we have done, but according to His mercy He saved us, through the washing of regeneration and renewing of the Holy Spirit, [6] whom He poured out on us abundantly through Jesus Christ our Savior, [7] that having been justified by His grace we should become heirs according to the hope of eternal life.
(11) 경건의 비밀
(딤전 3:16, 개역) 크도다 경건의 비밀이여 그렇지 않다 하는 이 없도다 그는 육신으로 나타난 바 되시고 영으로 의롭다 하심을 입으시고 천사들에게 보이시고 만국에서 전파되시고 세상에서 믿은 바 되시고 영광 가운데서 올리우셨음이니라
(1Tm 3:16, NKJV) And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness： God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory.
(12) 놀라운 사랑 고후 5
(고후 5:14-15, 개역) [14] 그리스도의 사랑이 우리를 강권하시는도다 우리가 생각건대 한 사람이 모든 사람을 대신하여 죽었은즉 모든 사람이 죽은 것이라 [15] 저가 모든 사람을 대신하여 죽으심은 산 자들로 하여금 다시는 저희 자신을 위하여 살지 않고 오직 저희를 대신하여 죽었다가 다시 사신 자를 위하여 살게 하려 함이니라
(고후 5:14-15, NKJV) [14] For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus： that if One died for all, then all died; [15] and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.
(13) 놀라운 능력 롬 1
(롬 1:18-23, 개역) [18] 하나님의 진노가 불의로 진리를 막는 사람들의 모든 경건치 않음과 불의에 대하여 하늘로 좇아 나타나나니 [19] 이는 하나님을 알 만한 것이 저희 속에 보임이라 하나님께서 이를 저희에게 보이셨느니라 [20] 창세로부터 그의 보이지 아니하는 것들 곧 그의 영원하신 능력과 신성이 그 만드신 만물에 분명히 보여 알게 되나니 그러므로 저희가 핑계치 못할지니라 [21] 하나님을 알되 하나님으로 영화롭게도 아니하며 감사치도 아니하고 오히려 그 생각이 허망하여지며 미련한 마음이 어두워졌나니 [22] 스스로 지혜 있다 하나 우준하게 되어 [23] 썩어지지 아니하는 하나님의 영광을 썩어질 사람과 금수와 버러지 형상의 우상으로 바꾸었느니라
(롬 1:18-23, NKJV) [18] For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, [19] because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them. [20] For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse, [21] because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. [22] Professing to be wise, they became fools, [23] and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man--and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things.
사랑하는 성도 여러분,
사울의 과거를 나의 과거를 비교할 때 나도 그만큼 큰 죄인은 아니었습니까?
나는 무엇 때문에 회심하게 되었습니까?
나의 첫감격과 사랑을 잃어 버린 것을 아닙니까?
교회를 핍박하는 것은 주님을 핍박하는 것입니다.
나는 무엇에 눈이 멀어 있는 것은 아닐까요?
무엇 보다도 마음의 눈이 열려 항상 주님을 바라 보아야 하겠습니다.
첫사랑을 회복하고 열심히 주님을 위해 살아야 하겠습니다.
오늘도, 주님을 만난 첫사랑과 감격을 회복하고 영적인 눈이 떠져서 항상 주님을 바라 보며 충성을 다하는 복된 우리 모두가 될수 있기를 우리주 예수그리스도의 이름으로 간절히 축원합니다. 아멘!
