<시험에서 승리하신 예수님>
(눅 4:1-15, 개역) [1] 예수께서 성령의 충만함을 입어 요단 강에서 돌아오사 광야에서 사십 일 동안 성령에게 이끌리시며 [2] 마귀에게 시험을 받으시더라 이 모든 날에 아무 것도 잡수시지 아니하시니 날 수가 다하매 주리신지라 [3] 마귀가 가로되 네가 만일 하나님의 아들이어든 이 돌들에게 명하여 떡덩이가 되게 하라 [4] 예수께서 대답하시되 기록하기를 사람이 떡으로만 살 것이 아니라 하였느니라 [5] 마귀가 또 예수를 이끌고 올라가서 순식간에 천하 만국을 보이며 [6] 가로되 이 모든 권세와 그 영광을 내가 네게 주리라 이것은 내게 넘겨 준 것이므로 나의 원하는 자에게 주노라 [7] 그러므로 네가 만일 내게 절하면 다 네 것이 되리라 [8] 예수께서 대답하여 가라사대 기록하기를 주 너의 하나님께 경배하고 다만 그를 섬기라 하였느니라 [9] 또 이끌고 예루살렘으로 가서 성전 꼭대기에 세우고 가로되 네가 만일 하나님의 아들이어든 여기서 뛰어 내리라 [10] 기록하였으되 하나님이 너를 위하여 그 사자들을 명하사 너를 지키게 하시리라 하였고 [11] 또한 저희가 손으로 너를 받들어 네 발이 돌에 부딪히지 않게 하시리라 하였느니라 [12] 예수께서 대답하여 가라사대 말씀하기를 주 너의 하나님을 시험치 말라 하였느니라 [13] 마귀가 모든 시험을 다 한 후에 얼마 동안 떠나니라 [14] 예수께서 성령의 권능으로 갈릴리에 돌아가시니 그 소문이 사방에 퍼졌고 [15] 친히 그 여러 회당에서 가르치시매 뭇 사람에게 칭송을 받으시더라

And in those days He ate nothing, and afterward, when they had ended, He was hungry. [3] And the devil said to Him, "If You are the Son of God, command this stone to become bread." [4] But Jesus answered him, saying, "It is written, 'Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.'" [5] Then the devil, taking Him up on a high mountain, showed Him all the kingdoms of the world in a moment of time. [6] And the devil said to Him, "All this authority I will give You, and their glory; for this has been delivered to me, and I give it to whomever I wish. [7] "Therefore, if You will worship before me, all will be Yours." [8] And Jesus answered and said to him, "Get behind Me, Satan! For it is written, 'You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.'" [9] Then he brought Him to Jerusalem, set Him on the pinnacle of the temple, and said to Him, "If You are the Son of God, throw Yourself down from here. [10] "For it is written： 'He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you,' [11] "and, 'In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone.'" [12] And Jesus answered and said to him, "It has been said, 'You shall not tempt the LORD your God.'" [13] Now when the devil had ended every temptation, he departed from Him until an opportune time. [14] Then Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and news of Him went out through all the surrounding region. [15] And He taught in their synagogues, being glorified by all.
오늘은 사순절 첫 주일입니다. 사순절은 하나님 앞에서 자신을 돌아보고 더욱 받은 은혜에 합당한 삶을 살고 있는지 점검하는 기간입니다. 거룩함과 헌신과 열심에 더욱 전진하고 주님께 더 가까이 나가는 시간입니다.
그런 의미에서 오늘 예수님이 광야에서 시험을 이기신 말씀을 통하여 은혜를 얻고자 하는 것입니다. 예수님은 요단강에서 세례요한에게 세례를 받으시고 성령이 충만하셔서 성령님에게 이끌리어 광야로 가셨고 40일을 금식하며 기도하시게 됩니다. 메시야로 취임식을 하셨지만 훈련과 인증이 필요하였던 것입니다. 여기서 우리가 알아야 하는 것은 예수님이 하나님의 아들이시지만 자신을 비우셨기 때문에 오직 성령님의 능력과 인도하심에 의존하셨다는 사실입니다. 그러므로 실제 메시야 사역을 시작하시기 전에 자신을 이기는 기도훈련이 필요하셨습니다. 결단의 시간이요 자신을 극한상황에 테스트해보는 시간입니다.
40일이 지나자 마귀가 나타나 예수님을 시험하였습니다. 이것은 훈련을 하신 예수님에 대한 종합 시험과 같은 것입니다. 마귀는 돌로 빵을 만들라고 시험하였고 천하 만국을 줄테니 자기에게 절하라고 시험하였습니다. 그리고 마지막에는 성전 꼭대기에서 뛰어 내리라고 도전하였습니다. 그러면 하나님이 약속하신 대로 다치지 않게 하실것이고 예수님은 단숨에 왕으로 메사야로 인정되실 수도 있었습니다.
어떻게 보면 마귀의 시험은 하나님의 아들인데 제가 왜 힘들게 십자가의 길을 가려느냐 쉽게 가라는 유혹이었습니다. 그렇게 되면 인류를 죄와 사망에서 구하여 해방하시려는 하나님의 계획은 실패하고 마는 것입니다.
예수님은 말씀으로 이기셨고 예수님은 이제 권능으로 확신을 가지시고 사명에 임하신것입니다. 첫 번째 아담은 시험에 실패하였지만 두 번째 아담이신 예수님은 미 마귀의 시험을 이기심으로 가시는 곳마다 천국 복음을 전파하시며 병자들을 치유하시고 귀신을 내쫓는 사역을 하신것입니다. 그 후로도 마귀는 바리새인들을 부추기어 여러가지로 공격을 하였지만 실패하였고 드디어 십자가에 예쉬님을 못밖아 죽이는 일을 유대인들의 뒤에서 조종하였던 것입니다. 그러나 예수님은 결국 아버지의 뜻에 순종하여 십자가에서 온 인류의 죄짐을 대신 지시고 죽으심으로 구속사역을 감당하신 것입니다. 하나님은 사흘만에 다시 살리셨고 완전한 승리를 거두셨습니다. 마귀의 권세는 깨어졌고 오히려 하나님은 빌립보 2장의 말씀처럼 죽기까지 복종하신 예수님께 하늘과 땅의 모든 권세를 주셨습니다. 모든 이름위에 뛰어난 이름을 주셨습니다.
오늘 본문을 통하여 우리는 시험에 이기기 위하여 성령의 충만하심과 이끌림이 필요하고 결단의 기도와 훈련이 필요함을 알수가 있습니다. 40일동안 금식하시면서 얻으신 것이 무엇일까요? 아버지께 더욱 가까이 나가고 친밀함을 더하셨을 것입니다.
우리들도 이 사순절 기간에 더욱 주님께 가까이 가는 귀한 시간이 되어야 하겠습니다.
1. 성령 으로. 충만 하셨습니다.
(1) 세례받으실 때
(눅 3:21-22, 개역) [21] 백성이 다 침례를 받을새 예수도 침례를 받으시고 기도하실 때에 하늘이 열리며 [22] 성령이 형체로 비둘기 같이 그의 위에 강림하시더니 하늘로서 소리가 나기를 너는 내 사랑하는 아들이라 내가 너를 기뻐하노라 하시니라
(눅 3:21-22, NKJV) [21] When all the people were baptized, it came to pass that Jesus also was baptized; and while He prayed, the heaven was opened. [22] And the Holy Spirit descended in bodily form like a dove upon Him, and a voice came from heaven which said, "You are My beloved Son; in You I am well pleased."
(2) 실 생활에서 시험을 받아야 승리해야 함.

(3) 성령의 인도하심을 받았습니다.

(마 4:1, 개역) 그 때에 예수께서 성령에게 이끌리어 마귀에게 시험을 받으러 광야로 가사
(Mt 4:1, NKJV) Then Jesus was led up by the Spirit into the wilderness to be tempted by the devil.
(4) 성령으로 귀신을 쫓아 내심 하나님나라가 임하심
(마 12:28, 개역) 그러나 내가 하나님의 성령을 힘입어 귀신을 쫓아 내는 것이면 하나님의 나라가 이미 너희에게 임하였느니라
(Mt 12:28, NKJV) "But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you.
(5) 성령과 능력으로 행하심
(행 10:38, 개역) 하나님이 나사렛 예수에게 성령과 능력을 기름붓듯 하셨으매 저가 두루 다니시며 착한 일을 행하시고 마귀에게 눌린 모든 자를 고치셨으니 이는 하나님이 함께 하셨음이라
(Ac 10:38, NKJV) "how God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Spirit and with power, who went about doing good and healing all who were oppressed by the devil, for God was with Him.
(6) 성령으로 기뻐하심
(눅 10:17-24, 개역) [17] 칠십 인이 기뻐 돌아와 가로되 주여 주의 이름으로 귀신들도 우리에게 항복하더이다 [18] 예수께서 이르시되 사단이 하늘로서 번개 같이 떨어지는 것을 내가 보았노라 [19] 내가 너희에게 뱀과 전갈을 밟으며 원수의 모든 능력을 제어할 권세를 주었으니 너희를 해할 자가 결단코 없으리라 [20] 그러나 귀신들이 너희에게 항복하는 것으로 기뻐하지 말고 너희 이름이 하늘에 기록된 것으로 기뻐하라 하시니라 [21] 이 때에 예수께서 성령으로 기뻐하사 가라사대 천지의 주재이신 아버지여 이것을 지혜롭고 슬기 있는 자들에게는 숨기시고 어린 아이들에게는 나타내심을 감사하나이다 옳소이다 이렇게 된 것이 아버지의 뜻이니이다 [22] 내 아버지께서 모든 것을 내게 주셨으니 아버지 외에는 아들이 누군지 아는 자가 없고 아들과 또 아들의 소원대로 계시를 받는 자 외에는 아버지가 누군지 아는 자가 없나이다 하시고 [23] 제자들을 돌아보시며 종용히 이르시되 너희의 보는 것을 보는 눈은 복이 있도다 [24] 내가 너희에게 말하노니 많은 선지자와 임금이 너희 보는 바를 보고자 하였으되 보지 못하였으며 너희 듣는 바를 듣고자 하였으되 듣지 못하였느니라
(눅 10:17-24, NKJV) [17] Then the seventy returned with joy, saying, "Lord, even the demons are subject to us in Your name." [18] And He said to them, "I saw Satan fall like lightning from heaven. [19] "Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you. [20] "Nevertheless do not rejoice in this, that the spirits are subject to you, but rather rejoice because your names are written in heaven." [21] In that hour Jesus rejoiced in the Spirit and said, "I thank You, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that You have hidden these things from the wise and prudent and revealed them to babes. Even so, Father, for so it seemed good in Your sight. [22] "All things have been delivered to Me by My Father, and no one knows who the Son is except the Father, and who the Father is except the Son, and the one to whom the Son wills to reveal Him." [23] Then He turned to His disciples and said privately, "Blessed are the eyes which see the things you see; [24] "for I tell you that many prophets and kings have desired to see what you see, and have not seen it, and to hear what you hear, and have not heard it."
(7) 예언 성취눅 4.18.19
(눅 4:18-19, 개역) [18] 주의 성령이 내게 임하셨으니 이는 가난한 자에게 복음을 전하게 하시려고 내게 기름을 부으시고 나를 보내사 포로된 자에게 자유를, 눈먼 자에게 다시 보게 함을 전파하며 눌린 자를 자유케 하고 [19] 주의 은혜의 해를 전파하게 하려 하심이라 하였더라
(눅 4:18-19, NKJV) [18] "The Spirit of the LORD is upon Me, Because He has anointed Me To preach the gospel to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives And recovery of sight to the blind, To set at liberty those who are oppressed; [19] To proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD."
(8) 성령으로 자신을 드리심
(히 9:13-15, 개역) [13] 염소와 황소의 피와 및 암송아지의 재로 부정한 자에게 뿌려 그 육체를 정결케 하여 거룩케 하거든 [14] 하물며 영원하신 성령으로 말미암아 흠 없는 자기를 하나님께 드린 그리스도의 피가 어찌 너희 양심으로 죽은 행실에서 깨끗하게 하고 살아계신 하나님을 섬기게 못하겠느뇨 [15] 이를 인하여 그는 새 언약의 중보니 이는 첫 언약 때에 범한 죄를 속하려고 죽으사 부르심을 입은 자로 하여금 영원한 기업의 약속을 얻게 하려 하심이니라
(히 9:13-15, NKJV) [13] For if the blood of bulls and goats and the ashes of a heifer, sprinkling the unclean, sanctifies for the purifying of the flesh, [14] how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God? [15] And for this reason He is the Mediator of the new covenant, by means of death, for the redemption of the transgressions under the first covenant, that those who are called may receive the promise of the eternal inheritance.
(9) 인간 예수님으로 시험받으심
(요 4:6, 개역) 거기 또 야곱의 우물이 있더라 예수께서 행로에 곤하여 우물 곁에 그대로 앉으시니 때가 제육시쯤 되었더라
(Jn 4:6, NKJV) Now Jacob's well was there. Jesus therefore, being wearied from His journey, sat thus by the well. It was about the sixth hour.
(10) 성령으로 충만하자.
(엡 5:16-18, 개역) [16] 세월을 아끼라 때가 악하니라 [17] 그러므로 어리석은 자가 되지 말고 오직 주의 뜻이 무엇인가 이해하라 [18] 술 취하지 말라 이는 방탕한 것이니 오직 성령의 충만을 받으라
(엡 5:16-18, NKJV) [16] redeeming the time, because the days are evil. [17] Therefore do not be unwise, but understand what the will of the Lord is. [18] And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,
2. 광야에서 시험받으셨습니다.
(1) 하나님만 의지할수 밖에 없는곳.
(마 17:1-8, 개역) [1] 엿새 후에 예수께서 베드로와 야고보와 그 형제 요한을 데리시고 따로 높은 산에 올라 가셨더니 [2] 저희 앞에서 변형되사 그 얼굴이 해 같이 빛나며 옷이 빛과 같이 희어졌더라 [3] 때에 모세와 엘리야가 예수로 더불어 말씀하는 것이 저희에게 보이거늘 [4] 베드로가 예수께 여짜와 가로되 주여 우리가 여기 있는 것이 좋사오니 주께서 만일 원하시면 내가 여기서 초막 셋을 짓되 하나는 주를 위하여, 하나는 모세를 위하여, 하나는 엘리야를 위하여 하리이다 [5] 말할 때에 홀연히 빛난 구름이 저희를 덮으며 구름 속에서 소리가 나서 가로되 이는 내 사랑하는 아들이요 내 기뻐하는 자니 너희는 저의 말을 들으라 하는지라 [6] 제자들이 듣고 엎드리어 심히 두려워하니 [7] 예수께서 나아가 저희에게 손을 대시며 가라사대 일어나라 두려워 말라 하신대 [8] 제자들이 눈을 들고 보매 오직 예수 외에는 아무도 보이지 아니하더라

His face shone like the sun, and His clothes became as white as the light. [3] And behold, Moses and Elijah appeared to them, talking with Him. [4] Then Peter answered and said to Jesus, "Lord, it is good for us to be here; if You wish, let us make here three tabernacles： one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah." [5] While he was still speaking, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them; and suddenly a voice came out of the cloud, saying, "This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!" [6] And when the disciples heard it, they fell on their faces and were greatly afraid. [7] But Jesus came and touched them and said, "Arise, and do not be afraid." [8] When they had lifted up their eyes, they saw no one but Jesus only.
(민 20:5, 개역) 너희가 어찌하여 우리를 애굽에서 나오게 하여 이 악한 곳으로 인도하였느냐 이곳에는 파종할 곳이 없고 무화과도 없고 포도도 없고 석류도 없고 마실 물도 없도다
(Nm 20:5, NKJV) "And why have you made us come up out of Egypt, to bring us to this evil place? It is not a place of grain or figs or vines or pomegranates; nor is there any water to drink."
(2) 세상 죄악의 짐을 홀로 감당하심
(사 53:11-12, 개역) [11] 가라사대 그가 자기 영혼의 수고한 것을 보고 만족히 여길 것이라 나의 의로운 종이 자기 지식으로 많은 사람을 의롭게 하며 또 그들의 죄악을 친히 담당하리라 [12] 이러므로 내가 그로 존귀한 자와 함께 분깃을 얻게 하며 강한 자와 함께 탈취한 것을 나누게 하리니 이는 그가 자기 영혼을 버려 사망에 이르게 하며 범죄자 중 하나로 헤아림을 입었음이라 그러나 실상은 그가 많은 사람의 죄를 지며 범죄자를 위하여 기도하였느니라 하시니라
(사 53:11-12, NKJV) [11] He shall see the labor of His soul, and be satisfied. By His knowledge My righteous Servant shall justify many, For He shall bear their iniquities. [12] Therefore I will divide Him a portion with the great, And He shall divide the spoil with the strong, Because He poured out His soul unto death, And He was numbered with the transgressors, And He bore the sin of many, And made intercession for the transgressors.
(3) 이 세상
(계 17:3-5, 개역) [3] 곧 성령으로 나를 데리고 광야로 가니라 내가 보니 여자가 붉은 빛 짐승을 탔는데 그 짐승의 몸에 참람된 이름들이 가득하고 일곱 머리와 열 뿔이 있으며 [4] 그 여자는 자주빛과 붉은빛 옷을 입고 금과 보석과 진주로 꾸미고 손에 금잔을 가졌는데 가증한 물건과 그의 음행의 더러운 것들이 가득하더라 [5] 그 이마에 이름이 기록되었으니 비밀이라, 큰 바벨론이라, 땅의 음녀들과 가증한 것들의 어미라 하였더라
(계 17:3-5, NKJV) [3] So he carried me away in the Spirit into the wilderness. And I saw a woman sitting on a scarlet beast which was full of names of blasphemy, having seven heads and ten horns. [4] The woman was arrayed in purple and scarlet, and adorned with gold and precious stones and pearls, having in her hand a golden cup full of abominations and the filthiness of her fornication. [5] And on her forehead a name was written： MYSTERY, BABYLON THE GREAT, THE MOTHER OF HARLOTS AND OF THE ABOMINATIONS OF THE EARTH.
(계 12:13-17, 개역) [13] 용이 자기가 땅으로 내어 쫓긴 것을 보고 남자를 낳은 여자를 핍박하는지라 [14] 그 여자가 큰 독수리의 두 날개를 받아 광야 자기 곳으로 날아가 거기서 그 뱀의 낯을 피하여 한 때와 두 때와 반 때를 양육 받으매 [15] 여자의 뒤에서 뱀이 그 입으로 물을 강 같이 토하여 여자를 물에 떠내려 가게 하려 하되 [16] 땅이 여자를 도와 그 입을 벌려 용의 입에서 토한 강물을 삼키니 [17] 용이 여자에게 분노하여 돌아가서 그 여자의 남은 자손 곧 하나님의 계명을 지키며 예수의 증거를 가진 자들로 더불어 싸우려고 바다 모래 위에 섰더라
(계 12:13-17, NKJV) [13] Now when the dragon saw that he had been cast to the earth, he persecuted the woman who gave birth to the male Child. [14] But the woman was given two wings of a great eagle, that she might fly into the wilderness to her place, where she is nourished for a time and times and half a time, from the presence of the serpent. [15] So the serpent spewed water out of his mouth like a flood after the woman, that he might cause her to be carried away by the flood. [16] But the earth helped the woman, and the earth opened its mouth and swallowed up the flood which the dragon had spewed out of his mouth. [17] And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ.
(4) 기적의 장소
(시 63:1-3, 개역) [1] [다윗의 시, 유다 광야에 있을 때에] 하나님이여 주는 나의 하나님이시라 내가 간절히 주를 찾되 물이 없어 마르고 곤핍한 땅에서 내 영혼이 주를 갈망하며 내 육체가 주를 앙모하나이다 [2] 내가 주의 권능과 영광을 보려하여 이와 같이 성소에서 주를 바라보았나이다 [3] 주의 인자가 생명보다 나으므로 내 입술이 주를 찬양할 것이라
(시 63:1-3, NKJV) [1] A Psalm of David when he was in the wilderness of Judah. O God, You are my God; Early will I seek You; My soul thirsts for You; My flesh longs for You In a dry and thirsty land Where there is no water. [2] So I have looked for You in the sanctuary, To see Your power and Your glory. [3] Because Your lovingkindness is better than life, My lips shall praise You.
(5) 만나
(출 16:4-5, 개역) [4] 때에 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 보라 내가 너희를 위하여 하늘에서 양식을 비 같이 내리리니 백성이 나가서 일용할 것을 날 마다 거둘 것이라 이같이 하여 그들이 나의 율법을 준행하나 아니하나 내가 시험하리라 [5] 제육일에는 그들이 그 거둔 것을 예비할지니 날마다 거두던 것의 갑절이 되리라
(출 16:4-5, NKJV) [4] Then the LORD said to Moses, "Behold, I will rain bread from heaven for you. And the people shall go out and gather a certain quota every day, that I may test them, whether they will walk in My law or not. [5] "And it shall be on the sixth day that they shall prepare what they bring in, and it shall be twice as much as they gather daily."
(요 6:47-51, 개역) [47] 진실로 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 믿는 자는 영생을 가졌나니 [48] 내가 곧 생명의 떡이로라 [49] 너희 조상들은 광야에서 만나를 먹었어도 죽었거니와 [50] 이는 하늘로서 내려오는 떡이니 사람으로 하여금 먹고 죽지 아니하게 하는 것이니라 [51] 나는 하늘로서 내려온 산 떡이니 사람이 이 떡을 먹으면 영생하리라 나의 줄 떡은 곧 세상의 생명을 위한 내 살이로라 하시니라
(요 6:47-51, NKJV) [47] "Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me has everlasting life. [48] "I am the bread of life. [49] "Your fathers ate the manna in the wilderness, and are dead. [50] "This is the bread which comes down from heaven, that one may eat of it and not die. [51] "I am the living bread which came down from heaven. If anyone eats of this bread, he will live forever; and the bread that I shall give is My flesh, which I shall give for the life of the world."
(6) 불기둥. 구름기둥

[35] And Moses was not able to enter the tabernacle of meeting, because the cloud rested above it, and the glory of the LORD filled the tabernacle. [36] Whenever the cloud was taken up from above the tabernacle, the children of Israel would go onward in all their journeys. [37] But if the cloud was not taken up, then they did not journey till the day that it was taken up. (민 11:31-35, 개역) [31] 바람이 여호와에게로서 나와 바다에서부터 메추라기를 몰아 진곁 이편 저편 곧 진 사방으로 각기 하룻길 되는 지면 위 두 규빗쯤에 내리게 한지라 [32] 백성이 일어나 종일 종야와 그 이튿날 종일토록 메추라기를 모으니 적게 모은 자도 십 호멜이라 그들이 자기를 위하여 진 사면에 펴 두었더라 [33] 고기가 아직 잇사이에 있어 씹히기 전에 여호와께서 백성에게 대하여 진노하사 심히 큰 재앙으로 치셨으므로 [34] 그곳 이름을 기브롯 핫다아와라 칭하였으니 탐욕을 낸 백성을 거기 장사함이었더라 [35] 백성이 기브롯 핫다아와에서 진행하여 하세롯에 이르러 거기 거하니라

(대하 7:14, 개역) 내 이름으로 일컫는 내 백성이 그 악한 길에서 떠나 스스로 겸비하고 기도하여 내 얼굴을 구하면 내가 하늘에서 듣고 그 죄를 사하고 그 땅을 고칠지라

(10) 더 가까이
(시 65:4, 개역) 주께서 택하시고 가까이 오게 하사 주의 뜰에 거하게 하신 사람은 복이 있나이다 우리가 주의 집 곧 주의 성전의 아름다움으로 만족하리이다
(Ps 65:4, NKJV) Blessed is the man You choose, And cause to approach You, That he may dwell in Your courts. We shall be satisfied with the goodness of Your house, Of Your holy temple.

3. 40일 동안 금식하며 기도하셨습니다.
(1) 홍수
(창 7:11-12, 개역) [11] 노아 육백 세 되던 해 이월 곧 그 달 십칠일이라 그 날에 큰 깊음의 샘들이 터지며 하늘의 창들이 열려 [12] 사십 주야를 비가 땅에 쏟아졌더라
(창 7:11-12, NKJV) [11] In the six hundredth year of Noah's life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, on that day all the fountains of the great deep were broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened. [12] And the rain was on the earth forty days and forty nights.
(2) 40년 광야
(신 8:1-3, 개역) [1] 내가 오늘날 명하는 모든 명령을 너희는 지켜 행하라 그리하면 너희가 살고 번성하고 여호와께서 너희의 열조에게 맹세하신 땅에 들어가서 그것을 얻으리라 [2] 네 하나님 여호와께서 이 사십 년 동안에 너로 광야의 길을 걷게 하신 것을 기억하라 이는 너를 낮추시며 너를 시험하사 네 마음이 어떠한지 그 명령을 지키는지 아니 지키는지 알려 하심이라 [3] 너를 낮추시며 너로 주리게 하시며 또 너도 알지 못하며 네 열조도 알지 못하던 만나를 네게 먹이신 것은 사람이 떡으로만 사는 것이 아니요 여호와의 입에서 나오는 모든 말씀으로 사는 줄을 너로 알게 하려 하심이니라

(3) 모세 시내산 40일
(출 24:12-18, 개역) [12] 여호와께서 모세에게 이르시되 너는 산에 올라 내게로 와서 거기 있으라 너로 그들을 가르치려고 내가 율법과 계명을 친히 기록한 돌판을 네게 주리라 [13] 모세가 그 종자 여호수아와 함께 일어나 하나님의 산으로 올라가며 [14] 장로들에게 이르되 너희는 여기서 우리가 너희에게로 돌아오기까지 기다리라 아론과 훌이 너희와 함께하리니 무릇 일이 있는 자는 그들에게로 나아갈지니라 하고 [15] 모세가 산에 오르매 구름이 산을 가리며 [16] 여호와의 영광이 시내 산 위에 머무르고 구름이 육일 동안 산을 가리더니 제칠일에 여호와께서 구름 가운데 모세를 부르시니라 [17] 산 위의 여호와의 영광이 이스라엘 자손의 눈에 맹렬한 불 같이 보였고 [18] 모세는 구름 속으로 들어가서 산 위에 올랐으며 사십 일 사십 야를 산에 있으니라

(4) 엘리야 40주야.

(6) 사순절의미
회개, 자기부인, 헌신, 성결, 봉사
(7) 인내
(롬 5:3-4, 개역) [3] 다만 이뿐 아니라 우리가 환난 중에도 즐거워하나니 이는 환난은 인내를, [4] 인내는 연단을, 연단은 소망을 이루는 줄 앎이로다
(롬 5:3-4, NKJV) [3] And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; [4] and perseverance, character; and character, hope.

(Gl 6:14, NKJV) But God forbid that I should boast except in the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ, by whom the world has been crucified to me, and I to the world.
(약 4:4, 개역) 간음하는 여자들이여 세상에 벗된 것이 하나님의 원수임을 알지 못하느뇨 그런즉 누구든지 세상과 벗이 되고자 하는 자는 스스로 하나님과 원수 되게 하는 것이니라
(Jms 4:4, NKJV) Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God.
(9) 전적인 헌신
(롬 14:7-8, 개역) [7] 우리 중에 누구든지 자기를 위하여 사는 자가 없고 자기를 위하여 죽는 자도 없도다 [8] 우리가 살아도 주를 위하여 살고 죽어도 주를 위하여 죽나니 그러므로 사나 죽으나 우리가 주의 것이로라
(롬 14:7-8, NKJV) [7] For none of us lives to himself, and no one dies to himself. [8] For if we live, we live to the Lord; and if we die, we die to the Lord. Therefore, whether we live or die, we are the Lord's.

(행 20:24, 개역) 나의 달려갈 길과 주 예수께 받은 사명 곧 하나님의 은혜의 복음 증거하는 일을 마치려 함에는 나의 생명을 조금도 귀한 것으로 여기지 아니하노라
(Ac 20:24, NKJV) "But none of these things move me; nor do I count my life dear to myself, so that I may finish my race with joy, and the ministry which I received from the Lord Jesus, to testify to the gospel of the grace of God.

4. 돌로 빵을 만들라 시험 받으셨습니다.
(1) 하나님의 아들이거든
(요 1:1-5, 개역) [1] 태초에 말씀이 계시니라 이 말씀이 하나님과 함께 계셨으니 이 말씀은 곧 하나님이시니라 [2] 그가 태초에 하나님과 함께 계셨고 [3] 만물이 그로 말미암아 지은 바 되었으니 지은 것이 하나도 그가 없이는 된 것이 없느니라 [4] 그 안에 생명이 있었으니 이 생명은 사람들의 빛이라 [5] 빛이 어두움에 비취되 어두움이 깨닫지 못하더라
(요 1:1-5, NKJV) [1] In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. [2] He was in the beginning with God. [3] All things were made through Him, and without Him nothing was made that was made. [4] In Him was life, and the life was the light of men. (2) 약점을 아는 마귀
(엡 4:26-28, 개역) [26] 분을 내어도 죄를 짓지 말며 해가 지도록 분을 품지 말고 [27] 마귀로 틈을 타지 못하게 하라 [28] 도적질하는 자는 다시 도적질 하지 말고 돌이켜 빈궁한 자에게 구제할 것이 있기 위하여 제 손으로 수고하여 선한 일을 하라
(엡 4:26-28, NKJV) [26] "Be angry, and do not sin"： do not let the sun go down on your wrath, [27] nor give place to the devil. [28] Let him who stole steal no longer, but rather let him labor, working with his hands what is good, that he may have something to give him who has need.
(3) 육신의 정욕:
(엡 2:1-3, 개역) [1] 너희의 허물과 죄로 죽었던 너희를 살리셨도다 [2] 그 때에 너희가 그 가운데서 행하여 이 세상 풍속을 좇고 공중의 권세 잡은 자를 따랐으니 곧 지금 불순종의 아들들 가운데서 역사하는 영이라 [3] 전에는 우리도 다 그 가운데서 우리 육체의 욕심을 따라 지내며 육체와 마음의 원하는 것을 하여 다른 이들과 같이 본질상 진노의 자녀이었더니

(4) 먹는 것.
(마 6:31-33, 개역) [31] 그러므로 염려하여 이르기를 무엇을 먹을까 무엇을 마실까 무엇을 입을까 하지 말라 [32] 이는 다 이방인들이 구하는 것이라 너희 천부께서 이 모든 것이 너희에게 있어야 할 줄을 아시느니라 [33] 너희는 먼저 그의 나라와 그의 의를 구하라 그리하면 이 모든 것을 너희에게 더하시리라

(5) 성욕.
(마 5:27-30, 개역) [27] 또 간음치 말라 하였다는 것을 너희가 들었으나 [28] 나는 너희에게 이르노니 여자를 보고 음욕을 품는 자마다 마음에 이미 간음하였느니라 [29] 만일 네 오른 눈이 너로 실족케 하거든 빼어 내버리라 네 백체 중 하나가 없어지고 온 몸이 지옥에 던지우지 않는 것이 유익하며 [30] 또한 만일 네 오른손이 너로 실족케 하거든 찍어 내버리라 네 백체 중 하나가 없어지고 온 몸이 지옥에 던지우지 않는 것이 유익하니라

[28] "But I say to you that whoever looks at a woman to lust for her has already committed adultery with her in his heart. (6) 쾌락.

(딤후 3:1-5, NKJV) [1] But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come： [2] For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, [3] unloving, unforgiving, slanderers, without self-control, brutal, despisers of good, [4] traitors, headstrong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, [5] having a form of godliness but denying its power. And from such people turn away!
(7) 갈 5.24
(갈 5:24, 개역) 그리스도 예수의 사람들은 육체와 함께 그 정과 욕심을 십자가에 못 박았느니라
(Gl 5:24, NKJV) And those who are Christ's have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires.
(8) 갈 5.16
(갈 5:16, 개역) 내가 이르노니 너희는 성령을 좇아 행하라 그리하면 육체의 욕심을 이루지 아니하리라
(Gl 5:16, NKJV) I say then： Walk in the Spirit, and you shall not fulfill the lust of the flesh.
(9) 엡 4.24
(엡 4:22-24, 개역) [22] 너희는 유혹의 욕심을 따라 썩어져 가는 구습을 좇는 옛 사람을 벗어버리고 [23] 오직 심령으로 새롭게 되어 [24] 하나님을 따라 의와 진리의 거룩함으로 지으심을 받은 새 사람을 입으라
(엡 4:22-24, NKJV) [22] that you put off, concerning your former conduct, the old man which grows corrupt according to the deceitful lusts, [23] and be renewed in the spirit of your mind, [24] and that you put on the new man which was created according to God, in true righteousness and holiness.
(10) 노아시대.
(눅 17:26-30, 개역) [26] 노아의 때에 된 것과 같이 인자의 때에도 그러하리라 [27] 노아가 방주에 들어가던 날까지 사람들이 먹고 마시고 장가 들고 시집 가더니 홍수가 나서 저희를 다 멸하였으며 [28] 또 롯의 때와 같으리니 사람들이 먹고 마시고 사고 팔고 심고 집을 짓더니 [29] 롯이 소돔에서 나가던 날에 하늘로서 불과 유황이 비오듯하여 저희를 멸하였느니라 [30] 인자의 나타나는 날에도 이러하리라
(눅 17:26-30, NKJV) [26] "And as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be also in the days of the Son of Man： [27] "They ate, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. (11) 하나님 나라 . 롬 14.17
(롬 14:17, 개역) 하나님의 나라는 먹는 것과 마시는 것이 아니요 오직 성령 안에서 의와 평강과 희락이라
(Rm 14:17, NKJV) for the kingdom of God is not eating and drinking, but righteousness and peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.
(13) 사람이 떡으로만 사는 것이 아니라 하나님의 말씀으로 산다.
(신 8:1-3, 개역) [1] 내가 오늘날 명하는 모든 명령을 너희는 지켜 행하라 그리하면 너희가 살고 번성하고 여호와께서 너희의 열조에게 맹세하신 땅에 들어가서 그것을 얻으리라 [2] 네 하나님 여호와께서 이 사십 년 동안에 너로 광야의 길을 걷게 하신 것을 기억하라 이는 너를 낮추시며 너를 시험하사 네 마음이 어떠한지 그 명령을 지키는지 아니 지키는지 알려 하심이라 [3] 너를 낮추시며 너로 주리게 하시며 또 너도 알지 못하며 네 열조도 알지 못하던 만나를 네게 먹이신 것은 사람이 떡으로만 사는 것이 아니요 여호와의 입에서 나오는 모든 말씀으로 사는 줄을 너로 알게 하려 하심이니라
(신 8:1-3, NKJV) [1] "Every commandment which I command you today you must be careful to observe, that you may live and multiply, and go in and possess the land of which the LORD swore to your fathers. [2] "And you shall remember that the LORD your God led you all the way these forty years in the wilderness, to humble you and test you, to know what was in your heart, whether you would keep His commandments or not. [3] "So He humbled you, allowed you to hunger, and fed you with manna which you did not know nor did your fathers know, that He might make you know that man shall not live by bread alone; but man lives by every word that proceeds from the mouth of the LORD.
5. 천하를 보여주며 내게 절하라 시험을 하였습니다.
(1) 내게 준것이다. 주장함
(창 3:6, 개역) 여자가 그 나무를 본즉 먹음직도 하고 보암직도 하고 지혜롭게 할 만큼 탐스럽기도 한 나무인지라 여자가 그 실과를 따먹고 자기와 함께한 남편에게도 주매 그도 먹은지라
(Gn 3:6, NKJV) So when the woman saw that the tree was good for food, that it was pleasant to the eyes, and a tree desirable to make one wise, she took of its fruit and ate. She also gave to her husband with her, and he ate.
(롬 6:15-18, 개역) [15] 그런즉 어찌하리요 우리가 법 아래 있지 아니하고 은혜 아래 있으니 죄를 지으리요 그럴 수 없느니라 [16] 너희 자신을 종으로 드려 누구에게 순종하든지 그 순종함을 받는 자의 종이 되는 줄을 너희가 알지 못하느냐 혹은 죄의 종으로 사망에 이르고 혹은 순종의 종으로 의에 이르느니라 [17] 하나님께 감사하리로다 너희가 본래 죄의 종이더니 너희에게 전하여 준 바 교훈의 본을 마음으로 순종하여 [18] 죄에게서 해방되어 의에게 종이 되었느니라
(롬 6:15-18, NKJV) [15] What then? Shall we sin because we are not under law but under grace? Certainly not! (삼하 11:2-3, NKJV) [2] Then it happened one evening that David arose from his bed and walked on the roof of the king's house. And from the roof he saw a woman bathing, and the woman was very beautiful to behold. [3] So David sent and inquired about the woman. And someone said, "Is this not Bathsheba, the daughter of Eliam, the wife of Uriah the Hittite?"
(3) 탐심.
(골 3:1-5, 개역) [1] 그러므로 너희가 그리스도와 함께 다시 살리심을 받았으면 위엣 것을 찾으라 거기는 그리스도께서 하나님 우편에 앉아 계시느니라 [2] 위엣 것을 생각하고 땅엣 것을 생각지 말라 [3] 이는 너희가 죽었고 너희 생명이 그리스도와 함께 하나님 안에 감취었음이니라 [4] 우리 생명이신 그리스도께서 나타나실 그 때에 너희도 그와 함께 영광 중에 나타나리라 [5] 그러므로 땅에 있는 지체를 죽이라 곧 음란과 부정과 사욕과 악한 정욕과 탐심이니 탐심은 우상 숭배니라
(골 3:1-5, NKJV) [1] If then you were raised with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ is, sitting at the right hand of God. [2] Set your mind on things above, not on things on the earth. [3] For you died, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. [4] When Christ who is our life appears, then you also will appear with Him in glory. [5] Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth： fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
(4) 소유욕. 나봇
(왕상 21:1-3, 개역) [1] 그 후에 이 일이 있으니라 이스르엘 사람 나봇이 이스르엘에 포도원이 있어 사마리아 왕 아합의 궁에서 가깝더니 [2] 아합이 나봇에게 일러 가로되 네 포도원이 내 궁 곁에 가까이 있으니 내게 주어 나물 밭을 삼게 하라 내가 그 대신에 그보다 더 아름다운 포도원을 네게 줄 것이요 만일 합의하면 그 값을 돈으로 네게 주리라 [3] 나봇이 아합에게 말하되 내 열조의 유업을 왕에게 주기를 여호와께서 금하실지로다 하니
(왕상 21:1-3, NKJV) [1] And it came to pass after these things that Naboth the Jezreelite had a vineyard which was in Jezreel, next to the palace of Ahab king of Samaria. [2] So Ahab spoke to Naboth, saying, "Give me your vineyard, that I may have it for a vegetable garden, because it is near, next to my house; and for it I will give you a vineyard better than it. Or, if it seems good to you, I will give you its worth in money." [3] But Naboth said to Ahab, "The LORD forbid that I should give the inheritance of my fathers to you!"
(5) 권세욕. 아도니야
(왕상 1:5-8, 개역) [5] 때에 학깃의 아들 아도니야가 스스로 높여서 이르기를 내가 왕이 되리라 하고 자기를 위하여 병거와 기병과 전배 오십 인을 예비하니 [6] 저는 압살롬의 다음에 난 자요 체용이 심히 준수한 자라 그 부친이 네가 어찌하여 그리하였느냐 하는 말로 한번도 저를 섭섭하게 한 일이 없었더라 [7] 아도니야가 스루야의 아들 요압과 제사장 아비아달과 모의하니 저희가 좇아 도우나 [8] 제사장 사독과 여호야다의 아들 브나야와 선지자 나단과 시므이와 레이와 다윗에게 속한 용사들은 아도니야와 같이 하지 아니하였더라
(왕상 1:5-8, NKJV) [5] Then Adonijah the son of Haggith exalted himself, saying, "I will be king"; and he prepared for himself chariots and horsemen, and fifty men to run before him. [6] (And his father had not rebuked him at any time by saying, "Why have you done so?" He was also very good-looking. His mother had borne him after Absalom.) (6) 탐심은 우상숭배
(골 3:5, 개역) 그러므로 땅에 있는 지체를 죽이라 곧 음란과 부정과 사욕과 악한 정욕과 탐심이니 탐심은 우상 숭배니라
(Col 3:5, NKJV) Therefore put to death your members which are on the earth： fornication, uncleanness, passion, evil desire, and covetousness, which is idolatry.
(7) 탐내지 말라.
(출 20:17, 개역) 네 이웃의 집을 탐내지 말지니라 네 이웃의 아내나 그의 남종이나 그의 여종이나 그의 소나 그의 나귀나 무릇 네 이웃의 소유를 탐내지 말지니라
(Ex 20:17, NKJV) "You shall not covet your neighbor's house; you shall not covet your neighbor's wife, nor his male servant, nor his female servant, nor his ox, nor his donkey, nor anything that is your neighbor's."
(8) 천하를 다 가져도
(마 16:24-28, 개역) [24] 이에 예수께서 제자들에게 이르시되 아무든지 나를 따라 오려거든 자기를 부인하고 자기 십자가를 지고 나를 좇을 것이니라 [25] 누구든지 제 목숨을 구원코자 하면 잃을 것이요 누구든지 나를 위하여 제 목숨을 잃으면 찾으리라 [26] 사람이 만일 온 천하를 얻고도 제 목숨을 잃으면 무엇이 유익하리요 사람이 무엇을 주고 제 목숨을 바꾸겠느냐 [27] 인자가 아버지의 영광으로 그 천사들과 함께 오리니 그 때에 각 사람의 행한 대로 갚으리라 [28] 진실로 너희에게 이르노니 여기 섰는 사람 중에 죽기 전에 인자가 그 왕권을 가지고 오는 것을 볼 자들도 있느니라
(마 16:24-28, NKJV) [24] Then Jesus said to His disciples, "If anyone desires to come after Me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow Me. [25] "For whoever desires to save his life will lose it, but whoever loses his life for My sake will find it. [26] "For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul? [27] "For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works. [28] "Assuredly, I say to you, there are some standing here who shall not taste death till they see the Son of Man coming in His kingdom."
(9) 다고다고 해도 만족이 없다.
(잠 30:15-16, 개역) [15] 거머리에게는 두 딸이 있어 다고 다고 하느니라 족한 줄을 알지 못하여 족하다 하지 아니하는 것 서넛이 있나니 [16] 곧 음부와 아이 배지 못하는 태와 물로 채울 수 없는 땅과 족하다 하지 아니하는 불이니라
(잠 30:15-16, NKJV) [15] The leech has two daughters--Give and Give! There are three things that are never satisfied, Four never say, "Enough!"： [16] The grave, The barren womb, The earth that is not satisfied with water--And the fire never says, "Enough!"
(10) 금신상에게 절하지 말라.
(단 3:16-18, 개역) [16] 사드락과 메삭과 아벳느고가 왕에게 대답하여 가로되 느부갓네살이여 우리가 이 일에 대하여 왕에게 대답할 필요가 없나이다 [17] 만일 그럴 것이면 왕이여 우리가 섬기는 우리 하나님이 우리를 극렬히 타는 풀무 가운데서 능히 건져 내시겠고 왕의 손에서도 건져내시리이다 [18] 그리 아니하실지라도 왕이여 우리가 왕의 신들을 섬기지도 아니하고 왕의 세우신 금 신상에게 절하지도 아니할 줄을 아옵소서
(단 3:16-18, NKJV) [16] Shadrach, Meshach, and Abed-Nego answered and said to the king, "O Nebuchadnezzar, we have no need to answer you in this matter. [17] "If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. [18] "But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up."
(11) 적그리스도에게 절하지 말라
(계 14:9-12, 개역) [9] 또 다른 천사 곧 셋째가 그 뒤를 따라 큰 음성으로 가로되 만일 누구든지 짐승과 그의 우상에게 경배하고 이마에나 손에 표를 받으면 [10] 그도 하나님의 진노의 포도주를 마시리니 그 진노의 잔에 섞인 것이 없이 부은 포도주라 거룩한 천사들 앞과 어린 양 앞에서 불과 유황으로 고난을 받으리니 [11] 그 고난의 연기가 세세토록 올라가리로다 짐승과 그의 우상에게 경배하고 그 이름의 표를 받는 자는 누구든지 밤낮 쉼을 얻지 못하리라 하더라 [12] 성도들의 인내가 여기 있나니 저희는 하나님의 계명과 예수 믿음을 지키는 자니라
(계 14:9-12, NKJV) [9] Then a third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, "If anyone worships the beast and his image, and receives his mark on his forehead or on his hand, [10] "he himself shall also drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out full strength into the cup of His indignation. He shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels and in the presence of the Lamb. [11] "And the smoke of their torment ascends forever and ever; and they have no rest day or night, who worship the beast and his image, and whoever receives the mark of his name." [12] Here is the patience of the saints; here are those who keep the commandments of God and the faith of Jesus.
(12) 충성을 다하라.
(계 2:10, 개역) 네가 장차 받을 고난을 두려워 말라 볼지어다 마귀가 장차 너희 가운데서 몇 사람을 옥에 던져 시험을 받게 하리니 너희가 십 일 동안 환난을 받으리라 네가 죽도록 충성하라 그리하면 내가 생명의 면류관을 네게 주리라
(Rv 2:10, NKJV) "Do not fear any of those things which you are about to suffer. Indeed, the devil is about to throw some of you into prison, that you may be tested, and you will have tribulation ten days. Be faithful until death, and I will give you the crown of life.
(13) 하나님께만 경배하라
(계 4:8-11, 개역) [8] 네 생물이 각각 여섯 날개가 있고 그 안과 주위에 눈이 가득하더라 그들이 밤낮 쉬지 않고 이르기를 거룩하다 거룩하다 거룩하다 주 하나님 곧 전능하신 이여 전에도 계셨고 이제도 계시고 장차 오실 자라 하고 [9] 그 생물들이 영광과 존귀와 감사를 보좌에 앉으사 세세토록 사시는 이에게 돌릴 때에 [10] 이십사 장로들이 보좌에 앉으신 이 앞에 엎드려 세세토록 사시는 이에게 경배하고 자기의 면류관을 보좌 앞에 던지며 가로되 [11] 우리 주 하나님이여 영광과 존귀와 능력을 받으시는 것이 합당하오니 주께서 만물을 지으신지라 만물이 주의 뜻대로 있었고 또 지으심을 받았나이다 하더라
(계 4:8-11, NKJV) [8] The four living creatures, each having six wings, were full of eyes around and within. And they do not rest day or night, saying： "Holy, holy, holy, Lord God Almighty, Who was and is and is to come!" 6 뛰어 내려라 시험을 받으셨습니다.
(1) 이생의 자랑.
(요일 2:15-17, 개역) [15] 이 세상이나 세상에 있는 것들을 사랑치 말라 누구든지 세상을 사랑하면 아버지의 사랑이 그 속에 있지 아니하니 [16] 이는 세상에 있는 모든 것이 육신의 정욕과 안목의 정욕과 이생의 자랑이니 다 아버지께로 좇아 온 것이 아니요 세상으로 좇아 온 것이라 [17] 이 세상도 그 정욕도 지나가되 오직 하나님의 뜻을 행하는 이는 영원히 거하느니라
(요일 2:15-17, NKJV) [15] Do not love the world or the things in the world. If anyone loves the world, the love of the Father is not in him. [16] For all that is in the world--the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life--is not of the Father but is of the world. [17] And the world is passing away, and the lust of it; but he who does the will of God abides forever.
(2) 교만.
(시 18:27, 개역) 주께서 곤고한 백성은 구원하시고 교만한 눈은 낮추시리이다
(Ps 18:27, NKJV) For You will save the humble people, But will bring down haughty looks.
(잠 16:18, 개역) 교만은 패망의 선봉이요 거만한 마음은 넘어짐의 앞잡이니라
(Pr 16:18, NKJV) Pride goes before destruction, And a haughty spirit before a fall.
(잠 18:12, 개역) 사람의 마음의 교만은 멸망의 선봉이요 겸손은 존귀의 앞잡이니라
(Pr 18:12, NKJV) Before destruction the heart of a man is haughty, And before honor is humility.
(3) 미모.
(더 1:9-12, 개역) [9] 왕후 와스디도 아하수에로 왕궁에서 부녀들을 위하여 잔치를 베푸니라 [10] 제칠일에 왕이 주흥이 일어나서 어전 내시 므후만과 비스다와 하르보나와 빅다와 아박다와 세달과 가르가스 일곱 사람을 명하여 [11] 왕후 와스디를 청하여 왕후의 면류관을 정제하고 왕의 앞으로 나아오게 하여 그 아리따움을 뭇 백성과 방백들에게 보이게 하라 하니 이는 왕후의 용모가 보기에 좋음이라 [12] 그러나 왕후 와스디가 내시의 전하는 왕명을 좇아 오기를 싫어하니 왕이 진노하여 중심이 불 붙는듯 하더라
(더 1:9-12, NKJV) [9] Queen Vashti also made a feast for the women in the royal palace which belonged to King Ahasuerus. [10] On the seventh day, when the heart of the king was merry with wine, he commanded Mehuman, Biztha, Harbona, Bigtha, Abagtha, Zethar, and Carcas, seven eunuchs who served in the presence of King Ahasuerus, [11] to bring Queen Vashti before the king, wearing her royal crown, in order to show her beauty to the people and the officials, for she was beautiful to behold. (4) 명예.
(마 23:1-12, 개역) [1] 이에 예수께서 무리와 제자들에게 말씀하여 가라사대 [2] 서기관들과 바리새인들이 모세의 자리에 앉았으니 [3] 그러므로 무엇이든지 저희의 말하는 바는 행하고 지키되 저희의 하는 행위는 본받지 말라 저희는 말만 하고 행치 아니하며 [4] 또 무거운 짐을 묶어 사람의 어깨에 지우되 자기는 이것을 한 손가락으로도 움직이려 하지 아니하며 [5] 저희 모든 행위를 사람에게 보이고자 하여 하나니 곧 그 차는 경문을 넓게 하며 옷술을 크게 하고 [6] 잔치의 상석과 회당의 상좌와 [7] 시장에서 문안 받는 것과 사람에게 랍비라 칭함을 받는 것을 좋아하느니라 [8] 그러나 너희는 랍비라 칭함을 받지 말라 너희 선생은 하나이요 너희는 다 형제니라 [9] 땅에 있는 자를 아비라 하지 말라 너희 아버지는 하나이시니 곧 하늘에 계신 자시니라 [10] 또한 지도자라 칭함을 받지 말라 너희 지도자는 하나이니 곧 그리스도니라 [11] 너희 중에 큰 자는 너희를 섬기는 자가 되어야 하리라 [12] 누구든지 자기를 높이는 자는 낮아지고 누구든지 자기를 낮추는 자는 높아지리라

[10] "And do not be called teachers; for One is your Teacher, the Christ. [11] "But he who is greatest among you shall be your servant. [12] "And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.
(5) 재물.

(행 4:13-16, NKJV) [13] Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus. [14] And seeing the man who had been healed standing with them, they could say nothing against it. For, indeed, that a notable miracle has been done through them is evident to all who dwell in Jerusalem, and we cannot deny it.
(8) 자랑하지 말라.
(렘 9:23-24, 개역) [23] 여호와께서 이같이 말씀하시되 지혜로운 자는 그 지혜를 자랑치 말라 용사는 그 용맹을 자랑치 말라 부자는 그 부함을 자랑치 말라 [24] 자랑하는 자는 이것으로 자랑할지니 곧 명철하여 나를 아는 것과 나 여호와는 인애와 공평과 정직을 땅에 행하는 자인줄 깨닫는 것이라 나는 이 일을 기뻐하노라 여호와의 말이니라
(렘 9:23-24, NKJV) [23] Thus says the LORD： "Let not the wise man glory in his wisdom, Let not the mighty man glory in his might, Nor let the rich man glory in his riches; [24] But let him who glories glory in this, That he understands and knows Me, That I am the LORD, exercising lovingkindness, judgment, and righteousness in the earth. For in these I delight," says the LORD.
(9) 말씀을 인용한 마귀.
(시 91:11-13, 개역) [11] 저가 너를 위하여 그 사자들을 명하사 네 모든 길에 너를 지키게 하심이라 [12] 저희가 그 손으로 너를 붙들어 발이 돌에 부딪히지 않게 하리로다 [13] 네가 사자와 독사를 밟으며 젊은 사자와 뱀을 발로 누르리로다
(시 91:11-13, NKJV) [11] For He shall give His angels charge over you, To keep you in all your ways. [12] In their hands they shall bear you up, Lest you dash your foot against a stone. [13] You shall tread upon the lion and the cobra, The young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.
(10) 주 너의 하나님을 시험치 말라
(민 14:22-23, 개역) [22] 나의 영광과 애굽과 광야에서 행한 나의 이적을 보고도 이같이 열 번이나 나를 시험하고 내 목소리를 청종치 아니한 그 사람들은 [23] 내가 그 조상들에게 맹세한 땅을 결단코 보지 못할 것이요 또 나를 멸시하는 사람은 하나라도 그것을 보지 못하리라
(민 14:22-23, NKJV) [22] "because all these men who have seen My glory and the signs which I did in Egypt and in the wilderness, and have put Me to the test now these ten times, and have not heeded My voice, [23] "they certainly shall not see the land of which I swore to their fathers, nor shall any of those who rejected Me see it.
7. 주님은 승리하셨고 마귀는 떠났습니다.
(1) 잠시 떠난 마귀
(요 8:44, 개역) 너희는 너희 아비 마귀에게서 났으니 너희 아비의 욕심을 너희도 행하고자 하느니라 저는 처음부터 살인한 자요 진리가 그 속에 없으므로 진리에 서지 못하고 거짓을 말할 때마다 제 것으로 말하나니 이는 저가 거짓말장이요 거짓의 아비가 되었음이니라
(Jn 8:44, NKJV) "You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.
(2) 영적전쟁
(엡 6:10-20, 개역) [10] 종말로 너희가 주 안에서와 그 힘의 능력으로 강건하여지고 [11] 마귀의 궤계를 능히 대적하기 위하여 하나님의 전신 갑주를 입으라 [12] 우리의 씨름은 혈과 육에 대한 것이 아니요 정사와 권세와 이 어두움의 세상 주관자들과 하늘에 있는 악의 영들에게 대함이라 [13] 그러므로 하나님의 전신 갑주를 취하라 이는 악한 날에 너희가 능히 대적하고 모든 일을 행한 후에 서기 위함이라 [14] 그런즉 서서 진리로 너희 허리띠를 띠고 의의 흉배를 붙이고 [15] 평안의 복음의 예비한 것으로 신을 신고 [16] 모든 것 위에 믿음의 방패를 가지고 이로써 능히 악한 자의 모든 화전을 소멸하고 [17] 구원의 투구와 성령의 검 곧 하나님의 말씀을 가지라 [18] 모든 기도와 간구로 하되 무시로 성령 안에서 기도하고 이를 위하여 깨어 구하기를 항상 힘쓰며 여러 성도를 위하여 구하고 [19] 또 나를 위하여 구할 것은 내게 말씀을 주사 나로 입을 벌려 복음의 비밀을 담대히 알리게 하옵소서 할 것이니 [20] 이 일을 위하여 내가 쇠사슬에 매인 사신이 된 것은 나로 이 일에 당연히 할 말을 담대히 하게 하려 하심이니라
(엡 6:10-20, NKJV) [10] Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord and in the power of His might. [11] Put on the whole armor of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. (벧전 5:5-9, NKJV) [5] Likewise you younger people, submit yourselves to your elders. Yes, all of you be submissive to one another, and be clothed with humility, for "God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble." [6] Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, [7] casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you. [8] Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil walks about like a roaring lion, seeking whom he may devour. [9] Resist him, steadfast in the faith, knowing that the same sufferings are experienced by your brotherhood in the world.
(약 4:4-9, 개역) [4] 간음하는 여자들이여 세상에 벗된 것이 하나님의 원수임을 알지 못하느뇨 그런즉 누구든지 세상과 벗이 되고자 하는 자는 스스로 하나님과 원수 되게 하는 것이니라 [5] 너희가 하나님이 우리 속에 거하게 하신 성령이 시기하기까지 사모한다 하신 말씀을 헛된 줄로 생각하느뇨 [6] 그러나 더욱 큰 은혜를 주시나니 그러므로 일렀으되 하나님이 교만한 자를 물리치시고 겸손한 자에게 은혜를 주신다 하였느니라 [7] 그런즉 너희는 하나님께 순복할지어다 마귀를 대적하라 그리하면 너희를 피하리라 [8] 하나님을 가까이 하라 그리하면 너희를 가까이 하시리라 죄인들아 손을 깨끗이 하라 두 마음을 품은 자들아 마음을 성결케 하라 [9] 슬퍼하며 애통하며 울지어다 너희 웃음을 애통으로, 너희 즐거움을 근심으로 바꿀지어다
(약 4:4-9, NKJV) [4] Adulterers and adulteresses! Do you not know that friendship with the world is enmity with God? Whoever therefore wants to be a friend of the world makes himself an enemy of God. [5] Or do you think that the Scripture says in vain, "The Spirit who dwells in us yearns jealously"? [6] But He gives more grace. Therefore He says： "God resists the proud, But gives grace to the humble." [7] Therefore submit to God. Resist the devil and he will flee from you. [8] Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double-minded. [9] Lament and mourn and weep! Let your laughter be turned to mourning and your joy to gloom.
(3) 승리하신 주님을 비라 보자.
(계 14:1-5, 개역) [1] 또 내가 보니 어린 양이 시온 산에 섰고 그와 함께 십사만 사천이 섰는데 그 이마에 어린 양의 이름과 그 아버지의 이름을 쓴 것이 있도다 [2] 내가 하늘에서 나는 소리를 들으니 많은 물소리도 같고 큰 뇌성도 같은데 내게 들리는 소리는 거문고 타는 자들의 그 거문고 타는 것 같더라 [3] 저희가 보좌와 네 생물과 장로들 앞에서 새 노래를 부르니 땅에서 구속함을 얻은 십사만 사천 인 밖에는 능히 이 노래를 배울 자가 없더라 [4] 이 사람들은 여자로 더불어 더럽히지 아니하고 정절이 있는 자라 어린 양이 어디로 인도하든지 따라가는 자며 사람 가운데서 구속을 받아 처음 익은 열매로 하나님과 어린 양에게 속한 자들이니 [5] 그 입에 거짓말이 없고 흠이 없는 자들이더라
(계 14:1-5, NKJV) [1] Then I looked, and behold, a Lamb standing on Mount Zion, and with Him one hundred and forty-four thousand, having His Father's name written on their foreheads. [2] And I heard a voice from heaven, like the voice of many waters, and like the voice of loud thunder. And I heard the sound of harpists playing their harps. [3] They sang as it were a new song before the throne, before the four living creatures, and the elders; and no one could learn that song except the hundred and forty-four thousand who were redeemed from the earth. [4] These are the ones who were not defiled with women, for they are virgins. These are the ones who follow the Lamb wherever He goes. These were redeemed from among men, being firstfruits to God and to the Lamb. [5] And in their mouth was found no deceit, for they are without fault before the throne of God.
(히 12:1-3, 개역) [1] 이러므로 우리에게 구름 같이 둘러싼 허다한 증인들이 있으니 모든 무거운 것과 얽매이기 쉬운 죄를 벗어 버리고 인내로써 우리 앞에 당한 경주를 경주하며 [2] 믿음의 주요 또 온전케 하시는 이인 예수를 바라보자 저는 그 앞에 있는 즐거움을 위하여 십자가를 참으사 부끄러움을 개의치 아니하시더니 하나님 보좌 우편에 앉으셨느니라 [3] 너희가 피곤하여 낙심치 않기 위하여 죄인들의 이같이 자기에게 거역한 일을 참으신 자를 생각하라
(히 12:1-3, NKJV) [1] Therefore we also, since we are surrounded by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which so easily ensnares us, and let us run with endurance the race that is set before us, [2] looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God. [3] For consider Him who endured such hostility from sinners against Himself, lest you become weary and discouraged in your souls.
(4) 말씀으로 승리하심
(마 4:10, 개역) 이에 예수께서 말씀하시되 사단아 물러가라 기록되었으되 주 너의 하나님께 경배하고 다만 그를 섬기라 하였느니라
(Mt 4:10, NKJV) Then Jesus said to him, "Away with you, Satan! For it is written, 'You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.'"
(엡 6:17, 개역) 구원의 투구와 성령의 검 곧 하나님의 말씀을 가지라
(Eph 6:17, NKJV) And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God;
(히 4:12, 개역) 하나님의 말씀은 살았고 운동력이 있어 좌우에 날선 어떤 검보다도 예리하여 혼과 영과 및 관절과 골수를 찔러 쪼개기까지 하며 또 마음의 생각과 뜻을 감찰하나니
(Heb 4:12, NKJV) For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
(5) 성령충만
(눅 4:14-15, 개역) [14] 예수께서 성령의 권능으로 갈릴리에 돌아가시니 그 소문이 사방에 퍼졌고 [15] 친히 그 여러 회당에서 가르치시매 뭇 사람에게 칭송을 받으시더라
(눅 4:14-15, NKJV) [14] Then Jesus returned in the power of the Spirit to Galilee, and news of Him went out through all the surrounding region. [15] And He taught in their synagogues, being glorified by all.
(6) 성령님의 인도하심
(롬 8:12-14, 개역) [12] 그러므로 형제들아 우리가 빚진 자로되 육신에게 져서 육신대로 살 것이 아니니라 [13] 너희가 육신대로 살면 반드시 죽을 것이로되 영으로써 몸의 행실을 죽이면 살리니 [14] 무릇 하나님의 영으로 인도함을 받는 그들은 곧 하나님의 아들이라
(롬 8:12-14, NKJV) [12] Therefore, brethren, we are debtors--not to the flesh, to live according to the flesh. [13] For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live. [14] For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
(7) 믿음
(요일 5:1-4, 개역) [1] 예수께서 그리스도이심을 믿는 자마다 하나님께로서 난 자니 또한 내신 이를 사랑하는 자마다 그에게 난 자를 사랑하느니라 [2] 우리가 하나님을 사랑하고 그의 계명들을 지킬 때에 이로써 우리가 하나님의 자녀 사랑하는 줄을 아느니라 [3] 하나님을 사랑하는 것은 이것이니 우리가 그의 계명들을 지키는 것이라 그의 계명들은 무거운 것이 아니로다 [4] 대저 하나님께로서 난 자마다 세상을 이기느니라 세상을 이긴 이김은 이것이니 우리의 믿음이니라
(요일 5:1-4, NKJV) [1] Whoever believes that Jesus is the Christ is born of God, and everyone who loves Him who begot also loves him who is begotten of Him. [2] By this we know that we love the children of God, when we love God and keep His commandments. [3] For this is the love of God, that we keep His commandments. (8) 예수님의 이름
(막 16:17-18, 개역) [17] 믿는 자들에게는 이런 표적이 따르리니 곧 저희가 내 이름으로 귀신을 쫓아내며 새 방언을 말하며 [18] 뱀을 집으며 무슨 독을 마실지라도 해를 받지 아니하며 병든 사람에게 손을 얹은즉 나으리라 하시더라
(막 16:17-18, NKJV) [17] "And these signs will follow those who believe： In My name they will cast out demons; they will speak with new tongues; [18] "they will take up serpents; and if they drink anything deadly, it will by no means hurt them; they will lay hands on the sick, and they will recover."
(9) 피와 중거하는 말
(계 12:10-12, 개역) [10] 내가 또 들으니 하늘에 큰 음성이 있어 가로되 이제 우리 하나님의 구원과 능력과 나라와 또 그의 그리스도의 권세가 이루었으니 우리 형제들을 참소하던 자 곧 우리 하나님 앞에서 밤낮 참소하던 자가 쫓겨났고 [11] 또 여러 형제가 어린 양의 피와 자기의 증거하는 말을 인하여 저를 이기었으니 그들은 죽기까지 자기 생명을 아끼지 아니하였도다 [12] 그러므로 하늘과 그 가운데 거하는 자들은 즐거워하라 그러나 땅과 바다는 화 있을진저 이는 마귀가 자기의 때가 얼마 못된 줄을 알므로 크게 분내어 너희에게 내려갔음이라 하더라

(10) 마귀의 일을 멸하러 오신 주님.
(요일 3:8, 개역) 죄를 짓는 자는 마귀에게 속하나니 마귀는 처음부터 범죄함이니라 하나님의 아들이 나타나신 것은 마귀의 일을 멸하려 하심이니라
(1Jn 3:8, NKJV) He who sins is of the devil, for the devil has sinned from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that He might destroy the works of the devil.
(골 2:14-15, 개역) [14] 우리를 거스리고 우리를 대적하는 의문에 쓴 증서를 도말하시고 제하여 버리사 십자가에 못 박으시고 [15] 정사와 권세를 벗어버려 밝히 드러내시고 십자가로 승리하셨느니라
(골 2:14-15, NKJV) [14] having wiped out the handwriting of requirements that was against us, which was contrary to us. And He has taken it out of the way, having nailed it to the cross. [15] Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.
(11) 하나님나라 임하심
(막 1:15, 개역) 가라사대 때가 찼고 하나님 나라가 가까웠으니 회개하고 복음을 믿으라 하시더라
(Mk 1:15, NKJV) and saying, "The time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand. Repent, and believe in the gospel."
(마 12:28, 개역) 그러나 내가 하나님의 성령을 힘입어 귀신을 쫓아 내는 것이면 하나님의 나라가 이미 너희에게 임하였느니라
(Mt 12:28, NKJV) "But if I cast out demons by the Spirit of God, surely the kingdom of God has come upon you.
(12) 주님의 권능
(행 10:38, 개역) 하나님이 나사렛 예수에게 성령과 능력을 기름붓듯 하셨으매 저가 두루 다니시며 착한 일을 행하시고 마귀에게 눌린 모든 자를 고치셨으니 이는 하나님이 함께 하셨음이라

(13) 마귀가 무서워함
(막 5:1-5, 개역) [1] 예수께서 바다 건너편 거라사인의 지방에 이르러 [2] 배에서 나오시매 곧 더러운 귀신 들린 사람이 무덤 사이에서 나와 예수를 만나다 [3] 그 사람은 무덤 사이에 거처하는데 이제는 아무나 쇠사슬로도 맬 수 없게 되었으니 [4] 이는 여러 번 고랑과 쇠사슬에 매였어도 쇠사슬을 끊고 고랑을 깨뜨렸음이러라 그리하여 아무도 저를 제어할 힘이 없는지라 [5] 밤낮 무덤 사이에서나 산에서나 늘 소리지르며 돌로 제 몸을 상하고 있었더라
(막 5:1-5, NKJV) [1] Then they came to the other side of the sea, to the country of the Gadarenes. [2] And when He had come out of the boat, immediately there met Him out of the tombs a man with an unclean spirit, [3] who had his dwelling among the tombs; and no one could bind him, not even with chains, [4] because he had often been bound with shackles and chains. And the chains had been pulled apart by him, and the shackles broken in pieces; neither could anyone tame him. [5] And always, night and day, he was in the mountains and in the tombs, crying out and cutting himself with stones.
사랑하는 성도 여러분,
예수님은 왜 시험을 받으셨을까요?
광야에서 40일은 무슨 영적의미가 있을 까요?
예수님은 인간으로써 시험을 받으셨습니다.
성령충만후에는 대개 거기에 따른 시험이 온다는 사실을 알아야 합니다.
마귀는 창세기 때처럼 육신의 정욕 안목의 정욕 이생의 자랑으로 시험합니다.
주님은 기록된 말씀으로 승리하십니다.
말씀으로 충만해야 합니다.
시험을 체험하심으로 우리는 대신하실수 있는 대제사장 되셨습니다.
두째 아담으로 승리하신 것입니다.
테스트에서 합격하신 주님이십니다.
이 소중한 사순절 기간에 우리는 더욱 주님께 가까이 가는 시간을 가져야 하겠습니다.
더욱 기도에 힘써야 합니다.
더욱 자기 부인에 힘써야 합니다.
더욱 헌신 봉사에 힘써야 합니다.
세상이 험하고 세상 종말의 시대이기 때문입니다.
우리는 영적인 전쟁에 임하여 있기 때문입니다.
주님의 이름과 흘리신 피와 말씀과 믿음으로 승리합니다.
오늘도, 시험에 승리하신 주님을 따라 기도와 금식과 자기 부인과 말씀과 성령충만함으로 무장하여 여러 가지 마귀의 시험을 이기고 주님께 영광을 돌리며 하나님 나라의 사명을 위하여 충성을 다하는 복된 우리 모두가 될수 있기를 우리주 예수그리스도의 이름으로 간절히 축원합니다. 아멘!
